My name rajkumar. My reliance smart kard no.[protected]. I am complant in 24/07/2017. But not attend complant till date. I am suffar from 24/07/2017. Complanet no.[protected]. I am colling meny time but cutomer care tolled that engineer visit my home but till date not come engineer. So i request sir my problem solve sortly.. And change my tv set up box... My mobil no. [protected].

    Sufficient balance in account[protected], and error code 400 coming, customer care not picking call, services not satisfactory, please resolve the issue at least help me using it till my balance exhaust.
    Tried to reach customer care, was put on hold for more than half hour, in the end it disconnected.
    Now when trying again to reach customer care it says attempts exhausted to call customer care.
    No other options to put my complaints here.

      It is a worst experience dealing with reliance digital employees and there instalation team, highly unprofessional.
      Want to purchase one split ac. Been to there outlet at sector-29 gurgaon with family on 22-7-17. Wanted to purchase branded product but sales guy convinced me to buy there in house product called reconnect. Complete miss selling and not updated about the product. Today on 28-7-17 it still kept uninstalled. Have spoken to multiple people there regarding this, but behaviour of the managers is extremely rude, no one wants to listen. They replied once the product got sold it is not there responsibility. Seeing all this decided not to keep this product and shared my views with the manager, who replied not his concern he will not get product picked if i want to send product back i should get it done and they will not attend me.

        I purchased two electronic item from your reliance digital (Metropolis mall rudrapur) on 30/6/2017 actually i live here alone so i was need small mini fridge and there is only one fridge c. S. A told me two
        Thing about fridge that there is little dent on fridge left side secondly they don't have cartoon of fridge i was really need so i agree to buy amount and discount u can check in bill which is in attachment but when i receive the fridge very next day evening with rap with bubble polythene they delivered and left they didn't tell how to installed ect but no problem its not very difficult to installed when i open the fridge there is some things are missing and some are different like egg try was big stand bolt missing and differ u can see the attachment

        Second : i brought philips music system since last two week its no working i had call then so many time but they make me full and they cant take it seriously.

        I m trying their no which [protected] but still no is busy i don't know how no is busy for last day im really upset im working in puma as a store manager here please do the needful as soon as possible

          Hi i have purchased the new window of hitachi company as on date 30th june 2017. Will deliver as on date 02nd of july. And same was installed on 23rd of july due to some personal problem.             I had recharged my big tv on 21jul 17 with rs 750 & when i told them to recharge my pack for 3 month they informed that i had to change my address n then call the next day n they also told that i had english channel pack running to which i told them to cancel it. I call up next day n they tell me that my balance is in minus n i have to recharge for rs15 again. I do it. The next day some channels are missing n i call them again n after around 34 mins they again tell me that my balance is in minus and i have to recharge again for some rs35 as i have english channel running. When i told them that i had told them to cancel it to which she refused bluntly that i had not told her. After repeated coaxing n when told that i will give a written complaint against her she says that she will do it by the end of the day. It's two days passed n nothing has been done. The most fraudulent customer care ever. It always takes about half n hour to reach the customer care. Worse than worst. The supervisors name is monika.

              I have purchased laptop on 8 jan 2017, your executive suggested to buy dell as it was offereing good discount also free warrenty from reliance. But now when there is technical issue in my laptop i called to dell cuscare they are telling it is out of warrenty and dealer has not updated, when i went to reliance they are saying it will be updated after 1 year nor they are willing to repair my laptop nor willing to update warrenty...

                I have two jiofi-3 devices of the same kind. But in one i have good speed but in another one less speed. When i went to reliance wireless router network login site to check network status. There were some differences in operating band, band width. For this, i contacted customer care many times. But they were not helpful. They did not register my complaint. Only i need is a technical help. But jio care was not able to provide more effectively. Therefore i request you to resolve my query related to the device.

                Myself went to reliance store in mohan nagar durg on 20 july 2017 asked to restart my old reliabce number. they said will call you back you can go now, now it is second day 21 july 2017 i called them today in morning they again said will call you . now i am calling them but they are not picking up the phone.

                  Fridge not cooling, two days repaired status : no cooling as it was earlier to break down? Follow up technician didn't come on time and he lacked competence to repair loss of stored materials in fridge

                      I have never come across such poor service and problems in any outlet where one goes to buy a product.
                      The sales team took nearly 2.5 hrs to do billing wherein 5-6 people got involved and couldnt do a simple billing for items (2 acs and one aquaguard) purchased.
                      Now, its only 3 months and my aquaguard (Eureka forbes) machine is giving me problems with the tap broken and water leaking. Their contact nos. Never seems to work or respond.
                      Is this the service a customer gets from products worth so much purchased in their outlet?
                      I need my aquaguard done up and no response from their phones. Does one have to go personally in this digital world to complain about such things?
                      Also, i had the meanest and most horrible time first of all to get delivery of my product (A. C.) after 4-5 days and then installing the same. They refused to do it and insisted on additional costs as my residence is on the 5th floor. I had to get the acs installed by myself through others with additional cost.

                      Most discouraging and bad service outlet i have experienced.

                      I need service and do not know who to go to even after paying for an extra 3 years (Extended warranty) when i purchased the aquaguard.

                        "i walked to the reliance digital store to purchase bluetooth speakers, as i entered i was shocked to see no one was interested in helping me out with the list of product available. I myself started searching for bluetooth speakers around the store thinking people at reliance digital might be busy assisting other costumers. I found reconnect jive, connected my device to phone and checked if it is value for money and as per my needs.
                        I was unable to play in full volume since other costumers were at store.
                        I bought it to home without any second thought since product belongs to reliance. I asked from the bill maker about the warranty and guarantee of the product. He said product could be replaced or refund within 7 days i[censored]nsatisfactory.

