We have purchased laptop of hp brand on 26/12/2016 costing 72, 000. The laptop is not working due to some technical issue after six month. Its screen is not showing anything, hinges of laptop are very hard. Feels like it will break anytime. When a month ago, laptop stopped working, i have raised complaint for support in hp. And came to know that my laptop is not under warranty. Which was surprising me because its yet not an year after i purchased. So i raised complaint with hp, axis mall and reliance digital customer care. Hp said the laptop is been serviced before 6 month of my purchase, which means its used product. Axis mall people always asks me newly about my issue where i have told them so many times, and reliance digital just takes complaints and no actions. Where i am facing big issue since last month, unable to work on my projects. Huge investment and such bad response of treatement. I want to get my money back or either replace the product properly.

    Hi,

    Within few days o[censored]sing reconnect window ac in our office, seems like there is no cooling effect of the ac.
    It is not able to drop the room temperature below 31 degree after running 4-5 hours.
    The fan gives much more cooling than ac.
    The problem is still not clear at our end.
    Please do the needful immediately.

      My set top box is not working for last one week and i have registered a complaint on 03 sep and send email also regarding my complaint and even contacted customer care so many times but till today there is no response and now my call is also not been getting connected as the msg says that you have crossed your limit to contact customer care. I got a call from service centre on monday but since the the guy is just picking up my phone and then disconnect by saying that he will come but he has not come till now and even the customer care is not responding first they said that your complaint is not transferred to senior that why left unattended and now this service centre guy he is not responding. I don't know what to say for this kind of response from both. This is such a sucking after sales service from reliance.

        I was cheated by a employee of the reliance digital company named krishna vijayvargia employee number:60279737. He gave me the id of reliance digital. Please reply me if the person belongs to reliance digital.

        I contacted to a krishna vijayvargiya on olx for purchasing iphone 7. He posted the add by addressing his area (Jalandhar cantt, punjab) which is in my area (Jalandhar, punjab). He sent me his phone number ([protected]) to contact him and then we communicated with each other and then he said that he was working earlier in reliance digital.in jalandhar, punjab. And now he has been transferred to other state. He told me that he will send me the phone by courier facility and he said that he will send me photo of courier receipt and then i told him that i will check the phone and and then i will do payment and then he said that it will be fine and then suddenly he said that please send me advance payment for proof and then he will send me the courier receipt and i sent him rupees[protected]+1000+4000) to his paytm account ([protected] paytm account krishna vijayvargiya) and now he is demanding more money and i told him that i will check the phone condition and then i will send him left payment. I told him if you are not interested please return my advance payment on paytm like i sent him. And then his elder brother talked to me and that they will not return the money back. He also said that if i will not send him more money they will not return my advance payment. And he said that they will not send the phone also. I requested him, to return my money back and then he said he will not return my money back. And he said what can i do? I will not return the money back. Do whatever you can go and complaint. I will not return your money.

        I bought Bosch washing machine on 08/9/2016.from then we frequently facing issue with it.problem is machine don't run.in last one month we had this issue of four times.everytime service persons visit my property and do something but next we are facing same issue which is frustrating and expecting permanent resolution

          Hi,
          I have bought a 42 inch lg led tv on 26th oct 2014 and i also bought one year reliance extended warranty as per suggestion by salesman.
          At that time lg was providing 2 year warranty on tv and i have bought additional one year warranty from reliance as resq plan after paying extra money.
          After warranty was valid til 25th oct 2017. I have both original warranty cards also. But when i complaint to resq number for repair service they told me that your
          Your warranty has already been expired on 25th oct 2016 as per one year brand warranty and one year resq warranty.

