My reconnect led tv 32 inches not working.only sound no display.
On 5/7/18 I placed a complaint the mechanic came and taken photographs of the circuit board but it is almost 16days have passed but no reply from your side when my TV will be OK.
My tv is in extended warranty period
After repeated contact to customer service no satisfactory answer that when it will be ok.

I had purchased a HP laptop from Reliance Digital Store Located in Alwar, Rajasthan. I just Checked the remaining warranty period online and it shows 7 months. I had purchased this laptop on 11.05.2018 and the HP support system says warranty has been activated since December 7, 2017.

    I have registered so far three compliants on the same issue . No one really looked at it and solved . Ac not working and they are just playing with us . This is totally unaceptable. We are in Chennai ( without AC how difficult it is ) . They said some board issue . They visted site with a wrong board . today also they came and they just left like that . iam wondering what is happening .

    i have contacted Customer care head and sent him three emails. they also have taken this issue light because they are not suffering from it . please advise how do i get a solution for this .

      I bought this laptop 2 years ago, and its not used continously but still it is lagging like i have bought it 5-6 years before. please fix the problem soon .as i am having many study materials in it and i am not able to prepare for it . it took me 20 minutes to open google chrome. and if i wish to play games in it then takes about half hour to boot the game. its my humble request

        Registered complaints to ResQ (Reliance Digital Service company) for non-function of LG AC but complaints were not registered. Finally, after lot of hastle even though it was registered it was then cancelled by the customer service saying they don't have technicians available right now. Is this what you get after 5 days of continuous follow up? Also why was the complain cancelled? If there were no technicians available then you should keep the complain open right?

          I have purchased a Samsung Washing Machine from reliance digital on 18.07.2018 and till today no service engineer have come for installation of the machine. They promised me free installation and demo but till now no response from other side. I tried to contact the store several times but no reaponse till now. Totally disapointed with the service. I make sure that I dont go for further shopping from reliance and will also let othe customers know about the problem I am facing.

          I have purchased an washing machine on 18.07.2018 but till Date I have not received the installation or the Demo. I am highly disappointed by the service. Shall I return the product because i don't need an unused product at my home. While purchasing they promised me the installation and demo the very next day but its been 4 days now. When I try to contact the vendor he dont receive my call n when he does he keeps on taking time after time.

            We asked for convertable fridge and reliance digital has given non convertable fridge. When we open fridge and checked manual then we came to know that is non convertable. We went to exchange fridge and shop is not exchanging.

              issue of laptop working

              I have Acer laptop.which shows problem of not working properly ie it get switch off auto. While working on it And some time it don't start at all. After making it on off for 10 -15 mins it get starts and some times it's shows the screen with message "there is prob in laptop. We will repair the problem and restart again". This keep happening about 15-20mins then it it may get start or keep repeating same message.

              My TV had a display issue .i purchased it on feb 2017..as it is under warranty ...i complained it to reliance digital...mechanic visited n said diplay is to be replaced ... requsition forwarded by the mechanic to reliance digital 1 month ago...still not getting the exact status of my display parts...i have no other options but to beg to u for repairing my TV at ur earliest caus i have no other options... n from the past 1 month i am blinded for wt is going on at ur end...

              If possible give some tym for reading my plea and give some positive action please...

                I have been chasing reliance digital since 4th June for repair of my LG TV. I had taken extended warranty. Every week I get a call from a number ‭+[protected]‬. They just asked whether ur tv got repaired or not. Reliance is asking me to pay to LG for the repair and they will refund me amount. How can I believe. The worst service I have got. I have called so many times and we just get the reply that it’s been speed up. Really reliance digital is biggest cheater. I have all my recordings of call and have planned to move to consumer court.

                  We bought new LG 360L invoice no: 11412 on 14/6/18 the sales team was wonderful to sell it and when the refrigerator was delivered it had dent we called customer service(Divya Metta and Rizwan Qadri) right away and they said to use it and they would replace. They did not tell us to keep boxes and it was Eid festival day we cleaned our house and trashed boxes. After making calls for a week they said they need boxes or else they cannot resolve it and they promised to reimburse 5% by sending us money.

                  After that there was no calls or correspondence we called 40-50 times to Divya, Rizwan and Sai(service center) they said they will call us back and not one call was returned. It was almost a month, I went directly to store on 11/7/18 to talk to customer service manager(Divya) she was on vacation and I talked to Rizwan and sales manager as well and gave they written complaint and they promised the resolution in 24 hours, but of no use and I gave them another week as of today but no response. I have to file this complaint and will also take to social media, how worse service and un accountable these companies have become. Another thing we have to pay 500rs to the exchange guy(Reliance person Rizwan told us to pay) who came to pick refrigerator, which was not part of the contract.

                  I have attached my bill, pics of damage when opened the box, box snapshot, written complaint.

                  I am a senior citizen and this how we treat people as its frustrating to call as we are begging.

                  Please make sure Reliance doesnot do this to this customers, I want them to replace my refrigerator.

                        I have purchased R- connect TV -43'' reliance digital iscon mall on date 29/6/2018, which installed on 30/6 . from very first day, sound and picture quality not good and tv hanged. I made complaints two times on r digital, and my complaints attended by your service engineear on date 12/7, where he certified the complaints. from last five/ six days I have write several mails, and talk to cutomer care two or three times. for change my tv with new one, but no relply received. sir, I want to change my defective piece of TV, IMMEDIATLY.

                          In the month of March 2018, Reliance Big TV launched a scheme through large advertisements for which the booking amount was Rs. 499/-, large number of peoples like me booked this scheme and paid the amount. I have book on 02/03/2018, As per promise the connection was installed within 30 to 45 days but even after passing more than 140 days no connection has been installed. I have made so many calls on their call centre ask for refund but they are not giving satisfactory reply.

