I purchased Samsung phone under extended warranty from reliance store kurla the phone was given to repair on 2June 2017 and still i haven't received my phone yet no corrective response either from reliance store or service centre . i am very disappointed with the service as it should not take a month time to repair the same . please help and advise what can be done. complaint number - [protected].

Reliance Digital — After 5 days a. C. Installation not done

I purchase voltas window ac from reliance digital store halwasia, hazrat ganj lucknow dt 23.06.2017 and request to install from reliance digital and voltas servicer provider and engineer whole day ( mobile no [protected], [protected] etc) but no one response postively and provide service till 28.06.2017

    This is saurabh shukla from lucknow u. P., i bought a hul marvella water purifier, which is under reliance resque plan (Under extended warranty of 2 years from reliance digital), which is not functioning. On 1.06.2017 technician visited and told me for replacement of pcb.
    On 03.06.2017 i lodged complain/request for replacement of the same. But till today i am just given false assurance but my purifier not rectified, even no tecnician/service engineer visited, infact no action from reliance digital at all.
    Almost every day i am making call to customer care no, but every time i am just being given false assurance or diffrent call no/complaint no.

      This is to bring to your kind notice that how lathargic is the working of reliance digital in bareilly uttarpradesh.
      On 24th i got my ac billed. I was given today's date for delivery of the ac at my home now they r telling that the ac had to come from noida and due to eid the truck was returned mid way.

      They r telling that the ac will be delivered tomorrow is 28th june and installation will be done on 29 th.

      Don't you think this is redicouls that the person has to wait for 6 days for getting the ac installed whereas he has an option to buy it from market.

      Finance also took three days as the executive was not present for consecutive 3 days.

      I went to reliance for a better service and the same is not present. I won't recommend reliance digital to any of my friends and in my life i won't use reliance jewels also.

      Now AC reached at my home but service provider is saying that it will be installed after 3 to 4 days .Please do a needfull action about it and request you to install my AC as soon as possible.

        Samsung curved tv 40 inch was purchased from your store at phoenix mall, viman nagar pune vide sales order number [protected] dated[protected]. While delivering the good wall mounting unit was not supplied. The person came for installation also did not bring it. So he returned without mounting it. Then some body from samsung came based on reliance digital complaint. How ever he did not attend it saying installation of the product is the responsibility of reliance digital. Wall mounting unit was collected on 26.06.2017 evening, with the assurance that the tv will be installed before 12 noon 27.06.2017. How ever no body has contacted me till 12.30 pm. Please arrange to install the tv today itself or take back the tv after return of money. I reserve my right to approach consumer forum even after the resolution of the issue.

          I bought my ac on may 24 -2017 and complained two times.
          I made two complaints to store in nellore
          1) regarding tripping & cooling

          — even though i am using 20 mcb type switch ac tripped, i checked myself before arrival of service engg, installed technician has reversed line & neutral connections.
          — myself corrected the issue and same reported to service engg.

          Reg cooling - service engg given answer, that ac was fitted straight to east facing it will effects the cooling but after some time it will be normal.

          2) regarding cooling & water sounds from indoor unit.
          — service engg visually inspected & checked gas pressure. Observed zero and no oil traces. Suspected die to gas leakage oil also washed out due to heavy rains.
          — service engg forwarded the issue to respective technician to sort it out. Clarified that it covers under warranty.

          Note:-
          #after consulting the stores deputy manager on june 26 -2017 and again complained the things which i was facing from day 1.
          I seriously raised issue reg faults they carried out during transportation & installing time.
          — my question to him how a brand new ac will come leakage within a month & how can u close the complaint without solving issue.
          — answer - there won't be 110% problem in unit, it will be installation fault. May be customer care representative has closed it after getting a message from service engg
          He gave assurance to sort out issue as early as possible.

          Twist in issue is again technician who has committed mistake, he is coming to solve problem.

          Conclusion:-
          Myself not satisfied with reliance digital employees reg complaints & customer satisfaction. Hoping for replacing entire unit.

            I purchased a water heater of brand "ao smith" 15 liters wide relationship id[protected], from reliance digital, nellore andhra pradesh on 27.12.2016. The same was installed after a gap of ten days.

            I complained regarding the foul smell from the running water.
            The technician attended the complaint but after service of the heater the smell is not observed but now the heater is not getting heated. Only slight heat can be seen even after switch on for more than half an hour

              I purchased reliance jio wifi dongle in exchange of my old tata docomo dongle from reliance digital vidya nagar hubli branch on 25/06/2017 4:00pm. My total bill was supposed to be rs. 1407 but instead they charged my card with rs. 1999 when asked to return me the extra amount they said they cannot do it and will instead give me a gift card. Since it is not my mistake i asked them to give back money. I am waiting in this store since last 2 hours! Take an action immediately! I will sue you this branch and company in consumer forum otherwise!

