I hv purchased apple i7 from crown interior faridabad on dec 18 2016. I hv been told that i year jio offer is applicable for my mobile no [protected]. But 10 days back my calling facility has been disabled. When contacted jio customer care they told the scheme is not applicable for my and hence will hv to recharge for making calling facility. When contacted mr sam philip reliance head of crown interior faridabad he told he will take up the matter with appropriate authorities and will hv to wait for one week. I am waiting for more than12 days and no reply received so far. For the last two days reliance head is not attending my calls. I am also not recharging my phone since i will loose my offer benefit. Kindly address the problem on priority as i am unable to make calls.

    I've pre booked samsung galaxy s8 at reliance digital. The staff of reliance digital don't know how to pre book on samsung site and they didn't do it so as per the samsung scheme i am able to get my wireless charger but due to mistake of reliance digital' staff the process wasn't done and now they are refusing to give my charger and not even giving proper answer. They took 2000 at the time of pre booking and paid 58000 thousand so now i want my money back or want wireless charger as per the company's pre launching scheme.

      Please note that when i start my newly purchased laptop, i get a message:

      "the system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly. Continued operation is not recommended and may cause unpredictable behavior that could result in random shutdown, data loss or possible system damage. The system will shutdown in 15 seconds. To prevent shutdown and continue operation, press the enter key now. System fan (90b) enter - continue startup. For further information, please visit: www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup."

      Please help. Take return and cancel my purchase. I feel sorry for purchasing such a useless product from your store.

        I refer to my previous complaint of the same nature earlier.
        Your engineer attended the complaint. The solution for the problem was short lived and we are again facing the same problem

        I purchased a water heater of brand "ao smith" 15 liters wide relationship id[protected], from reliance digital, nellore andhra pradesh on 27.12.2016. The same was installed after a gap of ten days.

        My problem is, some foul/very bad smell in the water coming through the water heater. The engineer who visited last time after receipt of the complaint, pumped off the entire water in the heater. Since we are using cold water in hot summer, we did not observe the smell for some time. Two days back again we noticed the foul smell in running water from heater. You depute your engineer with instructions to open the heater and try to find out the actual reason.

        The technician attended the complaint but after service of the heater the smell is not observed but now the heater is not getting heated. Only slight heat can be seen even after switch for more than half an hour

          Dear sir/ mam
          Seeing the advertisement and fame of your so called reliance digital i purchased one unit of carrier cacs180c376 split ac on 09/06/2017 at 1839 hrs from your rampur center. The unit was delivered on 12/06/2017. The reliance digital employee said that ac will be installed with in 24-48 hrs of delivery but there is no response from your company.

          I have called more than ten times to your customer care [protected] and filed many complaints (Ref no. 70225122 dated 14/06/2017, ref no.[protected] dated 17/06/2017 and ref no.[protected] dated 18/06/2017). They always ensure me that there will be a call from installation team within two hours but i have not received any call till friday morning. I received a call from [protected] and they ensure me to get my ac installed on sunday (18/06/2017). Today at 11:30 am i called mr. Alok (Centre head agra. Contact no. +[protected]) and also had talks to mr. Danveer (Contact no. [protected]) but no proper response was given to me.
          The fellow mr. Danvir was talking in a very and vulgarized and abusing manner and told that the person who called me on friday was wrong and when i asked to let me talk with centre incharge he told that he dont have his boss no.
          I am repenting on my decision of purchasing from your above mentioned store.
          Really i am totally disgusted from your installation team and customer care as i have been vacillating from the false promises of so reputed reliance.
          I therefore request you to have a look n the issue and let me know the process to returned the product. Waiting for quick response.

            I have done purchase of 2 tv from (Elante mall chandigarh) my credit card on 11/04/2017 of 1 lakh and one samsung mobile worth 15000 on same day. I have paid through hdfc card and sbi card for 2 tv and i was promised to get cash back of 2500 but still not received. I was paying cash but they insisted me to pay through card as i will get cash back but still i haver not received any cash back i contacted customer care of hdfc they said if i would be there u would have received till now. If i will not receive my cash back i will go to consumer court

              To the concerned authorities. Reliance digital stores/service centre team & related personalities.