          Just got a new AC installed a week ago and last evening the cooling stopped. I didn't know what so just checked and found the outdoor unit not running...I switched off the AC and again after when switched it on, it cooled for 5 min and again the same problem... So I would request no repair rather refund my money or else replace with a new one

            I purchased a lyf water mobile phone from your store, dangratoli branch, ranchi on 30th september, 2017 for ₹ 8, 249. The piece is on one year warranty. It is not functioning properly since the day i bought it. As soon as i took it home, i tried switching it on but nothing happened. I went to the store the very next day to file my complaint and asked them to resolve my issues. They checked the phone and said that it was a defective piece and asked me to leave the phone there and come back after 2 days. They even agreed to replace the product. But when i went there on the said date, they refused to replace it and denied the fact that it was ever defective. They are pressurizing us to take the phone as it is. The whole staff is trying to hide their mistake and they even changed some of the staffs who were responsible for this mistake. I request you to kindly take some strict and fast action otherwise i'll have to take my complaints to consumer forum.

              1. Smart card no. [protected] at thakur complex mumbai. Showing error no. 400. Tried customer care several times who do not respond even after holding for 1 hr. Requested technician visit on auto record system but no response.
              2. We have hdd dvr, the remote to which is not fully functional for past 6 months. It is not available anywhere. Where do i get it from???

Then after today dated 01/09/17 at 5 pm come my house and delivered my refrigerator. But i infirmed you that bee twin the time period my house electricity meter earthing leaking lite is off status but when today refrigerator at 5.45 pm start then ageing me meter earthing leakage lite shown. I am requested pl send your electrician my house and check refrigerator wiring or any electronic chip or power supplied any system and slaved my problem other wise change my refrigerator before my warrantee period over. Other wise i am continues compliant and take a legal action due to my family shock or any losses in my house. Pl refer all my email written to you. And also i have informed you that reliance digital and samsung company sold to refrigerator to me wide article code ean code[protected] samsung ft253i rgt286k3723ut pbl blu serial no 03kg4pah701294 is not shown at the time online compliment at samsung company site. So i doubt i have purchase your out of model and you sold to me this refrigerator. Other wise my problem solved by both company. Both company only time pass due to old model sold to me. So pl change my refrigerator and solved my earting leakage problem immediately.

                      I went to reliance digital store in mysore, store located at mall of mysore to purchase a side by side refrigerator. Initially, i had expected that being involved in a premium purchase my shopping experience would be good. However it was just the opposite! The store employee sunil was very rude and not at all interested to convince us regarding the specific model i wanted to purchase. He was really short tempered and displayed frustrated...

                        We bought a panasonic tv from reliance digital, phoenix marketcity mall, bangalore.

                        We were told by the sales person and manager that we will be receiving extended 2-year warranty card on tv panel from panasonic within 1 week of time.

                        Its been over 3 weeks, and we have not been informed about the warranty card and by when we will get it from reliance digital.

                        Desirable solution:
                        We want the promised 2yr extended warranty card on tv panel for the tv purchased from reliance digital.

                          Dear Sir/Madam
                          I want to convey my problem to you through this column.I purchased a LG brand fully automatic washing machine with 11kg washing capacity from Reliance Digital store, V3S mall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on27th August 2017.
                          I used it only once and The dryer of this washing machine is taking too much time in drying clothes.As I also have another washing machine which is not fully automatic and yet it takes only 3minutes to dry(spin) the clothes while this washing machine(purchased from reliance digital) is taking 18minutes for drying(spinning) same number of clothes and 1hour for drying the clothes completely.
                          Since the company is claiming it to be fully automatic and it is more costlier than my old washing machine so it must be more compatible in its operation.
                          I complained about this problem to reliance digital store and asked them to replace it with another washing machine which can dry clothes in lesser time or atleast in same time taken by my old machine but they are denying to replace it.They are continuously arguing with me and not agreeing to solve my problem.
                          As it is a part of my business work to dry the clothes, so this machine is creating a problem by taking too much time and labour hours of mine.If this machine would not be replaced or returned in two or 3 days then I would suffer a huge loss in my business.
                          I am attatching picture of washing machine.