                        I was happy to take it home, i connected with my loptop and mobile to check the output and quality. I found that the quality isn't that i expected to be.
                        I called reliance digital after 5 days since i was not happy either satisfied with the product. Product was not giving that quality i expected.. I called reliance digital store them 5 times but no answer. It was raining so i couldn't walk to the store. Next day i went to store as i was not satisfied with product. They were not ready to listen my complaint they were not on their words. They treated in unfriendly and non-cooperative manner.

                        Next when i got a call against my complaint on twitter, they said it could not be returned since box is open caller was modifying statements when i guided him policy. Then he said he will discuss with someone and return back after some time.
                        I have already experienced people from the store, i explained him that how can a customer can guess looking at the box if the product is satisfactory or not. Reliance commits return within 7 days if the product is unsatisfactory. I am unsatisfied with the product and wish to have refund as per policy. I have read the policy. They say if you are unsatisfied product could be returned in 7 days. And i have opened the box to check sound quality. I am no more using the product.

                        Please help me with the refund.

                          I purchased a iphone-6 on 19/07/2017 (Cin no: u01100mh1999plc120563) from #605, 18th main road, ideal homes, rajarajeshwari nagar bangalore-560098. On the same day when the reliance executive was creating a apple id it was over heating? When we question the same he said it is because lot apps will be running in background. So we accepted the same and we took it. When we checked with our wifi in the eve it was not so fast. Then we took the same complaint again on 20/07/2017. He said no problem may be your wifi problem please do reset once again as iphone will not accept ip address automatically. We accepted the same and we came back. But on third day the phone was getting overheated and battery was draining fast. So we asked him to replace the phone. But know he says the iphone 6 has liquid traces and he cant change. Even my phone is with them.

                            Sir, i purchased a reconnect electra speakers from reliance digital, wave mall, jammu -180015 one month ago. After somedays the speakers create unwanted sound without playing songs. I called customer care on 8 july 2017 and register a complain for the same. But no technician is there. I continuously called customer care for 4 days but no response from technician side. Then i called at store, then next day technician came at home and check the speakers and at the same day they took the speakers to service center. Next day as i called them., they said that there is no problem in speakers they are perfectly alright. But again and again i told them that speakers are not working properly as they create unwanted sound and for resolve the same i send them a video as a proof. But still they have same comments. After some day i called them to give me my speakers back. They told me that next day speakers will be at our home. For the same issue., i called at service center and store so many times that now i am getting frusted by you. Next day mam call me from service center and told me that as they play the speakers, there is a unwanted, disturbing sound in speakers which i told them so many times. Now they forward the complaint and order for replacement. Today is 22 july, i. E 15 days are over and still complaint is not resolved. Not a single day when i don't called to service center and at store. Sir, i want to say that your service is so bad even your customer care is ineffective. They just satisfying the customers by forwarding the complaint and no one took any action on that. I can show you the complaint register by customer care one by one. Now i don't want any replacement, i want my money back because i don't want in touch with your so called service (Pathetic service). Please refund my money as soon as possible and it's my first and last product from reliance digital. You people don't even deserve 1 star. My register no. Is [protected]

                            It's really horrible to get the work done from reliance people
                            From 14 th of this month till today they have not installed the TV. Extreme poor service. In future I will not take anything from reliance and will insist other too.
                            usb not playing songs properly from beginning. not changing songs. repeats same song. now each song plays only 4-5 seconds then skip to next song. what is the issue?

                              I purchased lg washing machine at rd store with hdfc card. After waiting for more than 90 days i was still not credited with 5% cash back as promised. I purchased the said item on 28 feb 2017 with the promise that rd will credit it thourgh my card as cash back of 5% if purcahse is made above 20k. The billed amount was 22k. I wating for the response.

                                I had buyed a zook rocker 2 from bbsr, after 2 days only it was stucking i went to the tge realiance digital thry fid someyhing nd said its ohk now nd i said i dont live in bbsr i m going back to dambalpur how can i repair it if it gets stuck again they said u can replace it in any care, after 10 days it started the same problem nd then stoped wotking totaly i gave it to reliance digital on 17 june its today its 19 july i haven't got it yet, i dont wanna waste my time anymore i want 2499 rs back, i want refund any how..

                                Outside local shops jiofi2 costs 2000 including recharge.but in reliance digital store I have been cost 2408 and only 1999 bill I got, not any recharge sms not any bill of 408 I received.
                                I didn't expected this from a brand store.

                                  I bought a resq washing machine 2 years back from reliance digital, warangal with extended warranty. It started troubling me within a year. The person came and fixed. Thereafter continually it is troubling me. After doing so many repairs for more than 2 months, the company person told me to buy a new one and they will give me the refund of 80%. Now they are not responding to my phone and neither giving me refund. I also have a recording of him. Please give me a solution for this.

                                    Firstly reliance auto deducted my broadband payment without my permission. Even after receiving payment my connection is not working.
                                    I called customer care several times after waiting for long my call was not answered by customers care. Why do you even have a customer care department if they can't attend a call.

                                      I got a phillips htl 1030 from relaince digital on 15/07/2017... I opend it in home and started it works only for the first time... After that it stops working... It's display is not working only a buzz sound is coming... Remote also not working... Onn off fm... Nothing is working... Plz sort it out...                                         Remote of my newly brought ac was faulty, on the very same day i have lodge a complaint for that and now its 17th july, till date i haven't received my remote and when i am calling on customer care for the status they keep on saying "we have ordered this item, it will be available soon".
                                        Is this the way to do business??
