Order booked at your reliance digital in gulbarga district of karnataka state.

Order booked date is 10th nov, 2018
Payment is made in advance for the item on booking date only but till we have not been given delivery of the said item. Inspite of our regular follow up with the sales executive we have not been given delivery of the product till date. Now i want refund of the full amount which i made payment towards the said item as i haven't received the item on time.

    This complaint is regarding the washing machine we purchased on 11 oct 2018 (Whirlpool 7kg fully automatic elite grey)

    We complain about 'd error' 14 nov 2018 / a person came and said the machine will go for repair he cannot repair it here.

    On 17 oct 2018 they took it for repair and return on 20 oct 2018.in between, there was no information about the fault and the person was also not aware of the issue. We asked them that we need to run the machine with clothes then only we can check if the machine is working properly or not but he denied the same. On top of that, there was several dent and scratch on my new machine for this they don't have an answer. This is the worst experience we are facing with reliance digit services, people are working like roadside workers. They don't care about customer product and money, and your customer care people have no idea about the actual issues.

    And now again we are facing the same 'd error' while using the machine for the 1st time after repair.

    So the very simple thing is that we want our full money back and we don't want that machine at all. Because we don't want to face this kind of issue again & again and trust me, we don't have that much time for this.

      Dear team,

      With reference to said subject, please be informed that the delivery of the whirlpool elite washing machine has been delayed significantly against the promised delivery date of 05.11.2018. We made it very clear to sales executive towards the delivery of said washing machine and it same scheduled for november 05th & it's mentioned in the sales invoice as well.

      We clearly stated that we would be travelling abroad on november 12th 2018 thus need washing machine delivered at door step before that.

      However we started to receive the calls from delivery team from november 05th on wards and every-time it was promised to deliver it same day before 05:00 pm, which unfortunately didn't happened. We did a continuous follow up with sales executives, reliance digital customer care & delivery team but all in vain.

      Finally today our relatives in india received another call from delivery team that washing machine could be delivered today but not sure that's a genuine promise or a false commitment like past.
      However it would be tough for us to take a delivery now after seeking help from a relative to receive & get the same installed now.

      Defiantly cancellation of order and asking for refund is only option which we don't wanna avail, but instead would like to escalate this to top management of reliance digital toward this negligence & pathetic customer service.

      Request you to kindly advise on the escalate matrix & next level of escalation to take this issue further.

      Also request you to kindly advise on reliance digital policy for compensation towards this false & misleading promises which has caused financial, reputational & behavioral losses.

        I have purchased Reconnect Thunder storm 2.1 CH MM home theater system 1st October 2017 and it got faulty 28th September 2018, i have compliant and submitted it on relicence digital center service with request no.[protected] on date 29 September 2018 ( it was on warranty) after 10 days i have checked my complaint status via sms service it was answered status closed then i have called so many times to service center and reliance digital center but they did not give satisfactory answer to me still waiting for their response and they are not providing any update on my complaint and every time they told me i will call you back but till now i never get any call and update from their side
        i am now frustrated with both of them and written on the internet so that i can found the solution and the update on my complaint.

        Waiting for ETA with right solution

          Bleddy irresponsible buggers reliance digital is i have booked dth set up box on august 27th and they told it will be delivered and installed in 30 to 45 day's but till now i didn't get that to installation. If i call to the customer they will say 7 days it will be installed. K i called after 7 days again they are saying sorry for the inconvenience still you have to wait 7 days. K again i called but answer was the same what the hell reliance is doing. I fed up of this. If you can't install or deliver refund my money of ₹500. Bleddy irresponsible reliance digital and stupids buggers and i have added screen shot of the mail which i have received from reliance digital. Please resolve this issue. Thank you.

The only reply i get is within a week you will get the connections installed and when i asked them to refund the money they said it's against compan's policy. But i received the salary for that month for only the last 10 days of the month. I escalated this issue several times in front of the hr, am but still im not finding any revert or any follow up for the issue, my life has always been in a financial crisis and i require the amount at any cost, it has been 3 months and i should receive the salary, im not asking for the money thay i shouldn't have earned, im asking my hardworked pay that you have been holding up. I hope i'll get a solution for this immediately.

