Hi, my name is Ravindra Ranjan. I am from Patna(Bihar) and my home is in Rajiv Nagar locality. My nearest Reliance Digital store is in Patliputra(Uno Complex). I have bought many products from there, initially service level was very nice but now I think business has grown and they are no more bothered for service anymore. I had selected AC of LG company and wanted to pay through credit card and get the same converted into EMI, as I always do. But swipe machine was not working and it is not working even today. No one bothered to inform me same, I had to personally visit the store to figure it out. I thought of get it financed, but no one came forward to assist, and finally when after waiting for help I was leaving the store, a staff by the name Amit Jha casually asked what happened and after knowing the issue instead of help simply said ok and walked away. This shows they don't care. I don't know how much do customer service means to you, but for Patliputra it means nothing. They don't give damn to customer and customer service. Thought should bring in your notice the issue, may be you care. Thanks

    I'm using Kent RO that I'd bought from R.digital store and day-by-day I'm having the no.of issues from Kent RO, I understand the situation of lock down but the the same situation is for me, I'm unable to get the drinking water,
    on[protected] I just made a complain for the same and regularly complaining the same but there is no action is being taken from you side,
    so kindly provide me the solution ASAP because this really disappointing,
    this is really a very poor experience for your R.Digital service, I'LL never visit R.Digital store for even a simple product,

        Order number rdf02715529

        I order a product from reliancedigital.com on 20th may 2020 and the expected delivery was within 48 hours.

        Now it has been 96 hours and i still haven't recieved the product.

        I didn't get any response when the emailed the customer care, also i escalater to customer service head, even that didn't get me any replies.

        I called the customer care for canceling the order at least and refunding my money, so that i can walk to a store and buy the product.
        But the customer care executive tried to ignore my concern and plainly said he will connect to his team, and disconnected without giving me any resolution

        How can a company take prepaid payment and then not deliver the product on time and not reply to the customer when they ask about the status.

        This is sheer negligence on part of such a big company.

        Please resolve this issue and i promise you that i would never buy from reliance and ask my family friends to do the same.

        Ordered iLife a9s and got a "demo product not for sale" . My emails to the customer care are not addressed . Kindly look into the matter.

          I haven't received the cashback of 2500 rs as i bought the laptop in 15 november 2019 and paid it with hdfc atm card and they told that cash back would be in 90 days but yet i haven't receivedit.

            Reliance digital — cashback not received


            I purchased a dell laptop from reliance digital on 27th october, 2019. They offered us 10% cash back with hdfc card payment.
            We paid with hdfc card.
            They made the transaction at their end and assured us to credit the cash back within 90 days.
            Its already 6months still the cashback is not received.

              I purchased the tv from reliance store but they are quoting more price compare to there website, while i asked them they are saying contact to store, even for the installation i have waited four days, then installation was done, but soundbar remote was not working they said me next day they will come and they will replace but still no one came, no responce very bad service and installation time, in this time they are looting to the customer

                I have ordered an oven from reliance digital on 20th may 2020. The expected delivery date was 24 may 2020. I didnt get any notifications further. Cant even track the order. I tried to contact the customer care[protected] and also mailed to [protected]@ril.com, cshead. [protected]@ril.com and i got a reply that they will reply within 10 working hours. Till now i didnt get any reply from them. When i tried to cancel the order, another message box poped up in which they aresaying to contact the above mentioned customer care number and the customer care mail id.

                Kindly do the needed to solve the issue.

                Attaching pdf includes the screen shown when i logged in my reliance digital webiste.

                  I am animesh biswas, staying at burdwan. My reg mob no -[protected]. I purchased an ac on jun 2019 of voltas.ac's two free servicing is pending. It's malfunctioning from last week of march. Burdwan reliance digital is closed due to lockdown. I try to connect with customer care and lodge a request of ac servicing in stating of apr but unfortunately not a single person get back to me. My free servicing duration is going to end soon.

                  This type of pathetic service from reliance digital, i never expect. Not a single person will response till now.

