Reliance digital shopprix mall meerut is one of worst digital store in matter of cx service and product... I have purchase a 1 ton ac of reconnect on 27 June 2018 from reliance digital it is delivered damage to me and even the ac is not been installed up till now... And the manger who is assigned for the job he is more worst in term cxx service Now its a high time for me...
I will also share all the information(images of ac billing and all) on social media so that no one ever purchase any product from reliance digital because they have one of the worst cx service and mangers. Reliance only want money they don't care about product and all... My contact no. Is [protected]

    This is my third time experience in reliance digital store, hanamkonda 506001, very un professional way and rude behaviour of employee, today morning i went for wireless mouse purchase, employee behaviour and unprofessional way i have not purchase the product also. Even store in charge also not responding.

    If the same situation is continue no body will intrest to purchase

      I visited the showroom and asked and explained the problem very clearly to replace the old pipe of my washing machine totally (Please note i didn't say that extension is required, since there was a leakage in the old pipe i asked to attach it to the machine directly not to the old pipe). Technician without a single thought came and simply attached the pipe. There was not a slight apologies from the technician nor from the rd staff, instead technician said he can't fix it today and asked me to raise a ticket and call rd (Please note rd never called me at the first place since product was sold, they never bothered to call back). Is this your after sales service? This is pathetic. Since rd was trusted (At least i did a mistake of thinking that) i took all my products from there (Tv, fridge, wm, speakers, iron) and he was asking me to raise a complaint against lg (Not rd) if that's the case what is the point of taking products from rd. If my query doesn't gets addressed i am without any slightest doubt going to the consumer court and will take the help of social media.

        I went to ur reliance digital at malda, west bengal, to buy a ac but there mr das (Most probably babin), duty on first floor, speaks with me in very dishonour language. When i went to reliance digital at malda some one attended me for showing the product of various company on air condition brands.. Than and than i leave ur shop and bought it from another shop. If you want to see the purchase bill i can produced
        Such behaves may downtrend ur business.

          I had buyed a dslr (Nikon d5600) dslr camera from reliance digital (Coimbatore - brooke fields). They said that it had an offer of tripod worth 2000rs for 1000rs... I payed the amount for that also... Its been a month still i have not got the tripod.. When i call them they say it is out of stock... Will be available soon.. I want it soon.. Tq

            I purchased aquaguard R.O. on 16/06/18 but whithin 7 days this produt not working properly . Only 100 ml water purified in 24 hrs . Even after 6 days passed off after regular complaints on reliance digital customer care no one look after my complain. From 3rd day onward customer care representative everyday tells technicial will come till 6 pm evning but no one comes for resolve that issue . This company provide vry poor service and makes fool to customers

              I have been having problems with internet speed on my jio. At most times it is unable to even open its own app's details like my plan, vouchers. I have been having this problem for about 4 months and could not get over it. Tried jio customer car but wasn't fruitful. I have given a thought to moving to another network yet i sympathise with jio as it is who started to think for customers. Hence i request you publicly to solve my problem.

                I went to see laptops 2 weeks back around mid june at reliance digital situated at ranip, ahmedabad. When i asked about particular laptop he asked about my budget (How could he ask me about my budget without even showing me the particular model i asked him to show)... He wasnt interested in giving me details properly plus he's tshirts buttons were opened and he didn't had an i-card like others. Totally mannerless. No etiquette at all... And he wasnt actully interested in selling. He said "kitne laptops beche koi aap jitne questions nai puchta"... I still remember his words, he spoke as if he was the owner of that store. I asked his name too... His name was krunal.

                Reliance digital is itself responsible for their employees behaviour towards customers. #disppointed.

                  I have purchase symphony diet 50 ltr cooler from reliance digital store at meerut as on 24.06.2018.. But now i want exchange this product & take a other product like cooler. I m also deposit my symphony diet 50 ltr cooler at store as on 26.06.2018 take deposit receipt. & store staff say to me give us two day for exchange.. But now after two days they are refuse to exchange...

