This complaint is about few lazy employees of Reliance Digital, Panchkula.
This was my second worst experience in Reliance Digital. Last time due to mistake of an employee, I lost my Rs 2800 cash back. He made some mistake while sale to me that is why I not received cash back.

I lodged complaint https://www.consumercomplaints.in/reliance-digital-cashback-not-received-c145091... but no resolution yet.

This time I went there for porting my postpaid connection to Jio, I thought it is a big store with all facilities so work will be done quickly.
In first visit I waited for an hour but person doing work there was too lazy, he was saying to his colleague that "Aj kya last din hai jo itne customer a rhe hain". Seems he was not habitual of work and was very upset with coming customers. Listening this I decided to go back and come again some other day.

Two days later I went again, this time they said, please pay bill of your existing operator first then after 24 hours come back. I was shocked to hear this because I never heard this type of condition earlier, I had connection ported earlier too and have an excellent credit score. Is it there headache to pay my existing customer. Anyway I left and paid bill. Also he told me that they do not have photostate machine so bring photocopy of adhaar card too. It was strange that a big store not having photocopy facility. Then I go there again after 24 hours of payment along with my photot and adhaar copy.

This was my 3rd visit for same work. This time these lazy people have another excuse, they said you have other city adhaar so can not fill your form, come after few days. I confirmed is it the rule? they said yes. His name was Mr Anil, who confirmed this is a rule. I said why you not told me earlier, this is my third visit.

Then I came to my home and went to a small shop near to my home for same work (postpaid connection port to Jio). It was 9pm and and lot of rush was there. The person there was doing so much work and handling multiple customers with smile. He filled my form, did photocopy of adhaar card and handed over sim to me in 10 minutes without any excuse.

I think the employee working in Reliance Digital should same of their self. They have all facilities, air conditioned office and making so many excuses to work. A man in a shop without any Air condition working so nice and hard.

    I am GAUTAM NARAYAN GHOSH a customer of Reliance, I have purchased a smart TV of Samsung of Rs. 64235.96 through Bajaj Finance on 02.07.2017
    But by mistake they print my name on the Cash memo Gautam Kumar Ghosh
    though I have produce my Pan Card, Aadhar Card and a Cancelled Check of SBI Kantatoli, Ranchi Branch. My Reliance Card No.[protected] but actual point is not added to my Card, Reliance staff make the mistake and added the point to some other persons Card whose Card No is[protected]
    Please Correct my name on the Cash memo and add the point in my Card.

      To whom it may concern,

      This is with reference to the invoice dated 7th may 2017, no.[protected], i had purchased an airconditioner and am facing the following difficulties from the date of purchase itself:

      1. Delay in delivery of airconditioner

      2. Delay in installation of airconditioner

      3. Incorrect / faulty installation of airconditioner

      4. Inappropriate correction of the faulty installation.

      5. Air conditioner still not working till today.

      We are following up for the last two months on this air conditioner with the customer care, store sales executive, store manager at hosur, service executive and service manager.

      We were talked to very rudely by your service personnel with phone number[protected] on 6th july 2017 at appx. 17.15 hours.

      We find the product is faulty and the service is delayed beyond acceptable standards.

      We request you to kindly take back the air conditioner and refund our money, else we would be forced to take further action.

      Kindly also revert back as to why we should not approach the consumer court for remedy.

        I bought my samsung ac from pheonix mall kurla reliance digital on 29th may 2017. After 5 day from the installatin of ac..i am facing the cooling problem. I followed up lot on phone and mail with samsung...samsung pepole told us reliance people installed the ac they can refill the gas...its gas likedge problem.its new product...ac got the problem with in 5 days from the installation.

          The connection has been out of service since 06.06.2017 vide complaint No[protected] dt 09.06.2017. The set top box removed on that date owing to its malfunctioning is till date not replaced owing to NIL STOCK of set top box.
          Repeated calls to the Call center have not yielded the desired results.
          Kindly do the needful, failing which I will be forced to shift to any other service provide, after claiming refund for the balance subscription period.

