    I went your reliance digital store cannigam road, bangalore they told that adhar card is must and address should be local address only. I told i have ration card and votor id at local address they they refused to provide jio sim. Let me know that without adhar card i can not get jio sim.

      I got a reliance Jio sim on 26/9/2016, Maharashtra.I submitted my adhar card as an identity proof. He said that it will take 3-4 days to activate the sim. But now I have been waiting for more than a week and still i don't see any sign of activation.I only got an order number regarding that. I have also tried to reach the customer care many times but that is of no use. I went to the store many times but they don't have any clue where my form is, They simply say It must be in data pending. I tried to call the customer care thrice and after waiting for whole 1 and a half hour I was lucky enough to connect twice. First time they gave me a complaint no. and said it would be resolved in 2 days. But it has been 4 days since he said that. Second time she wasn't able to check any info as apparently there servers were down. So this is my last resort. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.My Aadhar Card is of Chhattisgarh and I took jio sim from pune, Maharashtra...I have heard rumours that only people having local aadhar card of maharashtra would get their sim activated ...so can I know is it true?

        Sunday 3rd october asked for a jio wifi modem. Plane square box with nothing mentioning jio on th cover. I billed it.. Got the receipt thought it would be the model wat i expected. Opened it was a different model n looked korean made.. I immediately went to the sales guy saying this s not wat i want.. He started behaving rudely u asked for wifi device i gave u wifi device.. U shud asked for wat model before billing it.. I asked him to direct me to the manager. He took me to the other sales guy. I asked if he was the manager he rudely said yes tel me.. I told wat happened he said it cannot be taken n then again direct to one more guy. I saw the model wat i want being sold to a guy in front of me.. May be favouring or stocking new models. I asked he said stocks are over.. This models product stopped. Asked me to leave n he ll call if the model jiofi m2 comes.. I paid the money i left the shop disappointed with the way they behaved. Remember sales person name rakesh. Reliance digital fun mall coimbatore.. Now i called them after 4 days they did not respond proper saying i[censored] want go get ur model in any other reliance store.. We will not return ur money.. Get a gift card instead n leave.. Worrying n disappointing. Worst customer service n attitude of staffs

            13 सितम्बर की शाम 5:45 बजे रिलायन्स डिजिटल, संध्या टावर, पुरुलिया रोड, लालपुर, रांची, झारखण्ड, 834001 स्टोर से मैकबुक प्रो MD 101HN A, Rs. 57990 में ख़रीदा। जिसका सीरियल नंबर SC1MIV52DETY3 और रिलेशनशिप no. [protected] है। श्रीमान मैं पत्रकार हूँ और खबर लिखना मेरा काम है। मैं पिछले 16 वर्षों से रेमिंगटन कीबोर्ड में लिखता हूँ. मैंने अपने काम के हिसाब से लेनेबो का एक लैपटॉप इसी स्टोर में फ़ायनल किया था। लेकिन उस काउंटर के ठीक बगल में एप्पल का भी डिस्प्ले था। एप्पल के प्रतिनिधि मि. देव ने खुद आकर मुझे बताया की आप एप्पल के अलावा कोई भी लैपटॉप ले वह 2-2.5साल से ज्यादा नहीं चलेगा। लेकिन मैकबुक न सिर्फ उसका तीनगुना चलेगा, बल्कि कोई भी दिक्कत होने पर रिपेयर होने के बजाय रिप्लेस होगा। और न्यूज़ लिखने के अलावा भी उस लैपटॉप से होने वाला सभी काम इसमें भी बेहतर होगा। लैपटॉप का ऐसा कोई काम नहीं है जो इसमें नहीं हो सकता है। मुझे उनकी सलाह पसंद आई और मैंने मैकबुक ले लिया। उसी रात को जब मैं उसे लेकर ऑफिस गया तो उसमे ऑन लाइन न्यूज़ रैप तो आता है लेकिन रेमिंग्टन की बोर्ड में टाइपिंग नहीं होती है।
            श्रीमान मै रेमिंग्टन में ही हिंदी टाइप करता हु। लेकिन लाख कोशिशों के बाद भी इसमें इसकी व्यवस्था नहीं दिख पाई। यानी ये मेरे लिए बेकार है।
            उसके बाद 14 सितम्बर को हमने रिलायंस जमशेदपुर में कार्यरत मि. सुरेश तिवारी फिर रांची रिलायंस में कार्यरत उत्तम सिंह से भी एक्सचेंज के बारे में बात की। सभी ने आश्वस्त किया की हो जायेगा। सभी ने स्टोर मेनेजर से बात करने को कहा। 15 सितम्बर को मै स्टोर पर गया भी। मि. तिवारी और मि. सिंह का भी हवाला दिया. उत्तम सिंह से तो मेनेजर ( रचना जी ) की बात भी हुई . हमने भी मेनेजर से बात की लेकिन मुझे ये कह कर आपने लौट दिया की बिल हो चूका है अब कुछ नहीं किया जा सकता है। मने काफी अनुरोध किया की या तो इसे मेरे लायक बना दिया जाय या जो लैपटाप ( जो हमने पसंद किया था ) मेरे लायक हो वही दे दिया जाय। लेकिन मेरी एक न सुनी गयी। मुझे सर्विस सेंटर भेज गया। सर्विस सेंटर में बताया गया की विंडो लेकर दीजिये 1725 रुपया लगेगा इंस्टॉल कर देंगे। उसमे न्यूज़ रैप सपोर्ट करेगा.मैंने नहीं कराया . श्रीमान मैं रिलायंस का स्थाई कस्टमर हु। मुझे इस कार्यशैली से कंपनी का भरोसा उठगया है। आघात हुआ है। क्योंकि मेनेजर ने केवल असहयोग ही नहीं किया, बिल के बारे में झूढ बोला मेरे साथ धोखा किया गया. मुझे १३ को तात्कालिक बिल दिया गया था. जबकि 18 सितम्बर को बाय मेल बिल भेज गया है।
            एक ठगी और की गयी। मुझे लैपटॉप के साथ साउंड सिस्टम पहले दिन नहीं दिया गया। 15 को जब हम स्टोर पर गए तो पूछने पर हमसे 791 रुपया लेकर साउंड सिस्टम दिया गया।
            श्रीमान ये लैपटॉप मेरे लिए किसी काम का नहीं है। इसकी जगह दूसरे लैपटॉप का विकल्प देने के लिए मैंने कंपनी के तमाम अधिकारियो को मेल भेज, अनुरोध किया लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई.

