I am facing lot of problems with your technician,
I purchased the samsung ac from reliance digital@kukatpally, hyderabad on 21st of apr
When i was purchased i explained every thing about the urgency (Because of my uncles health issue) of ac installation to shop executive, i am paying around 6000 per day in hospital because of no ac in my room.

But he didn't came to install the ac...

I had bought a micromax-39 hd led tv-39c2000 from reliance digital (Park square mall-itpl bangalore) with 3 years extended warranty provided by reliance digital on 16 june 2015. The tv display was not working. I raised a complaint in reliance resq to repair the tv on 24.03.2018 (Complaint no: [protected]). The technician checked and replied the part needs to be replaced. They will order the new part from micromax and replace it. One week later...

I booked reliance big tv on 14/march/2018, booking id no. Is[protected]Having installation time of 30 to 45 days). But after 60 days my installation not done. I called to customer care no. - [protected], they said to install after 15/june/2018. I am not comfortable with this new date.
If installation is not possible in 1 or 2 days, then refund my pre-booking amount. I do not want to wait any more....

There is some problem with my ac's which i have purchased from reliance digital and they have provided 2 year warranty. From last 1 month (From 15th april), i am calling daily to customer care for getting my issue resolved but for no use. They people are such a lazy persons that they are just postponing and cancelling the complaint request every time. I am just fed up with these people and with their careless attitude.

I purchased a product in reliance digital on 22/02/2018 that time he said free installation of my daikin air condition and mentioned in same bill also but now i need instal the air condition dealer said only 1month valid offer for from purchase date he not said me before and not mention any expired date in bill...

Purchased panasonic ac from reliance digital v3s nirman vihar delhi. The installation technician had lot of attitude. He destroyed my wall while drilling. He did incomplete work and left. Later i called him then he said he will come next day early morning. No response then. We called customer care[protected]st an executive promised next day service. But no technician has arrived. We called again to customer care...

I bought new DAIKIN 1.5 ton AC from Nizamabad RELIANCE DIGITAL store, you can find the bill in attachment for your reference.

Though the delivery got delayed and its acceptable and beyond that we have cancelled SHIRDI trip twice due to the delay and now the installation got delayed since 3 days and now DENYING to INSTALL AC and there is no response to calls.

I purchased a 43 inches reconnect led tv from reliance digital aundh (Pune) showroom.

I am facing issues with the television where no video is coming up only audio is coming from tv and for the same i have logged a complaint on 26 march 2018 ([protected]).

The resq team took the television and delivered it on 14 april 2018. After 2 days of working the same issue arises where no video is coming only audio is coming....

I had lodged a complain for servicing of my a/c at customer care of raipur(c.g) on 1.5.18 . They confirmed to provide service in two days, despite many reminder calls no technician visited, on6.5.18 I visited reliance digital outlet bilaspur to lodge the same complain, there they said to provide assistance in a day or two. On 8 th I talked to senior official at Bhopal for the same and got a confirmation for assistance by 9th, till date issue...

Booked hitachi ac in 3rd may 2018 in reliance digital, as rao nagar, hyderabad. Was informed that the ac will be delivered on 4th may 2018. But till 7th may there was no information on delivery. On 15.04.2018, i purchased one iphone of value rs 73000/- at reliance digital store in pinnacle mall, dwarka sector-10, new delhi. Reliance digital nagole branch on 25 april 2018 i have received it on 26 of april it works through sense it has a manufacture defect on sensor i got problem form received day even 2 of symphony service agents they have checked it and declared it has problem they checked it and said the problem has resolved by again it is in same condition it is get on off itself and all the options are changing itself it...

I have raised complaint about water purifier (Call no. [protected]).

But after more than 20 days my water purifier is in shut down condition.

Technical person visited twice, but did not resolve problem. They says that its not their responsibility, kindly let me know who is responsible.

I suggest you to refund the money back, as you are not eligible to solve it.
