I purchased a Sony 49 TV from ur Store at Park Street yesterday and the same was delivered to me today nd it was clear that one o[censored]r staff kaushik sen will come nd install it today. But a guy named Ajay called me start questioning me if I have purchased a TV. On my questioning why is he asking me nd on what authority he is asking. He started abusive language that why I can't answer.
Is this the trend ur customers have to go through.
I tried calling ur store to talk to the manager, but he didn't respond.

      I have been following up for refund of excess amount of rs.207/- paid against bill dated june, 2016 of mobile no.[protected] and sent several mails to rcomappellateauthority. Mumbai but receiving only replies to my mails saying complaint has been escalated/ re escalated to concern authority. Pl look into the matter refund the excess amount of rs.207 urgently.

        Worst of worst speaker. Please do not buy this... Please some things are good like bass function but there are so many negative things.
        1. Improper mic system. The treble some while speaking in the mic is worst in fact all the karaoke system is worst.
        2. There are lots of hanging problem in it. Whenever wherever the speaker hangs in running condition.
        3. The led lights don't works accurately means when you buys a speaker first lights work fine but as far as usage it's capacity decreases and finally these doesn't work.
        And the last review, the service provide by reliance is worst. Firstly they try to fool you every time when you call. They always play with customer. First they pleased you to buy the reconnect by saying 1 year warranty and when you buy reconnect they never provide help nd always tell sir tomorrow i will come nd fool you every time so please please do not buy this speakers.in that range u should go for lg. Negative star to it.
        And the service provide by the reliance digital are the world best to make fool

            I purchase jiofi device on 4 aug and till 12 aug it service is not activated yet because the reliance digital employe has not forwarded documents.... First the reliance digital employee told that service will activate within 24 hrs. I have also make complaint to reliance digital about it but they have not make a solution. I have complain 2 or three times to reliance digital and i have also cintacted reliance digital store more than 5 times but still remain unsolved

              I have purchase a samsung galaxy s6 from Reliance Digital Store at Gwalior with a Extended warranty of their own ResQ brand in almost Rs. 38000/-. I have deposit my phone for service at Reliance Digital Store at Gwalior on 28th May, 2017 for having problem in Display of mobile. They told me that it will take 15 days for repair. I have wait for almost one month and call to service centre, a service centre guy Mr. Sunil told me sir it take 10 days more, i have again wait for it. Inspite of several calls/complaints at Reliance Digital Toll Free Number, email no proper response. i have got my phone after two months and not in good condition, camera is not working, battery drained very fast. I have not received the product at return them back. They told me that sir it will be repaired again and given to you in one week. All this happen on 26th July 2017. Service Centre supervisor Mr. Santosh sahu told me that he will provide me the status on 2nd August, 2017 but no response from their side. After I make call to them they told me that sir it will another one week. I have send a email to reliance digital and they give in reply mail that i will take one week. Yesterday (9/8/17) I have called to Mr. Santosh Sahu he told another week. I am feeling cheated with reliance digital. Please help me in the matter and expedite.

                I have raised a compaint of reliance dish tv not working correctly past 3 weeks. I have called many times and registered complaint each time and each time they say it has been escalated to their supervisor, but still nobody has visited to resolve the issue.

                Also, when i call customer helpline, i always get the answer today they will come to visit but yet nobody has come.

                  Hi reliance resq team,

                  Display issue yet not resolved, issue still the same from october 2016.

                  I have call/mail to resq team various times after that technician came just brought the tv down from the wall mount, checked the serial number and as per the symptoms described by me, said it is a motherboard issue, and he told me that sansui team will processed further. Sunsui team technician came just brought the tv down from the wall mount again, checked the serial number and tv issue and said it is a motherboard issue, i was paid him rs. 1200 which are yet not reimburse from reliance. I was inform the same to reliance resq team, and reliance team technician came again and he took out motherboard from led, after two three days he again visit at my home and insert the motherboard in led and ensure me, this issue you will not face again in future, after 2-3 day it happened again, till date issue still the same i request to you please do the needful on priority basis.

                        Today i have purchased a hdmi cable in your reliance digital store at kakatiya university of warangal. Since the cable is not working at my home i requested to exchange with other cable or with any other product but the staff has no courtesy to attend or to look in to my issue, last week itself i bought an apple i pad worth of 40, 000 in the same store. But as usual no courtesy on the customers. I have left the cable in the store itself, why should i waste my rs.900? Even the store staff said that go and complaint... As they damn care for customers and their money... Pls revert by resolving my issue...

                          Nd they r saying me to talk nicely when they dont know how to talk... Its been more tgan 1 n half month what the hell is wrong with u guys...

                              I purchased reconnect ac, i got a problem with it and i raised a complaint against it on 28/072017 again on 31/7/2017. Till now there is no call from service. But the messages are coming that your complaint has been done and we are closing your problem. This is how you treat the customer. I wasted money on buying your product. Most of the companies will give the best service in 1st service but your company failed.

                                I ordered microsoft purchase from phoenix marketcity bangalore. Sales person delivered me faulty product (Battery dies in 2 hrs max) and also did not deliver all accessories. He has taken full amount though.

                                  My reliance digital no.[protected] in the name of lajpat chandolia is not working since ist week of june, 2017. The set up box was change in feb/march"17 and thereafter it was not working properly. I lodged complaint to customer centre on[protected] with repeated reminders through phone/mails to customer centre/ nodal officer but there is no solution so far. Is any body in reliance digital tv who can look into the matter to resolve the issue. I made yearly subscription in the month of march/april 17. I getting harrassed, my hard money is went in wrong hands. My entire family is without tv since june, 17 or say out of world of news/entertainment etc. I have no option except to go to consumer court for harrassment/mentally tortured/finacially loss etc.

                                    Actually in may month my setup getting problem. We called customer care, we are waited more than one month. But that time they are given one setup box, but they given old setup box and it not in proper condition. Currently we are facing earlier problem, again we called customer care. They are telling currently we don't have setup box, we need to wait some time. We already waited last 20 days. Daily we calling customer care they are telling same thing.                                       I had rs 450 in my ac which has been deducted entirely. Then i recharged it with rs 400 from that rs 61 was deducted for some admin cost. I have the rs 349 plan according to which i m suppose to get 1gb data daily n approx 1400 mins off net on calling but my balance is getting deducted for that too. According to one o[censored]r customer care person my balance has been deducted for using the internet after 12am which isn't correct as i do not usemy data pack after midnight. Please solve this problem as soon as possible as this is really irritating, not happening for the first time. Not expected this kind of service from a company like reliance.

                                        Since two months our water purifier has been stopped working we have a extended waranty for 1 year and we paid amount of 3000 rs for it. We complained several times to the reliance store which is located near malakpet beside yasodha hospital and on toll free no ([protected]) after our compaint once panasonic visited and repaired half of the purifier n charged an amount of rs1200 from us and asked to collect this payment from reliance digital store but the sales executive have told us to submit a photocopy of bill on whatsapp we have submitted the billl 5-6 times but there is no response from there side again there is broke down in purifier within 10 days of repairing again we have booked a complaint on toll free no and we also visited the store personally for booking a complaint but there is no response from them till now. So i request you to please do the needful and take action against the company asap. So that purifier can be repaired and amount can be refunded plzz consider this case on humanitarian grounds
