Hi all,
I bought sony 42w700b tv from reliance digital on 22-may-2015 along with reliance resq plan.
On 04-august-2017 suddenly display got off and audio was continuing.
Registered a complaint with resq on 06-august-2017. Without addressing my complaint, they closed my issue. I have registered 3 times, but no use.
Finally i called the reliance store where i have purchased the tv, they asked me to visit the store in person and register the complaint. As suggested i have visited and registered the complaint. After multiple follow ups (Around 10-15 times) on a very cloudy day, which was about to rain in next 5 mins the resq team visited my home in a small 2 wheeler to pickup my 42 inch tv without even a box or at least a cove to protect the tv if it rains. When i asked them if do they do if it rains while they travelling back to service center, they simply answered, "will shift to an auto that time". Which is very careless and irresponsible answer. What is the use of shifting to an auto after such an expensive device got watered in rain? I my self booked a cab and boarded the tv and on of the resq team guy and travelled to the service center. Now its been 2 months, but still i didn't receive my tv back to home.
I'm regularly following up with the concerned people, but always telling some stories and postponing the delivery. Sometimes not even answering my call. Don't understand what they are doing and what i have to do.
Please help me how to proceed further.

    On 3rd september 2017 i gave my complaint to reliance digital customer service care regarding my reconnect water heater, but till today they are not solving my problem, i called several times to reliance digital service center but there is no response, we have a baby and all the time we need hot water, we facing many problems, but due to irresponsible service of reliance reconnect we are facing many problems, please give justice to us.

        I have purchased four items specifically from reliance digital, vashi branch on behalf of state bank of india to ensure that gstin number of state bank of india will be printed on invoice copy.

        My problem is that they have put my gstin in sector column of address field and not in the proper gstin field. I have received the retail copy (Or office copy) from delivery boy and was surprised that gstin field is blank and moreover last character of my name is truncated (Name is correct in invoice copy received from reliance digital showroom).

        So i request you to kindly add my gstin number in invoice copy and correct the name.

        Please revert as soon as possible.

        We had recharged Reliance Big TV connection yesterday at 8:45 pm but it shows ERROR 106. So tried their customer care no. Getting only recorded message but not transferred to customer care executive to register complaint.

        Today is 2nd day without any relay. Sent mail also but no response.

        What is happening.
        I was Purchase Reconnect AC 1.5 ton in April 2017, and in[protected]. i was complain its Remote is not working. they always give me foolish reason and today[protected] still they not change Remote.

        My advice to that people who is buy this product. never buy. this is batter to pay 3000Rs to 5000rs more and buy something branded Product.

          This board is a great innitiative.

          My concern is about reliance big tv connection.
          Since september 22 reliance big tv is not working. Error 400 is shown. Tried to contact local dealer but he said that there is problem is settop box and reliance has not sent the same to him since 2 years. Toll free number of reliance is non responsive. Then i registered comolaint at their official site no response was recieved then mailed them thrice but still no response.

          I have advance recharged big tv for 1 year but i am recieving no services from them. Loss of money and time for me. Funny thing is communication channels are open if you want to buy new connection or want to make recharges😁.

          It would be great if you can help me with same.

          Sir I have recharged to day for my big TV subcriptions but paying rs 500 my connections was not restored even customer care not allowing to contact excutive what is further alnative for restore big TV service
          Since two days due to technical problems it is not working.

          My 4 years Old Sim card blocked yesterday and now it is written that" puk blocked" ..please anyhow restart my SIM don't worry about money ..I'll pay the whole amount with extra money..
          same issue is happening with us... ERROR 400 customer care number goes no answer

            Subject: return of the product purchased on 12.08.2017 from reliance digital store, reliance mart, garkheda, aurangabad.