              Refer to the complaint no's : [protected] / [protected] /[protected] placed from 06/06/17.

              Reliance had proved that, the consumer is whole sole responsible of their belongings & company takes no responsibilities to look after sale services. Coz. The consumer details are still not updated in the reliance digital data (Except in the home store) till the date. And the managerial level personnel (Who get their salaries on time) are having nothing to do with the problems that consumers shall face after delivery of products whatsoever.

              Playing blame games and with the sentiments/patience of the consumer in the name of service team concerns. Some of the great persons named are as follows :

              1) mr. Manoj chinwar service mngr vashi, navi mumbai
              2) mr. Maan singh, service mngr cbd belapur, navi mumbai.
              3) mr. Sarin service team head office, mumbai.

              Once again reliance had proved to be unfit as one of the branded company in indian consumer market. Spoiling the name of late mr. Dhirubhai ambani ji, who once raised the slogan (Karlo duniya muthie mein) for the development of nation.

              Also inform to all the consumers to carry their product remotes in ice box" as it could be melt in the sunlight due to climatic conditions.

              So it is my free suggestion to owners of reliance (Was once the proud of the nation), to do the business that can be governed by you/your decision makers n not the irresponsible staff who have nothing to do with the brand name reliance.

              Still have shame, do response to the consumer on [protected] who have a blind faith in reliance & do the needful asap.

Consumers of Reliance Digital shall approach to the Rel. Dgtl. store from where the product is been purchased & aware them about the problem/issue (obviously the store manager or related person shall do the formalities of your issue to be solved within 2 days). Get the conversation in written along the Recorded communication. Also intimate the issue to the (RESQ Tollfree no. 18001031044) & report them about the problem & DO NOT FORGET to Obtain Docket/Complaint number. After that wait for the instructions & still if issue is not solved then Do approach on (NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE Tollfree no 1800114000), obtain docket number & do as directed to mail [email protected]. Believe me problem shall be solved within 2 to 3 days or max a week as per convenience with all respects. DO not forget to report to NCH for thanks giving & closure of the complaint.

              many thanks for the comment/complaint regarding concern. Due to No proper response from the "Reliance Digital Store" beside complaint/s of the defective remote, since 06/06/17 on this site, I launched the same complaint on National consumer Helpline (NCH) forum Tollfree no. 1800114000 & after receiving a complaint docket number along with the suggested mail ID to mail the same complaint with reference no of provided docket number. On the 2nd day i received a revert mail & also reverts from the Concern Reliance digital store service department.

              Now dear, it is up to You that how you take your complaint to be addressed. But in my opinion, i shall suggest you to at least give a try on NCH tollfree (if you had something in writing communication) then only you will come to know the present status about your complaint.

              Hope the provided suggestion shall be helpful to solve your problem/s & don't forget to highlight the slogan in your complaint/s of RELIANCE DIGITAL as : "LOOTING INDIANS BY THE INDIANS".

                This is really very disappointed that your noida team is really pathetic specially there is team leader manish, this is man is really unresponsive and irresponsible he is not able to fullfil his commitment. I raised a complaint #[protected] which is raised for refilling of ac gas but, i waiting from last 3 days before that 20 days back i raised the same issue but no body give the response. Please look into this matter.

                    On 13/6/2017 at 8.30pm i called reliance digital jp nagar and enquired about cash back offer of 5per cent on purchase of samsung j2pro with hdfc card with branch manager mr. Anand he confirmed with me the offer is still there and tld me to visit the store so immediately i drove half an hour from my place to the store and reached by 9.15 when i purchased the mobile and forwarded towards billing there was problem in the machine and he confirmed the problem by using his personal card. So he told me i have to pay the full amount and would not get cash back offer of 5per cent. So i had a very very bad experience. I am a member of reliance digital n this was the worst experience.

                      To the concerned athorities, reliance digital stores/service team.

                      Hello! Nobody from the concerned team had called to the consumer except 1 call from the"forum". Rest every time the consumer himself called on the tollfree no & spoked to the customer care executives who have none to do with the complaint/s although twice/thrice made arrangements to have a word with the service team persons, who replied that "they will let him know" till the date.

