Since last 10 days my set top box is reflecting error 106 and am not able to reach customer care till date. I have renewed six month subscription on 18 sep 17 and immediately after renewal this problem has come up. How can i resolve this issue. My scn is[protected]. I am located in hyderabad. Please direct your customer service agent to me at the earliest or provide his address/contat no... I am not able to watch tv since last 10 days...

    Customer dissatisfaction is the first case for the downfall of any business
    I bought sony 5.1 audio system worth 22000 last night at reliance digital vijayawada.
    After making the payment, they told me product is not ready... It has to come from distribution point
    They said u can go and collect it from there
    I came from 150 kms away from vijayawada
    I waited at distribution point for 1 hour till night 10 o clock with my whole family
    They told me after waiting for 1hour... Mail is not reflecting so can't give it at that time
    I told them i came from a far place and i can't wait whole night send it to my place because it's not my fault
    They refused
    I don't understand what kind of relationship the store people are maintaining
    I've bought 2 laptops and a led tv from the same store from past 1 year
    I've made a real big mistake preferring to reliance digital
    I'll never suggest anyone to buy any product from this store
    This is really a very bad service

      It feels so sad to see that a big name like reliance hires such individuals who don't even know how to talk to customers, on 22nd of september i went to reliance digital for a sim replacement the executive standing there replaced it and asked to pay rs.399 for jio recharge i paid the sum and went home. Next morning the recharge had not been done i called the executive to inform him, he replied saying your recharge has been done, he gave me a serial no. And asked to call the jio customer care, i did the same and the customer care executive clearly said that my recharge had been unsuccessful please asked the reliance digital to recharge again, i called back at reliance digital and informed them about it, the executive just said (Ok dekhte hain), till 8 pm the recharge had not been done i called up again so this time the executive started misbehaving started talking in an unprofessional way (Tu, tum karke baat karna) i went to the store the file a complaint the executive was not in the store. When i raised a complaint at the store i asked the name of that executive but even after asking many times they did not tell me his name,
      This is how they treat customers there at the store i guess

      I wish to file a complaint against all 3 executives of reliance jio inside reliance digital at z square mall kanpur, i want written apology and a warning letter against all 3 of them.

        Tv is not showing any pictures but sound is comming. Sincerely wonder if your company will ever resolve. However i need to complete 350 characters. This tv has got extended warranty. We paid extra for it now it has become a useless gadget. I hope this is not a con job my previous complaint said will revert in 4 hrs now seems it will take 4 days.
        Now i need to give my family story to make it 350 characters.
        How on earth would your company resolve issues if you cannot attend a complaint lesser than 350 characters

          Dear team,

          We purchased one washing machine from your store, adn we got a second hand (Used machine) by the store. At the time of purchase one of your store sales executive told us that is the defected piece like having some scratch on the body and it's a brand new product. So we are providing a good disscount on it, after getting all this we are intrested to purchase it because have some scrastch on the machine is not a big deal for me. And we purchased the same. At the time of installation when your engineer visited to us then he said the motor of machine is damaged, so at the same time we called your rescue team and they also accepted the same. When the machine was open by your team they found it's an used machine and without saying anything they moved from there.

          It's aleady a month has been passed and there is no propoer response we are getting fro your end. Looking to hear from you soon.

            Sir i buy a lapotop from reliance digital in 05/01/2017.in july 2017 my laptop become dead. It does not work. When i go to hp care they say that your warrenty is expired in 25/01/2017. They also say that the warrenty is started of your hp laptop from 26/01/2017 and end at 25/01/2017. Regarding my laptop there was already present a complaint to the hp care 1 year ago. On the time of buying my laptop from reliance digital i see scratches on the laptop and when i ask about this scratch reliance digital answred me that it is minor problem of scratch which is present in all products of this model of laptop. I have proof of mail that provide me hp care warrenty start date and end date. I have also proof that i buy lapotop from reliance digital in 05/01/2017. I have scratch proof image of laptop.
            I also go to reliance digital regarding this complaint but they do not provide any solution.
            I also contact with hp care but they mail me that your warrenty is expired so we can not able to help you.
            So please sir provide me new laptop. I am furstrating about this issue from 2 month. But my laptop is not replaced.
            Reliance digital provide me used and damaged product.

            I want new laptop.

              I have purchased the split inverter hitachi a c on 21/05/2017 from ulhasnagar reliance digital branch pin code no 421004 for home use purpose i have complained to hitachi customer care as well as reliance digital for service of my a c unit on 13/09/2017 vide comp. No [protected] & on 30/09/2017 comp no [protected] but there is so negliancess and irresponsibility occur. I realy harressed by service care center. Till today they failed to attend my complaint as well as inform me of reason. So thes can caused harm to my a c unit. Reliance digital is very careless company

                Very bad quality product. Do not buy from reliance digital

                I want to return my product.
                I have purchased 2 hitachi waja model ac. But they are not working.

                False promises will not help customers. Reliance digital is making a fool out of its customers by sending them bad quality products and taking their money. Return my money asap. I am going to lunch a complain against reliance digital in internet.
                I had discussion with store incharge lucknow reliance digital wave mall, but they have not provided me satisfactory answer regarding product issues. I am not satisfied with resolution. Please refund my money asap.

