I visited dcn mall reliance digital today at 11:05 am (Shyamnagar kolkata) went to customer service desk regarding information of jio sim he was talking to me rudely which is not expected from customer service desk which works for customer satisfaction and not for taking them like that my contact no.     Dear sir,
    I went to receive my jio sim in reliance store with my brand new redmi 3s prime. I was ready with the barcode it needed. But when i gave it to him he said that barcode is already redeemed. I have never used it nor showed it to anybody else. How can this be possible.
    I request you the solution for this issue who has redeemed my coupon. I am sure, your latest system can easily find out that information.

      Hi,

      This is becoming a worst experience for me and my family on the occasion of a house warming ceremony, We had gifted our brother in law a Samsung LED 43 inches TV which was bought for around Rs 58000 in Reliance Digital here in Brooke-fields Mall in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu along with other consumer goods which included a Rs 50000 refrigerator, Front Load Washing Machine and so on. All these items were asked to be delivered straight to the New home and was promised the same from Reliance Digital store side. The day had come and the engineer had visited the place to install the TV. Till that time the TV was never Unpacked, the engineer had installed the TV and got the Signature from my brother in law. The shocking thing was that, there was a scratch on the panel of the TV which is only visible by looking at it closely. But this was only found by us the next day, thus we had called the Reliance Digital Store and informed the same. There were discussions happening for days and weeks together. The Store Manager Arul assured he will do the best and we were expecting the TV to be replaced. But only to be informed that, since we didn't report the issue during the installation, they will not be able to replace the TV, instead we need to live with this. Now the question is how will the people at home be able to act so smart in verifying these high end products for physical damages. Where is the quality control of Samsung or the Reliance Digital People gone? We need a replacement for this TV, as we had also been given with damaged Front Load Washing Machine which was replaced days after we had reported the same to them.

        Threw away that [protected] jio number. Again got 2 sim 15 days back but again same issue of non activation.
        Jio number for lyf handset -[protected]
        Jio sim number for my samsung 4g by generating barcode -[protected]. Do i need to request again for activation of these 2 jio sim??? Or do i proceed for throwing of these 2 sim card again???

          I purchased whirpool destroyer purifier (6ltr) on[protected] vide bill num (c#02570000, s#8920, txn#13, r#016), tin (cst)# : [protected]c from reliance digital, amanora mall, hadapsar, pune-maharashtra 411028

          The purifier tank is getting spotted and debris from inside and after cleaning once by resq tecnician again is same situation within 2weeks.

          Complaint lodged at tollfree number : [protected].
          I want a complete replacement of the purifier unit.
          It is under 1 year warranty by whirlpool and 2 year extended warranty by reliance {ean # :[protected]}

          The customer care number[protected] is either always busy, or keeps you waiting for several minutes and when after you get to speak to an exec they say "sorry sir, our system is down due to maintainance so please call back after half an hour"...&%$#

          I tried to lodge the complaint on reliance website, and after filling in the form and submit, the webpage shows that "content is blocked"... so you don't want to take complaints... very nicely done!!

          Even online sellers like amazon and flipkart have got better service than these worthless local stores.

            Im a customer of reliance digital, situated at ashoka pillar, bangalore store by purchasing a dell inspiron 3148 laptop. And the purchase was made on[protected] by sales executive named mr. Atiq. As the purchase was done with a bill issued by reliance digital against the payment made and the warranty for the same product was said to be for one year from the date of purchase. I started facing problems with hardware and software issues with the laptop so i contacted the dell customer care for my service as my laptop was in-warranty and i could avail their services ; on contacting dell customer care for the services i was told that my warranty has been expired on 24th of june, 2016. I was shocked to know the same as i was have been given with a year warranty. When i informed dell about my purchase date and warranty they told me that i have to contact my dealer for the warranty as they would have resold the product and the dealer have to update the warranty. I immediately rushed to the reliance digital store in june, 2016 and asked miss. Pushpa, crm at the store and why my warranty is expired. She asked me to wait for seven working days and i have been waiting till date for the same and the people at store are giving me all irrelevant answers and making all false promises for which i have been roaming every alternate day to the store for the same. None of them are giving any kind of response since three months and im not able to use a faulty laptop. I even met the store manager, mr. Shrikant and even he is least bothered and neither treating me as a customer should be treated … and even not seeing me as a female customer … he was like “ go and complaint anyone, im not bothered “. And this i never expected from reliance executives.

