Hi reliance resq team,
Display issue yet not resolved, issue still the same from october 2016.
I have call/mail to resq team various times after that technician came just brought the tv down from the wall mount, checked the serial number and as per the symptoms described by me, said it is a motherboard issue, and he told me that sansui team will processed further. Sunsui team technician came just brought the tv down from the wall mount again, checked the serial number and tv issue and said it is a motherboard issue, i was paid him rs. 1200 which are yet not reimburse from reliance. I was inform the same to reliance resq team, and reliance team technician came again and he took out motherboard from led, after two three days he again visit at my home and insert the motherboard in led and ensure me, this issue you will not face again in future, after 2-3 day it happened again, till date issue still the same i request to you please do the needful on priority basis.
