We had placed an order for diakin split 1.5 ton invertor ac and sharp 40 inch led in the month of may 18 and they said it would be delivered on 5th june. But we informed that we need we will call and confirm when it needs to be delivered which they agreed.

We also informed them that since we are working to call and come since we may not be able available at home.

I then spoke to a lady called gulshan saying that we want the delivery to happen on 16th june 2018. She said ok. Since they agreed, i considered it would happen. But i was wrong.

I called sanjay who had sold us the products and he said he was on leave. Then i called the kurla phoenix market store and i was connected to sunil. He seemed lost and didnt know anything about the delivery. He said he would check and call back. I called him a couple of times he said he would come back as he had to check. I then called sanjay who said he spoke to sunil and sunil would help. Sunil called saying that there was a system issue and ii would receive the next day. First of all they had no clue that the delivery was suppose to happen on 16th june and secondly after constant follow ups i am told it will happen the next day.

The next day too, 17th june i receive a call from sanjay saying that the ac is defective so we will prepare on bill and when asked for delivery said would check and call back in 5 mins. I was told it would happen on 18th june 2018. That evening at 9pm i got a message from reliance saying that my sharp tv was delivered. I panicked and when i called the driver whose details i had he said it would happen the next day.

On 18th june, the ac came but the sharp tv didnt turn up. Then i get a call saying that they are checking on the system and due to system error will be delivered tomorrow. I was furious. All they say is give me sometime. I will call back which never happens.

I called sanjay on 19th june in the afternoon, asking for the tv as not received, he places me on a long hold and after 40 secs he break out saying why is there so much of problem with the delivery which he agrees. Then ask for more time and will call you back in 10 mins.

In another 10 mins, i get a call from reliance where a lady bluntly tells me the tv will be delivered tomorrow because there is an error on the system. I bluntly told her does error happens 3 times and i dont care. She said ok and hung up.

Also in the meanwhile the new upgraded ac which they sent home, they totally damaged at the time of installation. It just fell from the top.

Next day we went to reliance digital to cancel the booking for the two products. We spoke to tosif the service manager and varunesh tripathi manager who begged and pleased us and apologised for one hour saying give us one chance give us one chance and werent willing to cancel our booking. After one hour of persuading they convinced us to change our mind to give them one last chance to improve their service!!. Which was our biggest mistake!!!.

I told them i dont want the diakin ac so they showed us lyoyd and other brands. So finally we asked for blustar and also for their bad and horrendous service. They said in 3 days we would receive the new bluestar and installation on the same day. I told them we dont want to go for diakin and want bluestar itself. I insisted as pert of compensation give us 3 foot additional copper pipe along with the bluestar ac. Initially he didnt agree but later agreed!!.

I was happy that finally my torture and trauma has come to an end nut i was so wrong.. Next morning tosif calls saying that we cant give bluestar, it has to be diakin only. We insisted bluestar else we will cancel the entire order.

Spoke to varunesh who said mam i need to take approvals for bluestar and will call you in one to two hours. Finally he calls saying i can give the blustar but not the 3 feet additional copper pipe!!!. Also the installation will happen on the same day, but after 3pm. Now he starts putting his demands. This is not what i requested...

We cant wait for the whole day and days together just to get the split ac and tv installed. Please we do not want to deal with them anymore. My request is please cancel the entire order and get my loan amount from bajaj finserve back to my account without further delay.

    This is makendiran from pondicherry my contact no is [protected] i had booked a complaint on my sharp led 32 inches. For the past 3 days i am getting a reply from reliance digital pondicherry that the service person will be coming by yesterday and today but no one replied to my service registered. This was the most lethargic act from such a big concern and its totally a waste of time for the past two days. Gautham staff in pondy reliance digital is giving a false statement that the service person will be coming by yesterday and today and also give a contact name by vignesh and he will attend the service and gave is no. But when we call this person this person is telling that he didn't get any service allocted to him regarding this complaint.
    I am upset by the way the staff are behaving like this from a big concern. Kindly take very fast action regarding this as it is a new tv brought from reliance and i am also going to post it in the social media also as the problem is occuring the 2nd time 1st time the screen is broken while delivering the product and 2nd time we are finding some visible green colour lines on the tv. Very bad experience from reliance.