          Network connection is bad, always showing msg as "Signal lost". Also not able to contact customer care. The customer care takes 1 hour or more to answer the call and when they pick the call, they are unable to resolve the issue. I am the old customer of reliance Big TV but this will perhaps lead me to change the connection. card no.[protected]
          Un authorized persons are calling me for this [protected] number.my father also scold me that i am bad girl so plz block that num. that person when calls me to talk i am facing problem at my home. i didnt done any miskate. so please block that waste num [protected]

            I bought two HITACHI Sac 1.5ton 3sinv Waza 3200i 318eae inverter ACs
            from Reliance Digital Thakurpukur Store in Kolkata, Reliance Retail Ltd, Premises No. 46,
            Ideal Regency.

            AC No. 01 bought for Rs. 45, 990.00 on[protected] in the name of Prabeer Sarkar/[protected]
            along with 04 yrs extended warranty for Rs. 8, 680.00, total Rs. 54, 670.00. Invoice No.
            [protected]/04.06.2017

            AC No. 02 bought for Rs. 45, 990.00 on[protected] in the name of Mahua Mondal/[protected]
            Invoice No.[protected]/07.06.2017

            After multiple interactions with the Reliance Customer Care (Call No. [protected])
            Both the ACs' were delivered on 14.06.2017 vide
            Delivery Note No. [protected] dt 13.06.2017 &
            Delivery Note No. [protected] dt 13.06.2017 respectively.

            On the evening of 14.06.2017 around 6pm one person (Sk. Akram/[protected] of R.N. Aircon)
            along with a helper came for the installation of the ACs and started installing the
            AC No. 01. During the installation he did the following:

            a. Cut the 10 Ft Copper Pipe unnecessarily and used only 7.5 Ft, and might have the intention
            to steal the balance portion as he had kept the unused portion outside my house, I somehow
            managed to see it and took it inside. I did not go for any confrontation.

            b. Damaged the 3 pin plug indicator.

            c. Finally after the installation of AC No. 01 around 9.45pm declared that the compressor is
            not working and billed me Rs. 650.00 but I did not pay anything after talking to his senior
            Sk. Sagar/[protected].

            c. Also this person did not install the AC No. 02 and took away all the screws and additional
            materials which come with the AC which remained unused that day.

            After Sk. Akram/[protected] of R.N. Aircon left my house I switched-on the AC and the AC worked fine
            for the night.

            On 15.06.2017 I informed the Reliance Customer Care about the incident of 14.06.17 and asked them to
            send a trained person for the installation job.

            On the evening of 15.06.2017 one person (Taz/[protected] of R.N. Aircon) along with a helper came for
            the installation of the AC No. 02 and installed it to my satisfaction. When I asked him to check AC No. 01,
            he said as the AC is working fine there is no need to check anything.

            Taz/[protected] billed me for Rs. 1500.00 (including the previous days bill of Rs. 650) and I paid
            him total Rs. 1500.00 (Rs. 500.00 in cash & Rs. 1, 000.00 via Paytm to his senior Sk. Sagar/[protected])
            I did not deduct anything for the copper wire & 3pin plug indicator which were damaged by Sk. Akram/[protected].

            Now, all this while the ACs' were running fine, suddenly from the evening of Sunday 02.07.2017 the ACs stopped
            working. I called the Reliance Customer Care on[protected] and got an assurance to get service within 24 Hrs
            with a call no. [protected] for reference.
            I waited patiently on Monday 03.07.2017 and again called the customer Care on Tuesday 04.07.17 for not receiving any service
            and again got a confirmation that someone will call within 6pm of 04.07.17 and a reference no. [protected], but did not get any
            call from any technician. So, I called the customer care and was informed that Mr. Chayan Pal will call on 05.07.17 before
            12 noon.

            On the morning of 05.07.2017 Mr. Chayan Pal/[protected] called and enquired about the complaint and problem being faced.
            I informed him and he said that, he cannot deal with the kind of problem my ACs' are facing and that he will ask some
            senior to attend the call.
            In the after noon Mr. Sanu Pal/[protected] called and visited my house and informed that the
            control panel of both the ACs' inner and outer units need repairs and replacement. I was shocked that how can a new
            machine's parts get dmaged so soon. Mr. Sanu Pal/[protected] said that he had informed his support team and they might do the job
            within 2-3days time without any assurance.

            I called Reliance Digital Thakurpukur Store and informed the concerned person about my problem and asked him for a replacement
            but his responses were not appropriate and I called the customer care centre and again got an assurance for a call back with a ref
            number [protected] but till late evening did not get any kind of call back either from the Customer Care/Reliance Store.

