Dear sir this is really disappointing customer service. I have purchased a safe stab stabilizer with samsung inverter ac. But stabilizer showing problem from day 1. I make complaints regarding this. They replace my stabilizer. But it doesn't show any signs of improving. Your service staff mr khan visited my residence and said you have to replace the stabilizer. I called miss rashida, talked regarding my problem she said i made a service request of your stabilizer and within 15 days you got your refunded money because i don't to use any more of reliance products. But till now she and your reliance official are making fool of me. They doesn't care about my query. If you are unable to solve my problem tell clearly that she is unable to solve my query. Solved my problem within 7 days otherwise i have escalated this matter to zonal manager and above and stop making fool.

    I have been covered in extended warranty provided by reliance resQ. Bearing Serial no.1442.

    While buying the extended warrant it was mentioned that remote will be repaired if not working. Now when the remote is not working they say that the service is chargeable and even told me to buy a new remote.

    They are harassing me for the last 10 days and i feel as if i been cheated by them.

      I purchase Kent RO grand form Reliance Digital on 19th July.
      It get installed at my home on 22nd July. It stop working on 29th July.
      on 30th July morning 10am I book complain in Reliance ResQ. Complain no. [protected]. I got massage that it will attend 30th July.

      Nobody come to attend on 30th and 31st.

      On 31st around 8pm, I personally visit Reliance Digital. I meet department Manager there. I explain in details about this. He assured me that next day morning personal will attend my call.

      Next day on 1st Aug. a service person (Mr. Hardik) visit my home @ 3 pm. I dont know how he handle that machine. Once he left the home just after half hr my wife check the RO and found that it still not working.
      My wife call him and inform him that this RO is not working please come back and set the issue. ON that call, Mr. Hardik ask my wife to record a video and send on whatapp. He will send video to company and will give feedback.
      I shock and surprise, Is this way of working of Reliance service person. What is the authenticity of sending video to that guy. How we confirm that he will respond or not. Who will confirm that when he will respond to that video ???
      Mr. Hardik call 2 time to my wife and ask for video. Due to miss use of personal mobile no. I denied to share whatsapp no to any stranger so I called Mr. Hardik and said this is not a proffessonal approch. You have to visit and resolve the issue.
      He didnt come back.

      On 2nd Aug. Since I was travelling, I send a person from my office to Reliance Digital and from there he connect me to Manager.
      I explain him everything. Manager arrange a conference call with Service centre and assure me that they are immediately arranging someone to attend the issue.
      Nobody come to attend the issue.

      on 3rd August, I again call your store manager (Mr. Saurabh cell no. [protected]) I inform that why nobody interested to give service ? Mr Saurabh told me that service person call you & your wife yesterday and you have ask him not to visit (totally lie) I request him to make conference call with that service person again. We made a conference call with him.
      First that person told lies that he called me yesterday, but when I get angry and I told that I will bring call details from Airtel than he confess that He never called me. ( I attach here with call recorded audio) Than he again assure me that he will visit in next one hr. only.
      noboday come again that day. 03rd Aug end here.

      On 4th Aug. around 11.30am I again call Mr. Saurbh. And I ask why noboday attend my call. Mr. Saurabh confirm me that your call is closed. Service person visited yesterday. I told him to check once again. He made a conference call with service person and found that Yes noboday has visited.

      Dear Sir, May be my call get attend today. But what is there for my harassment and maintal pain since last 04 days ?????
      I have regularly buying product from Reliance. I buy Freeze, LED, Split AC, RO, Hair Dryer. still this kind of harrasment is not acceptable at all.

      I am a director of my company. I already have a extreme busy schedule through out a day. still I have to spare my time to handle your people and tolerate this harassment. Since 04 days we are buying mineral water from outside. Since 04 days we are terribly disturb due to your so call ResQ service.

      May be Reliance Digital is going to close my service call, But this time I want them to teach the lesson seriously.

        The amc is going to expire 8th aug 2018. Tried to contact customer care but all service request for amc extension is getting cancelled by giving false reasons.

        Rcp team called me and told the yearly maintenance cost is closed to 30k so amc team of west bengal is not accepting the request. But refused to write these things in mail.

        The whole company is fraud.

          16th july i have bought an hp laptop n when i checked it properly it had number of pictures uploaded many months before the date which i bought it. Reliance digital being one of the top most electronic showroom sells 2nd hand stuff which is disappointing. I may hav to take an action legally for cheating the product to be a fresh one. The very next day aftr my purchase i observed that the laptop is functioning very slowly but dint realise bcz its a very old lappy nd alrdy used one its causing the lappy to work slowly. M sure the showroom person will defntly manipulate the issue but m not goin to leave this issue, il take it to the next level.

          I complained on 3rd August and today is 15th August. So far I have not heard from Reliance Digital, though the Customer Care section assured me on 3rd August when I called them that my complaint will be addressed in 48 hours.
          I hope Reliance Digital understands the seriousness of the problem. The laptop that I have bought from Reliance Digital has photographs and pictures loaded at least one month before the date that I bought it. It can be considered a breach of privacy of the people who have uploaded those files as well as interfering with my privacy by dumping unnecessary files into my laptop which I use for my academic purpose. It is a breach of the assurance given by Reliance Digital that the laptop is new and unused. The credibility of Reliance Digital, as a retail store that sells new products, itself can become a suspect.
          If my complaint is not addressed by 22nd of August, that is exactly one week from today, I will be compelled to approach the Consumers Forum.
          Hoping for a positive reply from a trusted business house like Reliance Digital.

