My no is always decline to shift to other network, they are not letting me use my rights... I have to transfer my no from reliance to jio and its urgent but every time they cancel it... They start to give me offer which i don't want... Its my right to which ever network i may shift... Please resolve my problem as soon as possible... Otherwise ill have to take legal action and seeing the fraud that reliance company had done it is likely that you have to pay penalty

    Yesterday i got a massage from resq team that i have cancelled the installation of my led tv which is not shocking i imagined the service of reliance how value their customers even before cancelling the installation no body bothers to call a customer

    I have done the installation from my behalf and thank u from your prompt mail and ur reduculios service after requesting on 8th july yet not got any response and calling 5 times in a day to ur call center got false promises from ur side and 13th i got a call asking that i have to pay 2000 rs for installation and some one called who don't have sense how to talk to customer and i told ur store why they have done promise to me that they will do installation anywhere in india without any hidden charge

    I promise all of you i will not going to buy i single article from reliance and my family member and also spread in my relatives and friend about your reduculios pathetic service

      I have ordered few products from your kanpur store
      And made payments of all on 30 june 2017 of rs 150000.
      Still one product microwave is not beeing delivered to me. When i contact your official in kanpur they give assurances about delivery but its high time now. They have even not provider me the gift card my payment was of around 149400 and i paid rs 150000 on 30 june through neft. I was waiting and have given ample time to them for delivery and my giftcard. I was told about gift card and amount to be feeded in it. But now you're kanpur officials are saying you wont get any offer in gift card. Is this the way to treat your customers who is buying products worth rs 150000 and i even extended the warranty of al products worth rs 16000 approx. Instead of providing better services they are just making excuses and neither the product is delivered yet nor i have got discount on gift card. Kindly look into the matter urgently.         I purchased aoc led tv in august, 2014 and there is 3 years warranty from company. Picture is not getting displayed and i raised a complaint to reliance digital from where i purchased. Since there is a company warranty, they raised a complaint to the company from their side and told that they would reach out to me. It's been close to 3 weeks now and they are not responding. Could you please help in resolving this.

          I am adyajit das purchase a laptop, bill no - txn#11 r#12 on date - 04/06/2017 in your reliance digital (S#3814) sambalpur odisha. After billing i found different product inside the package, so i am not agree to take that product and i demand my selected same product but that product not available in your stock then they offered me to take another model but i am not agree to take another model because that product available only display pice so i was requested to the store manager please refund my money i am not interested to take another model then, he was requested me believe me this is very good product and take this product i take responsibility for this product if any type of issue in future (Warranty period) in this product i will replace the product then they convinced me to take that ptroduct then i was taken that product (Display pice)

          On date-05/06/2017 when i had used the laptop i was found the quality of sound was abnormal then i was imdieatlly informed to your store manager by teliphonic, laptop sound quality is not good just like broken speaker then he replied me i will send our engineer to solve your problem on date-11/06/2017 your engineer visit my room to check the laptop and found left side speaker found damaged. That why the sound quality abnormal, so i need to replace the laptop otherwise refund my amount as soon as possible

            I made a insurance of physical damage of my product i. E samsung a5 2016 edition mobile i have given mobile to vijayapura reliance digital outlet from past 2 and half month. The service of this outlet is such a worst thing i have faced in my life. Not a single response from the customer care department. Hell with showroom. Not only these before these i had purchased 2 car charger both were deafult i gave them to replace within warranty, they failed to that too. Than y these hell are customer care support. Rishikesh the employee whom i am calling no answer at all. I have sujjested my many more friends not to buy a single rupee product from reliance digital. Worst service hel with the vijaypur showroom karnataka

              I am faceing some error called "signal lost" whenever i start set top box from last 10 days.
              I have called multiple times in customer care regarding the same issue in last week but i didnot get proper response and nothing has been done so far to solve this issue. I have already paid the money for entire year in advance.

                These guys at bhimavaram reliance digital are not conforming our new buy although we enquired about return the product that with we are not satisfied
                And they said yes it can be done in a phone call (Customer service) but these guys at local reliance digital are not revealing it and making us to come to their office and saying to come tomorrow for the past 10 days

                    I had bought a samsung microwave on 8th jul'17 saturday and it was promised to be delivered by 9th jul'17. However, after repeated calls to reliance digital store located in phoenix market city (Kurla) for requesting the delivery status, none answered. Also, i called up the service helpline who kept on noting the complaint and only issued complaint no. S and insisted someone would call back within 4 hours. Nobody called back and the service helpline guys could not provide with an estimated delivery date either. Its been 6 days and i have not yet received the microwave with the customer helpline guys clueless as to when the delivery would be done. The shop is still unreachable as no one seems to pick up the call.

