I have reacharged data pack of 294 Rs on 30/01/2017 for my number [protected]. In my last recharge it is showing the same value. But in active data packs it is showing nothing. One thing I want to say that you RCom people are a big cheater and you have also hidden the customer care representative number. If this doesn't get rectified I will also complain to TRAI about the fraud you are playing with the people.

    My name is Jay(Reliance broadband userid[protected] from Ahmedabad) and I am regular paying Reliance broadband customer.My Internet not working since last 12 days, I complain about issue(complaint id[protected].
    I only got a call but no solution for a problem.All connection are dead in our building, technical team is irresponsible and that's bad for a brand like Reliance.

    Due to this issue my bill payment date is also gone and now I have to pay fine for late bill payment, this is really bad for brand like Reliance as regular customer has to wait for so long to solve their complain.

    No solution and complaint closed without any solution after 21 days(complaint id[protected].I also registered second complaint(id[protected] which is closed without solution. my third complaint id is[protected] and no solution.my forth complaint id[protected].
    Team is closing complaint without a solution and destroying value of Reliance.

      My reliance 4g no is [protected]. I got a message on 29 Jan at 12:57 pm. It was about 1gb 4g data for 28 days @ 99 rupees. I got recharged by shopkeeper but I got another plan in 99 rupees it was 500 MB 4g data for 5 days. I called up to customer care 198 no but didn't resolve my problem and blocked my both reliance no on 198 so I'm not able to contact again. I'm getting to much frustration for reliance.
      Please resolve my problem otherwise I have no choice to don't go consumer court.

          Hi,

          I Mr Deep Banerjee mob no [protected] is a postpaid customer of reliance communications.I have a very serious complain regarding the Plan provided to me and the false promises given by your service executives, please follow the below given details and I hope a strict and responsible action to be taken by Reliance Communications on the basis of my genuine complains.I have proof of all that I have narrated below to support my stance.

          I received a call from [protected] 3rd Dec 2016 11:42AM name "Priya Dhore" personal mobile number [protected] mail id : claiming to be reliance customer executive, she offered me saying that there is a special offer going on in Reliance where they are offering 299 Rupees plan which includes unlimited Local and STD with 300MB data Jalsa Unlimited Plan.When I asked her to send a email of the same she forwarded me an image of the plan with rates from her mail id : .On choosing the 299 plan I reverted back to her email and asked her to process the same.

          She asked me to send a port request to my existing service provider i.e Idea, Porting Code IM827993. I did the same and she said she will send me the new sim and asked for 100 Rupees in cash as charges.On 6th Dec she sent a representative to my office named Vishnu mobile number [protected], he collected the money and gave me a Reliance 4G LTE pack IMSI No:[protected], Circle Mumbai.On getting the same I called her back at her mobile number 6th Dec 2016 1:23PM and confirmed the payment and SIM received, she said my request will be processed shortly.

          On 12th Dec 2016 my porting to reliance was done and services were started, after a few days I even paid a bill of around 272 for that that month bill.Now all of a sudden I got a call on 17thJan 2017 11:49AM from Ruby number [protected], She suddenly says that sir there's been a problem and we cannot give you the 299 plan instead we will give you 399 plan. On this preposterous offer I denied to accept and told her the entire details and asked her to solve the issue.She told me to speak to her senior and she said that she will rectify the same and change my Plan to 299.This senior of Ruby blatantly lied to be Priya Powar and not Priya Dhore, promised the rectification will be done tomorrow morning as the guys who change the plan comes in the morning.After 2 days I got an SMS from reliance quoting that a request is under process, Request No :[protected].But again after a few days a request failure SMS came back to me.

          Now after all this today i.e 30thJan 2017 I have received an sms for my new bill payment of 465 Rupees, this is outrageous and absolutely unprofessional and cheating business practice followed by Reliance Communication who outsource their business to these uneducated fraudsters who in process are destroying the goodwill of the company and cheating the customers with false promises.

          I would request a strict action being taken and my bill should be adjusted for this error and give us customers their desired justice. Please feel free to call me back for any clarifications plus I have pasted the email communication between Priya Dhore and myself.

So I done that process I got confirmation about Recharge. I got 500mb and validity upto 1st February. Immediately I call 198 to launch complain about same, executive Mr. Atish told me that ur eligible for the scheme and benefit will credited in ur a/c within 4 hours but still benefits not credited. I trying to call 198 but it's not working. So plz launch complain and credit my benefit. And confirm with me.

              The outgoing calls is fine, but the incoming calls is a problem. Upon calling it said that the number is switched off.

              I tried switching off the phone many times, even tried different phones, but the problem persists.

              I am unable to call for 3 days, it shows server is busy, I cmplnt to customer care but the problem is still the same condition, and now costumer care is also not responding from my number. This is vry disappointing.