                          Its not happen only with me. In the name of Pre - Booking Reliance have collect 499/- from million of people but they are not installed a single connecting after 140 days. Its big scam. Reliance cheat million of Indian People. Kindly look into this matter.

                            Sir,

                            I purchased a samsung galaxy A8 on 17/07/2016 at Reliance Ambattur along with Resq plan(insurance). I handed over my phone to Resq Purasaiwalkam on 27/06/2018 with the following issues
                            (i) Touch not working properly
                            (ii) USB not recognized
                            (iii) Unable to update software
                            (iv) proximity sensor not working

                            The in-charge in the resq centre did not listen to my complaints but received my phone and handed over a acknowledgment stating that the service technician will connect to learn the issues.

                            I waited for more than a week but there nobody connected, then I called the Resq Centre Purasaiwalkam to know the status of my repair request. They replied that they are unaware of the status and gave the number of the service service technician who never picked my call. When I enquired about the non response of the service technician the Resq service centre person replied that the said person has abscond.

                            After an another week he contacted me and told me that my phone will be repaired and delivered on 08th July 2018 but till now the phone is not repaired by the team when I escalate it to the manager he showed no hurry in attending my complaint and also gave lethargic answers and told me that he will be delivering the phone on 14th July 2018.

                            On 14/07/2018 I contacted the Centre manager, Resq Service Centre and the Service technician but no body responded to my call.

                            Then i called the Toll Free Customer Support to know the status of my phone they connected me with the Resq centre purasaiwalkam and they promised that they will deliver the phone on 16/07/2018.

                            Again when I called them on 16/07/2018 my call was not answered I again connected with them through the toll free help line and they promised in front of their customer support executive that they will deliver the phone before 18/07/2018. But the Manager added that if they are not able to deliver the phone repaired they will compensate for the phone.

                            But today(18/07/2018) they replied that they will not repair the phone but will compensate for the phone which is deliberate.

                            When I contacted the brand store(samsung) where the resq team said they are processing the repair of my phone, they said that they received the phone only today and no process was done till date.

                            Is this how a customer will be cheated and treated at Reliance Resq?

                            The act of the Manager is very deliberate, as i urged to get my phone he has wantedly done this.

                            Enquiry may be conducted with the resq customer care with toll free number [protected]

                            Please let me know the solution for my problem and the action taken against the officials who has deliberately done this.

                            It was really hurting to know from Samsung Service centre person that no repair has been done in my phone. But your team has given false statements that my phone is being repaired and gave false hopes that they will deliver my phone repaired.

                              I purchased a samsung galaxy A8 on 17/07/2016 at Reliance Ambattur along with Resq plan(insurance). I handed over my phone to Resq Purasaiwalkam on 27/06/2018 with the following issues
                              (i) Touch not working properly
                              (ii) USB not recognized
                              (iii) Unable to update software
                              (iv) proximity sensor not working

                              The in-charge in the resq centre did not listen to my complaints but received my phone and handed over a acknowledgment stating that the service technician will connect to learn the issues.

                              I waited for more than a week but there nobody connected, then I called the Resq Centre Purasaiwalkam to know the status of my repair request. They replied that they are unaware of the status and gave the number of the service service technician who never picked my call. When I enquired about the non response of the service technician the Resq service centre person replied that the said person has abscond.

                              After an another week he contacted me and told me that my phone will be repaired and delivered on 08th July 2018 but till now the phone is not repaired by the team when I escalate it to the manager he showed no hurry in attending my complaint and also gave lethargic answers and told me that he will be delivering the phone on 14th July 2018.

                              On 14/07/2018 I contacted the Centre manager, Resq Service Centre and the Service technician but no body responded to my call.

                              Then i called the Toll Free Customer Support to know the status of my phone they connected me with the Resq centre purasaiwalkam and they promised that they will deliver the phone on 16/07/2018.

                              Again when I called them on 16/07/2018 my call was not answered I again connected with them through the toll free help line and they promised in front of their customer support executive that they will deliver the phone before 18/07/2018. But the Manager added that if they are not able to deliver the phone repaired they will compensate for the phone.

                              But today(18/07/2018) they replied that they will not repair the phone but will compensate for the phone which is deliberate.

                              When I contacted the brand store(samsung) where the resq team said they are processing the repair of my phone, they said that they received the phone only today and no process was done till date.

                                I am not sure this is genuine website or a scam. As i tried contacting them via the mails and the customer care number provided but all effort in vein. It is not reachable. Looks like some kind of fraud on the name of reliance.

                                Is it a phishing site or am I scammed ? I am not exactly sure whom to contact in this case.

                                  I have taken insurance for my brand new mobile mi y1 from reliance digital located at dilsuknagar hyderabad branch . when purchasing if damage happend
                                  reliance digital will take care of repair unlike other they said now they said to subimit a form and u will get 2 forms i did the same but it is first i have to pay then claim happens but WHILE INSURING THEY SAID IT IS LIKE GIVE DAMAGED MOBILE AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE AND IT IS GOING ON SINCE 5 DAYS AND MANAGER IS THE one WHO WANT THROW ON OTHERS SHOLDER IS THIS THE TRUST RIL GIVES TO CUSTOMERS.

                                    I have pre-booked for reliance big tv on 7th March 2018 by paying Rs 500/- and got the confirmation promising of installation within 30-45 days.
                                    But till date, nothing has done to fulfil that promise. though I have sent two emails, got no reply.
                                    The company has looted me and more by falsely promising to offer best DTH service. Please take appropriate action.