                  Therefore it is requested that my ac servicing may be arranged as soon as possible

                          I ordered a cooler on 5th may 2020 and was told it will be delivered by 14th may also received message on 13 th may it will be delivered and then nothing happened i didn't receive the product and my money has been taken i sent several emails and called atleast 10-11 times but nobody responds and not willing to give any details where is the product. Its a scam

                              I bought a washing machine on dec 2018 from teliance digiral store situated in centre mall, christian basti, guwahati (Assam).
                              4 days back my machine was showing problem while switched on so i called first on whirlpool customer care and they replied since the machine was purchased from reliance digital, they will not give service in warranted period so have to call to reliance service centre and after that i contacted them and after 2 days regular reminders they sent me 1 technician. And visit the person said machine display board have to be change and right now the same was not in stock so once the same will available then only he will replace the same but due to covid 19 it may take indefinite time so what to do now as it is very urgent for me so for this i am lodging the complaint, pls help

                                13 april 202 : as i started my reconnect 1 ton ac this summer, it was not working and i lodged a complain regarding the same with reliance.

                                I understood current lock down situation and because of that only i waited long to get my ac repair.

                                06. May 2020: call came from reliance end that now their services are restored and they are visiting for attending the complain. And their service team came to my home for ac repair and told that its a gas leakage problem and tomorrow gas will be refilled as they informed that all their services are in full operation except pick up services. Just after that when i informed them (Showed my warranty card) that my product is under warranty, then there response suddenly changed. At that moment i understood that this wont be easy for me and that is what happened.

                                From that day i am trying to contact reliance people (Through phone calls and email) for refueling of gas, but till now no positive response came.

                                From above it is very much clear that intentionally they people don't want to attend my complain, reason being the product under warranty.

                                In this hot summer it is almost impossible to live without ac.

                                And this is not the first time, last year also same problem occurs and these people took more than a month to resolve the same after i raised complain in this firm. This is the way they people cheating the customers, firstly forcing them to buy extended warranty cover and then provide this type of disgusting service.

                                Lastly if they don't want to attend the complain within 1-2 days, then refund my extended warranty charges of rs 2700 + taxes + 3 years interest at the earliest. I will get my ac repair at my own since there are lot of mechanics available who don't cheat there customers in the name of lockdown.

                                      During dec-2019 i purchased a lg smart tv from reliance digital avadi-chennai. The sales man assured there would be 0%-emi on sbi debit card and no interest will be charge at all. Emi amount mentioned in the bill was 5386rs but for past 4 months my account is being debited with 5840rs as emi and an additional 15.60% interest is being charged by bank which was hidden from us. We would have paid in full if he had informed us about interest rates. The first month when emi was charged more than what was mentioned on the bill we went to the store to inquire but they were very reluctant to help. After one month of frequent visit and creating a scene, the store manager sent an email stating they have not charged extra and its not their fault. They asked to contact bank. On visiting sbi branch they said there is no issues from their end. I have been cheated big time by charging 500rs extra on every month emi and by providing false information by reliance digital salesmen and the finance staffs. I need this resolved and the extra money to be refunded. I have attached bill given by reliance digital and my bank statement.

                                        Hello team,

                                        It is with deep regret i am writing this email to you all, i made a purchase of lg 1.5t dual invertor ac from you guys on 22nd feb 2020 and got it delivered on 29th feb 2020 (As per my request) and also the installation was completed the same day, all was working fine until 2 weeks back where we started noticing that the ac was not giving the required service of cooling down the room. We thought probably we were not able to understand the remote functions hence we did not do anything until the ac started throwing ice (This happens if either the ac is leaking from some where or the gas is finished) which is very annoying and difficult to understand since its just 2 months old product.
                                        The installation of the outdoor unit has also been done in a place where its not easily accessible because we have to request our neighbor to open his windows so that we can access (Our last ac purchased from you guys “voltas”) for which the outdoor unit was installed blow our window and it worked fine for 10 yrs now all of a sudden these technicians come and tell us that it was not the right location and installed the new one above our house.

                                        If this is not fixed asap then i will not step back to file a police complain for selling defective products to one of the most loyal customers of your store (Please look at my purchase history: my number is [protected] and my email address [protected]@yahoo.co.in or [protected]@dell.com)
