Dear sir / madam
I have buy aqua ro almost 6 month before, i have raise my complaint almost 8 to 10 days before
Below are the two issue
1. Their is an issue in on / off nob, as per service engg. It cost approx. Is 350+, i am ok for that but still not resolve
2. Another concern is behind of ro where we hang in wall its broken from one side, its manufacturing defect with in six to seven month its broken, its not physical damage its manufacturing concern

My request you to look my issue, we are not able to use ro in last 8 days

    Hello,
    I have purchased sony 32' (W67f) led tv from reliance digital banjara hills branch under hdfc 5% cash back offer. It has been over more than 2 months and i did not received cash back till now. At the time of purchase they promised me will get with in 2 months but still did not received and no information on the same. I contacted the store but no proper response and they are giving the fake promises and keeping fake offers to attract customers. Please take the appropriate action to get my cash back and no others customers to face the same.

      My sister in law purchased acer aspire laptop on 5-august-2018, and the executive explined her the specifications and features of laptop. Store executive told us that independence offer is going on and we will get hp deskjet[protected] printer totally free with laptop, but unfortunately that laptop was not in stock and that executive had told us that they will get back to us within 8 days with status of free printer. Its been almost 2 weeks now and we haven't got any communication from reliance digital team r city mall ghatkopar west. This is pathetic customer service. I want that printer by tomorrow i. E. 18-august-2018, or else will have to take up this thing in consumer forum. Need answer asap.

        I purchased sony klv 32r202f from reliance retail delhi. I was quite disappointed to see defect in a new product. The screen showed vertical lines on the right side from the very first day. I am doubtful about its future performance, so kindly look into the matter. I wish it to be replaced as soon as possible as i was not satisfied with this. For your reference i am attaching the warranty card and bill invoice copy please find them. The service request is registered with complaint id 49356203 also.

          I have raised a complaint at july 30th, as per service executive some parts are not working and we will change in 7 to 15 days. But its almost 20 days i have not received any call from them. Whenever i call the customer service they are saying like we will call back you today but no update from them. Very worst customer service and response. While i am calling customer service, they are saying like the parts is not available for the tv. Then why are they giving a extended warranty for tv's. Still problem not resolved.

          Reliance service is very very worst don't ever go for the resq plan and reliance product. Worst experience in my life

            I was trying to buy samsung a8+ on 11th august, but at the time of payment of rs 23570/- which i was trying to make by credit card got stuck in between. The amount was deducted from my account but they didnt got it.
            I checked with my bank, they said it was successful from their side and it failed at merchant side.
            Now its been 6 days and i havent got my money back.
            I have been calling reliance digital for a long time now and all i m getting is we are working on it.
            Its a huge amount and without any updates from your side its making my life difficult to ever trust you guys.
            I need assistance as soon as possible.
            Its really hard for a middle class person to be under so much of pressure of this huge amount.

              I have purchased 3 nos Reconnect 32" TV on 15th augst in my school st xaviers name. one from Cuttack and two nos from Puri. but I find rate is different one Tv from ctc is 11712/- with two yr addl warnty where as puri 2 nos 24528/- addl 2 yr warnty. means 1104/- excess taken by puri R digital.

                I have got a gift card from guwahati g. S road reliance digital store against a faulty product which i purchased on 6th june 2018. Now i wanted to purchased a cooler which is not available in both g. S road & silpukhuri reliance digital store. Now in my city summer hit rising up and i really wanted a cooler not any other product. I'm suffering a lot within two months.
                Please give a good solve.

                    I had raised complaint regarding my machine is not working, on visit of engineer on 22 july it was found motor is faulty needs replacement and till date reliance is sitting on the complaint and i do not find positive response from reliance customer care.

                    Every time i call cc i just get response we are following with samsung but part is not available.. Even your service manager are helpless to resolve customer issue and not have courtesy to give a call back.

                    Abhilash shinde just spoke what type of service person is she & earlier to her i spoke to other lady she disconnected call stating she cannot listen and disconnected the call & rest other who are there for customer support. Truly a bad experience & service manager as i said how they are committed to customer..

                    Can i have complaint number raised to samsung which is of 10 digit starting with 42*..

                      Complaining the reliance team from past 1.5 months regarding faulty water purifier (Hindustan unilever pure it) piece received from reliance and non of them responding for the same. Too worst response and I recommend not to purchase from these kind of reliance digital centers. Please help me on replacement with new piece or cash back.

                        To whom so ever it may concern,
                        Yesterday we happened to purchase a tv of the brand reconnect (Reliance in-house brand) i. E. 49” at around 5pm i did a partial payment and rest was concluded by finance, however between 7:30-8:00pm i got a call stating that stock is over and the brand cannot provide me with the same unless i opt to take the display piece with a discounted amount. This was really a heart breaking moment for my family as we all were very excited for our purchase, as a brand like reliance we were never expecting such a situation to occur. After giving a thought i asked to individual to give me an extended warranty, he stated that he would give me only one year more irrespective to the fact that m not aware when the display tv was input in the center. I would request you to please look into this at the earnest or else i would not mind convincing myself never to opt reliance for anything in my future endeavours.

                          Hello, we received our aquaguard delivery late! That was okay! The service centre end was not polite, i don't know why but very rough toning and no healthy customer approach. The guys who were appointed or given the task of fitting the aquaguard were not carrying the necessary instruments/equipment and so they were unable to fit and work very inefficiently and thus they installed our device with a visible fault. We insisted them offering a drill bit which they didn't had for the respective work (Wrong drill bit) but they didn't had the key. Also we suggested not to work at the instance but rahter work the next day or when having proper instruments. The results are not properly drilled screw holes which deviate lot from the straight line and also the system is not a flush fit with the wall which is very necessary. I would like your team to look at this problem and try to solve is asap.