                  I purchased a godrej double door refrigerator with a capacity of 311 ltrs on 31/08/2018 from reliance digital, bhimavaram, west godavari with tax invoice no: [protected] with technical expert id: 50017506. Since 12th nov 2018 power didnot came to my refrigerator and i lodge a compliant on 12/11/2018. From the service registered a compliant no:[protected] and saying that technician will come with in 2 days. But did not came.
                  2) again i called on 14/11/2018 to the reliance digital and they said that compliant not received on that day, today we will lodge a compliant and technician will come tomorrow but the next day no technician came and they didnt answer the call.
                  3) again i called on 15/11/2018 to reliance digital, bhimavarm - they said today technician will come today or monday. But he did not attend.
                  4) finally 17/11/2018 again i called to reliance digital, bhimavarm - they didnt talk about my previous compliant and again they registered new compliant with ref no: [protected] at 2.00pm. They themsleves cancel my compliant with reason stating that - your compliant is closed because door is locked by 2.30 pm. From bhimavaram to my place of residence will take one and half hour. But they closed my compliant after half an hour. Finally since last 7 days i vexed off with their behaviour and decided to proceed legally.

                    Purchased aquaguard from kolhapur reliance mall on 15/04/2018 bill number 5/117. No service was provided from your store since then. Due to non service my aquaguard was stopped working. I requested for service complaint on the toll free number printed on the bill on 14/11/2018. But till now nun of your technician has come for service. I have also complained at the csd counter in the store. Daily i was assured by the call center person that the technician will come today. From last 4days the aquaguard is off and we have to purchase water bottles. The kolhapur service people say that we are not responsible for any assurance given by the call center executive.
                    What type of hopeless service is this.?
                    Why should we purchase products from reliance then?

                      At first there is no reponsiblity taken by any staff towards customer, if a customer wants to buy a thing at the store have to come across atleast 3 to 4 staffs.

                      I wanted to buy a hp laptop which was guided by the staff the final price will be 63737/- and will try to get you extra discount i.e. after discount 62402/- so i said the staff that wil be coming tomorrow for the purchase of laptop, so the next day when i visited the store the laptop was not in stock, so the staff guided that we will call you when it will be available in stock, so i said ok.

                      So on sunday i.e yesterday i received a call from the store that the laptop is available and you can come for purchase, so i was not in town in sunday i guided the staff that i will be coming once i m back in gadag.

                      So today i.e monday i visited store for finally purchase the laptop, the first thing i came to knew that the price is 66100/- and on the other hand the staff which i communicated was not available, so we made call to the employee who took leave and asked the price which he quoted me few days back, the employee refused to quote me the price and it is noway possible to give you even at 63737/- the final price will be 66100/- only. When i said i dont want the laptop the other staff said me to wait and contacted the manager, tgen another 20 minutes the manager decided to give away the laptop at 63737/-

                      So finally after 1 hour 30 minutes of long wait i was happy to hear that i will grt the laptop at 63737/-

                      At last we went to payment desk, again new employee, i gave him the GST details to bill for claiming input of GST, the person said as the GST number is of other state we cannot give you the bill right now but it will take 3, 4 days to give you the bill i said ok, then he said we will give you the laptop also after the billing is done but the payment to be done fully right now, my mind went in a trauma, i was so shocked to hear that they will not provide laptop even after paying fully for it, the concerned employee not even talked to his manager and refused to make a sale to the customer.

                      I ended wasting my 2 hours and 3 times visit to the store coming empty handedly.
                      Mainly there are no employess who can take a stand and attend the customer with full responsiblity.

                      Now my love for reliance digital store have been ended completely.

                        I have purchased new whirl pool washing in your reliance digital dx mini at bhadravati karnakata already 20 days over no one is coming to install that washing machine, they are not giving any information of service totally full of negligence nobody is taking care about customer satisfaction.
                        If you can't give good service then why are you selling these products its too disgusting

                          My self kp kumar c/o sandeep p ([protected]) i purchased sony tv 55 inc x8000 f model from ril panjagutta branch hyderabad on 11/11/18.
                          The item was delivered on 12/11/18 and the box was damaged i immediately inform to customer care over the phone. Till know no respond from customer care department after giving compliant at least they didn't call also.

                          On 13/11/18 i approached panjagutta store hyderabad i given compliant as inform above from that date on words every day i calling to store people no response from till know no one contracted me... It is very reducules from reliance digital... Last one week i am follow up no one response from you end...

                          Finally i decided to compliant to consumer court on monday 19/11/18... See you at soon consumer court...

                            we purchased Samsung Fridge From Reliance Digital Jodhpur & Fridge Delivered to us on 6th Nov was found damaged by technical person on 7th Nov of reliance digital & we requested for Replacement of same

                            New Fridge which came to us on 11th Nov was Found Damaged again on 13th Nov by technical Person of Reliance Digital but no update yet.

                            Firstly delivery of Product is delayed & now even if it is received it is received in damaged condition.

                            Its been 12 days have passed but yet we have not received our product in good condition even after paying full money in once of INR 43000.

                            I need complete Refund of my amount so that i can buy the same from other local Shop as it one of my Worst Experience with Reliance Digital Jodhpur & would never recommend any one to purchase any product from Reliance Digital Jodhpur.

