      I have purchased a panasonic led tv from reliance digital, rourkela, odisha. It has stopped working after the thunderstorms that has happened recently dated 22/05/2018. I had visited the reliance digital store and registered a complaint. Called the customer care number of times. They assured me for the repair. But there is no response yet regarding the complaint. So disappointing.

        I have complaint about reconnect tv led 43". I purchased 6 months back which is in warranty. I request a complaint at bidar service center, the person came and saying some cable is burn it will charge around 6000. So what is the use of warranty. I purchased more than 1 lacks rs product from the company. Always they said we are here for your service now no one is giving proper response. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        Dear team I have paid for reliance big tv on 5th march 2018 for prebooking. My subscription I'd is 14504719. They have promised to install it within 45 days of pre booking but it is 88 days but still no body turns up. Its a big scam they are doing and their customer care is worse. They are not ready to refund the money either when demanded by me.

          Sir/madam
          I purshased a reliance ac 1.5 ton 27th of may and same day it was installed by reliance engineer. Since 27th onwards its not giving cooling effect and i registered the complaint on 30th may at 9:30 am complaint no [protected] since yesterday no one visited my place and till now its around to be 48 hrs and still no resolution from company side. Company's tat is of 48hrs which is over. I would have to approach the consumer cell now. Very poor service from such a reputed company.

            I have call to repair my refrigerator on 22-may 18 & technician visited on 23-may18 & found compressor faulty & he assure it will replace 3-4 days but no response from reliance digital service team, every day i call to customer support team & they ask service team call back you.

            No body giving time line & providing assurance on this, me & my family daily harass on this season.

              I have taken extended warranty from reliance for LG AC . As per them they should fix the issues in 48 hours . It is already 8 days there is no update from them . case no [protected].                 Hi everyone,
                This is vikas and i just want to share a very important message with all you guys. This month on 7 may 2018 i bought a usha maxx cooler from reliance digital store, z square, kanpur. But they gave me a defective cooler as there was leakage in my cooler with the price of around rs12000. I also lodged a complaint but no one is there to listen my problem, they also visited my residence for check up but no fruitful result came out. Pathetic customer service, ill mannered employees, moreover when i called them just to know the status what's going on with my complaint they have no answer and when i tried to little threatened them by saying i will complaint and escalate this issue to your senior management level they are so fearless that they replied my by saying "yo do whatever you can do". Now i am not expecting my cooler to get repair or exchange that's why i am awaking to general public of india not to get in to these multi millionaire's companie's trap.

                So guys in the last i just want to say stay away from these looting companies like reliance digital.

                    I purchased a specific model in voltas from reliance digital at banjara hills hyderabad on 21st may 208 and they it will delivered on 23rd.
                    Before purchasing i ensure that the product is available in stock after two days of billing the product didn’t delivered and i didn’t get any information so i called to store then they informed that the product is out of stock and they said in 2 to 4 days it will be delivered.
                    But it didn’t happened now they force me to change the model since it’s getting late so i agreed for a silver plate model even now they are not delivering the product and not receiving my call.
                    Pls help if anyone responsible from reliance.

                    It's been 3 months but the channels ain't started yet. Please tell us clearly that they are going to be started or not or else we have to switch our network. We even have called customer care for about 3 times and what they are doing is just giving next dates. Make us clear as soon as possible.
                    I have sent query for Redmi note 5 pro and i was informed that i will get an call within 24 hrs. But 36 hrs passed and no one contacted me. Are you interested in selling the product ? Ot i should contact any other store ?

                      Is this is the benefit of buying an amc.

Its been more than 4 days and still i don't have r/o working and i am compelled to buy water from market.

                        I have purchase window ac from reliance digital, allahabad, u. P. On date 20.05.2018 and product was delivered on 22.05.2018. After passing 03 days, on date 25.05.18 at 4.00 pm a person came to my house and advised for packing in window in which ac is to be installed but he has no carpenter. My issue is that why technician/person not come on 21.05.2018 or 22.05.2018 so that packing may be done.

                          We have purchased AC on 6.5.18 but it delivered on 09.5.18 and after making many complaints, they installed on 11.5.18.
                          on 18.5.18 the AC is not properly working & we complaint at reliance digital, but they response after three days, they checked & said there is no Gas in AC.
                          Either they are making us fool or they provided us the damage piece.
                          and till 24.05.18 no one is responding and replying we will send someone after 24 or 48 hrs.

                            I have purchased AquaGuard in RelianceDigital at Marathahalli store in bangalore on may4th, 2018. But still installation not done. When I call to store for update they are just dragging on and work not finished yet. The Product also not delivered properly. The parts are missing in that.
                            20 days passed on, till now no proper acction has been taken.
                            This is very poor service and really worst.I don't purchase in RelianceDigital again and suggest the same to others also.

                              My issue is now nobody is ready to install my AC neither reliance nor SAMSUNG.