Its a very poor resulte from your side. If as soon as its not clear my problems i ll be returnd its, and showing the problems on press.
        After billing also extra charge demand for deliver. Which is around 10 km.

          Dear sir

          I have been calling customer care reliance and samsung several times.

          Today again i called up customer care samsung and was told that in their records the model number sold to me was shown as rt 42 k 5468sn
          While the dented refrigerator that i have received on 16th june is rt 42k 5558s9 which is, i am told, a 2015 model, serial number is 0dvb4dak300504a

          Why would i buy 2015 model paying price of mid 2018? There was only one 415 samsung fridge on display at reliance digital at ambience mall vasant kunj new delhi. The features of the fridge on display were 5 in 1 convertible, digital inverter etc. Why am i sent an outdated, defected, dented product. Would reliance digital put a 2015 model on display in their showroom?

          Kindly check and recheck. Why is this mistake in model number. My email on bill was also entered wrong as yashoo.com instead of yahoo.com
          And later they sent me a duplicate bill on email.

          Why so many "mistakes"? I have been waiting for replacement since last 5 days. Mr deepak told me they do not have m series model in stock. Why was the bill raised on 15th june 2018, when the product was not in stock.

          It's enough now. I'm going to buy another fridge today from elseware. Kindly issue my refund with immediate effect. I had paid full amount through my debit card.

            Yesterday, through online registration process, i subscribed to digital tv and transferred rs 499 through online process. The subscription that i copy was[protected] dated 19th june 2018 at around 8.30 pm. My banker citibank too informed me that rs 499 stand paid to reliance digital.

            But sorry to say, after the process, i did not receive any confirmation of registration either through messaging service or through email.in my cousin case. He received a email confirming the registration. Any no of calls to your toll free no[protected]

            Please resolve the issue and revert back at the earliest

                  Reliance retail ltd. Needs to immediately revoke the license of its store at cf 329, salt lake city, sector-i, kolkata-700064, owned by ashwin khasgiwala. My 80 year old father recently bought a phone from this outlet, and he was cheated and lied to by employees of the store. They made false promises of promotions and other value added offers and misled him to purchase the phone. Names of these employees are pritam sardar (Sales-in-charge) and sudipto roy (Store manager). I intend to publish my complaint on all social media if action is not taken against these fraudulent employees.

                    I bought a Samsung 1 ton AC on 10th June 2018. The same was delivered on 11th June. The installation was supposed to happen the next day. Its the 14th today, and the installation has not been done. I have at least called 5 times till date requesting in the best way possible. All I am getting is false promises. Such laid back attitude from such an establishment is not expected. The worst part is that the Store in-charge or whoever takes calls says that everything is how the engineer wants. An executive also promised that the number of the engineer would be given. The person in the store said he can't give the number because he keeps really busy. So are we not? Now a store person at 6 pm when its already dark and late, gives me the number of the technician. I think its better we return the ac and look for a prompt and efficient service provider.

                    First of all, i had to wait for so long for the installation. Secondly the technician calls me in the morning and says that my address have been updated elsewhere. Then i called the store to find that it has been updated correctly as geetanagar. Then i called the person who was instructing the technician. His number is this - [protected]. Please take action against him because he spoke very rudely to me. I had to coordinate between the store and the technician and this person who thinks he is still right.

                      Hi. I purchased a go pro hero 5 black, go pro bty charger, go pro casey kit and go pro tripod on 06 may 2018 from reliance digita, ambiance mall, vasant kunj, shop no s 231, 2nd floor, nelson mandela marg, new delhi.
                      2. While replacing the battery which was purchased with the charger, the camera body became warm and resulted in making the digital display of the camera blackish and the picture display blackish from right side.
                      3. I have the bill and the number of the products with me.
                      4. Pl provide necessary assistance.

                        I have bought AC about 3 month ago. That time weather was not so hot. So, it was good.
                        Now, AC is not making cooling. I have contacted 3-4 weeks ago to support team.

                        His 4 technician came to us and tried all thing ( dusting, vacuuming, gashing ) and result is 0000.

