Are not work saying me resume service contect customer care. I am calling customer and telling my problem but no any help.       Dear Sir My mobile no [protected] am using from 2004 but I changed network Reliance @2012 MNP option.I submitted all documents.Reliance customer care said address proof not received, there after I given address proof to same retail shop, again they said same.then I given 2 times to reliance web world Tiruppur, and last time I sent address proof and photo to Coimbatore regional reliance web world.Still my address proof not upadated.my connection working but I can't recharge through online.I can't change network.what to do for address proo[censored]pdation.I want to change postpaid connection.please give me your mail id i will send you my address proof documents.

        Dear sir I have bought a new reliance gsm sim no.[protected] in june 2014 in sri ganganagar rajasthan. I had recharged my no. With 3g data plan of rs.156 on 24th jun and on 29th jun the data balance was around 900 mb nd in the morning of 30 th june the data balance was zero. The sim card was in datacard and that was not attached to any device. I have dialled the customer care no. Many times but no reply yet. In addition to this they have activated by their own a VAS SERVICE for which they are charging me rs. 5 per week for no reason.             My earlier complaint wasn't resolved. I haven't received the payment due to me as was promised over the telephone. http://www.consumercomplaints.in/reliance-broadband-refund-after-service-termina... "I had been a Reliance Internet Subscriber for more than 4 years (Wimax and Broadband), and had my connection terminated in December 2013. After the termination, Reliance Communications owes me an amount of 651.87 INR. But their customer service has been so poor that I haven't received my payment even after 6 months (as on June '14). I've called up customer care 4 times (Interaction Ids: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). They assured me a call back every time, but I never got one. I also emailed them (broadbandATrelianceadaDOTcom) twice, dated 07-April-2014 and 06-Jun-2014, but I didn't even get a single response. Point to note: I always made my monthly bill payment on time and never even defaulted once. Reliance Communications has a lot to improve in terms of customer service. With this experience, I doubt I'll recommend Reliance as an internet provider to anyone.               I used Reliance Dongle for 2 years and disconnected the services in April 2014. I missed paying last bill as after disconnecting online payment could not be done and after trying multiple times, I could not do it. It slipped my mind that payment is remaining and did not get any reminder message/ call or mail from Reliance informing me of any pending payments. After 3 months, In July, I began to get calls from some advocate harassing me for the same and threatening with a court case which Reliance had filed. I informed her that I was not aware of any pending payments and will be doing any payment if left in coming days. She wanted the payment to be done the same day in 30 minutes which was not possible for me. I completed the payment within 4 days by going to the Reliance store. After doing the payment, after 3-4 days, I got a call from some courier company that they have to deliver documents from RCIL which I believe is from Appellate Authority of Reliance. Even After payment of all bills, I fail to understand why this issue is being dragged on unnecessarily. It seems I made a big mistake of being a Reliance Customer and would advice everyone to stay away from such company.

                  in spite of full and final payment and modem being returned to reliance centre the billing for the service has been generated. this is a share case o[censored]ndue billing and a concern for responsible individuals. its a share cheating on reliance part. Putting forth the communication reply for discontinuation of broadband service on request from my side. { Dear Customer, This is with reference to your e-mail dated July 06, 2014 for your Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected] and phone number [protected], regarding service cancellation and billing issue. We regret the inconvenience. The request for cancellation of service is registered vide Service Request ID[protected]. One of our executives will contact you within 48 hours. Post cancellation you need to return the instrument or else will be charged Rs.1500/- for Broadband equipment and Rs.1250/- for Fixed line instrument. For billing, we request you write to us once your connection gets cancelled from our end. The instrument will be collected within 15 days from the date of cancellation.                         Dear Sir, I have a reliance CDMA no. [protected] since approximately seven years but from last 15 days it is not working. On inserting sim card it is showing insert card. This sim card has been taken from Karwar(Karnataka) but at present I am in Goa. This sim card has some balance and life time validity. I have gone to nearest Reliance Web world but they are telling that this Sim card will be replaced from Karnataka only and It required local address proof. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. I have visited there and asked their contact no. as asked by you but they have told me that they don't have any contact no. however they have given me contact no. of Relince web world Panaji, Goa.

                        I want to inform you that I am a govt servant and it is a transferable job. In view of the same it is not possible for me to provide you old address of Karnataka from where I have taken the Sim approximately 7 years back. I can provide you my ID proof as well as my present address proof also.
                        Apart from that I want to remind you that the Sim card has got life time validity with all india 50 paisa/minute call rate.

                          I have been calling Reliance and trying to reach everyone but not getting any reply, its been 1.5 months since I have cancelled my installation but till now have not received the refund of Rs. 3800 which I paid initially.                             My data card number is [protected], i have paid Rs.2160 at Reliance store at anakapalle on 09/06/2014 for 3 months advance rental plan, i.e for 1299 plan of 3 months and the out standing amount upto that date. the total was Rs.2160. But now while contacting reliance customer care they are informing that they have not received any payment for the said number and they have stopped the services of my datacard. I have paid the amount through the Bill no. 13833, I request you to activate my services of the data card and continue in the bill plan that i have paid, i.e 1299 plan for 3 months.

