I had bought a new refrigerator on 28.4.18 from reliance digital (Samsung fridge, model no. Rt47m623esl, invoice no. 002622 dated[protected], invoice attached), an outlet in dwarka, sector 13, new delhi, which was delivered to my place on 29.04.18 but unfortunately it was found damaged. Moreover, the delivery boys broke my hanging wall clock while placing the fridge.
Out of worry & frustration i had lodged a complaint then and there which also got accepted for replacement.
Ironically, there was more waiting to happen! Even the second time the refrigerator delivered (On 6 may 2018) which had dents at the back side of it. I again spoke to the reliance digital customer care where in they assured that if the dent is not visible and acceptable to me they would compensate soon. (Installation engineer has also taken the photographs and acknowledged the fact that there are dents on the refrigerator… copy of the invoice with acknowledgement is enclosed for reference.).
There was no way out, i had to accept the same as i had already sold of my old fridge and the replacement had also taken a week’s time, so i accepted and took delivery of the product upon assurance that i will get the compensation. It’s been more than a month now, reliance digital is fleecing me and initially confirmed and assure that i will get the compensation… instead of compensation now i have been told a technician will come… i am a service man with a limited income… i can not leave my hard earned money like this.

I purchased a split A.C. from your outlet located at plot no.-4, pocket-A3, Sec-5, Rohini. Payment was done on 13/05/2018 at 01:00 PM.
But I received the delivery of the same on 14-05/-2018 evening nearly 06:00 PM.
Installation team has also not arrived till time.
Kindly take necessary action on urgent basis.
