I bought an i phone 8 from reliance digital amnora pune on 9th jy 2018. I swiped my hdfc debit card for1 rupee for my savings account but after swiping the card they chose current account instead of savings account without asking me and said procedure is dine. Now my emi is bounced and i’m getting charged because i don’t use current account. This very disappointing i want immidiate fulfilment of my loss as i am paying extra 100 rupees charges per month. I did not get proper help after complaining about this to reliance. Kindly look into this. I in loss of 2000 rupees as if now and more to come. I am regular customer of reliance digital and all other reliance service stores right from reliance smart to reliance footprint.

    Reliance digital, nizamabad incharge mr. Bhanu.. I had a conversation with him on 21st august, 2018.

    1. Please tell them to introduce to customers before talking with them
    2. Why you guys are changing your best price based on person, what does it mean?? Reliance digital is not a weekely market, its a matter of trust
    3. We are the customers, we always compare prices with other stores before purchase. You should value it.
    4. Your staff was calling me back and giving me another best price.. I felt like, i’m buying vegetables in weekely market.. It’s like bargain

        I have bought samsung refrigerator at your store in kukatpally, hyderabad on 15th aug, it was delivered on 17th aug, till today 21st no body came for installation.
        I never expected by these much delay with reliance as well samsung. Verymuch disappointed and very un satisfied. I want esacalete this to higher level, pls provide national head email or escclation matrix.

          I was purchase a dell laptop from
          Reliance Digital Store,
          Gomati nagar Lucknow -22600

          The laptop was defected, i told them on next day, they gave to service center for serviced, And after getting again laptop not working. I shown them that is not working. The manager told me that he will talk to his senior authority but i did not get any positive response.

          I asked him again and again but he did not give me any positive response. I lost my office project and this dell series is not working properly. Their sale man told me that if i face any problem then they replaced it within 7 days. But their promise gone wrong. I am very upset from reliance digital service. Even i complaint their senior authority

            I had bought an air conditioner worth 40000. Within 2months the complaint starts.but the customer service had attended only for 2 times. Till now the complaint was not rectified. Customer support was very poor in responding. They lagged the complaint for 1 year and left the complaint by simply saying that warranty has been expired. Now they are saying that the warranty has expired and they can't do anything. They asked us to proceed in any way.(legally).
            They also given a free auggestion that is contact to the air conditioner company customer care.

              I purchased a lg tv from relaince digital behrampur odisha on 17th of august. First they didn't gave me the stand and now the engineer is not coming to mount the television. After calling the store many a times they are not responding and showing rude behavior. There is no hospitality. Public relation is bad over there. They argued with us and dared us to file a compaint against them. It was not expected that a famous store like relaince digital will have this kind of staffs.
              Utterly disappointed by the experience.

                  I purchased a reconnect power bank 20000mh on 06/08/2017 from gariahat(kolkata-700029) outlet. On 02/08/2018 at outstation, when i was giving charge to my iphone, after certain time(approx 25-30min), suddenly a irritable noise came from reconnect power bank & the casecover of power bank open-up, the inner core(a bag) inflated condition is being visible from outside. I am fortunate enough that my little daughter was far from the accident. After informing this to my family members & colleague, they told me to lodge an fir & upload the incident in social site against the reconnect power bank with a complaint in consumer forum about the proper compensation of power bank as well as the iphone, but since i am a regular customer of reliance digital of gariahat branch, i thought to first inform you about the undesired occurance.
                  So its upto you, whether you will take necessary remedial action against this incident at earliest.

