Worst technician, i bought my ac 20 days back but till now i have not used it's reason installation was not done properly, i tried many time complaining but non could response properly, finally last week technician came but he's asked for installation fee, got really fed-up. I have bought two ac from reliance the one i bought last year same problem they installed without apply white cement and went and we were not aware of it the whole indore system got damaged by sqiural bite through the hole from wall due to not applying of whites cement now the ac i bought this year same they have not drilled the whole instead used ventilator to connect the outdoor, now ventilator s opened we can't close it, my parents are old they don't know about these they cheated them and installed saying some reasons as i was away from home which was the big mistake i did. Worst technician i have seen they actually don't look like technicians, now still my ac is in same condition i'm fed-up of complaining, please at least through this complain arrange to send new technician.

    I purchased reconnect air cooler from reliance digital store in fatima nagar, pune on 1st may 2018. When i went through the instructions manual, i found out that the sales person had given us incorrect information about the water intake port which is actually at the back of the cooler whereas he told us that water is to be poured from the top. It is next to impossible to pour water from the intake port provided at the back as it is too small to even pour water from a glass. I seriously feel this is a major flaw in this product. I immediately went to the store to complaint regarding the same on 2nd may 2018 where the store manager ms. Gitanjali goud assured me of sending over a technician for guidance the next day. Since nobody turned up till 1 pm the next day i decided to cancel the product. But since then they have been playing around with false commitments of sending someone to pick the product. Ms gitanjali goud is the most unprofessional manager i have ever come across.
    I need to get the refund back as soon as possible. Can anyone please help?

      I had purchased symphony air cooler from reliance digital store basaveshwara nagar, bangalore on 1st may 2018. But the cooler i have received doesn’t contain remote, the screws to fit the wheals and booklet. I have unpacked the box and sent the packing box with their delivery person.

      I want the product to be returned and i am not getting proper reply from the company since last 4 days

        Our fridge godrej rt eon 261 p ean-no:[protected] registed mobile no; ​[protected] has malfunctioned on 17.4.18 so complained on reliancedigital toll free no [protected] on 18.4.18, their local service technician santosh visited the fridge on same day and said that cooling fan is out of order, so he placed demand for spare part. But till now i had many conversation with godrej & local service centre, they are saying parts not received from centralized warehouse. Till now our fridge is not repaired despite product is under extended warranty purchased from reliance deigital store at gwalior dd mall. Complaint call no: [protected]

        Also talked to indore service centre office but they also not provided much help. Alreday 16 days passed in this summer season without fridge. U can imagine how pathetic service is provided by your people.
        You are requested to kindly take action against employees delaying in service this much.

          Purchased a. C hitachi 1.5 ton from reliance digitals on 25th march 2018. It stopped working on april 30th. After continuous follow ups they sent technician minor boy. He said fuzes gone, pcb board gone. These customer care said he going to send senior technician. At end said, technician already diagnosed as pcb box damaged it will b replaced. After 1 year if anything goes out who will bear this service and parts costs. My relatives and many using acs but not with this type services. I want ac replacement. If not going to submit consumer complaint

            Dear sir / mam

            With lots of grievance i am complaining about the cheating done to me in details as follows :
            I have purchased lg air conditioner of 1.5 tons from your reliance digital outlet at untwadi, city center, nashik on date 29/04/2014.
            Since i was not available at home & spouse was there at home the installation was done on date 01/05/2014. Since when i came home later found a. C. Was installed & cooling properly.
            Later on date 11/04/2018 there was some problem in cooling so i hired local mechanic to check the fault & was leakage of a. C. Gas which was resolved but surprisingly mechanic brought to notice was the mentioned air condition was of 1 ton & not of 1.5 ton.
            Being trust on reliance this is shocking to me that the people are cheating the customer as i have paid for 1.5 ton a. C. And fooled me by giving me 1 ton a. C.
            Since i have the bill copy will have to take serious action but once again i being a customer approach to reliance to support me & give justice to me.

            Since i have already registered complaint in regards but not received proper response.

            Please help me or have other medium to get justice.

                Worst laptop ever. Even after 1 day o[censored]se it's extremely slow. Take work with it at all. Gets heated so fast and all the time. Doesn't turn on easily. Everything is just too slow. I have the latest bios and os. I tried to clear all the unnecessary stuffs still it works slow. The heating up is above than normal. Doesn't work according to it's specifications.

                  I am writing to you as a complaint with high dissatisfaction with your service and level of management. Recently I brought one TV from Reliance digital sector 29 Gurgaon. TV is not working properly since 1st day for which I have raised several complaints. In my last complaint your senior engineer suggested me to change the TV by coordinating with showroom. I got a call from service team and said we cannot change the TV and they closed my request mentioning that customer don't want service support. Attaching snapshot. If I don't get my TV changed I will escalate it further.

