The lid of the whirlpool washing machine purchased from reliance digital is broken. I have a resq care plan for the same.

Complaint was first raised in may - even after 4 months, reliance has still not been able to resolve the issue.

I have sent multiple emails, and keep getting the regular "regret your inconvenience and we looking at the issue" replies.

I purchased Lenovo ip520 laptop on 2/08/18 but in Lenovo warranty status is showing from 21/05/18 to 20/0519 what does it mean, it should show one year warranty status from date of purchase

    My washing machine of reconnect 6.5k.g semi automatic was not working. I made the complaint on 18/07/2018 the technician reach said that to change the capacitor and it takes 3 to 10 days. After that no one came and no one reply of the status. This type of service they are provid to your customers by ResQ company. They sell the extent warranty and got the money for that it over nothing to do how much you call or send a email no response that fine.

    Employess are do bad behavior with me.

      Yesterday i. E.,[protected] in reliance digital madanapalle i went to check my emi details in hdb finance card. Meanwhile i asked for any zero scheme offer is there for this cars so that i can purchase microwave oven. They asked for my card. I told, yes i am having credit card. Then the person told that we will just swipe credit card your transaction limit will not be affected, we will provide you loan like that he told. Then i agreed for that and done swiping. He has done rs 15, 000.00 swiping and the amount was converted to 9 emi. But i don’t want to use my credit card. If i could use my credit card, then i will purchase in online shopping merchants. Why should i approach reliance digital or some others.

      Hence i am kindly requesting you to cancel my transaction and refund my amount. Please

      My refrigerator was not working for last 3 days. called reliance digital service center they told our repair man will come in 24 hours but its more than 48 hrs no one has come. the refrigerator was bought from reliance digital in galaxy mall asansol, west bengal.
      3 month back i purchased Samsung S9 mobile from reliance Digital in Xperia Mall Dombivali. i purchased this phone on offer of 5000 will be refund on 3rd Installment but they debited whole EMI of 7200.
      tried to contact store on landline no. tried more than 100 time but noone is picking the call.
      A new Nokia 1 was brought & it was opened by store person...this phone has battery problem...the manager is not able to give exchange...

        I have purchased a sony lcd tv with delivery note no. [protected] while purchasing of tv from bhavnagar reliance digital sales man specified that installation will be free of cost. Now after delivery they are charging additional 1500 rs for installation. The sales person we met was mr. Imran and they offered us additional 1000 rs special discount with the permission from mumbai office, but now we assume that additional 1000 will be covered from insttalation.

          I have purchased bluestar 5 star inverter ac from reliance digital orion mall panvel in april 2018, becuase of reliance digital clearly told me that they have provided 4 year free extened warrenty. But after purchasing ac they ignore to provide warrenty card as well as whenever i gone to complaint in reliance digital they told me call blustar for extended warrenty. I callled up in blustar but they refused to provide warrenty card as well as told us to pay for extended warrenty. Reliance digital refuses to provide the same. Why i follow with blustar, i have purchased from from reliance digital. How they told us to communicate with blustar n all..             Sir,
            I purchased the reconnect 55inches smart tv on 10.8.'17. After a few day it had an internal scratch on display. After complaint it was replaced with a new tv on 24.9.17 with a new billing.

            On 03.06.2018, it got failed to play of video.
            I gave a complaint on the day. After 15 days on 19.6.18 your technicians tried to repair with new display. But there was no result. Again thry tried to repair with new pannel on 29.6.18. Again there was no result. You wasted my time, mental losss, dth balance loss and shame at relatives and friends.
            Now i want you to refun the amount the cost of the tv rs.54, 990/- by returning the tv with compensation to purchase other branded tv at your shop or where ever best price available.

            I don't want the old tv. Because after waranty your service and spares availaibility might be more worst than present.

              I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator in feb'18 and since that time, i have been facing an issue with it.

              I register compliant in reliance digital 3-4 times but nothing has happened. Two times, they visited my home and tried to resolve but it is still the same issue.

              The issue is - the freezer doesn't work properly. Whenever we keep ice-cream, it melts down. Even after keeping for 4-5 days.

              I called them few days before for the same issue, they said you need to reach out to whirlpool for this issue.