            Respected sir,
            Prior to coming to the main subject, i want to grab your kind attention that, i nilesh madanrao maske, m. Sc. (Agri) agronomy, ars/net, acabc presently working as assistant professor at mgmcabt, aurangabad.
            Sir, i am a prospective customer of reliance industries since last 6_7 years with a cumulative purchase of around rs.200000 till date.
            I am having very nice experience with your company till my last purchase at your reliance digital store located at garkheda, aurangabad.
            Sir, on 12 august, i visited your aforesaid store to purchase a microwave oven on the eve of independence day on perusal of various models i have been informed by sales executive that, they are offering a very good scheme on samsung microwave oven hotblast model number mc28m6055ak. Sales executive showed me the label showing model under purchase and pricing, which was shown rs.19090 and told me, due to independence day our store is selling this model for rs.16490. Being impressed with offer and previous good experience with your company, i decided to purchase the model of samsung microwave oven. On same day, i have purchased the product using bajajfinserv emi card with one year additional warranty for additional cost of rs.1200, while purchase the sales executive told me that, today, this product is not available with store, i am doing negative bill against sales and promised me to deliver the product on 16 august, 2017 as he told me that, due to 15 august transport facility is not available.
            On 16 august i personally made a call to sales executive mr. Amol who helped me to purchase the product in reference. He told me that, wearhouse located at panvel has not sent the product hence he is unable to deliver my product on 16 august hence he promised to deliver the product on 19 august.
            On 19 august, i personally visited the store for delivery but dy. Store manager told me that still he didn’t received the product yet. So i requested him that, i belongs to farmer family and we are having a very auspicious occasion on 21 august i. E. Pola, you atleast try to deliver my product on 21 august and he promised me to do the same.
            This day also, the store failed to deliver my product.
            Being aggrieved, i personally met dy. Store manager and told him still store is failed to deliver my product. I requested him now you deliver the oven to my permanent address at ambajogai atleast on the auspicious occasion of ganesh chaturthi on 25 august. He agreed with me and promised me to deliver by 25 august at ambajogai but again he failed to do so.
            Now telephonically, i contacted sales executive and asked about delivery. He told me that, upper management is not responding well regarding the delivery of product to this store and promised me to solve problem soon.
            On 26 august i personally visited the
            Store and asked about problem with late delivery of product. The dy. Store manager again told me please give me 2-3 days, i will solve the problem.
            Same day, again, i requested him, atleast you try to deliver my product on 30 august 2017 on the eve of very auspicious occasion of gauri poojan. The manager promised me to deliver the product by 30 august.
            The concurrent event as again they failed to deliver the product hence i finally told them, now i don’t want your product because of such a poor service.
            So, he requested me that please give some time to me, i will definitely arrange for delivery.
            Meanwhile i had a call from them that they have received the product at aurangabad location and asked me to send the address at ambajogai as per promise.
            Further, they told me that, they have sent my product with a courier service and told me that, you will receive it shortly.
            Second day again, i called them for receiving tracking number of courier under process. The sales executive told me that we have sent your product but courier service have returned the same as they don’t have delivery at ambajogai location.
            He asked me the address of courier service who can deliver at ambajogai. Finally i gave them address but they told me that they don’t have any service tie-up with the courier service which was suggested by me.
            Finally they sent it to my address.
            This was the fact.
            Now before delivery and during my conversation with them, i told them that, initially i purchased the oven keeping 15 august a very honoured occasion for anybody living in india but you failed to do the delivery. Now i allowed you to atleast deliver my product on very auspicious occasion of pola, ganesh chaturthi and gauri poojan respectively (Entire facts are already written in aforesaid text) but your store failed to deliver.
            Now, there is birthday of my daughter on 14 september so you try to make delivery before this and immediately arrange for demo that my wife will make a cake using this oven this will reduce the pain as feel by me and my family due to late delivery of product.
            Accordingly, they promised me to deliver product before 14 august and the product is received at my location on probably 10 september of this year.
            Very next day again i called them and asked about demo from resq which was promised by them to do before 14 august.
            Meanwhile, i personally registered a case with samsung for demo from their side and asked them to do the demo as early as possible.
            Both of them failed to do the demo on or before the birthday of my daughter however probably nn 16 august i had a call from the service engineer from samsung service station latur and told me that he is coming for demo at around 1.00 pm. This day i waited for him for a complete day but he not visited my location at ambajogai till around 5.30 pm hence i called him to ask why he has not visited for the demo.
            On call, he told me that, he had some personal bad news from his home so he failed for demo however he promised me to do the demo on 18/19 august.
            Being aggrieved i visited the reliance digital store at garkheda aurangabad and told them to return the product as right from purchase on 12 august i personally faced much pain due to late delivery as well as demo and now i don’t have any energy to spend on further event to be occurring in future. But very rudely the dy. Store manager spoke with me that the product will not be returned and if you want to return it take a snap of poster have company complaint mail id.
            Accordingly i took the photo and decided to write this email before doing anystep.
            One more important, when i received the product, i got a delivery challan where the my name was there in the place of party name and the sender complete address was there.in addition to above the cost of product which i purchased was given alongwith the all taxes was rs.12188.25 however store gave me the bill of rs.16785.02 which is again inclusive of all taxes and additional warranty of rs.1200 resq plan which is not clear to me.
            Most important.in the display picture on 12 august the product price was overpriced to around rs.19000 and shown to be sold at around rs.16400 however on the box of oven mrp is given as 17990 inclusive of all taxes.
            In addition to above please find three attachments with this email which are very relevant with the facts put in this email.
            It is therefore kindly requested to return this product under description to lower my pain and not to loose the value of ril in my life.