                      The name of the consumer as mentioned is mr. Rawal h. S (Displaying name as rahul) mobile no : "[protected]" as a registered mobile no in the bill/invoice of relaince digital store, cbd belapur. Also updated with mobile no "[protected]" along with the email [protected]@gmail.com if not reachable. The rel. Dgtl. Stores person also stated that "no name & number is updated in the data during the 1st purchase & is automatically updated only after 2 or 3 times purchase from the same stores". Due to the reason, no records are updated in the data of the entire reliance digital stores except in cbd belapur store.

                      Plz. Check with the complaint # ([protected]) also refer to https://www.consumercomplaints.in/reliance-digital-remotes-made-of-wax-or-plasti... no data is found in the reliance customer care records till the date? A customer care executive however listened to his complaint regarding (The remote issue) & updated with the correct info on 11/06/17.                       Now today 13/06/17 at 14:16:14 pm the consumer communicated on the tollfree no [protected] with the executive who arranged the call with the service team concern as mr sajid. He then took a conference call regarding the remote issue & there was the conversation between mr sajid/mr. Rawal (Customer) & mr maan singh (Stores incharge, reliance digital, cbd belapur). There maan singh told mr. Rawal that he will check the availability of remote with the stores n revert back asap.

                      Now my question is to the entire concerned authorities/reliance digital team.

                      1) the product was purchased 2 months before on 08/04/17 & understood that its warranty stands for 1 year along with the months warranty of remote (Which shall not be physically damaged).

                      2) cant this be accepted as a special case of replacement. When the customer clearly mentioned that the remote was in the car for just 12 to16 hrs & shocked to see when observed the remote melt/twist due to climatic/sun heat?

                      3) doesn't this proves about the poor quality of remote's material when the customer states that he is fully satisfied with the product (Reconnect electra mini 2.1 hts) performance?

                      4) does the value of remote is much more, that the values of the customer stands unvaluable?

                      5) why such reliance digital stores manager/service managers are hired, who can not just handle such a little thing like replacement of remote n made it an issue. Or is it just an egoism?

                      All the details along with the names & contact numbers are specified as per my knowledge. Now it is yours primary duty to do the needful & resolve the issue asap.

                        I bought lg 1.5 ton 3 star split ac from reliance digital - bhimavaram.. Installed on[protected].

                        Following are the issues in the product:

                        The outdoor unit of this product (Lg split ac) not working properly..

                        I have registered so many complaints (More than 10 times) on reliance digital toll free number as well as on [protected]@ril.com cshead. [protected]@ril.com but no action taken till date.
                        Ril technician came to check the issue on 09-06-17 and[protected] but both day they did not able to resolve the issue and they aggreed that outdoor unit compressor is defective.
                        In this matter i also contacted hitachi customer care but they said my complaints can be resolved by reliance digital only, even lg care did not registered my complaint.

                        I found you are the final authority to resolve the complaint so i am writing my request/complaint to you.

                        Please help me...

                        It is my humble request to take required action for not providing after sales service and manage to replacement of defective ac sold bt reliance digital bhimavaram.

                        I bought LG 1.5 Ton 3 star split AC from Reliance Digital - Bhimavaram.. installed on[protected].

                        Following are the issues in the product:

                        The outdoor unit of this product (LG split AC ) not working properly..

                        I have registered so many complaints (more than 10 times) on Reliance Digital toll free number as well as on [protected]@ril.com cshead.[protected]@ril.com but no action taken till date.
                        RIL technician came to check the issue on 09-06-17 and[protected] but both day they did not able to resolve the issue and they aggreed that Outdoor unit compressor is defective.
                        In this matter I also contacted LG Customer Care but they said my complaints can be resolved by Reliance Digital Only, even LG Care did not registered my complaint.

                        I found you are the final authority to resolve the complaint so I am writing my request/complaint to you.

                        Please help me...

                        It is my humble request to take required action for not providing after sales service and manage to Replacement of defective AC sold bt Reliance Digital Bhimavaram.

                          I own a reliance digital tv set top box and my account number is[protected].

                          I had dropped an email to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com for termination of service on 4th june. At that time, my account had a balance of rs.156 and due to auto debit functionality of my bank, rs.400 got deducted.

                          I am unable to understand why such a big company like reliance is doing suchc a fraud.