              I am now feeling unhappy with my decision in buying refrigerator from reliance.

              Please help me in getting my refrigerator changed.

                Bad service from Reliance. digital:-
                32 inches reconnect led tv not working no display only sound.My complaint status
                On 5/7/18- mechanic came but no action taken.
                Again booked complaint on 17/7/18 mechanic came on 23/7/18 told to replace display panel which he replaced on 4/8/18 but after replacement also problem not solved so again booked a complaint on 6/8/18 with complaint no.[protected] but after no mechanic yet visited and also not getting any right reply from customer care when mechanic will come.
                My TV is in extended warranty period now what to do feeling cheated looking at the service of Reliance digital

                  We purchase a refrigerator in 2013 from reliance digital z square mall kanpur and got our warranty extended till 2018 from res q. I m attaching the extended warranty card which expires in novenber 2018. Our fridge stoppeed working on 29th july. We called the customer care on 30th july. They sent a mechanic to see on 31st. He told us the mother board is not working. It will take 1 week or more as it comes from lucknow. I again called the customer care people to send a back up as mentioned in res q extended warranty card because working without fridge for more than a week is difficult esp.in this season. They told me that the back up is sent only when we are unable to solve the issue in 1 week. Nowhere in that booklet they have mentioned this thing that they will send back up after 1 week. Buy we cooperated and waited. Next day we get a call from res q that your waaranty has expired according to our data, please send a photograph of your warranty on this number. We did that. Nothing has been done since then. Few days later we get a message that your problem has been resolved thank you. We again called them, we wrote an email. But nothing has been done. Now its 9 days and we are still waiting. There is fungus growing everywhere in my fridge. Please help us to resolve this issue

                        I purchased a reconnect powerbank 20000mah from relinace digital, amanora mall, pune, maharashtra on 29 july 2018 cin : l52100mh2012plc231654, till no 9, memo no. 0086066. I kept it for charging as it was showing 67% percent battery. After 6 hrs of charging with no output charge, means no device connected to it, it showed on 74% and it did not charge to 100% even after 8 hrs. I made sure electricity was there and tried again. But same issue, powerbank is faulty and does not charge. Why is reliance selling faulty powerbank. Kindly look into the matter urgently and compensate me for the loss by providing refund.

                          I have been through a lot from 6 months and finally decided to escalate utmost everywhere online.
                          I will start from this email and never stop (1 post each day online) until i hear back from management.
                          Even after spending rs.2, 14, 324 to sustain heat this summer my family still sweating at home.

                          Summary:
                          Out of 6 split ac i purchased (2 hitachi and 4 panasonic brand), we got 1 panasonic ac with faulty condenser and all 6 re-installation on our cost after devliery and wrong installation from service team.
                          Post delivery of all split ac's i have been in contact with store and regional manager almost everyday. I have not got no appropriate response and i had no option but spending more money from pocket and get it fixed.

                          Expectation:
                          1) i need replacement of 1 panasonic split ac immediate
                          2) i need refund of our extra expense occurred because of re-installation all 6 ac's, fixing pipe connections and above ac condenser replacement. (Rs. 20, 600)

                              I had bought a LG water purifier from reliance digital on 14/08/2016 with an extended warranty fr 2 years and the charges for extended warranty were paid initially with the cost of purifier.

                              For the first year LG company gave satisfactory services but next year it was the responsibility of resq but we were not provided with any of the services instead of many complaints for the same we received neither service nor any reply.

                              Complaint was registered on 22/06/2018 and it was promised that technician will Attend on 23/6/2018 but nobody attend ed and again complaint registered on 9/07/2018 and it was informed again that technician will be on 10/07/2018 but no one came .
                              We dn get the use extended warranty.if they cnt provide proper services then y they take amount for the same.i am very much disappointed with this and the reliance digital has cheated on us.

                              Is there any responsible person from the company to solve our issue ??

                              Relaince is not accepting the return of the products even in sealed pack condition . they say that they only accept the products only when they are not working .
                              I booked for dth on 4th mar. Despite several follow ups. It has not been installed yet neither received any communication from you guys. Please refund my money else I will be forced to take legal action.