                        His technician is making me fool from last 3-4 weeks. i have said, please replace my AC if you are not able to resolve cooling issues..

                        He is not replacing it.

                        Please help me in the same...

                          This is to inform you again i've been facing such a pathetic service from your team, i bought an ac and it's been 2 years and extended the warranty also, but it doesn't blow cool wind. Your executive came to check it and every time they do check and it works for 2 hours only than again same issue. This time i'm not gonna stop myself.

                          Please see to it, otherwise i have to take this matter on my hands and escalate this all over social media.

                            Dear sir i purchased haier top mount frost free refrigerator model no:hrf 2783ckge from your tirupati digital store near leelamahal on april 22 2018. On june 8 2018 after a power cut when power came light inside the fridge is off so then i immediately call to reliance service center it was continuously ringing no body lift the phone, then i call to haier customer care they respond immediately and send there technician they said one of the refrigerator part was burnt and need replacement. Then i call to reliance digital’s i explained my issue and asked for replacement of the product, they said we send our technician to look ur problem, till now no body came here no action taken place for my problem. I have to refrigerate important medicines it costs rs 24000, if anything happen to the injection means you people are responsible for that and you have pay the amount along with the refrigerator. If not taken immediate action regarding my issue means i will surely file a case in the consumer court.

                              I am very frustrated and disappointed by the way reliance digital acts on its customer's issue.

                              Let me describe the whole incident. I visited reliance sarjapur, bangalore store last year to purchase a water purifier (Normal one), which will dispose water without a need of electricity. However the salesman sold me a panasonic water purifier with a false promise of machine disposing water without electricity. This false thing came into light the very next day of installation, when there was a power cut at my place and we reported this incident to reliance immediately.

                              Reliance said they will take action against the salesman but nobody was ready to give me refund or any option to choose any other purifier. I struggled to get this thing fixed for almost 6 months and had a word with several managers (Jankiram, souvik etc..) and cluster head (Rajesh) of reliance sarjapur but nothing happened as no one was ready to take responsibility for the issues created by their own employees. Finally i lost all hopes and stopped visiting reliance for refund.

                              During this six months of period, i faced a lot of issues with this product, and raised a several tickets with reliance. Issues like getting current while holding steel glass to take water, alkaline water not disposing, water not getting purified, leakage problem, machine startup problem etc..

                              Whenever i raised a ticket, i waited more than 4 days for an engineer to visit my place and that too after multiple following-ups initiated from my end. During this wait period i had to bring water bottles from outside and drink. If the issue is once or twice then i would have understood but this product is giving me multiple issue every now and then and it doesn't matter to reliance as they easily fooled me and made a sale.

                              Frustrated with reliance and the product, i finally called panosonic to get this machine repaired fully however they denied to provide service stating that i have purchased this product from reliance and reliance have a separate service team to deal with this issues. So i left with no other choice of calling reliance for my purifier issues.

                              I would like to highlight one particular issue that i am facing from past 3 months now wherein i repeatedly informed reliance that my purifier stopped working. Every time the service engineers visits and go back with a word stating its was a loose connection and we fixed it. After 3-4 repeated incident, multiple follow ups with reliance they finally came to conclusion that the pci board went off and hence the purifier is getting stopped automatically and also due to some carbon the water is not getting purified.

                              On this issue, i have been informed by reliance representatives jyothika, amrutha, naresh, nandish etc that they have ordered pci board and carbon and it will be fixed by max 31st of may 2018. However they failed to fix this. Later they postponed it to 2nd of june, failed again. I then had a word with manager souvik and he gave me a final deadline of 5th june and that failed too.

                              Yesterday on 8th june, an engineer visited with a carbon filter without knowing that their is a problem with pcb board as well and the team has ordered it. Further talking to their service manager i came to know that they have not ordered pcb board as they didn't received any update on it.

                              Feedup talking with all irresponsible person and process failures, i finally called anupam kumar (Head of south region) and informed the scenario. He acted on it and i got call from service team and asking for time again to arrange the pcb board to fix my purifier.