            हमने[protected] को Apple -MacBook Pro लैपटॉप Sr. No –C1MRV52EDTY3 59900/- में reliance digital purulia road ranchi से खरीदा था। मैं दूसरे कंपनी का लैपटॉप तय किया था लेकिन खरीदने के समय सेल्समैन ने कहा कि मैकबुक हर वह काम कर सकता है जो दूसरे लैपटॉप से हो सकता है, जबकि दूसरे लैपटॉप से यह पांच गुना अधिक समय तक चलेगा। लेकिन जब हम इसे अपने ऑफिस हिंदुस्तान अखबार लेकर गए तो उसमें newswrap or 4C lipika software काम नहीं करता है। हमने दूसरे ही दिन इसकी शिकायत की। कंपनी के वरीय पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि रिप्लेस हो जाएगा, हमनें काफी प्रयास किया लेकिन कंपनी वालों ने मेरी एक नहीं सुनी। हमने जिला उपभोक्ता फोरम में केस भी किया, वहां बताया गया कि जिस सेल्समैन ने वादे किए थे कि इस लैपटॉप में सबकाम होगा, उसका पता तलाशकर लाईए। उसके बाद हमनें INGRAM में[protected] को शिकायत की, वहां केस को निष्पादित बता दिया गया, जबकि, आज तक मेरी शिकायत पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई।

              In resolution of my previous complain, i got new jio sim on 19th sept, 2016. The whole form fill up process was done in front of me. Instantly i got my order no. As no000009yome. As it was blank sim, a jio sim was auto generated during the process which even i saw. It was [protected]. That day only a call to my local reference came and then he verified. My alternate no is [protected].

              It's been 15 days but still my sim is not activated. I tried to contact customer care more than 15 times but no resolution till now.

              When i contacted customer care, they told that the provided jio no is under another person's name and no jio number is bind to my order no.

              Every time they say that your issue will be resolved within 2 days but the status is same.

              Last time i was disappointed but this time i am angry. If my issue will not be resolved within 2 days i am gonna break the sim.
              This is not done jio. A person can't wait a month to get a sim.

                Broadband subscriber of reliance in lohia nagar Ghaziabad.
                No service provided in the last 35 days. I have 10 complaints registered with their customer service and 1 with appelate authority.
                Numerous times I have registered complaints however, they just don't care.

                When you register a complaint with the customer service, they close the complaint without solving. They don't even bother to talk to the customer if the service has been resumed or not.
                Fed up of calling them with no help. They don't even call to check the problem and in the last 6 months not a single technician visited home to check the complaint.
                They don't seem to care, I don't know what to do. Hope someone will look into the matter and do something about it.

                Worst service ever.

