I own a reliance digital tv set top box and my account number is[protected].

I had dropped an email to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com for termination of service on 4th june. At that time, my account had a balance of rs.156 and due to auto debit functionality of my bank, rs.400 got deducted.

I am unable to understand why such a big company like reliance is doing suchc a fraud.

Highly unexpected.

I need refund of my money asap.

    I bought hitachi 1.5 ton 3 star split ac from reliance digital - iscon mega mall ahmedabad and same was installed on[protected].

    Following are the issues in the product:

    The outdoor unit of this product (Hitachi split ac) makes terrible and annoyance noise which harasses to us as well as our neighbors., due to this reason we cannot even run the ac.

    I have registered so many complaints (More than 10 times) on reliance digital toll free number as well as on [protected]@ril.com cshead. [protected]@ril.com but no action taken till date.
    Ril technician came to check the issue on 29-05-17 and[protected] but both day they did not able to resolve the issue and they aggreed that outdoor unit compressor is defective.
    In this matter i also contacted hitachi customer care but they said my complaints can be resolved by reliance digital only, even hitachi care did not registered my complaint.

    I found you are the final authority to resolve the complaint so i am writing my request/complaint to you.

    Please help me...

    It is my humble request to take required action for not providing after sales service and manage to replacement of defective ac sold bt reliance digital iscon - ahmedabad.

    Dear sir,
    With reference to my complaint of defective Hitachi sold by Reliance Digital-Iscon, Ahmedabad today technician from Hitachi visited my home and said "you ask Reliance Digital to replace the AC as its outdoor unit is defective."

    Now the complaint is in Reliance jurisdiction, I never felt this type of laziness in complaint solution from any merchants. Your after sales customer care services are poorest in the India.

    I am inviting you at my home for dinner and stay on for a night so that you may check the terrible sound of outdoor unit of Hitachi AC I bought from Reliance Digital-Iscon Ahmedabad.

      I bought a product from reliance digital chennai store on new year.
      They said they are giving 5% cash back offer for lg products on hdfc credit cards.
      After 6 months of times (After nearly 10 visits to the store and 2 grievance complaint)
      Now i have been stated that the head office has told that they were not giving offers during new year.
      I don't understand when a person working in the organization is not even aware of what is being offered by them
      How ridiculous?

      Now i have made it a point to post in social media.
      Dear store holder,

      I have all proofs regarding your statement on my date of purchase.
      So if i am not going get my cash back then next would be fb, twitter and the next stage would be consume court.

        I have purchased ac 20 days back, but with in 1 week gas was leaked from the compressor and also installation was not done properly, after doing several follow technician was visited and gas was refilled but after 2 weeks the same issue persists.
        The person who has placed in the showroom have no manners to speak with the customer.
        Please note that while purchasing the ac sales person did not intimated about the standard installation charges also.

          I had purchase a mobile phone from reliance digital, ambience mall, gurgauon. My phone is under guarantee and also i had taken an insurance for the same. Which when taken was told whenever there is a problem arises you can get the repairs done at the place of purchase. Yesterday i took the phone to them they said the sim tray is not working that's why the sim is not working and i was asked to take it to the service centre. The sales person when i told him that i have an insurance he then went and asked his boss, and it seems he told that first take it to the service centre and if they cant do then get it to back to them. Why should i need to go here and there that too in this hot weather. I might well as go to a mobile dealer and get it done. Here i want to make a request, when people come to buy products from reliance digital those guys before buying they say there is a guarantee, insurance etc then why don"t they stick to their promises. I will never buy and recommend people not to buy from reliance digital. I know it wont make a any difference to reliance. But dont cheat people that too people from defence. Thank you so much.

            My self santanu mondal, purchase 2nos ac on dated 6/6/17. Installed on next day. But one ac found out of order, model no-rhsag1505 and not functioning.
            Several times i talk to seller (Reliance digital). But till date i not get any service from reliance except commitment for replacement. But still now till date no results come out. If after 5days of purchase i get this type of service, then how i can belive your 5years free service. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

              When i bought office 365 from reliance digital shipra mall indirapuram, ghaziabad, up, they told me that you just have to click on the renew subscription button to renew subscription and do not have to pay anything again its a once lifetime purchase but when now i am clicking on it is asking for a payment to renew.