                            Kindly update me & process my Refund Request at Earliest.

                            My Parents & Brother Visited Reliance Digital Store Jodhpur on 17th Nov 18 at 2:00 PM, they Found that Forge Signature was done by Reliance Digital Sales person Mr Manish in name of my Farther i.e Ashok Mantri as the signature doesn't match with my Father's Signature. Also Writing in Form is not of my Father & accordingly False & Wrong Communications is being made to Store manager & Customer Care that we have accepted & signed a Document to Deliver Display Piece to us.

                            Forged Signed & Copy Attached. Forgery is a Criminal Offence.
                            We Can't even now Trust on Such a Big Brand Reliance Digital & it is a breach of Trust of Consumer on Reliance Digital & it can happen with any one as it happened with us.

                            I would like to Know what steps is being taken care by Reliance Digital in this regards & when i can get my Refund.

                              Extremely unhappy with the service provided and not able to solve my query.

                              I have purchased a laptop from Reliance digital (Cunningham road Bangalore) on 08/11/18. And I have found it was a defective when I return the item on 11/11/18 they are not ready to replace the product rather they ask me to register the complaint with the brand department (Acer) and they told me that once the brand engineer visit and inspect and gives me the (DRC note) they will replace the item.
                              And I keep on calling the brand centre they give lot of excuses that there are only two engineer when he comes he will call you and like this they made me to wait the whole day and by the end of the day they call me and tell that sir sorry today he can't attend to my place and how disgusting is this and they take their own time and come of 3rd Day and inspect and give me a job sheet ( note towards the replacement of defective laptop in a written note).
                              I don't understand why should i suffer by purchasing this disgusting product when I speak with customer care they clearly told me that it has to be replaced at store itself. But rather they ask me to complain and suffer for another 3 days I have to miss my Professional work because of this disgusting product.

                              And after taking that (note) I went to the store and submitted the copy of it and again they are telling me to wait for another 7 days. Because they have not yet received any approval from the Brand and I got angry upon the person and the other executive person comes and tell me that to wait for 1 hour and i have been made to wait for almost for 5 hour's and after that they comes and tell me that sorry sir we can't help you today so can you come tomorrow this is how they treat their customer. I was really burst into anger and ask them to speak with the manager the manager was not present in the store and I have made to speak with different executive person and no one was able to give me the right information till know I have spoken with almost 4 executive. I don't understand what kind of policy this people follows and like that I have almost wasted my whole week with loss of time and by not going to my job I don't know what you people think about you how can you waste any one's precious time and made to suffer them for purchasing the product. And when I ask for Refund they told me it will take almost 10 Days to get my refund.

                              So this is how I have made to suffer and I am extremely unhappy with this kind of poor service provided by this people and I am going to take a legal action against it. And there is no proper replace and refund policy and this store executive are very low informative can't able to give a proper information and just made me to suffer this problem.

                                Reliance didn't install (Pre booking number[protected] my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. And now got message setup box installation will be in june 2018. I was make my order on 1st march 2017. Now, i want actaull status but nobody giving me right information about this.
                                I called on[protected] for refund on 8th may. They told me they have no information about refunding and they suggest me to do mail on [protected]@rbtv.in.
                                I also sent a mail on [protected]@rbtv.in. But after 4 days, didn't get any update.

                                I purchased soniq 40 inches led tv from reliance digital suchithra circle hyderabad. now the tv has sound but blank screen. please attend.

                                  I buy washing machine dated on 10/11/2018... With confirming with executive he deliver product on 14/11/2018, now he said that the system showing 18/11/2018 delivery date so we sorry for that...
                                  I call manger about this matter he also not giving positive answer...
                                  I want to cancel my product but also he said that its not possible,
                                  Why all time facing same problem with after purchase of product...
                                  This is second time worst experience with reliance digital...

                                    During diwali festival scheme, my friend wanted to purchase a smart tv for himself, after he told me the same, i specially recommend him to buy it from relaince digital, as i was also buying a whirlpool top load washing for myself from reliance digital store, located at v3s mall east delhi.

                                    I started my conversation with a representative name vishal, after speaking to my friend on phone, i specifically told the price which we have already been quoted from somewhere else.

                                    No doubt that the price which was quoted to me by your representative was 1k less then the price which my friend got, but my friend said that he don’t want to come too far for this difference only.
                                    But as i was told that due to festival scheme on every purchase there is a assured gift.

                                    “now come the main issue, on one side i was purchasing washing machine worth rs. 15500, i some how managed to get a steam iron as a gift, so i told this guys vishal that what is the gift we gonna get if we are purchasing smart tv worth rs. 60000.”