I send Many email & call to customer care but not solve my problem .                       At the time of purchasing the filter, the salesman approached me for ResQ plan and told me, you need not to worry for anything, we keep all the records about our costumers and take care of everything. Now they are delaying my complaints regarding changing of filters. It's been 08 days and today again they are asking for 5-6 days more. It's simpley torture and mentally harassment of yhe costumers.

                        I purchased a Voltas Window AC 1.5 ton on 23/05/2016 at 04:37:09 P.M. from Reliance Digital (lower ground floor, Big C mall, lajpat nagar, jalandhar. The item name is VOLWAC1.5T5S185MY and with numbers on retail invoice C#60201781, S#8719, Txn#3 and R#016.

                        On Night of 28/09/2016 around 10:00 P.M. AC Stopped working. I lodged complaint on 29/09/2016 morning between 9:45 A.M. to 10:15 A.M. to reliance digital toll free number [protected] and representative assured me of resolution within 48 hrs.

                        Prior to this i called voltas toll free number [protected], rep. told me to call reliance digital and reliance digital will provide asistance.

                        Now 48 hrs has passed and no one has called me regarding repairing/service, besides i continuously calling on their nos.

                        I have two small children and they couldnt sleep properly for last two nights, also both my children suffered from running nose and fever because of sudden temperature change.

                        Please see in this matter urgently for future association with reliance digital.

Dusre area me jata hun to bahut achhi speed aati hai. Maine lagatar jio customer care ko 198 pe call kiya but ghanto ring jane k baad v customer care call receve hi nhi krte hain.                             I got a Reliance Jio mobile sim with mobile no. [protected] and same activated on dated 23/09/2016 through digital thumb impression (ADHAR CARD). Also I have received a confirmation SMS by Reliance Digital Jio (Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing Jio. We have received your application for new connection. Your order number is NO00000AZUL4.
                            Thank you, Team Jio) but still above mentioned mobile no. not activate. Sorry to say but I m totally dissatisfied of Reliance Jio Digital Service. Pls do the needful action at your end and resolve my issue.

                              The Reliance digital express mini store of Indiranagar, nashik has very rude executives. They are charging rs200 for a new Reliance Jio sim and if we refuse to give money they won't give you the sim card and make excuses like server down, sim not available etc. I have been trying since 1 month but still did'nt get the sim as i refused to pay the money. I urge the company to take strict action against them.

                                I bring a reliance jio sim from sambalpur reliance digital by giving by adhar card & also putting my finger print on dt 29.09.2016.But still sim not activated at all .there i no network on my sim .The sale person of sim saying that it will be take 2-4 hours to activation .but already 48 hours gone but sim not getting his network.pls help

                                  I, Pramil dwivedi, submitted my camera on 20 august 2016. i go resq service center for more than 5 times to receive my camera and still they did not do any thing regarding my product's defect that they note down in my job sheet. They compel me to take the product non-repaired. The exact words that they said to me on my last visit on 23 September 2016 - "hum esse jada nhi bana payege. hum toh camera lete he nhi hai. aap Reliance Digital chale jaiye. humne to sony service center se banwaya hai."
                                  i kindly request please take the appropriate action and fix up my problem.

                                    Delay in service of wifi card complaint of hp laptop warranty extended by res q plan... Job sheet number is [protected].. Laptop was given for this repair on august 2 nd... Product taken for service 2 months back...in spite of reminding several times corrective action was not at all taken, disconnected calls and the service is delayed.. Would like to get back my laptop with the corrective action taken as early as possible..

                                    HP Laptop was given for Wifi card repair on august 2nd.Job sheet number is [protected]. Warranty period was extended using Reliance resQ plan during the purchase of laptop. In spite of many reminders corrective action is not taken. Calls to the service centre were either disconnected or left unanswered.I would like to get back my laptop with the repair done as early as possible...

                                      Many times i have tried to call your cust. Care no.[protected], but we have to listen the cassette like "there is a congestion in dialed call & hence you can not connect".. We listen this from morning to night & sometimes for long time..2 days...
                                      Why this happens, sir? Or deliberately it is done to avoid the customers?
                                      Request to plz. Inform this.

                                      I have a complaint that I received SMS on Wed.dtd.28 th Sept.2016 that I will be given 30% discount if i "Recharge" my TV on the same day & accordingly i recharged my TV on 28th Sept.2016 & informed them. But i shocked to listen that they "Don t Know" the scheme. & till today I have not heared from them regarding this 30% discount. So I want it if they have committed it.
                                      Tried to call their Cust.care, but "congestion" problem as stated above.
                                      ??????? Will I get that ????
