Dear Sir/Madam, As per the discussion with your Admin people on mobile Reliance No. [protected] which is surrender and cancelled on 18th August 2016. I have done excess payment of Rs.471/= on 18th August 2016 as confirmed Which will be refund within 4 months i.e of the month of Dec''2017. Yet it has not processed I request you to do the needful and update me on the same consider this has a emergency and do it asap. Reliance has record only for their bill and penalty even for one day for returning customer amount customer care says we not having record you file a case. If Ambani want any amount I request him not to cheat middle class people like me. Reliance communication should aware of fraud calls which has been reported to cyber crime of Tamilnadu and Mumbai. I am getting fraud calls please check on your customer department and let me know how our details has been published to them.
