I register a complaint in reliance digital customer care no. They generate my vide idc[protected] date on 21 july 2018. Next day (22 july 2018) they generate my service id ([protected]) and assign technician.

Next after 2 days (25/july/2018) overhaul services technicians came and taken compressor parts.br...

I have bought sony 5.1 home theatre on thursday 26th but still now no technician came to show the demo.

Even today morning i have called customer care, they have booked the request. I have received request message by evening and now again i received message it’s completed.

Without the technician came, how can you close the request? Am frustrated on this....

I have given my panasonic tv for repair which is under extended warranty almost a month back (7 july2018). I had purchased Electra glow speaker and I was delivered faulty product..I raised complain to customer care.. it was inspected and report for replacement submitted..Now even after 15 days neither it was replaced or somebody contacted.. I had already paid and feeling cheated..I want to file a case in consumer court.. They should change it immediately and also pay penalty for Thier Act.. Concern official should be penalised...

For refrigerator I make loan by bajaj finance.. .i am a manufacturer for dental equipments... And I know the GST rules... Why should they don't insert my GST details... Please send me the explanation... Otherwise I would complaint in sales tax department...

Its very sad to mention that, when i bought the subject line item from your store its told thet the yearly filter change and servicing is free for 1st year and i paid extra amount to extend the policy for extra 2 year.

Todat dt[protected] the servicing guy come and told that there is some extra filter which is a part of the carbon filter also need to change of rupees 2500/-

I have purchased oriental cooler model cp3001h on 25/5/18
It worked well for 1 month. From the past 30 days i do observe a lot of noise coming from fan due to its malfunction and the swing isnt working. So plz do help me with this thing by doing a service by taking it on your own since ypu do deliver the products or please exchange me with a new product....

I bought an lg washing machine from you guys in july 2013 which had a 5 year old warranty. It has ended this year. However, i already paid to extend the warranty july 2017 for 6 months. When i called for a problem with the washing machine, they told me it was out of warranty. The people at reliance failed to submit the check until january 2018 or so i was told. They told me they would fix it and update the records but the problem still persists....