              Sir, we bought reconnect 39 inches tv in march 2017 with registered mobile number [protected]. On september 08th tv got inoperable with pcb box problem. We lodged complaint on 9th september they gave us complaint number and assure us service but 20 days completed till now no solution they given us.. After days i mailed to reliance digital customer support head and bm regarding this and recieved calls from them they also told us they will solve problem. They are all fake promises to a customer.. Poor service from reliance digital.. The local reliance digital manager giving irresponsible answers when we asked about the same.. Since 20 days we are tv less in home.. 7 months not completed from we bought the tv. Poor quality devices.. They are attracting customers with low cost tvs with low quality devices with poor service.. Please make us a better solution for this.. Thanking you sir

                  I am really pissed off with reliance digital

                  I have purchased a samsung mobile

                  They provided me some warranty voucher and some booklet

                  I purchased a extended warranty

                  The voucher says that they are offer a liquid accidental and hardware support

                  *my phone got drenched in rain*

                  I need my phone to be repaired

                  I am not paying anything to your company...

                  I don't care about the document saying this and that

                  I will escalate this till i get a my phone in good condition without any cost involved.

                  If i dont get a this sorted i will post my issue and the way you treat your customer and how you misslead sales...

                    Mobile issues when i'm submitted — not detecting sim, mic problem, glass broken.

                    I have submitted my mobile (Huawei gsm h/s - nexus 6p-32gb graphite) on 30th august at reliance digital kukatpally, hyderabad. The call no assigned was [protected] (Received a text msg on that day).

                    I called nearly 20 times to get an update on my mobile status but there was no proper response and whenever i called to c. Care new tickets were generated for the issue.

                    Tickets — call no [protected], call no [protected], call no [protected],
                    Vide id 20801261, complaint no.:[protected] were generated when i called to know the status.

                    After 29 days they called me and said that my mobile mother board is not working. When i submitted the mobile it was working fine.

                    Now there is no response from them whenever i called.

                    I'm attaching the mail conversation with c. Care and the receipt given to me when the mobile is submitted.

                      Hey guys m facing problems with multiple channels as u guys disabled the channel without asking to the customers... Are you guys r the one who pay for ourself..? Why u guys keep disabling channels? Channel names i noticed - life ok, nick, mtv, vh1, history tv 18.. Enable it as fast as you can or i'll post this to consu4mer forum that you guys are cheating with your customers!!!

                        I bought a lg washing machine on 25/09/17, from reliance digital vikaspuri, new delhi store on cash payment on assurance by the sales person manish that it will definitely be delivered to me on 26/09/17 but it is not delivered to me yet and I also received a false SMS from them saying that your washing machine is delivered on 26/0917 and on speaking to store and customer care they have no clear reply that wher my washing machine is and when it will be delivered to me and I also raised the issue to higher authorities and received a call and email from escalation team that my washing machine will get delivered on 26/09/17 before 10 p.m. and the SMS of its delivery which I received was a technical error but despite all this my washing machine didn't get delivered yet l don't know how come sucha big company do such irresponsible and carelessness unnecessarily harassing and troubling a customer who trusted them and made a purchase they seems to have no credibility and control on their working and deliveries and extremely poor after sale service not concerned with the customer I doubt their intentions of delivering my washing machine. No one is responsible and credible from top to bottom at reliance digital.