                                    Dear sir this is really disappointing customer service. I have purchased a safe stab stabilizer with samsung inverter ac. But stabilizer showing problem from day 1. I make complaints regarding this. They replace my stabilizer. But it doesn't show any signs of improving. Your service staff mr khan visited my residence and said you have to replace the stabilizer. I called miss rashida, talked regarding my problem she said i made a service request of your stabilizer and within 15 days you got your refunded money because i don't to use any more of reliance products. But till now she and your reliance official are making fool of me. They doesn't care about my query. If you are unable to solve my problem tell clearly that she is unable to solve my query. Solved my problem within 7 days otherwise i have escalated this matter to zonal manager and above and stop making fool.

                                    I purchased split Blue star A/c from reliance digital panipat in the name of palak dogra on 9/5/2017. Its on 2yrs extended warranty. My service is due and its remote is not working also. Please do it ASAP..

                                      I have been covered in extended warranty provided by reliance resQ. Bearing Serial no.1442.

                                      While buying the extended warrant it was mentioned that remote will be repaired if not working. Now when the remote is not working they say that the service is chargeable and even told me to buy a new remote.

                                      They are harassing me for the last 10 days and i feel as if i been cheated by them.

                                        I purchase Kent RO grand form Reliance Digital on 19th July.
                                        It get installed at my home on 22nd July. It stop working on 29th July.
                                        on 30th July morning 10am I book complain in Reliance ResQ. Complain no. [protected]. I got massage that it will attend 30th July.

                                        Nobody come to attend on 30th and 31st.

                                        On 31st around 8pm, I personally visit Reliance Digital. I meet department Manager there. I explain in details about this. He assured me that next day morning personal will attend my call.

                                        Next day on 1st Aug. a service person (Mr. Hardik) visit my home @ 3 pm. I dont know how he handle that machine. Once he left the home just after half hr my wife check the RO and found that it still not working.
                                        My wife call him and inform him that this RO is not working please come back and set the issue. ON that call, Mr. Hardik ask my wife to record a video and send on whatapp. He will send video to company and will give feedback.
                                        I shock and surprise, Is this way of working of Reliance service person. What is the authenticity of sending video to that guy. How we confirm that he will respond or not. Who will confirm that when he will respond to that video ???
                                        Mr. Hardik call 2 time to my wife and ask for video. Due to miss use of personal mobile no. I denied to share whatsapp no to any stranger so I called Mr. Hardik and said this is not a proffessonal approch. You have to visit and resolve the issue.
                                        He didnt come back.

                                        On 2nd Aug. Since I was travelling, I send a person from my office to Reliance Digital and from there he connect me to Manager.
                                        I explain him everything. Manager arrange a conference call with Service centre and assure me that they are immediately arranging someone to attend the issue.
                                        Nobody come to attend the issue.

                                        on 3rd August, I again call your store manager (Mr. Saurabh cell no. [protected]) I inform that why nobody interested to give service ? Mr Saurabh told me that service person call you & your wife yesterday and you have ask him not to visit (totally lie) I request him to make conference call with that service person again. We made a conference call with him.
                                        First that person told lies that he called me yesterday, but when I get angry and I told that I will bring call details from Airtel than he confess that He never called me. ( I attach here with call recorded audio) Than he again assure me that he will visit in next one hr. only.
                                        noboday come again that day. 03rd Aug end here.

                                        On 4th Aug. around 11.30am I again call Mr. Saurbh. And I ask why noboday attend my call. Mr. Saurabh confirm me that your call is closed. Service person visited yesterday. I told him to check once again. He made a conference call with service person and found that Yes noboday has visited.

                                        Dear Sir, May be my call get attend today. But what is there for my harassment and maintal pain since last 04 days ?????
                                        I have regularly buying product from Reliance. I buy Freeze, LED, Split AC, RO, Hair Dryer. still this kind of harrasment is not acceptable at all.

                                        I am a director of my company. I already have a extreme busy schedule through out a day. still I have to spare my time to handle your people and tolerate this harassment. Since 04 days we are buying mineral water from outside. Since 04 days we are terribly disturb due to your so call ResQ service.

                                        May be Reliance Digital is going to close my service call, But this time I want them to teach the lesson seriously.