                I have purchased godrej washing machine from reliance digital ahmedabad store on august 2026

                Out of this 8 months this machine is closed for 4 months dup to fault and not working for this 4 months

                Now again problem started as motor got stooped working.

                I have send various mails to escalation team but no one is caring customers. Even if had send mail to mr bade who is heading reliance but from there too i got no response. I think no one is bothering about custoverseas.

                I request reliance to replace this defective piece and to solve problems

                      Hi team,

                      We have purchased the sony home theatre on 25/5/2017 at muttukadu road (Ecr), thiruvanmiyur, chennai-41. The service people on installing the home theatre, had broken our sony tv (5 months old) 's display panel. On complaining this to the store, the store in charge mr. Ansari ([protected]) and the service engineer mr. Dinakaran ([protected]) have accepted their side mistake and had promised to replace a new tv for the broken one. After a week's time there is no response or inappropriate response from them. Please look into this issue as soon as possible and we want a new tv to be replaced.

                      Ps: we have phone call conversation recordings with mr. Dinakaran, mr. Ansari, and the technician on the issue.

                        I had purchased reliance jiofi device on yesterday june 2017 for 1999/- at reliance digital store, gadchiroli, maharashtra but the device is not yet activated. I didn't get any confirmation message that my sim is ready for tele verification. So i called the tele verification number and enter my details which in my case is the date of issue on my driving license but they say i have entered the wrong details. I tried it a few times and then i move to the store to see what the problem is. The store representatives try as well but they are flustered too and they can't understand what the issue is. I was asked to talk to a customer rep using number [protected] but no response yet.

                        Plz resolve my problem at the earliest or give my money back. This has been dragged a bit too far.

                          I had booked an air conditioner from reliance digital on 28th may 2017 and was delivered on 29th may 2017. The ac was faulty and the service guy informed that it will take 4 days to get it replaced. Since then i have called the service centre and the store kept saying that we are awaiting approval from the brand. I spoke with several people and the customer care of reliance digital but no one was helpful.

                          All of the above have just been least bothered of helping customers and have just made me more angry.
                          Swapnadeep requested for an extension of 4 days and still there was no follow up. I called after 4 days and he gives the same excuse.
                          Reliance is a horrible company and will not trade with them henceforth.

                            We are very dissapointed due to the service of your "Reliance Digital, DD mall gwalior MP"

                            मेरा नाम नवनीत जैन है मैं ग्वालियर का रहने वाला हु . मेरे द्वारा २४-०५-२०१७ को lenovo G51-35 laptop, reliance digital store से खरीदा गया . जो अगले ही दिन प्रॉब्लम करने लगा .रिलायंस डिजिटल स्टोर के एम्प्लोयी द्वारा मुझे बताया गया था की किसी भी प्रकार की खराबी आने पर प्रोडक्ट को 15 दिनों के अंदर रिफंड किया जा सकता है . परन्तु जब में स्टोर पर प्रोडक्ट वापस करने गया तो उन्होंने प्रोडक्ट वापस करने से मना कर दिया .
                            उसके बाद भी मैं lenovo company से D O A certificate लेकर company के स्टोर पर एक्सचेंज पालिसी के लिए अप्लाई किया . और स्टोर के द्वारा एक्सचेंज करने से मना कर दिया गया . और money भी refund करने से मना कर दिया . और स्टोर द्वारा force किआ जा रहा है की कोई और प्रोडक्ट खरीद लीजिये .और यह भी नहीं बता रहे है की कितना समय और लगेगा . आप के के स्टोर के द्वारा मेरे पहले ही 14 दिन खराब किए जा चुके है . वह और समय खराब कर रहे है . कृपया कर मेरी मदद की जाए . आप के स्टोर के द्वारा मेरा time व money दोनों ही बर्बाद किआ जा रहा है .
                            और हर बार स्टोर पर जाने पर आप के एम्प्लोयी द्वारा attend नहीं किआ जाता व समय बर्बाद किआ जाता है . आज भी जब मैं स्टोर पर गया तो मेरा laptop जमा कर लिआ गया और एक कच्ची रसीद मुझे पकड़ा दी गयी .और सर्विस नंबर मांगने पर मना कर दिआ गया .