                              I purchased reliance reconnect washing machine from reliance digital ramanthapur, hyd. At the time of purchasing i availed extended warranty by paying additional amount. Though the product in warranty period none of the reliance executives taken care of my complaint

                              In spite of my several calls (Almost everyday) none of executive responded over phone or attempted to resolve issue.in fact i bought this to their superior, he assured service but till the problem persist.

                              Please look into my call records for your reference and resolve the problem as earliest.

                                I chose a refrigerator from whirlpool, single door from reliance digital, kormangala, bangalore. I got the product delivered two days later. They came at 9.30pm and demanded more delivery charges. Not sure if this is solely because they found only a female in the house and thought cheating can be done efficiently. The store or the technician did not give me any installation instructions. The technician who came two days later gave the fridge stand and left in a hurry. I had thought the sponge in the milk tray has to be removed due to the lack of any installation given to me. And tried to remove it leaving the product damanged/looks ugly. The guide for the fridge isn't clear nor was the service. I request you to replace the milk tray since it was completely because of lack of proper guidance.

                                I have mailed about this to whirlpool several times and i can see the company does not pay any concern towards the issue. Reliance digital themselves do not give much importance is known. Because i had to call them for two days just for the delivery.

                                Do the needful asap.

                                  I purchased lg washing machine on[protected] on emi basis, the product i bought was not displayed, the sales man showed me only catalogue, and quoted mrp as 22, 690 and after some discount he finally gave for 20, 000. The next day i received the product and i saw the mrp price printed in the box as rs.20, 790. I was literally surprised on seeing the difference in mrp, how can anyone sell a consumer goods more than the mrp price. So i went to the (Reliance digital gandhinagar, adyar, chennai tamilnadu) outlet asked them the same question, but i did not get responsible reply from them, the store manager didn't attend me although he was there. After long time i wantedly called him and told about the problem. He did not possess enough knowledge about what to answer. Now my problem is about the discount that they gave me; 22, 690mrp they gave for 20, 000 now its 20, 790 and iam asking the same discount from actual mrp of 20, 790 which is natural and acceptable by all. Almost three days gone still i didn't get proper solution to the problem. So please kindly look in this and give solution to my problem as early as possible to continue as your customer.

                                    Our panasonic water purifier has extended warranty of 1 year which we have purchased from reliance digital malakpet company has repaired it for two times since we have extended warranty they promised us to give money back of rs 3800 -/ withins two days but its almost 1 month we didnt get our money back as we try to contact them they respond our call on first day on second that executive doesnt respond our call whether our number will be in block list or they dont attend our call evertime a new executive speaks and process repeats (I. E not attending our calls) they ask me to send bills on there whatsapp no almost i have sent to 15 members of there company but there is no respone so please try to help us.

                                    I have purchased Rconnect power bank of 10000mah few months back. But now the power bank is not getting properly charged and s taking long hours to get charged to 2 points. Also after charging if any device is connected to it than it is not giving output to the device and got immediately discharged.

                                      My ac remote was faulty on arrival of new ac, so i have registered a complaint against that issue and that matter was resolved after 20 days of my continuous coordinating with the customer care and also e-mail the issue to the concerned person.
                                      Even after that resolution i am not satisfied with the service of reliance as they have sent me remote of another model (Different from the last remote that came with the product).
                                      I have recently logged a complaint against some of the issues i am facing this ac now.
                                      1. My ac remote is different from the last remote, needs to change.
                                      2. Outdoor unit is spilling out water when i am using it.
                                      3. Outdoor unit's fan is making some kind of noise, like something is getting hit on the fan while its working.

                                      I have mentioned this issue with the store from where i have purchased the product, they told they will send a technician to my place but still, no action is taken.

                                      I have already shared my details with the customer support team and again i am mentioning my complaint number, its [protected]. So, i request you to not to reply with a nonsense message asking share my details.

                                      Really fed up with your service. It's the third time i am complaining about the ac in 2 months time span.