                              Hi,

                              This is my third day with new reliance installtion broadband connection. I would like to share my feedback with reliance.

                              1) I Paid 1.6K for new installation setup (18/7/2014) to the vendor who promised to setup within 2 days, but actually I got the setup after a week (26/7/2014). After I called him over 100's of times to update, extremely poor customer support. (his name is venkatesh - Cell [protected])

                              2) When the setup was completed it worked for a day the speed was pathetic (400Kbps) where as I paid for 2Mbps speed. He told me it will take 24hrs to update in system.

                              3) I waited for two days for the speed to improve. Now the entire line is dead. I cannot make calls or connect to the internet.Extremely pathetic!!!

                                In June '14 I had requested a thunder combo connection (internet and phone) I paid full installation and first month charges at the time of application. The Reliance representative (who I learnt later is called Sales Executive) promised me connection in two days. There was none. Not only that, no one could tell me when they would provide the connection, not the "sales executive." After several phone calls to their customer service, I heard time and again, someone will contact you in 24 hours. No one did. After 10 days, I still did not have a connection, even though the company had taken my money. My inquiry at that time was simple : Please tell me when your company will provide me the connection. The first point of contact at customer service repeated the mantra about "understanding" and "someone will contact you." After insisting to talk with someone who could, i got to talk with one floor supervisor [Asha]. Same response about understanding but no date or time for providing connection. After a couple of days, i got to talk with another floor supervisor [Dinesh], who asked for giving him time, until next day, to provide connection. I gave him until midnight next day to provide connection. When I told him "okay, midnight tomorrow, then if you cannot provide connection the company should return my monies. He said he will do that. Two days passed and still no connection. I was now waiting for the refund. I have not received it from Reliance Comm. Instead, they send me a bill for the next month. How callous of them, and very inconsiderate, and terribly unprofessional too. It is all promises, no action. This company cannot be trusted. Please take it from this senior citizen, I paid them money to install broadband phone and internet, and they could not even after 18 full days. Dont do the mistake I did of trusting this company, they cannot even provide service, and wants to keep the money, and they insult you by considering you a customer. What absolute rot!

                                I tried using a colleague's facebook account. It does not post with the link that RCOMcare provided. Situation is status quo. The company accepted my money, a total sum of Rs 1548, for installation of a thunder combo package. Nothing happened, no service, just bills from this company. How can a telecom company be trusted? Please help me understand.

                                Thanks for your response. That link looks like a facebook page. I dont do facebook. Furthermore, the options are for mobile, netconnect and something tv, none of which applies to my situation.

I recharged Rs. 299/- for RIM GSM to RIM GSM (Prepaid) free calls for 28 days in 09/07/2014 at 10:30:40PM (Transaction no.[protected] . Today at 10.25pm I saw that I have my local RIM GSM to RIM GSM (Prepaid) free calls is about 20 hours & main balance is about 26/- (Twenty six rupees appx). But at 10:50PM my main balance shows that my main balance is .07/- (seven paise) & RIM GSM to RIM GSM (Prepaid) free calls is n/a. In this time I talk with a RIM GSM (Prepaid) mobile no. Then (at 10:57PM) I called RIM GSM (Prepaid customer Care to do complaint about this issue. But the customer care representative did not any help me to return me the amount which deducted from my balance. the customer representative told me that my 299/- validity was end today. How cheating are they? I want the amount ( Main Balance + 20 hours free calls talk time for local RIM GSM to RIM GSM) as soon as possible with extra validity date which RIM GSM (Prepaid) lost for their mistake & bad behaviour. Their careless behaviour depressed me. I'm very shocked! Please help me.

                                    I am a customer of Reliance GSM (Prepaid). My Reliance mobile no. is [protected]. Today I recharged of Rs. 78 successfully at 07:35:16 PM. Then Reliance Customer Care send me a sms from 52811. The sms was "Recharged of Rs. 78 successful. Enjoy 2000 Local R2R mins from 11PM 6AM for 28 days." And then I called *367*1# to know information about was I really get 2000 Local R2R mins from 11PM 6AM for 28 days? After checking I saw there were shows that information "R2R Night Loc Min: (HH:MM) - 25:00,[protected]". But my question to Reliance GSM Authority if 2000 mins = 33.33 hours, So why you give me 25 hours talk time? Is it your good service for customers? Is it not cheating with us? I want 8:33 hours extra talk time with this 25 hours as soon as possible because it is my right.

                                      Myself Harsh Jain and I have bought a reliance netconnect card from reliance for use it in Durgapuram, Dachepalli, Guntur. The service was available for 2 months and then suddenly stopped. No satisfactory answer was given by customer care. I also mailed them atleast 10 times.                                       I got a call from reliance communications last week and I was told that the service site has been closed. And he told me that he will inform me about other reasons later in the evening, but I never got contacted.

                                      Moreover, if the site is closed I will like to have full refund of my Netconnect+ data card which I bought from the reliance agent in the area. Also there are other people who have also bought the netconnet+ cards.