                              & Now I feel it was such a waste of my my.
                              Being a regular customer now I decided to drop my idea for purchase any thing from reliance digital.

                                I have raised the request for ac service through the customer support[protected] with registered mobile number[protected] on 19th march 2018 and call no [protected].

                                The resq team person visited my home on 20th march 2018 and said there is problem in the coil/gas so they dismantled in door and out door ac unit, same picked up from my home for service.

                                After that, i was trying to reach out the resq customer support team, call always put in queue not able reach support team to know my complaint status.

                                Even i tried to reach out the chennai service center, call went in answered, not able to trace my issue status.

                                On 12th april 2018, i got the sms stating that call completed, also received the sms for feedback without even delivering the ac unit.

                                All of sudden, i received the call from resq team and they said your ac service got completed, are you available to fix the unit.

                                Somebody came and delivered the in door unit in home and outdoor unit in the ground floor behind the steps (The person said, in the apartment there is no lift, cannot able to deliver it in 2nd floor and kept in the behind the steps). He said tomorrow morning engineer will come and fix the ac unit.

                                More than 10 days, till now no body came to fix the ac my unit. I tired many time to reach chennai service center, the number is[protected] and i think the person name is laurson. He promised to send the person to look my ac. But till now, there is no response from them.

                                Thanks Much for your quick response and resolution. I tried many ways to reach out RESQ team to know about my complaint, but all went useless. like, I directly called to technician, spoke to technical support team supervisor, he never attended call - number I tried "63810 35852", never picked the call and 2 instants, he picked the call and updated like he will send the technician to fix the issue, that too happened 15 days before; after that he never picked my call. Even I tried to reach customer support team and they always put my call on queue more than 30 minutes and went to automatic disconnection.. After raised the complaints in this site, immediate next day I got call from customer team and also received the SMS stating that, the technical person assigned to resolve my request. Now all set.                                 Finally, the RESQ team came on 24th and fixed indoor and outdoor unit. Also 25th again visited and filled up with Gas, then my AC functioning.

                                After struggle of more than 2 months, the issue resolved. I would like to inform you, most of the customer facing same problem, like what i am facing. Please validate/audit consumer compliant about status of call with customer to avoid and retain the trust from the customer, otherwise you cannot retain the customer.

                                  I have purchased a samsung led smart tv 24th march. I'm supposed to get a wall mount kit along with my tv. But didn't get it on delivery. When enquired about this, the shop person responded that they don't have the wall mount in stock.
                                  I have visited the store many time and everytime i have been told that i will get a call when they get the item in stock. Very bad after service. All they do is get the product sale and after the purchase no one care that the customer get the complete product as promised.

                                  I Have recharged my my dth for one year now no single channel is available error 400 lost signal is message on tv. all customer care numbers are out of service
                                  I am also facing the same wall mount kit problem, at the time of delivery they didn't provide us any wall mount kit, IAM also thinking of cancellation of the product. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. IAM requesting all the customers don't purchase any product from reliance digital. They give value only for money not for customers

                                    I strongly believe that i am being tricked as my ac has not worked even for a day. It has to be replaced, or consumer court is the only option i am left with.

                                    I bought 2 ac's on 10.05.2018 from reliance digital hazratganj lucknow i. E. Two panasonic ac's but to my awe after installation i found out that one ac is not working at al and the guys came from reliance digital found out that there is no gas in the ac and there were other few problems. I demand from reliance digital that the ac should be replaced or the deal should be cancelled. Please prove that you guys are ethical in your dealing at the least.

                                    I bought window ac 1.5 ton with 5 start rating on 15 may which installed after one week.
                                    We are using it from last 5-6 days but not cooling properly. I have lodged complaint to reliance customer care on the first day. Last friday engineer came and reset the settings but issue not resolved so i asked him to come on sunday . I have called him, everytime he said he is coming, or will come by late hours but whole day has been passed now and he didnt reached. I have wasted whole weekend waiting for him.
                                    Really dissatisfied from the services now.
                                    Want replacement of this product as it is defective.
                                    Hoping for the satisfactory outcome.
                                    As we suffered in billing also because on the billing time executive told me different price that was inclusive of taxes but when payment done they charged gst extra.
                                    Please support on the same.

                                      We purchased an ac and a stabilizer for the same from your store at patia. The stabilizer was found to be defective during installation by your engineer. The product was replaced by another one and it also didn't function. It was already more than 10days and we never received a genuine product in return so the store decided to refund the money. Now it is more than 14days and we still haven't received the refund. Kindly provide a valid explanation for this behaviour.

                                        We have purchased samsung s8 on 07-apr-2018 from reliance digital store xperia mall, palava city (Dombivli east). We had done payment through paytm. At that time offer was there that we will be getting rs 10000 cashback. Till now we did not get any cashback. It seems that employees of reliance digital had done payment correctly. They are constantly saying that we will get. Please help us in getting cashback. Please find attached the screenshot of order id.