                On last month, i.e. on 31 st December & 1st of January i have done calls to all reliance number from my number though i know it was a black out day and my tariff plan will not work on that day and it could be chargeable.; but the thing behind it was that i called several times to almost 5, 6 customer service agent by dialling 198 and they promised me that though it is a black out day my calls will work normally & i will be free as usual, i repeated my query many times(it can be proved by hearing my call recording of that day)but i was continuously misguided and it resulted in excess mobile bill, for which i will never agree to3 pay it.Now when i seek help from them, they are showing their back.Please help, ,

                I doing a recharge of 198 on 20th January 2017 for unlimited call on any local and std for 28 days. But it not working till 24th January.
                I am using Reliance from last 5 years and now from last month i getting network issues and call breakdown, and now i am enable to call STD numbers.

                    Dear sir, my contact no. is [protected]and i have an offer recharge worth rs. 198 which includes free calling STD and local upto 28 days but reliance communications has blocked my every call following this recharge. Every time i try to make a call, the route is busy which was not before 3 days . These reliance people are rogues and are openly looting people, please teach them a befitting lesson and make my number free from any blockage of calls.

                        My rcom dongle no is [protected](gujarat ). I bought this in early 2015 and later (aug 2015)changed it into postpaid connection of rs 1000 monthly unlimited plan. All goes well till apr 2016. In that month rcom converted to rcom jio w.E.F 31st may 2016. As per the advertisement we had to switch to jio with the same plan. But when it changed to jio, for the first 10days there was no services at all and the services resumed later on. We all were informed that our plan is changed to rs 1100 for 5gb. Now on 18th jan i called and complained about the same that earlier it was told that the plan will be same but now you have changed, so either you restore my earlier plan or discontinue the services. They lastly discontinue my services in 1st week of aug 2016.
                        Two questions arises;
                        i) can a company change its plan itself, or the consent of the customer is required. If they changed themself, and the customer complain about it, then how come he is liable to the company.
                        Ii) as the services of parent provider( here-jio infocomm) is free for all, then can his partner company forces its customer to buy the same service at much hefty price( here for 5gb it is rs1100, so for 80 gb it will cost rs17600). It doesnt appear to be a fraud. ( rcom net services were stopped and merged with jio as per the agreement between those two company, it was not customers demand but a forced service to customer).

                        Later on, in my case they billed for rs 4990. Customer executive from their company & sourced service providers called me repetitively and i was made to explain the same thing to everyone. At last they asked me to pay rs 500 as full and final. I made the payment of rs 500 in jan 2017. But to my surprise, their advocate called me and apprehended for the dues- which is itself illegal billing.

                          I have been RCOM Data Card customer from last 6+ Years. Never missed any bill or due for day. The issue started from June'16. No internet services in June n Jul. Contacted but no update. However understood some technical issues in migration to 4G thus paid bills regularly as per Tariff i m into. Made me to migrate to WIPOD device (899/-). Even with WIPOD serious issues for 2 months but no way as I have taken the device. Throughout, I have to go for BSNL data connection. Now, new issue interms of 1135/- bill everymonth from rcom that too without any basic info. Escalated n number of mails n contacted Cust Care n no. of times but in vain. One time waiver given but now asking me to clear dues of 1800/- odd which i have NOT used n NOT bothered to respond to any of my communication.
                          Mailed min. 60 plus mails to different mail ids around (15 or so). Now RCOM is threatening thru Legal notice.
                          RCOM corporate is highly unethical n cheating customers. One of the worst customer service n no botheration or just don't value customer n customer issues. Just want money without giving basic services n finally harass them by serving unnecessary notices.
                          I REQUEST someone to RESPOND to my numerous mails n RESOLVE all pertaining issues n take back Legal notice issued against me

                                  Reliance Communications offered free 4g sim. As soon as i have activated the same Outgoing call/sms stopped working. I have called custome care so many times. But only got one reply that their engineer is working on that, issue will be reloved very soon. Now it has been almost 10 days and the issue has not been resolved. I am now tired of calling customer care. I am not able to even port my number as my outgoing service is not working.If they are not able to provide service then why they offered 4g sim? And how come such a big company takes so many days to resolve network issue?

But after some moment from +1901 I receive a message that "Insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the services." But Rs. 20 is present in my main balance.

                                      I call customer care from last 6 days they told me your problem will be resolved within 2 days but till today my problem is not solve. What am I doing kindly tell me..

                                      Hi, I am also facing the same problem and now this Reliance has been shut down and not getting any calls/messages. Very worst service at last and what is the use of TRAI regulation here. Anyone can open network and earn money and shut down suddenly without worrying about the customers. They didn't even give some grace period for people to change the network.

                                        I have bought reliance sim at 199Rs . Which have a offer unlimited call on any network in india local+std and 1gb 3g data for 28days. But they made a fraud and banned my call on other network only in 17 days. Today I am trying to call on 198 for customer complaint service but I can't make a call. Today I received a call from reliance and the representative of reliance promised me that the solve it immediately with in some hour. But it is not solved till know. Please help me sir.
