Hi I bought my Jio SIM on 2nd of sept. But now it's been 14 days and I'm still not able to make calls or use high speed 4g LTE . I was promised that this SIM will get activated within 4-5 days. I am from Rourkela, Odisha and here the Reliance digital are playing with customers by taking documents to provide free JIO simcard and after 10 days they are telling that JIO sim will be provided from retailers. The retailers are charging Rs. 500 to give a pre-activated Simcard without any documents.

First I took out my time to be in a long wait to submit documents after submitting them they told that sim will be provided...

I have applied for Jio Sim in your Reliance digital store, ambala cantt and I don't receive a sim. I approached your office representative and he said though people who applied for the sim has already received their connection, they were not able to inform me what happened to my connection and when I approached them they said my coupon has been already redeemed. I have received the JIO SIM on 23/08/2016. Till now it has not been activated. I have already mailed to [protected]@jio.com and appellate.[protected]@jio.com. But they are not able to help me. After repeated twitting, I have received a Service Request number SR000001DUXU. Till now no action has been taken. It has been more than 24 days.

After hearing about the reliance jio 4g speeds and the servicesI became a fan of Jio. So I also purchased a phone along with JIO sim.

I have revieced the message regarding the receipt of my application. After that 24 hours passed so I called the JIO customer care they confirmed that my application have been rejected. I went to the shop and asked them for form they denied give the form also. The reason of rejection was shocking...

I purchased a Jiofi Router and SIM card on the 3rd of September 2016 from Reliance digital store, Oberon mall branch, Cochin. I submitted required documents - Passport copy and photo. They told me that I would get SIM activation within 10 days. It has been 12 days now . Why am I not getting any activation message or any details? Customer care is also always unavailable and I have no received any response to my Email about the complaint either....

Purchased jiofi router on 07th sept 2016 from reliance digital cunningham road, bangalore. Product serial no. Rpemfgc00017508. Not received any communication for activation. If it takes so long to activate, why you are selling saying it will be activated in 2 days? We are in information age...

I have purchased jio fi from reliance digital store pune hadapsar on 5th sep. Still my number is not activated

I'm calling and chasing jio care from past 7 days, there is no response.

Dear Reliance Jio,

i got the Jiofi device & sim, its more that 14 days, i still not received the number . forget about the activation.

Reliance digital member told that he will call and confirm the number.
now its more than 14 days, i am still waiting for the call.

What to do now should I return back my device and get refund cause this is useless.

Same situation is for Delhi, Sunday i visited Ambiance mall, Reliance Digital, Vasant Kung, and they have noted my name and number and said that i have to wait..my number will come on 3rd Nov...

I visited another Mini Store in Masood Pur, Vasant Kund and they stating Sim not available from last 2-3 days...but if you see they are sending bundles of filled form by EOD...how come..?

Sir i have been revolving around the store from past 3 days but the store manager is making fun of me and not issueing sim to me instead he is postponing the issue i went there at 12 pm he made me wait for 2 hours and said to come by 3 pm and when i went at three he made me wait for 2 hours and said to come in night and when i went in night he said there are no sims, in the mean time he has been issuing sims....

I'm facing problem with my jio-fi afer next day of tele verification sign in wi-fi occurs on notification panel on my cell phone from my jio-fi. After that it take to recharge page where written you are on another plan recharge is not allowed. I was using it since morning and it was not great but good and I don't even got a msg afer verification that you can usei it but it was running automatically. Please resolve it as soon as possible....