            I also called HITACHI customer care but they asked me to contact Reliance Customer Care instead.

            Now please tell me what should I do in this situation. Should I forget my investment of more than Rs. 01 lacs for the ACs'?

            I want a complete replacement of the ACs in case the panels need to be changed of the exising AC's as I am not going to settle for
            any repairs.

            Please revert back with a solution.

              Its so pathetic. My friend gifted me a Beats studio from Reliance Digital at Mount Road, chennai(near devi cineplex) around 6 months ago. He bought it for 13K. He even gave me the bill just in case I need for any warranty claim. A week ago. Its headband got little cracked. So I contacted Apple Support, They asked me the Serial number, and when I checked for the serial number in the headset(the support person told me where to look) I coudn't find one. I have to excuse myself from the support person telling random reasons. It was a very embarrassing moment. Infact Reliance Digital is an authorised Dealer of Beats and yet they sell Duplicates. I'm never buying anything again from Reliance Digital. I couldn't complain to Apple because I lost the bill. If anyone has a bill with Beats by Dre from Reliance Digital. Kindly check if it has a serial.

              The serial is located when you expand your headband, its on the outerpart of the inside metallic band above right earcup. Even if you find one, kindly verify if its legit with Apple Support. I know there are lots of duplicates of Beats around the market, thats why my friend went to reliance trusting that they will sell original but we were totally disappointed.

                I bought a Reliance Reconnect fully automatic (7kg) washingmachine. On June 27 I lodged a complaint with the customer care officials of the concerned appliance and since then till date I am given false hopes. Everyday I am.being told by 6:00pm our technician will be there to resolve your issue.
                Is this how your company resolves its customers issues? These are your services? May I please know by when it will strike 6:00pm in your clock? Really disappointed with your services. Hope atleast now will get some true response besides all the false hope.

                  Hello sir,
                  I have an a.c. of reconnect. It has has Leakey problem. It was leaked every 15 days. So we complained in customer care on 15 June 2017. But team was come on 25 June to take a.c. for repair in service center. And told me that the coil is leakeg so it will be changed on 3-4 days. But now it has 3 July 2017 I did not received my a.c.. yesterday in 2 July your team member was calling me and send me an sms that your a.c. will be delivered tomorrow but today the tell me that they have not vehicle today for delivery. Are it is my problem that you have not any vehicles? ? I was pay for extended warranty. Now why I have facing this problem? ?? Please tell me that when I received my a.c.. and please do action for it. As service centre's so as the want.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have bought ann Air conditioner ( Hitachi make 1.5 T window- dual flow single motor) on 17.06.2017 from Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.

                      A.C was delivered on 19th june and installed on same date. On installation itself it was discovered that -
                      1) It's fan doesn't stop neither from Remote nor from panel . In order to stop fan, one has to essentially switch off its power supply.
                      2) On of its air flow fin doesn't swing.

                      A complaint was also lodged on June 20 with reliance retail ( Complaint No. - [protected] ) to this effect. Since then my problem is unresolved.it is a defective piece it should be replaced immediately. Two persons have since visited on 21st and 22nd, however no result. i am still suffering on account defective supply. M/s Hitachi is not listening to this complaint asking me to report it to Reliance retail.

                      I have followed up with customer service no several times but all in vain, I am ending up spending my precious time in calling your customer service number and writing email. This is extremely irresponsible behaviour on part of reliance retail. Please look into the matter and get my defective piece replaced by new one. In the past 10 years i have done shopping from reliance retail worth several lacs and for the first time your services are put to test by this defective supply and reliance has failed miserably.

                        I purchased a panasonic ac from reliance digital store, z square, kanpur on 19/06/2017 however the cooling is not as desired from a new ac.
                        It seems to be a misselling of the product in which i was befooled. I even contacted the dealer and the store many times but was not attended to.
                        The ac was installed on 22/06/2017 and my complaint was registered on 27/06/2017 with call no [protected]. Four days have elapsed and no one has even cared to take a note.
                        This way the store is misselling and giving a bad name to companies with poor response.
                        I request you to look in the matter and get my amount refunded as soon as possible.