                  Dear sir,

                  I have purchased window hitachi ac from reliance digital, logix city center mall sector -32 noida up on 18-apr-17 (Registered cell no: [protected]) from the very first day my ac sound like anything even we can’t sit in the room too much sound. I complained to the reliance digital, logix city and followed on the day to day basis since first day at least 100 call i have made so far.

                  Then i contacted through reliance customer care and your engineer visited couple of times they have opened my new ac completely however no solution at all. Same noise still as it is. Truly specking this is my worst experience with reliance digital and i’m badly mental tortured.

                  I need the replacement only as already wasted too much energy and time, request you please help and support. Please check my association history with reliance, i am a very old customer of reliance

                    My registered mobile no is [protected]. My unit is not working since 17 jun 17. I have lodged the service request on same day. The technician has visited on 19 jun 17, rectified that pcb may not be working. This problem may take 3-4 days to resolve till than request for a stand by unit. I didn't get any positive response neither from customer service or technical support. I have also faced the such support issues while installation. Sorry i have purchased a wrong tv. I didn't recommend to any one for a relaience product. Thank for giving me such painful experience.

It is pertinent to mention here that when ever i am as a coustmor i am always ready to make any payment for conutineous services. But i am sorry to write this i am coustmor of reliance because i have ringing every day to your coustmor care but there is no care and giving assurance your work will take place within 24 hours. But now they are asking the centra box is not available in the company you may wait we can not do any more and i am suffering badly this is my humbble request to you kindly look at my problem and do the need full so i can say infuture that my reliance digital tv is good one.                           I purchased a micromax 49 (50k2330uhd) tv on 20 jun 2017 from reliance digital gip noida.. Cin number. U01100mh1999plc120563... Relationship id.. [protected]

                          Delivery was delayed by 24 hours and was delivered on 22 june 17

                          Installation team reported on 23 jun 17.

                          They found the kit incomplete and left without installing the tv. The items missing were :
                          1. Wall mounting bracket
                          2. Table top stand screws
                          3. Batteries of remote control
                          4. User manual.

                          Now for a long time there is no response from the store. The following is the response received from the customer service...

                          Still no response from the store gip reliance digital.

                            Worst customer service, being facing the suffuring of defective item three times in a row since may 2017.. Again and again my ac cooling got hampered due to reason known best to reliance engineers.. Guys this unprofessional attitute, poor customer service, lack of knowledge about the product and unilateral approach make us feeling that we should not buy any product from reliance digital in future.

                              Dear sir/ madam,

                              We are extremely disappointed with the staff's misguidance and service on the following basis:

                              1. Wrong and cheap 'bracket' given to us to mount the television purchased. Correct bracket delivery is still pending.

                              2. No demo given to us.

                              3. Salesman pradeep did not inform us about the electronic voltage stabiliser required with the t. V and over committed the time for installing the item.

                              We were told that the bracket to mount the television on to a wall will be received and done by 19/06/2017 but the job is still not done. Please do the needful.

                                It is really feeling ridiculous to submit a complaint for not providing after sales support for our purchase of samsung 49fhd led tv 49k5300.
                                We have received reliance customer care (???) giving us reference number [protected] vide mail dated 14th june 2017. The purchased unit is placed in a renowned business house (More renowned than reliance) but we are still awaiting for the stand to mount the unit since 01.06.2017.

                                We are lodging this complaint on behalf of our renowned client.

                                  My brother running the dp id-[protected] in name of vinod lamba and reliance mutual fund folio no[protected] in name of pramod lamba, before 2 months i am submitted the document for account opened in name of pramod lamba in hisar but now area manager mr alok and mr aakash refused for opened the account and used abused language. The behaviour is both are very rudely. I am very disappointed with this type of service and this type of behaviour. I think i am opened 5 account of my family member. But this type of rudely behaviour please close my all account. A am very disappointed.

                                    Hi,

                                    Purchased a hp tank printer costing rs. 13700 from reliance digital pheonix market city bangalore on 11th jun 2017 which had major technical problem and returned the same to store after receiving doa from hp stating it cannot be repaired and to replace. But till to day reliance snot received any positive response from the store and they are playing around with my money. Today i have requested for the refund but did not hear anything so far. This is really disgusting after shelling out so much money i am not getting proper service or money back.

                                    I am planning to go to consumer court if not received any update soon.

                                      I had purchased a whirlpool fully automatic washing machine on dec 2015, as machine developed issue i registered a compliant directly to the oem (Whirlpool). I was shocked to hear that products purchased in reliance digital does not carry oem warranty.

                                      I filed a compliant with reliance digital (Resq) team on[protected], on 18-may technician visited and informed me need to replace q part in the machine. Inspite of frequent followups there is no response from the reliance team. But i received an automated response informing me that the service request has been closed.

                                      I have contacted whirlpool directly and i have requested them to sort out the issue for which i am paying for the technician visiting charges and also need to pay for the parts replacement charges although the machine is under warranty.