                          Highly unexpected.

                          I need refund of my money asap.

                            I bought hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star split ac from reliance digital - iscon mega mall ahmedabad and same was installed on[protected].

                            Following are the issues in the product:

                            The outdoor unit of this product (Hitachi split ac) makes terrible and annoyance noise which harasses to us as well as our neighbors., due to this reason we cannot even run the ac.

                            I have registered so many complaints (More than 10 times) on reliance digital toll free number as well as on [protected]@ril.com cshead. [protected]@ril.com but no action taken till date.
                            Ril technician came to check the issue on 29-05-17 and[protected] but both day they did not able to resolve the issue and they aggreed that outdoor unit compressor is defective.
                            In this matter i also contacted hitachi customer care but they said my complaints can be resolved by reliance digital only, even hitachi care did not registered my complaint.

                            I found you are the final authority to resolve the complaint so i am writing my request/complaint to you.

                            Please help me...

                            It is my humble request to take required action for not providing after sales service and manage to replacement of defective ac sold bt reliance digital iscon - ahmedabad.

                            With reference to my complaint of defective Hitachi sold by Reliance Digital-Iscon, Ahmedabad today technician from Hitachi visited my home and said "you ask Reliance Digital to replace the AC as its outdoor unit is defective."

                            Now the complaint is in Reliance jurisdiction, I never felt this type of laziness in complaint solution from any merchants. Your after sales customer care services are poorest in the India.

                            I am inviting you at my home for dinner and stay on for a night so that you may check the terrible sound of outdoor unit of Hitachi AC I bought from Reliance Digital-Iscon Ahmedabad.

                              I bought a product from reliance digital chennai store on new year.
                              They said they are giving 5% cash back offer for lg products on hdfc credit cards.
                              After 6 months of times (After nearly 10 visits to the store and 2 grievance complaint)
                              Now i have been stated that the head office has told that they were not giving offers during new year.
                              I don't understand when a person working in the organization is not even aware of what is being offered by them
                              How ridiculous?

                              Now i have made it a point to post in social media.
                              Dear store holder,

                              I have all proofs regarding your statement on my date of purchase.
                              So if i am not going get my cash back then next would be fb, twitter and the next stage would be consume court.

                                I have purchased ac 20 days back, but with in 1 week gas was leaked from the compressor and also installation was not done properly, after doing several follow technician was visited and gas was refilled but after 2 weeks the same issue persists.
                                The person who has placed in the showroom have no manners to speak with the customer.
                                Please note that while purchasing the ac sales person did not intimated about the standard installation charges also.

                                  I had purchase a mobile phone from reliance digital, ambience mall, gurgauon. My phone is under guarantee and also i had taken an insurance for the same. Which when taken was told whenever there is a problem arises you can get the repairs done at the place of purchase. Yesterday i took the phone to them they said the sim tray is not working that's why the sim is not working and i was asked to take it to the service centre. The sales person when i told him that i have an insurance he then went and asked his boss, and it seems he told that first take it to the service centre and if they cant do then get it to back to them. Why should i need to go here and there that too in this hot weather. I might well as go to a mobile dealer and get it done. Here i want to make a request, when people come to buy products from reliance digital those guys before buying they say there is a guarantee, insurance etc then why don"t they stick to their promises. I will never buy and recommend people not to buy from reliance digital. I know it wont make a any difference to reliance. But dont cheat people that too people from defence. Thank you so much.

                                    My self santanu mondal, purchase 2nos ac on dated 6/6/17. Installed on next day. But one ac found out of order, model no-rhsag1505 and not functioning.
                                    Several times i talk to seller (Reliance digital). But till date i not get any service from reliance except commitment for replacement. But still now till date no results come out. If after 5days of purchase i get this type of service, then how i can belive your 5years free service. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I have purchased godrej washing machine from reliance digital ahmedabad store on august 2026

                                        Out of this 8 months this machine is closed for 4 months dup to fault and not working for this 4 months

                                        Now again problem started as motor got stooped working.

                                        I have send various mails to escalation team but no one is caring customers. Even if had send mail to mr bade who is heading reliance but from there too i got no response. I think no one is bothering about custoverseas.

                                        I request reliance to replace this defective piece and to solve problems
