HI,
I have taken insurance for my brand new mobile mi y1 from reliance digital located at dilsuknagar hyderabad branch . when purchasing if damage happend
reliance digital will take care of repair unlike other they said now they said to subimit a form and u will get 2 forms i did the same but it is first i have to pay then claim happens but WHILE INSURING THEY SAID IT IS LIKE GIVE DAMAGED MOBILE AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE AND IT IS GOING ON SINCE 5 DAYS AND MANAGER IS THE one WHO WANT THROW ON OTHERS SHOLDER IS THIS THE TRUST RIL GIVES TO CUSTOMERS.
IT IS VERY BAD PRACTICE

    I have pre-booked for reliance big tv on 7th March 2018 by paying Rs 500/- and got the confirmation promising of installation within 30-45 days.
    But till date, nothing has done to fulfil that promise. though I have sent two emails, got no reply.
    The company has looted me and more by falsely promising to offer best DTH service. Please take appropriate action.

        Dear Sir,
        I brought Daikin 3* 1.5 Ton SAC 3SINV FTKH50S from Reliance digital Gurgaon. From the day bought & installation it has no cooling..We got the AC installed on 20th May 18 and the day one I’m complaint to Reliance digital customer care aprox 10-15 time. Every time their engineer came & find different type of complaint including they told filled GAS are low & then next time they fill the gas but result are zero in (Two time Daikin engineer also come). Many time they registered my complaint & send me SMS your complaint are registered & engineer are assign who will attend that day & within 20minut next SMS are came your complaint are successfully completed (I have All proof regarding this). Finally when I insist to customer care executive they told me they assign senior engineer Mr. Sandeep who attend two time the complaint and he reported in front of me their senior AC not maintain cooling proper. And they told me they reported to Daikin for replace the ac and before replacement Daikin engineer also came for check but they told me ac are fine but stabilizer not step up volage properly. I’m again complaint to reliance they change stabilizer or find the problem but their engineer told stabilizer are fine but ac not maintain cooling properly. Now they told me problem are my home which in 2nd floor (Top floor) so its not resolvable.
        In my opinion mistake are my why I’m go to Reliance digital & why buy third class company Daikin ac.
        I’m purchased the AC from Reliance Digital GFA-026-15 G-16, Ansal Plaza, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon While purchasing we clearly told them we have top floor they suggested us to buy Daikin three stare inverter AC and we did that.
        I’m not statisfied with Daikin and would not recommend anyone to buy that as they have pathetic customer service & their executive don’t even know how to talk. We are just fed up with this brand & retail showroom.

          Sir, I have recently been posted to odisha and on my arrival .I placed an order of Sony LED 44X7002E from Relaince Digital, berhampur, odisha on 12/07/2018 worth Rs 60990..The attendant (Mr Rasmi Pattnaik) showed me the TV which was displayed in the store and told me that it is the last piece available.
          He did not mention anything regarding the display discount and nor i was offered any discount on the product.
          The technician came to install the TV on 14/07/2018 and as the TV was opened and mounted on the wall, it was having a scratch on the screen.
          I spoke to Reliance Digital at berhampur office but they told that they will not replace the product.
          I request you to get my TV replaced at the earliest as the cost factor involved is Rs 60990.

            We have purchase washing machine In may 18 at our new flat
            Demo person from reliance is not good we have also mention after service review
            but we move to our new flat on 14-7-18
            when we start first time washing machine on 15-7-18
            there is no cut off in water filled up
            we made a complaint to LG service center
            their service person check the machine and told us there is circuit issue
            it means Reliance digital has sent us faulty peace
            Reliance customer care lady from No [protected] does not reply us properly
            we have put trust in a brand and purchase such valuable washing machine but not received any kind of after sales service

              I have done pre booking for big tv on 5st march 2018, they promised to give the connection before 30 to 45 days, but it's more than 131 days now, no connection done.
              Contacted many times to customer care they don't speak properly, mails not replied, tweets also ignored.
              Such a attitude from reliance is shocking, it clearly shows that company will not last long.
              As a customer i want my 500 rs return with interest n penalty for such mental torture.
              I'm doing it, i'm from Kakinada (AP).

                  I purchased a mobile from reliance digital sector 29, Gurgoan.
                  A coupen of RS.2000 was given along with the bill.
                  At the time of redemption at store they tried to tell stories for not resumption of the coupon.
                  At the time of selling the phone they assured me that the resumption can be against the mobile phone and it's accessories. Even the product which I am trying to purchase now was assured to me that it comes under the catagory.
                  I want to take action against the showroom so
                  1. They should not do this to the customers.
                  2. My amount should be refunded.
                  3. Strict action should be taken against the showroom.

                    I purchase Moto g6 on 10/06 from reliance digital mahagun mall at vaishali ghaziabad. And they insured my mobile from Oriental insurance and I send next day that cover not to [protected]@wiaservices.com mail I'd. Provided by reliance digital sales executive. Orintal replier assured me that with in 7-10 days I will receive that policy number, but still I am waiting for that.