                            क्या Money मिल जाने पर आप के स्टोर की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं बनती कस्टमर के प्रति . reliance digital store की सर्विसेज बहुत ही खराब व कस्टमर को परेशान करने वाली है

                              We are very dissapointed due to the service of your "reliance digital, cgr mall sri ganganagar"

                              We purchased a hitachi ac and a safetab ac stabilizer on 19th may.

                              First they did not give us the correct information about the product.
                              And now they not giving tolerable response of our complaint.
                              The stablizer is not working from 26th may and we are continuesly complaint from 27th may but without provide solution our complaint are closed everytime.

                                Today, dated 06-june-2017-ac installed in my home, but after installation their remote control not connected with ac unit.

                                  I purchased samsung tv 50 inches on 28th may 2017 at reliance digital gachibowli on the advice of reliance executive named akshay as he told 55 inch tv will not fit my tv unit. But when the product reached home and was opened by technician on 30th may 2017, it was found that 50 inch tv has become very small and 55 inch will fit correct for my tv unit and got the same confirmation from the technician. On the same day, i went to the store and asked to replace with 55 inch tv and i was told that they need to get approval from higher authorities and after continuous follow up, the store manager linga swamy told after a week that the approval got rejected because that is the last piece available. I am surprised to hear the reason for the decline of the replacement.

                                  Talked to store manager and explained him on how I wished for 55 inch and the executives misguided me to take 50 inch and also sold me the display piece without tell me that is a display piece and also it is not replaceable. Store manager inquired within and found that the executives has cheated and got the approval for replacing my TV.

                                  My Issue is resolved after directly talking to the store manager and explaining him how the executives cheated me by not telling me that they are selling me the display piece. My TV got replaced with 55 inch.

                                      I brought a lg convection oven mwo mc2846bct on 05 may, 17 from the reliance digital store at aundh next to westend mall. I am so fed up with the hopeless and callous attitude of d persons servicing customers in reliance digital. First of all don't buy any home appliances product from reliance digital. Their service and address of customer complaint is d worst in dis world. From day 1 d lg machine was not working, d grill and convection mode was not working. Dey took one month for d product to be replaced on 27th may. Dey did not pick up calls and everytym a new person answered d call and said dat it is d first tym dey are hearing about d issue.. However somehow we managed to have d machine replaced but d new one is also faulty. We cannot bake products in d new machine as d machine is not pre-heating, the cake wud remain half cooked. Again d customer service people were not ready to take d complaint. Dey are rude, at first dey said dat dey r not ready to listen to d complaint, as d machine is replaced, dey wud not be able to help me further with anything. As if it is my fault dat d machine is not working properly. Now dere is no progress on d complaint and i am left wid a malfunctioning machine. I feel cheated of my money. Thank god i stopped myself in d way from buying a ac again from day store and went to vijay sales instead. From day one dis was a very humiliating experience to go to reliance digital. First of all dey don't keep reliable products in dere store, and dey don't care about customer experience, dey are doing business to dupe people of dere money

                                        Hi,

                                        I had purchased an led tv on 3rd june 2017 with so number:[protected]. I had also purchased a 'v-guard' made stabilizer along with the tv. Later i realized that since i have an ups at my home which takes care of power fluctuations and protects my tv. Neither i was not aware of this fact at the time of my purchase nor i was told by the sales person at the stores.

                                        When i had called to stores today to explain the fact and requested for exchange of stabilizer with any other suitable item which is at same or higher price, my request was not obliged. They say that the goods once sold sold can't be exchanged.

                                        Just wanted to understand that if the seal is not opened and the customer wants to replace the item with any other item, what is the problem for replacing?

                                        Hope my request will be considered and addressed.