                      I happened to book a samsung rt-42 refrigerator from their store on 100 ft road in indiranagar, bangalore on june 21, 2017. The sales man at the store confidently told me that the product will get delivered by the coming friday/saturday positively. So on friday, june 23, 2017, i casually called the store at around 4:00 pm to check on the delivery status and some lady told me that it is already out for delivery. That response made me rush home to ensure that they don't find the house locked, but there was no news of delivery till the end of the night. I called the store next morning and was told the same thing that it is out for delivery which made me wait at home the whole day. Again, no news of the product getting delivered.

                      Then, on sunday, i happen to call them again to check what is wrong and surprisingly it was told to me that the product i selected is out of stock. So i told the sales executive (Imran) that i will come and select an alternate product that has ready stock, and he said "sure sir". Upon reaching the store in an hours time, i get to hear that they have somehow managed to arrange for the same fridge and it will get delivered to me in the first half next day. I bought the story and returned home.

                      The next day, monday june 26, 2017, i waited the whole day at home to receive the product and it came in by 8:00 pm after several follow-ups. My plight didn't end there, the product delivered was a damaged piece! I refused to receive the product and sent it back. Next day on going to the store again, i was told that the product is out of stock and can be expected only by july 10, 2017 whereas the samsung technician called me to come for installation (Ridiculous!). When i insisted that i will select an alternate product, i was only being convinced to go for the one i selected initially. They even refused to cancel my order as it was already processed by bajaj finserv.

                      Left with no choice, i had to patiently wait for the d-day. On july 10, 2017, i called the customer service manager again to check on the delivery status. It was pushed by another 4 days. To my surprise, i got a call from the delivery guy the very next day asking for landmarks to my house. Again, i rushed home!, and the fridge was delivered but no call from samsung for installation. On asking the customer service manager, rahul for the status, i was told that you can plug it in yourself! I refused to do that and insisted for a technician visit and not to my surprise, there was no one who came from samsung the next day. The call was logged for a technician visit only the next day when i visited the store again.

                      Despite of already having burnt my fingers with reliance digital once for a reconnect television, which is now lying at home from past 2-3 years in a non-working condition, i made a mistake of trusting this brand again! The television is another scam by itself. The cost of repair escalated from inr 4, 000/- to inr 14, 000/- in a matter of 2 months for the same part (Pcb board). Pathetic is an understatement for the way they treat their customers and loot them too! Really disgusted with these two experiences and wouldn't recommend reliance digital to anyone who needs good products/services. There are other players in the market who value their customers and their pockets much better.

                        Sir, i purchased a samsung semiautomatic washing machine model number wt9001eg from reliance digital qutubullapur, kompally showroom on 26th june 17 with full payment of rs. 9821.92 & got it delivered on 29th june 17. No manual was provided with it and i noticed that top plastic lid of dryer was broken in the centre. I contacted samsung customer care, engineer came & told me that plastic parts are replaced or repaired on chargeable basis but because you have been delivered it with broken dryer from reliance digital itself it can be replaced free of cost when reliance digital personnel give their consent. But reliance personnel told me that body of washing machine is under two years' warranty at the time of purchase. When i called the showroom personnel they said that manual is not given because it is a display peace and lodged my complaint regarding broken dryer and told me that they had forwarded the complaint to samsung service centre & engineer will come and repair it free of cost. After a couple of days samsung personnel called me that no complaints had been forwarded to them regarding your washing machine. Again i called reliance digital they again told me that your complaint will be resolved but when i asked for complaint number they didn't give me any complaint number. Next day i. E. Today i called reliance digital again but they are not picking up phone. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                          The seller said free gift of reconnect 10000 power bank it not stock in our store and his said "i have requested to our executive to provide in soon within 2 working days".                             I have purchased the Voltas window AC 1.5 ton on 30th of June, 2017 and It was installed on 3rd of June, But from the very first day It's swing is not working so I registered the complaint for the same and One technician has visited my place and found that the its swing unit has the manufacture defect .