                          Dear customer care exceutive/manager,
                          I am surendra sharma (Mob. No:[protected]), h. No 232, sector -15, malviya nagar, jaipur, my wife visited your store purchase f to enquire/purchase - 5 in one convertable sumsung refrigerator, two model shown to my fife i. E one is with handlel (Costing rs.3000 more) & one is with out handle (I. E sumsung refrigerator ff394l rt39m5538s8 elgnt inx)
                          My wife taken one quotation for purchase of sumsung refrigerator ff394l rt39m5538s8 elgnt inx on 12th sept 17 of rs 43990, against which cheque dated 15/9/17 from citibank is given to mr. Surendra gupta, executive of reliance digital on 18/9/17.
                          Because its cheque payment & gst invoice is required, mr. Surendra gupta inform me that delivery of product is given after five working days because of procedural requirement.
                          I am agreed and ask me & stated that i am not in hurry for the same, but following request i mde
                          1. Donot raise/deliver invoice on saturday/tuesday
                          2. Before delivery please send me invoice to check gst no.
                          3. Please send one copy of delivery challan for my record keeping purpose.
                          4. Before delivery please fix appointment with me or my wife mrs. Kaveri sharma.
                          This was informed me by wife, so i geven call to mr. Yash on his mobile no and discussed about gst invoive & delivery note, and requested him to send copy of invoice so i can check all information are correct i. E gst no/address etc., he promised me to send the same by 24th sept morning, and only after my clearance he will deliver the product.
                          On 24th /9/17, waited for mail/whatsapp from yash for upto 11.30 am, than i have given 5-6 call on his mobile but he didn't picked up or revert back on miss calls. Than i had given call on land line no of reliance where some lady executive (Said to be crm manager) picked up, i requested to connect with mr. Yash, she replied that mr. Yash is not available in store right now, than i made request to connect with mr. Surendra gupta, she replied that he is tking his lunch, while i am briefing the situation, suddenly mr. Surendra gupta started to talk with that seems like they had put the phone on speekar mode.
                          Mr. Surendra stated that today we are unable to deliver the product because of following reason
                          "reliance digital store donot generate invoice here its come from bangalore office, if required proper gst bill than you have to wait for another 3-4 days, as person who generate invoice is on leave".
                          Than rude & rough language used by mr. Surendra, than i requeted lady crm manager to note compliant against mr. Surendra & mr. Yash of complaint register available in store and also connect me to some one senior in store.
                          She had written the complaint and connected me with some one mr. Awnish,, he apologized for false commitment & non professional behavior of mr. Surendra gupta & mr. Yash. Also requested to give some time to check, how he can help & take necessary action against both of above said executives.
                          After 20 minute mr. Avinish call me on my mobile no following statment he has given.-
                          1. Cheque clearing note is received from ho but due to some tecnical reason reliance digital is unable to give gst invoice before 2-3 days, but can deliver the product on monday i. E 25/9/17.
                          2. Requested to forgive both executives for there non professional behavior.
                          3. Delivery note is of 25th but invoice may take few days.
                          In had accepted all three statements and requested following
                          1. Fix appointment with my wife & than deliver the same (For which i had sms my wife no to him)
                          2. Send me no. Of toll free customer care no.
                          Mr. Awnish fixed appointment with my wif for deliver of product and a box of sumsung refrigerator was delivered to my address at approx 4 pm on 25th sept 17.
                          When it was unboxed than new surprice for my wife. They have not delivered what we ordered for i. E sumsung refrigerator ff394l rt39m5538s8 elgnt inx,
                          When she said that we dont like old fashioned handle refrigerator, than delivery person called some one in store, & handed phone to my wife to talk
                          Initially that person not accepting mistake & rigid on that we ordered the this model only, when my wife shown him quotation and arguing for almost 15 to 20 min he accepted his mistake.
                          After this incident some one mr. Sarwan called me on my mobile and try to force me to accept the wrong product & try to bribed me by offered me some gift coupon of rs.1000 (Billing rs.42900 + rs.1000 gift coupon).
                          Latter on three different people from reliance store i. E mr. Manoj/mr. Awnish & mr. Sarwan try to convince me to accept the delivered product (More than six call of different duration with in 2 hours.
                          This raised following question in my mind for credibility of reliance store
                          1. How a reliance store can give extra discount of rs.[protected] for price difference for higher model +rs. 1000 gift voucher)
                          2. If due to some festive offer price of higher model is reduce than its lower version, which indicated that price of asked model is also reduced but your executive are hiding the right information.
                          3. Why are not ready to provide gst invoice-which is customer right.
                          4. Is some outdated or more margin to reliance store or there some incentive to the executive on sale of that particular product is offered.
                          Kindly also listen to attached half an hour audio conversation recorded by me during mobile call given by mr. Manoj, where he is accepting six blunders made by reliance executives.
                          Following are major harassment which i looked for
                          1. Delay or denying service/product for which customer paid in advance.
                          2. Refusing the gst invoice.
                          3. Most precious time of sunday -24th sept 17 (Whole day) & 5 important working hours of working day monday 25th sept 17 was wasted by reliance digital staff, which is irreversible loss.
                          4. Till time no body has given call or response on my complaint which given in complaint register 0n 24th sept'17 & toll free customer care complaint no[protected]
                          So i have no choice in my side is left & take help of consumer complaint forum, so treat this mail as notice for complaint for consumer court for above mentioned loss beard by complainant.