                                    They told me that there is some crockery set as a gift, i clearly asked them that what kind of crockery set it is, is it bone china or melamine or any other stuff like that, and i also mentioned that i can’t convenience my friend to come all the way from mukerjee nagar to v3s just for a melanine set. He said that don’t worry we ll give you the best out of stock.

                                    All this happened on the first day, so i called my friend the next day, we were a little late but we still managed to reach,
                                    After reaching on 5th nov we both started the billing procedure i was told that for me they drafted a mail, but timing for the same is over so i had to come back again in the morning.
                                    On the other hand my friend card was swiped for the tv billing, infact the card was swiped wrongly for 60000 without the cash back written on slip, fortunately my friend had a card with good limit, so his card was swiped twice for the same amount and we were told that amount will be reversed later.
                                    During all this was happening we met a senior representative naming mr tarun kumar, in very good and gentle manner i told him that sir please look into the matter of diwali gift and please provide us with a good gift,
                                    Infact there i started saying this that as a gesture infact i should also get a gift for making my friend buy from reliance digital as referral.
                                    On the very same day we also puchased a
                                    I phone xr mobile as well on cash down payment, then i again reminded to mr tarun to give us two gift and good one.
                                    He said sir today we don’t have anything with us in stock, but don’t i will make sure that we will get good gifts. We even didn’t get the jio wifi dongle
                                    On next day i. E 6th november i came for the billing of my washing machine and i asked for our gifts, they said still they don’t have stock will take time, no jio dongle also.

                                    On 7th november my friend aditya came to the store cause when he got the tv delivered at home there was some problem with the installation as well, no dongle and no gift on that day also.
                                    My friend also reminded mr tarun that make sure we get two gifts for both o[censored]s and that too good one.
                                    After four days on 11th november i went to your store taking another problem of mine in hand that washing machine for which the bill was generated on 6th i was promised that the machine will be delivered on 8th, but till 11th it was not delivered.
                                    Finally on 11th i got the jio dongle, thank god, but there comes the best topping of all i asked for the gifts, so this guy vishal come with a single crockery set, and that was of melanine, i simply said that i told you on the very first day that we don’t use melanine, i told them i am not gonna accept
                                    This gift and also i was promised for two from your manager.
                                    But your staff was not even reciprocative, even after saying this that i will mail to the higher management, these guys didn’t even had any courtesy to solve the matter there and then is call manager to get it solved. I also said that your manager told me that he will get us something different, but dumb response from the staff.

                                    So finally i said that i m not taking this gift please mark it on my bill for the same, and they did that without any regret feelings in their heart.
                                    I left.
                                    Above mentioned is the wholesome experience of me as a customer, who bought four things from your store and in return what i get is a careless and hospitality less attitude of you staff.

                                    No one is greedy of gifts but of course after so much rounds and efforts everyone looks for an extra reward that too it’s festival and scheme going season.

                                    All i can say right now is, after reading this entire episode of such a bad experience of me as a consumer, i would love to have that feel of hospitality from the higher management and i am sure they will satisfy our demand by providing us, me and aditya my friend with best suited gifts.

                                    One last thing to add on, still today on 13th november, washing machine is till undelivered.

                                      I purchased two bluestar ac from reliance digital, newtown kolkata branch. While purchasing sales executive told me standard installation is free and then he gave me schedule of charges for installation. When i questioned him he told, it cover charges which are not covered under free standard installation and it to avoid harassment latter so i signed it. Product got delivered next day and installation person came as well but they were started asking charges which was not mentioned in schedule and were trying to maximize charges for every small thing. I objected then they simply went back without installing my ac. Its 3rd day my ac still not got installed. Latter i thought to call bluestar customer service thinking i should get it done directly from company and too my surprised i came to know that reliance has got exclusive tie up for installation and bluestar will not do installation if i purchased from reliance digital. I am totally in shock.. I purchased two ac from them and both are still uninstalled. As per them there installation charges will cross more than rs 4000. Plz note, in my flat builder has already made all the provisions for split ac installation, still reliance installation person is asking such high charges. How can blue star do such tie up with such pathetic company. How can they allow such loot.. I am regretting my decision to choose reliance digital.. Not sure when and how my ac will be installed.. I really dont want to be part of loot by reliance digital. If my msg is reaching to top level of reliance managers, pls look into your store how they are looting and harassing customer.

They were 7 member not installed property n said will reach tomorrow n not yet responded for 3 days.change away that worst team

                                        399 reliance digital coupan code invalid

                                        Recharged my jio mobile [protected] on 13 nov... Received a coupan code for 399... While using it in reliance digital website it's as saying its invalid... I am using this coupan on reliance digital website... Not able to redeem it... Why the company has issued me invalid coupan... Please rectify it... I tried to purchase item for 5000.. And applied the coupan but it's saying coupan invalid....
