Sir, My name is Bhargav. I have been visiting Reliance digital stores in Visakhapatnam since past many days . They ask me to come after a week and when I visit the store, they ask me to come visit again the following week citing non availability of Sim cards.What is the use of generating code paying a hopeless visit everytime. I asked atleast one perfect date and time so that I can get a Sim. Even that answer I could not get it. I request you sir to enquire into this. I know that the demand is high and I can wait even for a couple of months, if the reason is genuine . With due respect, Why don't you generate some wait list token number? But if this is the way, then I cannot be a person who keeps visiting your store without getting any information, any dignity, leave about getting any Sim, in the name of 'Free' .