                      I have pre booked reliance big tv connection by pay ing rs 500 hundred and i got a mail stating connection will will be installed with in 30 to 45 days but after four month still not installed . I got this message after got my booking by paying Rs.500

                        I have purchased 1 AC of Hitachi in the Year May 2017…along with additional warranty of 4 years for better service…because I trust that Reliance digital is a good brand name & will provide me uninterrupted service…..But here everything is opposite….

                        1……..At the time of purchasing additional warranty I was asked to provide annually 2 free services..but in the 1st year No service has been done by the company.

                        2…… 2nd Year when I requested for service executive gave me a TAT of 48 hours to provide that……After 5 days when I shouted on them then they arrange technician to provide the service of my AC.

                        3….On 22nd June 2018 I registered complaint regarding problem with my Stabilizer that it is not working some technical problem was there & my AC was not working…Again she gave me TAT of 48 working hours that our technician will visit within 48 working hours..

                        No person came…….On 2nd July 2018 I again registered a complaint regarding the same and same day i came to know that No complaint has been registered On 22nd June…I Asked her to register my complaint on 2nd July and she registered the same but till today i.e.[protected]…no technician has visited my home for checking that problem.

                        I just want to know that is this a top class service of well known brand name of INDIA…i.e. RELIANCE…Why should I pay you Rs. 6000/- approx more for additional warranty if I have to receive this type of pathetic service in which no body bothers…no body even cares about the customer service…….Such a 3rd class service Relaince is providing to me….

                        I need my money back…I don’t want to continue with this 3rd class service…..Please refund me money asap…..

                          Self visited Reliance Digital Brookfield shop asked for a laptop for office use, they sold a HP LAPTOP with MS OFFICE STDENT VERSION. Now facing lot of problems
                          1 unable to connect with my office mail
                          2. Even if it is connected unable send mails from the laptop
                          3. If i want to buy MSOFFICE office version peoples are saying MSOFFICE 2016 is uploaded the laptop will perform slow

                          sorry to hear, unfortunately, Office home and student 2016 version does not have outlook application, so you cant unable to send or receive mails.
                          Instead you can use builtin MAIL application, configure settings for mail app, once you configured, you can send and receive mails

                            We had ordered LG MWO from reliance digital store in Bangalore on 8th July . The technician was supposed to come and do the installation and demo in 9th . It has been 3 days and the technician keeps giving excuses . The customer service also no one responds well. They just put us in hold for long time .
                            It is much better to buy electronic products from other brand stores.

                              I bought my Sony bravia LED TV in year 2014 from your outlet situated in shipra mall indrapuram.

                              It worked well for a few months. But since then every 6 months it stops functioning.
                              Its been quite a long time that we have been facing this issue.
                              We have lodged the complaint/ for repair 6 times in past 3 years.
                              Everytime the reason told to us is the disfuction of display

                                I bought the AC by cash and not EMI ON 22nd of July. After three days I received the product after tweeting and complaining because the store guys lost my product. After a week it got faulty. Entire gas leaked because reliance used their own installation and not the brands. Escalated via social media and it's been going on since . The store manager behaves rudely and disconnects . No one seems to be helping. People are just not concerned

                                I was book a reliance big TV settop box and maximum time of installation is 45 day but now more than 3.5 month of booking but not even single information from the company and when asked from costumer executive they have no information and after sometime cut the call and no reply of mail.

                                  I had logged a complaint in ResQ on 4th May 2018. My complaint Reference No. : [protected]. I am followed up with ResQ support about this for more than 10 times by phone call and by email but every time their support executive told your issue will be resolved in one or by today but the issue still not resolved.
                                  They have pathetic service I ever was seen. They even don't bother to message or call the client about the status of the request. They are charging the premium on their product and selling their ResQ service, People buy their service considering a big brand name but they are not following their commitments. Please don't buy any reliance Q service.

                                    My self yogesh sharma i had purchased a handset at reliance​ digital, aggarwal mall shahdra date on 11/2016 also purchased insurance & resq plan. when i purchased Resq plan that time SALES PERSON MR ABHISHEK said to me that in this plan urs mobile fully covered all types damage(water problem also). Sometimes before my handset front screen damaged & some dent in back side cover.
                                    I summited (date on 23.06.2018)handset at yours outlet reliance digit. shahdra of Mr chander, share my complained with him, He clearly said to me that Back side Cover not covered in resq plan.I asked to him that It's mention in resq booklet he said no, so why do you refused this job & why do you misguide to customer on purchase time. After that i summited my handset for screen damage issue.after repairing called to me from yours side that yours handset ready, when i went for receiving handset, I cheeked that my handset back cover lock damage at yours workshop. I returned summit my handset to Mr Chander for complete the job his said that you will get handset within 2-3days in ok condition. after long time no reply your side when I called yours outlet contact no.which is mention in customer job slip call not connect due to wrong no.. after that I contact to customer care and asked handset quarry his transfer to call at workshop noida sec-63 Mr DHEERAJ (tech) attended to call or told me that yours phone old damage in yours end when i said to him that please cheek job sheet which is prepraid by Mr CHANDER there is no other damage, Dheeraj told me in rudely language that we dont do anything meet to Chander for same.
                                    overall very bed experience with yours team.