                              This is one of the worst product and service i have ever received. Not a single day went fine with that purifier. I have faced multiple issues and created 9+ service tickets with reliance in the spam of 11 months and doesn't know how many more issues i have to face in future. And also my warranty is going to expire on 26th of june 2018.

                              Currently, i'm getting water bottles from outside and drinking it. This is a continuous process even after having a purifier at home. Moreover i am still paying emi's for this particular product.

                              I would like to make a final request:

                              1 please refund my amount as reliance has sold me a faulty product to which i was not able to use that product fully.

                              Or

                              2. Please give an option to select any other purifier which works efficiently.

                              Or

                              3. Give me a minimum of 5 years of warrant on my current product so that i can atleast make 50% use of it and create tickets every now and then for the issues.

                              Reliance technician called me on 13th of June at around 1:30 Pm stating he got all part and wanted to visit my place to repair the purifier. As i was in office, i asked him to come after 1 hour to which he agreed. I took half day leave from my office and came home but no technician visited. I patiently waited for next day but no one visited my place on 14th as well.

                              But today finally technician visited my place to replace PCB board and Membrane. However again failed to fix my Panasonic water purifier for below reasons.

                              1. The ordered PCB board that the technician bought is of a different Panasonic product from the one that I am using.
                              2. Instead of Membrane they have ordered Carbon.

                              Now after waiting patiently for almost 20 days for the part this is what i get. This is ridiculous.

                              I feel I should make a lot of people aware of the service reliance provides and encourage them to not to go with Reliance digital as it does not value its customers, who keeps on purchasing the products ever now and then.

                                I had purchased pureit water purifier from reliance digital store, velchery in feb 2017. The staffs that time insisted me to get the extra warranty of rs 2500 which was on some offer that time.. So it was around 1750rs. Staffs told me that the warranty included all the filters, parts and service replacement for 2 years from reliance digital store. Everything was good with the instrument.. We were much happy with the quality too. Last year in the end we had to change membrane filter which was done by pureit as reliance warranty starts from the 2nd year.

                                Now after 1 year first time we had called the reliance digital store to replace the filters as the water wasn't tasting good. They had sent person to check, the very next day (31.5.18). Happy about it.

                                But it was a shock when i received call from service centre that i have to pay extra amount of rs 3500 to get the filters replaced. Asking the reason, they said that the warranty i had taken was only for service. This happened on 4.6.18

                                I tried calling the reliance digital store velachery from noon but all in vain. Nobody answered my calls. I had to take leave from office the next day to visit your store. Morning 10.30am i was there in the store (5.6.18)

                                The staffs there asked me the issue. I explained. Said that they will call me back. But i didn't receive any calls. I had to call them again (I had got one of the staffs number that morning). Post noon i got customer care supportive head's number.

                                He, after a long research called me back (5.6.18). That person said that 'it was miscommunicated by the satff. The staff who made the extra warranty had by mistake told us the wrong amount and it was totally mistake from their side. And then he added that i have to pay extra amount for replacing the filters (Literally for their fault). He's accepted that it was their fault but still i have to pay extra for their fault which is totally unfair. And it was almost like cheating the customer. Reliance digital has a very good reputation in the society but this part wasn't good. I had to talk to him for more than an hour but still i didn't get any solution from their side apart from asking me more money.

                                Today i. E. 6.6.18 i am still waiting for a good and real solution with justice

                                  I bought a daily. A. C. From reliance last year november...in june it stopped working... I raised a complaint but it's been 20 days and the matter is still pending the service manager is very irresponsible and doesn't even respond properly... This happened in vizag city... Never buy a product from reliance most arrogant people around... No importance of customer once item is sold... Next step will be taking it to the court.