                    I have raised a complaint on my ac voltas which is under resq warranty. My service request number is [protected]. One of your representative came and checked the problem on 26-06-18, he removed some sensor and said he will fix the sensor and will fix it by 27-06-18 morning between 11-11:30 am, still now i didn't get any update from either customer care or from the service person. I am regularly following up with the customer care and they are saying i will tell the service person to call and update the status. But still now i didn't received any updates from anyone. When i raised the complaint i told them i have a infant i need the service to be rectified as early as possible. But the response from your team is very bad. This is my first experience with the resq. I have purchased most of the product from reliance and with the resq warranty, i am really afraid whether extended warranty is worth enough as there is no proper response from the team.                       As of now my complaint is still open, i forwarded the quotation estimation from sony service to the concerned resq service person. But still now my cheque payment not yet issued. I went to resq office directly last week had a discussion with mr. Rajan, he assured cheque will issued on monday. But till now payment not received, i asked mr. Rajan regarding cheque, he told
                      Mr. Isamil boss of resq service ambattur, he delaying issue of payment.
                      Today moing i received message ur problem has been solved. Still tv not serviced because of payment delay. I dont know what # going on?...

                        I, gopal dutt suyal had purchased an ac from reliance digital, city haldwani, district nainital on 25th june, 2018 at 11:00 am
                        When i were purchasing that ac the company said to me that they will fix it as soon as possible, now 32 hours had passed until now the ac is not fixed at my home...
                        I am very disappointed from it...
                        I called them but they ignored me...
                        What should i do now, they are assuring to give best facilities to their customers but they did not...
                        Please pay attention to this and improve their facilities...

                          Hello, my name is dr raihana. I reside in srinagar, j&k. I want to apply for a reliance jio sim for myslef and my husband. But i’m being denied the sim by all jio retailers and outlets that without aadhar i will not get a sim. When the supreme court of india has said aadhar is not mandatory for such services, why are your outlets harassing potential customers? You are breaking the law by demanding aadhar from customers.
                          Kindly solve this issue as i would like to avail a jio card. I have a valid passport and pan card which should be more than enough as prrof of identity. My email id is raihana. [protected]@gmail.com.

                            My family visited reliance digital, wave mall, lucknow to purchase a split type air conditioner for the kitchen on 24th may 2018. At the time of purchase the sales the team was informed about the intended use and they sold us 1 ton voltas ac assuring that it would be very efficient for the kitchen.

                            Problems :
                            1) ac was installed incorrectly and had to be re-installed which took over 10 days and a lot of time wastage.

                            2) after the ac installation the company technician did not bother to get the customer satisfaction job sheet signed by us and may have forged our signatures for completing the installation up to our satisfaction.

                            3) the ac was not cooling properly. When i raised a complaint i was told that it would not be efficient as the area is bigger and that we were warned about the same during purchase.
                            Later the ceo of complain escalation said that it was the technician who warned us about the area being bigger, not the sales team.

                            I was given changing excuses by the customer service team about the problem. The problem was being looked after by the supposed ceo of escalation mr rony dsouza. I am surprised to see how a person of this designation could give lame excuses to the customer and then close the complaint without resolution.

                            I have not received a reply to my previous email from mr dsouza. There has been no resolution yet.

                              Before 3yrs i have purchased kent from reliance digital. On the same day after installation it fall down from the wall. Despite of repetitive complain to provide us a new kent, nobody responded and rather they ensured us that nothing have happened to it and its in good working condition. Every time its showing problem and service from reliance is very poor. Since last six months i have been facing lots of problem and technician's are really careless. They don't care for customers need and don't value commitment even. I wish if i would have thrown the kent in reliance digital that time and i wouldn't have faced such situation. Now also its not working. And parts are never available and its always takes more than 15days to arrange the part. I had worst experience ever.

                                22 june 2018 i habe purchase ac model no ar18nv3hrtrnna. Yesterday 23 june ac installed, but today i have matched model no and i am surprised because both model number number are different. You delivered me wrong product. I have purchased samsung ac model no :ar18nv3hrtrnna but you deliver and install ac with model no : ar18nv3hrtr.
                                Find attachment and verify model no that is mentioned on my delivery order and delivered from your side. I have called on purchase store (Finix mall alambag) but no reply properly and disconnect my call.

                                  Reliance digital sold us the extented guarantee on aquaguard genius ro but when the ro started giving us problem then we did not receive any resolution from the company. From last 20 days we are chasing them and whenever we call their customer care number they use to put our call on hold without even hearing our problem.

                                    We had placed an order for diakin split 1.5 ton invertor ac and sharp 40 inch led in the month of may 18 and they said it would be delivered on 5th june. But we informed that we need we will call and confirm when it needs to be delivered which they agreed.

                                    We also informed them that since we are working to call and come since we may not be able available at home.