                      I purchased a lg tv dated on 15th of aug 18, i was assured of delivery of the same and the installation on 17th of aug. But it failed and delivery was made on 18th of aug. After many calls from purchasing center to service center one official arrived my home and installed the tv but found to be not funtioning well recommended for sending back to kolkatta from where it was despatched to asansol. When i asked the same official what is next now and how many days it would take. He stated again i have to wait for 1 week. Apart from this when i phoned the reliance service first of all they dont pick up my call at once. On my fifth calling they received my call and just paid formality like telecom service care do. I dont know how long i will have to wait. This is the worst experiance ever i had. My father is keep saying that this big mall service and their strategy once get paid money dont pain even to talk to you well. And told had he purchased the same from local market he would have been enjoying the tv the very same day. No doubt i had no reply to my father's statement and felt my self some how harassed and cheated since one week is about to passed and no gurantee when the afresh tv will be delivered, installed followed by taking back the delivered one.

                        They have given canon camera bag, but they are not giving the moto headset,
                        From last 1 week they are telling it does not have stok, daily i am going to the shop but they are not responding properly and not telling exact time.

                          I am not at all satisfied by the after sale service provided by reliance digital. I raise a service request as ice was forming on my ac unit on 16/08/2018 for which tat is 48hrs but i did not get a call from any one nor did any one visited me. Also the request was closed on 18/08/2018 without the service was provided. It's not this time it is like every time when i raise a service request, i face issues. Customer care people say they have raised a complain but no actions are being taken on that. I also don't get a assurance call or any one explaining to me. There is not at all proper service is being provided to there customer. Most of my products are from reliance but i think i need to change the brand now. Request number - [protected].

                            I bought jbl ear phone on august 16th near reliance store. When i was buying this product they said that if ear phone not working properly or not satisfactory you can replace this product they said. As usual my ear phone not working properly and they charged high amount of this product. So today i. E 18th i went reliance store which is i bought this product. I have asked replace this product. They said not possible replacement. And they given irregular response. They arguing with me. So i unsatisfied this product.. So i left that product came to home. Still management were not asking single word.

                              Mumbai infiniti mall sold me a dell laptop.in the offer i was suppose to get itek pro headphone on purchase of the laptop.
                              The outlet told me its out of stock only after i had brought the laptop.. They said it will come in mext 2 days but after a week when i went to the outlet it still said out of stock.
                              This offer was a part of independence day celebration. Now i feel cheated. They are not interested in giving me my offer product.

                                  Extremely bad service. Miscommunication and mismanagement from the reliance digital store. Delay in delivering the tv set to the required address. When tv set is delivered it is said that some one else will come and set up the tv. This was not communicated early. Extremely poor service and negligence from management from such a reputed store is highly not acceptable.

                                    Dear sir / madam
                                    I have buy aqua ro almost 6 month before, i have raise my complaint almost 8 to 10 days before
                                    Below are the two issue
                                    1. Their is an issue in on / off nob, as per service engg. It cost approx. Is 350+, i am ok for that but still not resolve
                                    2. Another concern is behind of ro where we hang in wall its broken from one side, its manufacturing defect with in six to seven month its broken, its not physical damage its manufacturing concern

                                    My request you to look my issue, we are not able to use ro in last 8 days

                                      Hello,
                                      I have purchased sony 32' (W67f) led tv from reliance digital banjara hills branch under hdfc 5% cash back offer. It has been over more than 2 months and i did not received cash back till now. At the time of purchase they promised me will get with in 2 months but still did not received and no information on the same. I contacted the store but no proper response and they are giving the fake promises and keeping fake offers to attract customers. Please take the appropriate action to get my cash back and no others customers to face the same.

                                        My sister in law purchased acer aspire laptop on 5-august-2018, and the executive explined her the specifications and features of laptop. Store executive told us that independence offer is going on and we will get hp deskjet[protected] printer totally free with laptop, but unfortunately that laptop was not in stock and that executive had told us that they will get back to us within 8 days with status of free printer. Its been almost 2 weeks now and we haven't got any communication from reliance digital team r city mall ghatkopar west. This is pathetic customer service. I want that printer by tomorrow i. E. 18-august-2018, or else will have to take up this thing in consumer forum. Need answer asap.
