[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Problem receive o[censored]PC code for MNP

I'm a reliance customer. I want to port my number to another network. When I send "PORT XXXXXXXXXX" to 1900 message sent successfully. But after some moment from +1901 I receive a message that "Insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the services." But Rs. 20 is present in my main balance.

I call customer care from last 6 days they told me your problem will be resolved within 2 days but till today my problem is not solve. What am I doing kindly tell me..

I am also facing same problem. I have complained many times, every time they reply that 'register to 3g or gsm network and try' . I tried but problem not solved.
Actually Reliance don't want to give the UPC. My Reliance no is [protected] kindly help me to get UPC code.

Hi, I am also facing the same problem and now this Reliance has been shut down and not getting any calls/messages. Very worst service at last and what is the use of TRAI regulation here. Anyone can open network and earn money and shut down suddenly without worrying about the customers. They didn't even give some grace period for people to change the network.