            And finally now i have approached the local police station for the relief and the asi spoke to the store about my complaint and after an hour mr. Atiq had called me and convinced that the warranty will be updated still ten more working days and i will be getting the warranty from the purchase date.

            I haven't owned the warranty for which i am liable, and the store has also lost my three more months in making me roam to the store, and now they tell me i am getting the warranty in yet ten working days …. I don't trust this time too. Even after this mail i don't get any response or proper relief, i have no other option than filing a case on reliance digital in consumer court for selling me a second hand laptop.
            Please help in resolving my issue.

              My reliance digital dth account no. is[protected]. the schedule date of expiry of my recharge was 6th july 2016. so, on 1st july 2016 i have made a recharge for rs.885 via paytm (order no: #[protected], operator reference no: #[protected] which was successful. as per the offer shown on site the pack of rs. 885 had 4 months validity (i. e. 3+1 months). hence, the new date of expiry of my recharge should be 6th november 2016. but on 26th september 2016, i have received a text message from your end that my dth recharge is expiring on 6th october 2016. kindly check and confirm as there seems to be some confusion from your end. please correct my dth recharge validity date and revert at the earliest.

                Hi,

                This is to highlight the absolutely unprofessional and unethical mod-us operand i of reliance jio as a company. The company is all talks no action with no importance to customer issues and concerns.

                They have all the money to market their product, however once sold there is no accountability from their end.

                I purchased a wifi reliance jio dongle as on 24th sep 2016 and at the time of purchase was told that the services would be operational within a span of 2 hrs minimum or 2 days at best. However so far till date this dongle is serving my purpose as paper weight and nothing more as it is still not operational.

                Having called the pathetic customer service who are more than happy to say sorry to you for the issues, i was given a complaint number (Complaint #[protected] to chew my brains for the time being. It seemed to me that they were well versed with the whole procedure of raising complaint as i assume that day in day out they must have been only receiving complaints.

                  I had registered a complaint in reliance customer car for my 49 inch micromax led tv as there is problem of backlight in tv. I had registered a complaint on 5 sept and my complaint number is[protected]. Now it has been 22 days but nobody is coming to change the panel. When i had talked directly by micromax they told that they had not received the confirmation to pickup the tv as the tv is in extended warranty which is by the reliance digital. And when i asked for the standby unit as they had taken 22 days but they are telling they will talk with seniors but nobody is giving any information.                       I am totally frustrated by their poor customer service (Jio data).
                      Daily basis i am contacting customer care and asking for update but not getting any update... Can i expect any action and my port number [protected] to be activated, e verification and biomatric taken on 22nd sep16 and was informed that it will be activated by eod but as of now it not yet activated.
                      Complaint #sr000001p3vo lodged on 23rd sep and they said within 48 hours your will get the response.. Nothing happened as of now.

                        I felt like cheated today !! On August 14th last month purchased a washing machine. The salesman promised me that the washing machine will be delivered next day with a kit. The next day washing machine delivered, but there was no kit and delivery guy told he didn't have any info. I called the store to inquiry the same and got a reply kits are not available and hence they will give a call back once it arrives. For next one month I got same reply that kit is in transit and I will get a call from them once it reaches the store. And today on Sep 26 after almost 40+ days when I called, they said please come with your bill. I went with my bill and now they are saying there is nothing pending mentioned in the bill to be given and there was no such offer other wise it would have been mentioned in the bill. The same salesman behaved like he never told like that. It's like now it is my mistake that if there was an offer mentioned why it is not in the bill, I should not have trusted verbal words of sales man. I trusted them and didn't go in depth of the codes in the bill. It's not about a kit of very small amount, its like your trust and emotions being cheated. I should have been professional in dealing with them.. Felt really disappointed ..