                                    I then spoke to a lady called gulshan saying that we want the delivery to happen on 16th june 2018. She said ok. Since they agreed, i considered it would happen. But i was wrong.

                                    I called sanjay who had sold us the products and he said he was on leave. Then i called the kurla phoenix market store and i was connected to sunil. He seemed lost and didnt know anything about the delivery. He said he would check and call back. I called him a couple of times he said he would come back as he had to check. I then called sanjay who said he spoke to sunil and sunil would help. Sunil called saying that there was a system issue and ii would receive the next day. First of all they had no clue that the delivery was suppose to happen on 16th june and secondly after constant follow ups i am told it will happen the next day.

                                    The next day too, 17th june i receive a call from sanjay saying that the ac is defective so we will prepare on bill and when asked for delivery said would check and call back in 5 mins. I was told it would happen on 18th june 2018. That evening at 9pm i got a message from reliance saying that my sharp tv was delivered. I panicked and when i called the driver whose details i had he said it would happen the next day.

                                    On 18th june, the ac came but the sharp tv didnt turn up. Then i get a call saying that they are checking on the system and due to system error will be delivered tomorrow. I was furious. All they say is give me sometime. I will call back which never happens.

                                    I called sanjay on 19th june in the afternoon, asking for the tv as not received, he places me on a long hold and after 40 secs he break out saying why is there so much of problem with the delivery which he agrees. Then ask for more time and will call you back in 10 mins.

                                    In another 10 mins, i get a call from reliance where a lady bluntly tells me the tv will be delivered tomorrow because there is an error on the system. I bluntly told her does error happens 3 times and i dont care. She said ok and hung up.

                                    Also in the meanwhile the new upgraded ac which they sent home, they totally damaged at the time of installation. It just fell from the top.

                                    Next day we went to reliance digital to cancel the booking for the two products. We spoke to tosif the service manager and varunesh tripathi manager who begged and pleased us and apologised for one hour saying give us one chance give us one chance and werent willing to cancel our booking. After one hour of persuading they convinced us to change our mind to give them one last chance to improve their service!!. Which was our biggest mistake!!!.

                                    I told them i dont want the diakin ac so they showed us lyoyd and other brands. So finally we asked for blustar and also for their bad and horrendous service. They said in 3 days we would receive the new bluestar and installation on the same day. I told them we dont want to go for diakin and want bluestar itself. I insisted as pert of compensation give us 3 foot additional copper pipe along with the bluestar ac. Initially he didnt agree but later agreed!!.

                                    I was happy that finally my torture and trauma has come to an end nut i was so wrong.. Next morning tosif calls saying that we cant give bluestar, it has to be diakin only. We insisted bluestar else we will cancel the entire order.

                                    Spoke to varunesh who said mam i need to take approvals for bluestar and will call you in one to two hours. Finally he calls saying i can give the blustar but not the 3 feet additional copper pipe!!!. Also the installation will happen on the same day, but after 3pm. Now he starts putting his demands. This is not what i requested...

                                    We cant wait for the whole day and days together just to get the split ac and tv installed. Please we do not want to deal with them anymore. My request is please cancel the entire order and get my loan amount from bajaj finserve back to my account without further delay.

                                      This is makendiran from pondicherry my contact no is [protected] i had booked a complaint on my sharp led 32 inches. For the past 3 days i am getting a reply from reliance digital pondicherry that the service person will be coming by yesterday and today but no one replied to my service registered. This was the most lethargic act from such a big concern and its totally a waste of time for the past two days. Gautham staff in pondy reliance digital is giving a false statement that the service person will be coming by yesterday and today and also give a contact name by vignesh and he will attend the service and gave is no. But when we call this person this person is telling that he didn't get any service allocted to him regarding this complaint.
                                      I am upset by the way the staff are behaving like this from a big concern. Kindly take very fast action regarding this as it is a new tv brought from reliance and i am also going to post it in the social media also as the problem is occuring the 2nd time 1st time the screen is broken while delivering the product and 2nd time we are finding some visible green colour lines on the tv. Very bad experience from reliance.

                                        Sir i will purchase re connect 1.5 ton window ac at your wave mall reliance store date 13/5/2018 and reference so number is [protected] but it installed late date 25/5/18 sir but its not cooling properly so i just want to exchange my window ac with split ac plz do the needful i am in a trouble and i hope for the solution and plz resolved it as soon as possible
