I had purchased an led tv on 3rd june 2017 with so number:[protected]. I had also purchased a 'v-guard' made stabilizer along with the tv. Later i realized that since i have an ups at my home which takes care of power fluctuations and protects my tv. I already called 10 times to support number [protected] for my AC service request and emailed them 5 times for the same but no one came to my place nor anyone called me for the same.

I have logged this request on[protected] Friday and today is 9th day of my request but still I didn't get any resolution.

Three times service request number was assigned to me and three times I have got...

My set top box is not working. I filed my first complaint on 5th may 2017. The reliance technician visited our home after two week and said that setup box not working and will replace immediately. The issues remains unsolved. It is a shame for a company with such big name, failing to solve customer issues.

One of the worst service ever faced, from last 4 days our fridge is not working, called call center atleast 25 times, nothing is happpned.

Fridge gas leaked, reliance has given 2 year extended the warranty, Sumsang fridge purchased in Jan16 at GIP, Reliance Digital.

One of your service provider - Nikita (MBL-[protected]) is saying that we should fill the gas from outside and she will reimburse after 5-6 days.br...

I had purchased 1 Ton Voltas Window AC from Reliance Digital CBD Belapur stores.
It's really bad experience as a customer to me.. It took two days to deliver the AC to them after so much of follow up that to Display model .. I live in 2KM area of that store still they took so much of time.. After delivery I was chasing for installation ... Lost couple of days in that...It was really frustrating for me...to follow up.. Finally guys...

1. I have made payment of 21st of may but i have received delivery 28 of the month and ac was not installed till 02nd of next month.

2. The number mentioned in the bill is not working. Customer care is not providing number of the store.

3. It was committed that technician will call one hour before hand but the call was received when he was at my door step. And i was not available at my home and he denied to wait....

We have purchased whirlpool 1.5 ton ac with r41 compressor and paid amount for the same but after two days we have received r22 compressor ac. Sales person mukesh clearly told us that this is new technologies of r41 and in every company now due to regulatory issue it is compulsory after few year for r41 compressor. There is huge price difference in r41 and r22 compressor but they cheated and taking money...
