I had purchase one blue start 1.5ton window ac from reliance digital store at wave mall, polytechnic lucknow. I am calling from last two days regularly but no one came and install ac till now. If this is your service for customer than it is worst that i had ever experienced.

I recently purchased a bosch dishwasher from a reliance digital express outlet in mysore BM Habitat mall and I clearly mentioned to them that the location where the installation had to be done was 90km away and that I was ready to pay any extra charges for the same. We bought new ac in april from reliance digital faridabad.
It is shame that installation was done after many requests in many days.
It was done so badly that all gas leaked out and ac stopped working.
Now no one is ready to replace ac... We have paid thousands and it is fault on their part still they are not taking onus.
If we refill gas how many years this new ac can be expected to work.

I have purchased AOC 40 Inch FHD TV on 3 Jan 2015 and have got 1 year warranty and 2 years of extended warranty with Reliance Resq until January 2018. I have paid Reliance ResQ for extended warranty.
