Hi,
I am manikandan, as per reliance reference no : [protected] and tr no:75693136, it's been 27 days till now my problem not solved, micro max service center issued me a new tv for a replacement but still i'm not got it from relience digital, why you people trolling me, i brought the tv because i like micromax but this makes me so depressed. When i ask replacement in relience digital they are saying store (Code :7585) there wifi not working for 10 days. Now there saying they update new app so i need to wait until they transfer old data, that also i waited 4 day till now, for 10 days this shop server down they are saying then how they serve better with jio, this 27 days i'll called and went store so many times, i wasted money and my valuable time because of you people.

    I went for a purchase of Samsung LED TV at your Madinaguda Branch, Hyderabad. After much consultations between your staff, the rate is fixed as Rs.54000 and was informed that 30/6 EMI will be given. 2 financiers Bajaj Finance and Capital First argued before us to finance and got the approval but both backed by stating such scheme is not available. Met the Store Manager but of no use. Did not expect such a poor service by the entire staff including Store Manager. Would have satisfied the customer by offering some sops. Please do not have staff who are indecisive - RAJA SEKHAR [protected]

      Dear sir / madam
      I been to reliance digital shop and bought a laptop . They told me to wait 40 mins to install it . At the mean time me and my cousin were watching premier league football in star sports . With out any reason they switch off the television and change the channel . I politely asked a person called Antony Joseph ( introduce to me as manager but he doesn't got any reliance uniform on but got the tag with name on ) but that person was rude with me and teased me in front of every staff and customers . Now I got realized that this is the customer service provide by Mr Mukesh Ambani ( Reliance ) in ernakulam, Kerala . Hopefully I believe that Mr Mukesh Ambani will sort this issue out .

        This complain is regarding the hopeless 4G lte service.

        My connection no. is [protected].

        I was using 3G unlimited annual plan activated on Aug 2015. On July 2016 my service was barred and was told to purchase a new ₹1599/- device to activate and migrate to 4G. I did so, but since my annual plan was getting over on Sept 2016 I was informed that the same plan will continue for 2 months and then i can select any of the 4G plans.

        In Aug 2016 my new 4g service was activated but after 7 days o[censored]sage the service was barred again. I called customer care, they said i have a 7gb plan which is overused and hence service is closed. When no such 7gb plan was activated, where did it come from. On the other hand i was sent a bill of ₹5513/- by the month end. Without any intimation of the plan or service, they quoted as overusage of more than 7gb and sent the bill.

        After calling 100 times to customer care, who were responding hopelessly, they said my issue will be resolved but nothing happened and the service remained deactivated since Aug 2016.

        Now suddenly on 16th Sept 2016, i received a new bill of ₹1495 for the deactivated service.

        How loyal and justified is this???

        The customer care is not ready to help and forcing to do the payment even when i had told them to deactivate the service completely.

          Hi,
          I am Unable to get help from anywhere. No phones are answered even after 20 days of waiting. Even reliance web site is not allowing to post the complaints. Do not know what to do.

          Purchased Sim on 3th Sept 2016 from Reliance Digital Store Greater nioda Site 4, Swarn Nagri, Near Haldiram, Greater noida Product serial no.CCID[protected]. Not received any communication for activation apart from IMSI [protected]. If it takes so long to activate, why you are selling saying it will be activated in 2 days?
          We are in information age and you are a digital company. Try to respect time. It won't take more than a few minutes to verify my aadhar card and activate the sim. Do not understand whether you are adequately staffed.

          Please DO activate at the earliest.

            I went to Reliance Digital at Fatimanagar on September 23, 2016. Because of crowd staff's behavior is rude.
            When I inquired about JIO SIM telling I do not have AADHAR card, they said AADHAR is mandatory. I said I have Election Card and Passport for name and address proof. They did not listen to me.

            The Supreme Court of India said AADHAR is and cannot be made mandatory. Reliance is clearly disobeying the court.

            Kindly provide me the JIO SIM without AADHAR card

                I complained earlier also but you never solved and can't give proper answer. Please provide me a jio sim at reliance digital store in ajmer Rajasthan. On 22sep I am go to reliance digital store store but they can't provide sim to me and they said if I paid them 500 rupees then they give me sim instantly. Many people said they took money from customer and provide them sim. This is cheating, mukesh ambani said that this sim are free but he not provide sim free. Workers of reliance digital store employees easily make money for selling this sim in money, this is corruption. Address of that store - reliance digital store, shastri nagar ajmer Rajasthan and reliance digital store in cine mall ajmer Rajasthan. My no. [protected] please solve my problem and provide me only one sim.

                  I bought aquagaurad ro water purifier from reliance digital with resq plan of service in jul-2015. I raised compliant to their customer care on 11-sep-2016 as the machine altogether stopped working. Today is 23-sep-2016. And still no technitian shows up. I called their service center almost everyday. Spent money to buy water. Spent money to finally call eureka forbes people to get the issue fixed.

                  Reliance is the worst service provide industry. When they sold me so called resq plan they shows that they were the best and attend to my every complaint.

                    Hi Team,

                    I am a JioFi customer. Its very unfortunate that i have to contact you for Data consumption and connectivity related issue as Jio provides a high standard and hope for digitalised India.

                    2 Days ago, my plan was migrated from 'Preview Offer' to 'Welcome offer' reducing my daily consumption limit to 4 GB. It's not that i am a heavy downloader but the speed at the end of 4 GB is unbearable and not justified and hinders my business and productivity.

                    Please migrate me back to "Preview offer" which i am eligible for as per your promise. I am happy with my data till 9th september rather than welcome offer till 31st. I am not even complaining about a speed slower than what i was promised but lower data is simply not acceptable.

                      My above said ac is displaying an error code "ec" & it stop working, (On sunday 04.09.2016 - noon)

                      On 08.09.2016 the said ac is un-stalled by left at my place.
                      The ac is picked on 13.09.2016.

                      Since then i am not aware what really happened to my ac. Worst responce from customer care. No information is provided till now. Worst mail replies. No one respond.

                        However till date it hasn't been activated by sector 9 store panchkula.

                          On 13/9/16 i have purchased sony home theater, but in spite of several reminder and complaints, product not delivered to me.                           I get my jio sim 4 weaks ago and done the ekyc process but my jio sim is still not activate. The company said they activate jio sim in 15 min by ekyc process but that all lure for customers for the company profits.

                            But as on date sim is not activate. On inquiry with executive from Jio store but he not take initiate about these.he is simply ignoring.

                                    Respected team i md razaullah permanent resident of jb gaisal po dhantola ps islampur dist uttar dinajpur west bengal. At first i take the que for geting jio sim when i enter inside the office the employee shoubhik bose very badly using slang word and he injury my personality in fornt of all local public and he giving challenge that no can take the action against him.

                                      I bought the 39" reliance on january 26 2016 after using it for 6 months tv is not working. I have contacted the reliance digital customer care people but there was no proper responce. By doing regular follow up we hand over the tv to tirupathi service center in moth of aug 16 (Reliance tirupathi service center madhavi-[protected]). Till to date there is no responce. I have tried calling following people but they are not responce still now