                          Dear sir, I (Sudarsan Raju) have given Comlpiant regarding Reconnect AC 1.5 ton to customer care on may 23, (complaint nos :ID 20612949, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected])from two months they have not taken any action.one technician came to my home taken photos of sensor board and model NOS. He said...Ok sir we will mail for board and we will do... he said.But still now nobody came from company side.But customer care taking calls and assigning complaint nos only message to cell.my product out of warranty. Ok but I am ready to pay amount because item not in market.so many times I begged the customer care people, but their side no reply. So please kindly do necessary action. Thanking YOU sir.

                              I buy a sim jio card from Reliance Digital Galaxy Mall Asansol but it has been blocked dew to more then 6 sim card already registered by my name. I pay 408 rs for this sim .But now it 10 day past they cannot return my money.
                              Now the days technology provide us very much. But when i access this jio sim card by my adhar details it dose not so on the retailer device that i cross my limit of buy a jio sim .If it happen my money transaction is not successful and my money is safe.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                i have purchased sony 50 fhd 3d smart led tv 50w950d from rrl cdit iscon mega mall s g upper ground floor iscon mega mall near rajpath club sg road, ahmedabad 380054 on 24th june 17 and that has been delivered on 26th june 17.Delivery no-[protected].
                                And i have not got any kind of installation conformation by any mode .Only delivery person inform us tomorrow the technician will come to fix the led.But no message or any other mode of communication i have not received from reliance end.So 27th morning i call to your customer care and ask about the status of the installation the customer care person inform me that the technician is on the way he will reach my place by 30 minutes.So i waited for him whole day and not get any phone call from reliance end so i called the customer care again and got the reply till 6.00 pm they use to give service in outdoor units and after 6.00 pm they will visit for indoor units .So technician will visit my place by 8.00 pm.I waited and nobody visited on 28th june 17 too.
                                So on 29 th morning i call your customer care and ask about the status of the installation so they registered call complain no [protected].And through message inform me that technician has been assigned to attend the complain.
                                Now its 10.00 pm of 29th june 17 yet no body visited my place to install the unit .On 29th june 17 near about 10 times i called up your customer service desk but they are not able to give any kind of reply for same around 8.50 pm i talked with one of the customer care executive mr sachin walanj and he talked with me so rudely and reply me that the assigned technician will reach to my place by 9.30 pm on 29th june 17 and he has taken 100% guarantee of same but nobody has turn up .
                                This is the worse experience i ever faced from any retail chain unit.So i did the biggest mistake by purchasing this from reliance digital.Hence forth i will never ever purchase any thing from reliance nor recommend any body to take any thing from reliance digital.
                                The poorest of poor after sales service of any organisation.

                                  I purchased the Panasonic AC on[protected]. I was promised free installation and stabilizer for 400 rupees. I was charged RS.1400 officially for stabilizer and unofficially RS.400 . The technician reached home at 7.30 pm to install the ac. He installed as per his convenience and ignored our suggestion. They finished the installation at 11pm on[protected] and charged Rs.250 for mounting the ac stand and they purchased a 4m cable for Rs.300. None of which bill was provided. I called up and raised complaint and insisted on re installation. A supervisor visited my house and informed the installation is correct. After insisting he agreed for re-installation. The same technician was assigned for re-installation . He called up after 6.45 to do the re-installation. My house is not a place for technician to learn their job. I want a senior technician to finish the installation.

                                    I have purchased two number bosch front loading 7.5 kg washing machines on 23rd june'2017 from dhanbad ozone galleria reliance digital selling point. As per their commitment at time of selling, one person will be came and will be demonstrated on next day and manual will be also provided. But six days already covered, no person come here for demonstrate at all. I have called several times on service number[protected]/2211137) which is recorded into bill but no one receive my call. I think service no which is mentioned in bill, is fake or wrong no. So i am hope less and washing machine is in packed condition.

                                    Please look into matter and resolve the problem as early as possible.

                                      Error smart card error since 30 days nobody cares about the customer even though after complaining and just think there is an old lady who watches the tv, since 30 days she feels bored without tv and she cannot go out since she cannot walk when ever she swithes the an message appears error 102 i feel bad about your service once a customer pays one year subscription you reliance people wont bother my smart card no is[protected] even after reading this if there is no response i am going to advice all my friends and relations that not to buy reliance digital tv
