I made a insurance of physical damage of my product i. E samsung a5 2016 edition mobile i have given mobile to vijayapura reliance digital outlet from past 2 and half month. The service of this outlet is such a worst thing i have faced in my life. Not a single response from the customer care department. Hell with showroom. Not only these before these i had purchased 2 car charger both were deafult i gave them to replace within warranty, they...

I am faceing some error called "signal lost" whenever i start set top box from last 10 days.
I have called multiple times in customer care regarding the same issue in last week but i didnot get proper response and nothing has been done so far to solve this issue. I have already paid the money for entire year in advance.

These guys at bhimavaram reliance digital are not conforming our new buy although we enquired about return the product that with we are not satisfied

I bought a 32 inch Samsung LED TV. The delivered product was mishandled at some point of delivery because outside pack was ok but inner packet containing remote and lead wire was damaged. This was my second worst experience in Reliance Digital. Last time due to mistake of an employee, I lost my Rs 2800 cash back. He made some mistake while sale to me that is why I not received cash back.