                        I bought a samsung j7 prime mobile on 1st jan 2017 at reliance digital annanagar branch. They told me about the 10% cash back offer on newyear and ill receive it shortly. But till now i've not received. I've reached them so manytime and still now i've not got the cashback. Its already 9 months over. Still now no response.                           I purchased Lanovo laptop IP series in Reliance digital. Thinking that service would be good enough compared to outside . But what happened in my case is exactly opposite. Since there were limited stock, they promised that they would deliver at the earliest. But laptop came 3 days after the given date because of which I missed an important event, But another tragedy is .. Man who delivered me the laptop waz a sales execute.. Niether expert or engineer.. He just messed up all the things in initial settings..
                          I went to shop regarding this issue. But the y were like bring 32 GB pen drive we will give u recover. Such a stupid and irresponsible Service who are telling all the important needs and service after problem and issues. Demanding extra payment for recover. Plz plz go though my complaint and take .

                            I impressed with the slogan on your bill (attached in this email wide our purchase), 'Your happiness is our priority, if not happy, we will make it right.'

                            I am sorry, but I am not at all happy with the service and product I purchased from the store mentioned in the attached bill.

                            I was in a rush to grab the 15 August offer & so I loged in your store at 8.0 PM. When I finalised product, no desired colour was available. So I chose another product. But, again no fresh packed product was available & assured that only one piece is left which is in the display/demo which is in a good condition and perfect. I believed as it was 9.50 PM ( I was with my family along, kids age of 1 year and 5 year) and as my kids were hungry and frustrated. Then they said it's demo piece and need to be a software format. I again agreed and wait till 10.20. In that period even I don't got to see perfectly if I am buying a phone is in a good physical condition. I believed on brand ' RELIANCE DIGITAL' and I purchased it at 10.24 PM.

                            There was no pleasure and enjoy to experience purchased products at this late time (after 10.30 PM) as next day is the office and bed time.

                            Next day I got some time to experience my hands on this brand new (?????) phone and observed some physical damage (count is 4) and there was/is disappointment begins. On same day I visited your store and informed to store executive. He acknowledged the damages and assured to be arranged a fresh piece of phone along with agreed accessories of tampered glass and phone cover.

                            I came back in a sorrow and wait till writing this email for phone from store as they agreed.

                            Now, still I to believe on Reliance Digital?
                            Or Its my mistake that I was greedy to rush your store to grab the offers (10% credit card cash back + 5% additional discount coupon from store).

                            Even if I get the fresh piece and agreed accessories, what about ditching of trust and frustration with my family??

                            There will be no wonder if you not read and even if not acknowledge to this email and even if you will not take any action.

                                Hello, Iam Bhargavi..I have raised the complaint..3 months back regard my washing machine..The service person came and said..the waring had a problem...so it should get from Mumbai...but the product s not available...they said they will give the alternate solution..bit still now I had not received any communication still now..the worst service and can't stick up on the words..the customer care team also..worst response to the customer...plz I request to do the favour..and make out my product repair...

                                  Sir,
                                  I had been to store to recharge my jio of 399 plan. . Then when i askd the guy to do recharge he swiped my debit card and then the amount was deducted and the recharge got stuck or something tech error. . Till now its been 46 hrs i dont have internet connectivity in my dongle. . He was saying if in 48 hrs the recharge is not done he will refund. . But till now its very hard for me to survive without internet. . As I am a internet marketer.. Pls do the needfull asap. . N even the persons on call dint help out. . Pathetic service i am facing..

                                    I have not thought that i will get the worst service from reliance brand i have visited jp nagar store to buy tv b/w 12:00 pm t0 12:40pm i selected demo phillips 39" and ask salesgirl for bajjaj finance. The bajjaj finance guy was not present there. So i given moblie no to salesgirl and told give cal when bajjaj guy comes. I waited for 1 hour for the cal and cal the sales girl she told me tv has ben sale to other customer i ask salesgirl ok i will come and see that tv is there are not she
                                    Told me tv is there customer will take tomorrow. I called customer care on this issue the guy take the compliant told u will get compliant no by sms and call concern person i waited for two hour for cal and sms. This the way reliance brand give service, commitment to customer.

                                      This is really unfortunate to say the service of such company like reliance is so poor. The fake information and promises. I purchase a phone from reliance digital they promised me that they will provide me some accessorieswith phone. After a month passed by but still i didn't get powerbank. While contacting them we are not providing any response. Imagine how a big company running out of consolation accessories.

                                      2. Second i i have knowledge about bajaj emi card can be used throughout india and it's comes with zero interest emi. Your people denied that it can't be used as my address was belongs to hyderabad. Though am a loyal customer to bajaj finance and reliance digital, i didn't get such favor over my issues.

                                      They suggested to take by sbi credit card and they convinced me that it's worth no extra interest for me. But they charged me emi amortization charges. I can show you my statement the stupid sbi people charges me more than 500 within two months. It's annoying to see that though i am having money and i can purchase it by cash, i choose it because of zero emi option. If i could pay it by cash why would i pay it by extra cost. Your people not having proper knowledge or you are buffing in the sake of business only.

                                        Hi team reliance,

                                        I have purchased samsung led tv from reliance digital, thane ghodbunder store. Facing end numbers of issues in initial stage at the time of installation. Sales person raj yadav is worst in his job his moto is to sale product by giving false commitment and worst service. I am too much irritated due to initial service provided by reliance digital thane ghodbunder road store. Dish tv distributor ravi electronic, sector-8, airoli is worst worst worst worst service provider in terms of sales person all are buy more then us president, since monday morning to wednesday as on am facing installation issue, i am too much irritated will launch a complaint against all the media available sources. I want resolution by today only. Worst experience at initial stage only. I am calling every person from reliance and dish tv distributor above mentioned. Most irritating thing i have ever experience.

                                        I am working as hr, am also from service field. I will escalate this matter. I want solution now.