                                    We bought the ac on 2nd apr 2018 and got it installed in puruliya. Within few days the ac stopped working. We raised several complaint to resolve the issue but even after multiple attempts the problem with the ac is not resolved. Even now no one is acknowledging our complain. Its really frustrating.                                       It all happened on 29th May 2018, a very hot day in New Delhi, while watching the brilliantly orchestrated advertisement of Reliance Digital, I convinced myself to buy an air-conditioner (AC) from the store. So, I went to the Reliance Digital store, located in GIP mall Noida.
                                      The sales team tried to convince me to buy an AC unit of Blue star, but I went with Hitachi one.
                                      They promised free delivery and installation and they did it in rightly manner. At the store they also forced me to buy addition services, although I resisted the temptation and now I am convinced it was a good decision.
                                      I have reached home at around 11:30 P.M. and was shocked after seeing the installed AC as it was the completely different which I have purchased at store. My wife was also shocked after knowing that as she never expected this from a big name like Reliance.
                                      I was really shocked as it was completely a new and a pathetic experience to me, so I sent out a note to their customer service grievance cell at cshead.[protected]@ril.com who sent a note to me that action will be taken in 48 hrs. Finally, I got a call from Vaibhav, who heard my tale of sorrow and empathized me with me. He promised me an action. I also visited the store next day and make sure that the product they have delivered was completely wrong and it was not displayed in the store.
                                      The guy was Umesh who was available there that time and listened me carefully and was shocked in real after knowing this, he requested me to wait sometime and assured me that your right product will be delivered and the wrong one will be returned.
                                      So, I was damn sure that my problem will be sort out soon.
                                      However, after a few hours, I have received the call of Rahul, he is the guy who attended me first at store, and told me that the product you have received is the right one, yes it is bit different from the one you have seen at store, but it a Hitachi AC after all. I was really shocked after listening this, so I disconnected the call and dialed store manager Sanjeev’s number, but this was the guy who was not ready to help the customer, he has the attitude like it is you buddy who has chosen the wrong product.
                                      I have been told by him that now the product has been installed and it is not possible to return it, I just asked him, was it my mistake? Have I chosen this product? He accepted that this not the product you have selected but the return will not possible. You have to keep the product we delivered. I was stunned after hearing this. Unable to understand why it is happening with me, because it was very simple to me that I have not got the product which I have chosen, so It should be returned/replaced with the right product. But team was doing every bit to correct their mistake by ditching me.
                                      Sanjeev told me Sir you have chosen Hitachi product and we have delivered the Hitachi one, what if it is a slightly different. I replied him OK, just send me the high end AC of Hitachi, I will be fine with that, he replied it is not possible the price is high of that. I have asked then how can you compare only brand name, if the model/look/features are different? He has no answer of this, but yes he is arguing continuously and trying to prove me guilty.
                                      Now, Hetal Rathode who is CEO of Escalation team is looking into my case, and she assured me the best possible solution. However, I have a doubt on it as the store team is not helping much and making lame excuses for hiding their own mistake.
                                      In the process of all this, Reliance Digital lost me and many who felt my frustration as their customer. And this is not going to stop. All of you, who are reading this, will also learn how painful the experience of being a Reliance Digital customer has been for me.
                                      Will Reliance Digital and Hetal Rathod do anything to appease this unpleasant experience?

                                        I had purchased r-connect 1.5 ton air conditioner on 25.5.2018 from
                                        Reliance digital - iscon mall ahmedabad. At the time of purchase csa commit to get delivery before or on friday date 01.06.2018. Today i had called to store to inquire the status of delivery i got the reply will check and get back after the wait of 1.5 hour again i had called then i waited for 10 mins to know the status, after this i came to know that delivery is not fix for next week time. I insisted to talk with store manager regarding the issue. After the discussion to came to know he is also help less. He can not ensure the delivery date. Is it right service??

                                        1) reliance can't do committed business. Its dealing with wrong commitment and fake promise, at the time of purchase they are making fake commitment and after ward they are not bother about delivery, installation and when you call they are saying stories.

                                        2) store manages is also not committing the delivery date even after week time and he is not sure when i can get the delivery. He is just talking like a csa. He is telling me that u can cancel your order. If i have to cancel my order than why should i pay and wait for 5-6 days and calling 2-3 times in a day at store to know the status.

                                        3) even after mailing on companies website's mail address not getting solutions.

                                        हमारे टीवी मे कनेट नही हौ रहा है आप का सेलस मेन जूट बोल के दीया और बोला की हमारा मेन फीटींग करेगा अभी तक फीटींग नहीं हूआ हैं सै क्या करे अगर दौ से तीन दिन मे नही हुआ तो हमे आगे कारवाई करनी पड़ेगा?