            I had bought a cooler from reliance digital store last year. The cooler was facing major water leakage issues. The product was under warranty so called the reliance helpline for the help. They sent their service center person for the the check. They took my cooler for repair last month. It has been more than 1 month i have been calling the reliance helpline for the status of my cooler. I have not got a single call from service center to tell me the status of my cooler. I am calling the reliance helpline on daily basis but i getting on proper revert.

            Still after a month i have not been able to figure our where my cooler is. Helpline is saying the service center is not responding to their call. It is summers in delhi and i am without the cooler i bought for summers. What was the use of buying a cooler.

            Need urgent help!!

              It is informed that i have bough a new refrigerator (Samsung 192l) on 27/7/2018 from reliance digital shop, mylapre, chennai branch and informed them to exchange my old refrigerator for which dealer agreed and promised me that third party will take out my old one within 2 days and till date nothing has been done. I called several times to reliance digital mylapore branch and logded a complaint to customer care over phone for which i got reference no [protected] but all efforts went in vain. Nothing has been done yet. I called to third party vendor number provided by relaince digital shop, third party also not responding properly even they are telling daily same thing that they will come tomorrow, tomorrow. God only knows when that tomorrow will come.
              Please look in to this issue in urgent basis to sort out the issue as i am struggling to maintain two refrigerators due to insufficient space in home

                On 20th july 2018, financed refrigerator whirlpool if 305 elt from reliance digital store, guwahati, received dent product for a third time... I called several time in the same store...in response i received dates after dates... Today is the 13th day... Unresolved. Don't see any progress. On 24th july, sat down in the store for 4hrs to rectify the issues, but again got the dent product.
                Want replacement as soon as possible. And compliant against mental harassment for 13 days... Have attached two different dent product.

                  Hi, i've purchased google pixel 2 in the month of may and i got a promotional discount of rs. 2000/-, i was told that the coupon is applicable on all the products on the purchase of rs. 6000/-.
                  Today is the last day of the coupon expiry, so i went to purchase a house hold device. After reaching the store, i was told that the offer is valid only on mobile purchase whereas at the time of my purchase, i was told that the coupon is applicable on all the electric devices. Since i was planning to purchase a flat, i thought this offer might help me purchasing my household electric devices from the store. I want to complain about the false information provided about the voucher. I was going to purchase the device from chroma but just to attract my attention, they came up with this coupon offer.                     I purchased Samsung LED 43" on 25th July but screen was demaged then I informed to your store manager giriraj sales man then he said if you want to replace it with a good condition LED then you have to pay 10100 RS more otherwise not replace them I paid 10100 rs More plus my previous payment and replace it on 31 July LG 49" and paid More difference amount 10100 RS but when your engeerier open it then it's also demaged and then again asked to store manager Amit rajpal then he is behaving unprofessionally and now I am doing complain in consumer Court if you don't replace this product with Good condition LED, take immidiate action and response me shortly otherwise I'll do complain in consumer Court Sir.

The people here were totally unresponsive. One of the person said to throw the product after one year of there is any problem. I don't know what to do now. I want use that now.                           I purchased a mobile for my friend on May-10-2018, a person who works for reliance digital (Govind) have given one more mobile to my friend as he is a good friend of Govind. After that Govind came to my office and took the signature of mine to the documents saying his job will go if i wont sign and he will take the responsibilities of the payment. Now when i see the bill in my mail i saw that Govind have swiped his credit card for deposit of that mobile and have made ecs too. My friend and Govind have mingled in this and now they are troubling me for the payment. I request you to do needful thing. The bill has been attached.

Which i have received today but when the installation person came he did not found the wall mount with the tv... So i called up the store for further help to which they said that they are are sending the same within 1 hour... I took half day leave and waited for them but they didnt turn up, and when i call them they were not ready to listen to me and when i asked to listen to me they misbehaved and disconnected the call on my face...                               I bought a panasonic sac 1.5t 5s cs-kc18rkyt-1. I have taken extend warranty for it my ac compressor was damage.

                              I register a complaint in reliance digital customer care no. They generate my vide idc[protected] date on 21 july 2018. Next day (22 july 2018) they generate my service id ([protected]) and assign technician.

                              Next after 2 days (25/july/2018) overhaul services technicians came and taken compressor parts.br...

                              Am not satisfied with your service.

                              I have bought sony 5.1 home theatre on thursday 26th but still now no technician came to show the demo.

                              Even today morning i have called customer care, they have booked the request. I have received request message by evening and now again i received message it’s completed.

                              Without the technician came, how can you close the request? Am frustrated on this.

                                I have given my panasonic tv for repair which is under extended warranty almost a month back (7 july2018). But the service people (Reliance resq goregaon mumbai) in charge dont seem to be doing anything to help. Only when i called to enquire did they bother to send an email to the concerned person regarding tv part requirements and now that that part is unavailable only after i called again (27july) did they bother to send another email for a replacement.
                                Even today wben i called to enquire about the status they have no clear idea or response, as if to say it could take a month or a year to replace it!
                                Didnt expect such shabby service from reliance!

                                  I had purchased Electra glow speaker and I was delivered faulty product..I raised complain to customer care.. it was inspected and report for replacement submitted..Now even after 15 days neither it was replaced or somebody contacted.. I had already paid and feeling cheated..I want to file a case in consumer court.. They should change it immediately and also pay penalty for Thier Act.. Concern official should be penalised...

                                    Respected sir,
                                    Recently I purchased one mobile phone and one LG refrigerator from reliance digital... But your people's are not insert my GST DETAILS in the bill... For refrigerator I make loan by bajaj finance.. .i am a manufacturer for dental equipments... And I know the GST rules... Why should they don't insert my GST details... Please send me the explanation... Otherwise I would complaint in sales tax department...
