[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Scheme not given as said

On 14/03/2017 I, Subhash Thakur received a massage from mobie service provider Reliance communications that if I can recharge of 152, I got different benefits like unlimited calling till 28 days. So after local friends asking I do recharge on the same day evening 05:16PM. But the service provider stop my unlimited calling services stops on 20/03/2017. As sooner I reply to customer care of reliance no.198 the operator say that Reliance communication stops this scheme. Further I don't receive any types of refund or service continue.

Your Customer care executive don't pick the calls and if they picked up then they didn't respond to our complaints. They just disconnect the call. I tried from the last 3 days but they are not responding. Reliance customer service is too worst.