[protected]) on 10th of september 2016. i submitted a copy of my aadhaar card (no.[protected] as my poi/ poa along with my application. i received a message in my registered alternate mobile no ([protected]) on 19th september, from jm-jionet, stating that my application has been received and my order no. is no000009y8k2. but till date the connection has not been activated. if jio is not able to handle the load, reasonably anticipated, they should stop this gimmic.

                          My jio sim was redeemed but I am not taken a jio sim from reliance store.my mobile is Moto g4 plus and I also called service centre they can do anything in this case. lastly I am deleted my jio aap. I am vest my time.i have no other options to get me jio sim...

                            Reliance digital Xpress mini Store located in faridabad. Today I had gone to purchased a jio sim at this store. Counter per jo staff hai unka behave bhut jyda mis behave or unprofessinal hai. They Guys talked with me very loud and mishehaved. Aise baat kar rha tha jaise pata nai muj per ehsaan kr rha hai waha baith kar. Name to nahi pata muje but is trah ka behave acceptable nai hai. Company kya isi wajh se store open krwati hai ki woh customer ke sath misbehave kare. Plase take action against this guys of store.

                            This is not solution for say sorry. Woh banda mujse aise baat kr raha tha jaise abhi muje hit karega. maine usse jyda arguement nahi kari. Maine usse bas sim ke baare main pucha tha. I want take strict action against this guys. because future main woh kisi k sath na kre uske is baat ka sabak mile. Gussa sabhi ko aata hai but doesnt means tum misbehave karo. Aap stores ko business dete ho. woh log cutomer se misbehave karte hai.

                                  Hello. I purhased a Motorola phone from Flipkart with free sim of Reliance Jio 4G. I extracted the code and i went to reliance express mini store for getting the sim last week but they said the server is not working. I went again after 3 days then again they said the same problem and told me told me to come next week. Today i just visited there and they are saying that the whole is server is down till 1st October. When i enquired around for this then some people said they are selling the sim card through black.

                                  I am living in Laxmi nagar and i visited vikas marg, laxmi nagar store. Address is F4 &5.

                                  I need Jio sim as soon as possible so please look into this matter as an urgent. I went there again and i found that they are selling the SIM card for Rs 500-1000 per sim.

                                    I am manikandan, as per reliance reference no : [protected] and tr no:75693136, it's been 27 days till now my problem not solved, micro max service center issued me a new tv for a replacement but still i'm not got it from relience digital, why you people trolling me, i brought the tv because i like micromax but this makes me so depressed. When i ask replacement in relience digital they are saying store (Code :7585) there wifi not working for 10 days. Now there saying they update new app so i need to wait until they transfer old data, that also i waited 4 day till now, for 10 days this shop server down they are saying then how they serve better with jio, this 27 days i'll called and went store so many times, i wasted money and my valuable time because of you people.

                                      I went for a purchase of Samsung LED TV at your Madinaguda Branch, Hyderabad. After much consultations between your staff, the rate is fixed as Rs.54000 and was informed that 30/6 EMI will be given. 2 financiers Bajaj Finance and Capital First argued before us to finance and got the approval but both backed by stating such scheme is not available. Met the Store Manager but of no use. Did not expect such a poor service by the entire staff including Store Manager. Would have satisfied the customer by offering some sops. Please do not have staff who are indecisive - RAJA SEKHAR [protected]

                                        I been to reliance digital shop and bought a laptop . They told me to wait 40 mins to install it . At the mean time me and my cousin were watching premier league football in star sports . With out any reason they switch off the television and change the channel . I politely asked a person called Antony Joseph ( introduce to me as manager but he doesn't got any reliance uniform on but got the tag with name on ) but that person was rude with me and teased me in front of every staff and customers . Now I got realized that this is the customer service provide by Mr Mukesh Ambani ( Reliance ) in ernakulam, Kerala . Hopefully I believe that Mr Mukesh Ambani will sort this issue out .