                                    ​Now there is my few points:-
                                    1) Why does not cover ​backside of handset, when not mention in term/condition in booklet.
                                    2) Who will responsible damage for back cover lock.
                                    3) Who will responsible for my harassment or time wasting.
                                    4) When I'll get my handset any date or time.

                                    Its totally cheat with customer I highlight this case & go to consumer court for same.

                                      Hi Team.

                                      I purchased Samsung split AC from your outlet at D Block, Vikaspuri, New Delhi 110018 on 4th July, 2018 by paying INR 39000 in cash. The AC was delivered ay my residence before noon on 5th July, 2018. Same day, the engineers from your company came to install it at around 2 PM. After mounting the instruments they asked me to fill a feedback form as one of them had to go and install another AC. Though they did not show me that the AC was operational, I filled up the form so that their scheduled work is not hampered.
                                      Things changed after that including the behavior of the engineers present. As it was raining outside, none of them leave for another installation. The sales person at the store had asked me to check for number 99 in the display which indicates that the installation was correctly done and AC has no defects. When I asked the engineer to show me that number, he said that the sales person was not technically aware and they often misguide the customers to sell the product.
                                      Thereafter, the engineer set the AC on COOL mode (temperature 18 degree Celsius). There was no cooling. When I asked the engineer after observing for 10 minutes, he said that the AC does not cool while there is a rain as due to frequent fluctuations in temperature outside. He said that it will start cooling once the rain is over. After that both the engineers left while it continued to rain outside advising me to contact on the numbers given on the receipt they gave me for items used in installation. They did not provide any installation report to me.
                                      The receipt was of ResQ Service. The contact numbers mentioned on the receipt was 64646217 & 64676831 and a mobile number [protected]. I tried to call the numbers as there was no cooling even after the rain had stopped. The phone numbers have changed and the mobile number was constantly out of each.
                                      I tried calling the store. I narrated my woes and the person from your store who had received my call said that they will send another engineer to check it if an engineer was available. I wanted to complain about the engineers who came for installation and also demand for replacement. They gave me number of Mr Satish ([protected]). He was apathetic. He said that he cannot help as he was on leave and at his native place and he is the whole and sole who can decide on the matter and would only do after he returns to work. Nothing moved for an hour, no one picked my 4-5 calls made to the store. In the meanwhile I also called up your customer care and got a ticket opened for replacement. The ticket number was [protected]. Then I walked up the store at around 5:30 PM. When I threatened to narrate my incident to the customers present in the store, a manager (Mr. Pankaj) and tried to pacify me. He said that if there is any internal problem in the AC the AC will be replaced. An engineer was found and while I was in the sore he reached my residence to check the AC.
                                      The engineer checked the AC. The AC would not cool. He opened up the AC and started repairing it. It took him more than an hour and half to complete the repair. I constantly asked him about the issue but he refused to give details. In the end he said that a wire was loose.
                                      No reasonable person would believe that to tighten a loose wire, it would take more than 90 minutes. He did not provide any service report. He asked me to sign on a job sheet. I refused to sign the job sheet and mentioned in comments that the AC was defective and should be replaced.
                                      Today, I received a message that the ticket [protected] was closed. I again called up the customer care and got another ticket opened ([protected]) and asked for replacement. I called up the store again. Mr Aman said that they cannot do anything till they do not have input from the technical team. I again pressurized them to give me a number who has the authority to decide. They gave me the number of Mr. Manav ([protected]). E gave a patient hearing and said that he was in Mumbai attending a work shop and get back to me in the evening. When I called him late in the evening he said that he will contact me tomorrow.

                                      At around 4 PM today, I also called Samsung asking for replacement. The call was transferred to a supervisor who divulged very interesting policy. According to the policy, if a piece is installed and is not in the working condition but can be repaired then replacement will not be done. This was a fantastic revelation made by her. It means that a company can flood in the market with defective product and the product will be repaired after purchase and the customer will have to live with the defective piece. When I expressed my intention to seek redressal from consumer forum, she said that she would escalate the matter to Samsung headquarter and it would take 24 hours to get a reply from them.

                                      Yesterday, my parents who are 80+ and 70+ and are not well could not rest for 7 – 8 hours, I had to miss doctor’s appointment and wasted my one leave aprt from putting my INR 39000 at stake and at the mercy of the doctored service report that may have been submitted by your engineer.

                                      Please ask Mr. Brian Bade if it is acceptable in US or most of the European countries, or in Japan or Korea. Please ask him, is this the way to provide customer service. I want to reach him and find answers from him. If you can do it from my behalf, I would be grateful.

                                      Anyway, I have two concerns.
                                      1. When will the AC that I have purchase will be replaced?
                                      2. What action Reliance is going to take against the erring engineers who came to install the AC?

                                        We are complaining for the same issue for almost past 3 months and it is not resolved yet. Service centre is closing the ticket with out resolving and confirming with us, saying technician confirmed to them that it is fixed. Subjected ticket is open since 23rd june 2018 and till date no technician has visited our place. Please advise who is responsible for this inconvenience? When can we expect this to be fixed? Is there any tat for the tickets raised?
