This is a complaint mail against above mentioned unit.
This unit is problematic since it was purchased.
In 2019, when season started in march, the outer unit of the ac was not functioning. After attended by your so many technicians and engineers from time to time, it was found that the part of the one plate needed to be replaced.
After 25 days, plate was replaced and it started working.
This year in mar 2020, when we uncovered the ac, we found it again in non working condition. Its cooling function is not working.
We tried to lodge complaint in mar 20 but due to lockdown, no one attended from mar till may.
On 24th may complaint was lodged (No.[protected]) and since that date, 6 technicians have attended so far with no result. After 30th may, no one came to attend despite of calling on customer care.
Your customer care services/after sale services are very poor. We would not suggest anyone to buy product from this company.
Now we are sure that this unit is defective since the date it was purchased. No ac unit can be so problematic just in its next first season. We have spent so much money on it after its purchase.
We do not wish to carry this unit any more with us. Also, we do not have got enough time to lodge complaints and talk to your representatives again and again.
Kindly replace this unit with the new one. It is under warranty period. You can not consider the lockdown period from mar till mid of may.
