I visited the showroom and asked and explained the problem very clearly to replace the old pipe of my washing machine totally (Please note i didn't say that extension is required, since there was a leakage in the old pipe i asked to attach it to the machine directly not to the old pipe). Technician without a single thought came and simply attached the pipe. There was not a slight apologies from the technician nor from the rd staff, instead technician said he can't fix it today and asked me to raise a ticket and call rd (Please note rd never called me at the first place since product was sold, they never bothered to call back). Is this your after sales service? This is pathetic. Since rd was trusted (At least i did a mistake of thinking that) i took all my products from there (Tv, fridge, wm, speakers, iron) and he was asking me to raise a complaint against lg (Not rd) if that's the case what is the point of taking products from rd. If my query doesn't gets addressed i am without any slightest doubt going to the consumer court and will take the help of social media.