                            So Please take my request and replace the whole AC unit, As It is the new product and has the manufacture defect.

                            Please look into this matter on priority and let me know till when can I get the replaced unit.

                              I am adyajit das, mobile no -[protected] purchase a laptop, bill no - txn#11 r#12 on date - 04/06/2017 in your reliance digital (S#3814) sambalpur odisha. After billing i found different product inside the package, so i am not agree to take that product and i demand my selected same product but that product not available in your stock then they offered me to take another model but i am not agree to take another model because that product available only display pice so i was requested to the store manager please refund my money i am not interested to take another model then, he was requested me believe me this is very good product and take this product i take responsibility for this product if any type of issue in future (Warranty period) in this product i will replace the product then they convinced me to take that ptroduct then i was taken that product (Display pice)

                              On date-05/06/2017 when i had used the laptop i was found the quality of sound was abnormal then i was imdieatlly informed to your store manager by teliphonic, laptop sound quality is not good just like broken speaker then he replied me i will send our engineer to solve your problem on date-11/06/2017 your engineer visit my room to check the laptop and found left side speaker found damaged. That why the sound quality abnormal, so i need to replace the laptop otherwise refund my amount as soon as possible

Sivanand mobile no - [protected]/[protected]. I am handed over my dell laptop to your store team mr. Sourav naik mobile no -[protected] on date - 15/06/2017 at 7:20 pm.

                              Please update what is the status of my complaint no:[protected], already 29 days gone still now no update, i need replace this laptop otherwise refund amount as soon as possible.

                              Reliance digital only assuring that our best services at all times but still now no results only process...

                                Dear team,

                                I have purchased a acer laptop from reliance digital. When i purchased it, sales executive did not informed me about the product, which features are available or which are not available. When i asked him then rudely behave with me. They did not inform me about dvd drive, in my system, dvd drive not available. So i want to replace it but they are denay. At the time of purchase, they told me, they are providing 2 year of warranty but till time, i have not received any warranty card, please help.

                                I have purchased a nikon d3300 on 18/06/2017 but some items of this product was not given to me i was told that after 1week i should came and take the product but afer 1week when i called them they told for more10 days and did not answere in well manner...!

                                  This is to inform you that a complained no.[protected] was booked on[protected] regarding the repair of whirlpool washing machine, the customer care people informed that this complaint will be attended within 24 hours. Every day i called the customer care regarding the service they answer today up to 8 pm the service technician will come and resolve the problem. After passing the 5 days also nobody attended this complaint. I try to speak the customer care supervisor also but nobody available there.

                                  I once again request the higher authorities to resolve the issue immediately.

                                    I have purchased an otg from reliance digital adyar store, dated 18th june 2017. I bought it to give it away as a gift. Having given the gift, the receiver has indicated that the grill tray (Item number 7 as per the manual) is missing. I went to the store to check about the same. The person in the store did not provide any logical step to recover the product or launch any complaint. Instead he kept saying that he wanted a picture of the unit as it was unpacked. He does not know how to handle customer or to receive complaints. He was sounding very illogical.
                                    I don't have any motive to fool him that i have not received the product. The product was not opened when it was delivered to me. So they also do not know if the item was inside the box or not. So given the benefit of doubt, atleast he should have tried to take my complaint. He was very sure that it cannot be missing. But i am saying something is missing. There was no conclusion in my discussion and i moved out of the store with an intention to raise a formal complaint hoping atleast that this team will be able to handle it logically. For your kind information i have also lodged a complaint in the morphy richard customer care.
                                    Request you to handle this issue at the earliest.

                                      I bought a 32 inch Samsung LED TV. The delivered product was mishandled at some point of delivery because outside pack was ok but inner packet containing remote and lead wire was damaged. This was detected by their service engineer only. When I asked for replacement, they putting me in infinite inconclusive loop. They are always coming to take snapshots no action to customer satisfaction.

                                      I am located in Bhilai and visited Reliance digital in Bhilai where the staff are so unprofessional and inefficient that no one can imagine. I do not know how Reliance is growing their business.

                                        Panasonic tv in warranty. People taken tv to service station to make a repair.3 week has completed. No response. Immproper communication. Wrong commitments to customers from relaince people. Yesterday once lady employee told that vll b following and deliver it by today but now udai called me and now started asking 2 more days to update what the status. Hope less, pathatic service which i ever had.