                            The service engineers came and informed us to change the battery but they have failed to overcome from our complkiant.

                              From 17th of september both land line and broadband services of reliance have failed! In vain i have been desperately trying to register complaint. Even customer care people cut off the line saying there is exigency in services and we should co operate! Their services have been intermittent earlier also. We are suffering losses due to unavialability of email services

                                  Customer dissatisfaction is the first case for the downfall of any business
                                  I bought sony 5.1 audio system worth 22000 last night at reliance digital vijayawada.
                                  After making the payment, they told me product is not ready... It has to come from distribution point
                                  They said u can go and collect it from there
                                  I came from 150 kms away from vijayawada
                                  I waited at distribution point for 1 hour till night 10 o clock with my whole family
                                  They told me after waiting for 1hour... Mail is not reflecting so can't give it at that time
                                  I told them i came from a far place and i can't wait whole night send it to my place because it's not my fault
                                  They refused
                                  I don't understand what kind of relationship the store people are maintaining
                                  I've bought 2 laptops and a led tv from the same store from past 1 year
                                  I've made a real big mistake preferring to reliance digital
                                  I'll never suggest anyone to buy any product from this store

                                    It feels so sad to see that a big name like reliance hires such individuals who don't even know how to talk to customers, on 22nd of september i went to reliance digital for a sim replacement the executive standing there replaced it and asked to pay rs.399 for jio recharge i paid the sum and went home. Next morning the recharge had not been done i called the executive to inform him, he replied saying your recharge has been done, he gave me a serial no. And asked to call the jio customer care, i did the same and the customer care executive clearly said that my recharge had been unsuccessful please asked the reliance digital to recharge again, i called back at reliance digital and informed them about it, the executive just said (Ok dekhte hain), till 8 pm the recharge had not been done i called up again so this time the executive started misbehaving started talking in an unprofessional way (Tu, tum karke baat karna) i went to the store the file a complaint the executive was not in the store. When i raised a complaint at the store i asked the name of that executive but even after asking many times they did not tell me his name,
                                    This is how they treat customers there at the store i guess

                                    I wish to file a complaint against all 3 executives of reliance jio inside reliance digital at z square mall kanpur, i want written apology and a warning letter against all 3 of them.

                                      Tv is not showing any pictures but sound is comming. Sincerely wonder if your company will ever resolve. However i need to complete 350 characters. This tv has got extended warranty. We paid extra for it now it has become a useless gadget. I hope this is not a con job my previous complaint said will revert in 4 hrs now seems it will take 4 days.
                                      Now i need to give my family story to make it 350 characters.

                                        We purchased one washing machine from your store, adn we got a second hand (Used machine) by the store. At the time of purchase one of your store sales executive told us that is the defected piece like having some scratch on the body and it's a brand new product. So we are providing a good disscount on it, after getting all this we are intrested to purchase it because have some scrastch on the machine is not a big deal for me. And we purchased the same. At the time of installation when your engineer visited to us then he said the motor of machine is damaged, so at the same time we called your rescue team and they also accepted the same. When the machine was open by your team they found it's an used machine and without saying anything they moved from there.

                                        It's aleady a month has been passed and there is no propoer response we are getting fro your end. Looking to hear from you soon.
