1. Smart card no. [protected] at thakur complex mumbai. Showing error no. 400. Tried customer care several times who do not respond even after holding for 1 hr. Requested technician visit on auto record system but no response.
2. We have hdd dvr, the remote to which is not fully functional for past 6 months. It is not available anywhere. Where do i get it from???

Bought recommect tv from reliance digital - warangal. Qt 166 remote control is not working and its not available in the market to buy. Please help in procuring the same. Its very urgent. I have been searching for it but all my efforts have gone in vain so far.

Bought this refrigerator from reliance digital one month back. Started malfunctioning within a week. Lodged a compliant, the service provider had no clue as to the causative problem. We were assured that another team member would be sent to figure out the nature of the problem / sloution. Since then have called and registered complaints thrice. But to no avail!...

We bought a panasonic tv from reliance digital, phoenix marketcity mall, bangalore.

We were told by the sales person and manager that we will be receiving extended 2-year warranty card on tv panel from panasonic within 1 week of time.

Its been over 3 weeks, and we have not been informed about the warranty card and by when we will get it from reliance digital....

I have purchased panasonic washing machine on 15th aug 17 and the sales executive committed that they would be sending vendor to pick old machine in 2days. However, it's been a week now even though after several follow ups with executive in chembur office they not sending a single vendor.
