[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Wrong topup

I had recharged my relience no.[protected] by ELRM 64 yesterday by e-recharge, custmor care executive told me it is special offer and it gives me Rs.65 tallktime, but I have got 650 local minutes instead of Rs.65 talktime said by your custmor care executive as special offer. Please help me. I have called severl time to your executives since yesterday.

every time I was told that server down. please call after two hours.
I am approached by an executive from the no[protected] but he asked for my Debit Card no to check my plan. I continuously tell him that I recharged by net banking and told him my plan name ELRM 64 but he can't understand my problem.
I am suffering outgoing incoming calls last one week today it is nill, when I cal shown network not registerd .please clear it fast
