This complain is regarding the hopeless 4G lte service.
My connection no. is [protected].
I was using 3G unlimited annual plan activated on Aug 2015. On July 2016 my service was barred and was told to purchase a new ₹1599/- device to activate and migrate to 4G. I did so, but since my annual plan was getting over on Sept 2016 I was informed that the same plan will continue for 2 months and then i can select any of the 4G plans.
In Aug 2016 my new 4g service was activated but after 7 days o[censored]sage the service was barred again. I called customer care, they said i have a 7gb plan which is overused and hence service is closed. When no such 7gb plan was activated, where did it come from. On the other hand i was sent a bill of ₹5513/- by the month end. Without any intimation of the plan or service, they quoted as overusage of more than 7gb and sent the bill.
After calling 100 times to customer care, who were responding hopelessly, they said my issue will be resolved but nothing happened and the service remained deactivated since Aug 2016.
Now suddenly on 16th Sept 2016, i received a new bill of ₹1495 for the deactivated service.
How loyal and justified is this???
The customer care is not ready to help and forcing to do the payment even when i had told them to deactivate the service completely.
