Consumers of Reliance Digital shall approach to the Rel. Dgtl. store from where the product is been purchased & aware them about the problem/issue (obviously the store manager or related person shall do the formalities of your issue to be solved within 2 days). Get the conversation in written along the Recorded communication. Also intimate the issue to the (RESQ Tollfree no. 18001031044) & report them about the problem & DO NOT FORGET to Obtain Docket/Complaint number. After that wait for the instructions & still if issue is not solved then Do approach on (NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE Tollfree no 1800114000), obtain docket number & do as directed to mail
[email protected]. Believe me problem shall be solved within 2 to 3 days or max a week as per convenience with all respects. DO not forget to report to NCH for thanks giving & closure of the complaint.