                            I have purchased a tv in april 2017 n bought reliance extended warranty, after 15 months my tv stopped working n reliance is unable to repair d tv when it is warranty, however they are offering me 80% of d tv amt only, i purchased d tv with extended warranty for 51000 n i'm getting only 33500 back n they are taking d defective tv, which i feel i'm cheated bcz i only got to use d tv for 15 months for which i'm loosing abv 17000 i want a replacement tv

                              I have purchased a refregerator on 24/06/2018 from a reliance digital outlet of auto nagar branch of vijayawada. It has developed sweating type dampness inside the surface of the refregerator. I have informed to reliance excecutive shri uday of the branch then he asked to contact haier authorities. Haier service engineer visited and found that the refrigerator is defective and they have promised to replace by 24/07/18. They stopped responding finally on 11/08/2018 they will inform the status of replacement on 13/08/2018. When i have contacted on 14/08/2018. They stopped responding. The reliance excecutive is not responding to calls. Haier agents are not responding the phone. This is very bad. Reliance is not responding and taking responsibility

                                I purchased Pureit UvRo water purifier one year back and I have taken Reliance Extended warranty for 2 years.14 Days back (Aug 1st) my water purifier stopped working and I called Reliance Digital Bhimavaram ([protected]) and registered complaint about my issue, the person who took my complaint said that he will sent a technician over and if any part was damaged it will be replaced under warranty in "3-4Days".The technician came to my house on Aug 2nd to check the product.He said a part Gkk1 was damaged, the part order "3-4Days".I waited for '7 Days' the issue was not resolved I didn't get any call or text from the service team regarding the delay.On 8th Day I called the local reliance digital number ([protected]) I enquired about the my complaint they said my product part is on the way and my problem will be resolved by today or tomorrow. I called them straight 4days and I got the same stalling response I even gave them my contact number, Everytime I didn't get any call back from the service team (such a Negligence).3 days back I called again and when I confronted about the delay in my issue resolving the person who talked to me said (in his own words)"I'm not responsible.My job is to take complaint and send technician after that I'm not responsible for the product part delivery or whether the issue is resolved or not.Its the technician's responsibility"he can't even say wether the product's part Order was placed or not !! He didn't know the status of my complaint! But Everytime I called and talked about the part complaint in the 3times they just Lied it will be resolved by today or tomorrow.Again yesterday I called the showroom again (I called them not the other way around) to know the number of the concern person to whom I can talk to about my complaint he gave me a number ([protected]). I've been trying to call that number since yesterday I didn't get any response from that number.
                                I called the Technician .I called the showroom number of times and I called the concern person to enquire about the issue.I called all of them.If I have to call everybody from the Technician to the concern Head of the team what's the point of having Costumer services!! I am a Regular Costumer of Reliance for the past 10 years and I have purchased products worth in lakhs for me personally and for the companies I worked and this is THE WORST experience ever for me.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND I'M NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO FACE THE SAME TYPE OF COSTUMER SERVICE ISSUES FROM THE RELIANCE DIGITAL BHIMAVARAM (ESPECIALLY WITH THE EXTENDED WARRANTY) Who are ready to FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.I want to get my problem resolved as soon as possible otherwise I have no choice but to go with legal means necessary.I hope you guys won't Spoil my Trust in the Reliance Services.Please look into this matter seriously before everyone lost their trust in Reliance products and Services.

                                  Sir please view the attachment of my nikia purchase bill.

                                  My grievance:

                                  Within 3 days of purchase of nokia 1 mobile had a problem of opening and unable to use the phone.

                                  The phone was recommended by mr. Arun and mr. Rafeeque and mr. Balaji of reliance kilpauk show room. Hence i purchased it.

                                  Mr. Rafeeq updated the mobile with my old sims but when i went i couldnt use it.

                                  So i called back the show room several times on 7th and 8th of august, mr. Jeeva attended the call and refused to give the connection to the above mentioned three staffs to clarify my doubts

                                  So i went and met them on 10th and given the mobile to update.

                                  Mr. Balaji said to solve the issue and give it back on 13th evening of august without fail

                                  I did not even use the mobile once

                                  So i surrendered the mobile and the bill to the above persons and left.

                                  Yesterday, they called and said that the phone would be ready by today morning and requested me to collect

                                  But today afternoon someone from your showroom asking 450 rs for updating the new mobile. (They didn't say anything about this money issue while i surrenderd the mobile)

                                  None of the responsible person called and updated about my phone

                                  Is it the way to deal the genuine, regular customer.

                                  None of the staffs are caring about the customer and no incharge to reply our grievances.
                                  Earlier it was not like that.
                                  If reliance is caring only money and not the customer, then should we approach the concerned legal authorities to solve all the issues..???

                                  Hope u would solve this issue and return back my mobile with proper update.

                                      This is for my o general 1.5 ton window ac which is lying with sector 63 noida service center for more then 2 weeks now. I was assured for the ac to be returned with in 3-4 days when the guy picked the ac from me, it's been so many days the service centre is delaying it by saying the same words everytime (With in 2-3 days). Your customer support is also not replying.
                                      It's been so harassing that now we are loosing our patience.
                                      Please sort out this issue if you are able to else this is nothing less than the other incompetent ambani's reliance group.

Your employee tell me he give me a discount 8000 rupees but now he don't get me my discount money het name is kaushik makwana. So I request to you give me my discount money otherwise I go to consumer complaint and I will case in Reliance digital.