                    Some few days i visit in reliance digital haridwar store, i'm looking a sharp led but no one any staff attend me after 10-12 min one staff come and attend me but i want sharp tv staff say why are u purches sharp tv no any service center in haridwar staff name pinki she said we have big brand sony again i'm saying i want only sharp 50' led tv but staff pinki said sharp not a big brand and many negative point about sharp tv so i'm very confuse and not purches any led...

                    Sharp led not a big brand then why are selling reliance and staff pinki very bad behavior.

                    Terminated or transfer this staff other wise i'm going to social media.

                      I booked a reliance digital tv subscription on March 1st, but still have not received the connection, when I call to customer care they are not ready to tell me the status and when ever I call they tell me to wait 15, 10, 7 days, when I call to the customer care they tell we don't have equipment to give now, why are u asking same question again and again

                        I purchased a symphony cooler on 01.05.2018 from reliance digital, gachchibowli. The product didn't delivered to my address till today 03.05.2018 till night. When i inquired the executive told a driver is coming to deliver the product but till 9.00pm nobody came to deliver the same. When i tried to contact nobody answers the call. It's very irresponsible behavior from reliance digital staff of gachchibowli. I strictly requesting if my product will not getting delivered by tomorrow 04.05.2018 i am moving for hard action towards reliance digital. I paid all the money and not getting my product..                           I have purchased a kent water purifier from reliance digital (Phoenix) bangalore..
                          The product is in the warranty period.. It as been just 10months after the purchase. Now i'm facing some issue with the water purifier... And also i have taken 2 years resq plan by paying 5304 rupees... Now i have been following them by calling every day and they are not responding properly... They have bluffed me by telling all lie about there service... This people are cheating us in the name resq, insurance and so on...

                            I was told at reliance store, installation will be done with in 48 hours and i have made single payment on 04/30/2018 (Gachibowli, hyderabad), on may 1st product got delivered and installation not done yet, i have visited reliance store 2 times today, every time they are telling, it will be done today, but i am keep waiting for this installation, why you people lying when it is not possible. Just be honest with the customer, we don't have to wait for you by postpone all of my important tasks.

                              I visited ur reliance digital show room at adoni on 29/04/2018 and booked 1.50 ton capacity ac set of your product reconnect and made payment instantly... After completion completion of 3 days, today delivered at 2.00pm and telling that it may take one more day to install.. I am a nationalised bank branch manager.. Applied leave and waiting for installation.. What is this.. Why so much delay in installing ac.. You should have informed us the delay.. We can opt for another company ac... Now i want immediate installation.. Everyday i can not apply for leave for your lapses.. Instruct ur authorities to install immediately other wise i will return the same and refund my money.. Such actions will damage ur good will.. Don't make us bad ambassador for your products..

                              SIR, 30/4/2018 I BROUGHT FLY C451 White at rs 5, 599 & JioPhone F50Y Black at rs 1549, from RELIANCE RETAIL LIMITED RELIANCE DX MINI with only one bill of4, 499rs.In02/5/208 they gave me another bill of 1499rs in another name.Now C451 Handset not work properly.They didn't take back the defected product, denie to give me the Oregenal Bill.

                                I have bought a reconnect 43 inches tv on 10.04.2018 installation has done but the demo person has not came yet. While purchasing the product, reliance digital sales persons has said that during the installation the demo also will be done. It's been 22 days upto now demo has not done and error simbols was coming in the tv. Very negligence to the customers and not responding.

                                I have a samsung smart phone which i have bought from relaince degital and it is heating from a long time and my phone is not giving backup and also i have insurance of my phone but there is not agood response from customer care for claimed my mobile for the damage

                                  I have brought reconnect washing machine from reliance digital chennai location on 23/march/2018. I found product is defective on 30/march and raised concern to replace it. But service center people not replaced it till apr 24. I visited store and staff told to buy new product with different brand and they will replace it. But till now the new product not delivered and old product not even replaced.

                                    Hi team, i am md siraj who has purchased sony led tv 49w672e from your store (Reliance trends) at pvr galleria mall, hitech city, hyd. The employee who sold a product has promised that they'll deliver 2018 model but they delivered 2017 model. When we called back to log a complaint we dint found a proper response from them. When we visited office we had a very bad experiance, no one responded properly. Hence writing this email. Do reach me on this [protected] no. So that i can share bill. My only ask is either give me what they promised or return back my money.

                                    Actually it isn't a complaint ! I just want to get clarified about the exchange policy ! I just bought the camera 8 months back and I'm planning to buy a better model than that ! Will u accept the exchange ? I'll pay for the extra charges !

                                      I booked the connection on 08/03/2018 and they told me connection install in between 30 and45 days but these days already over till date. Now customer care are not give me any such details for installation. Plz. Take action against this matter and solve my problem immediately. My booking id no. 14513117 and no of connections 1. Plz provide me my connection otherwise return my 500 rupees

                                        Hi,
                                        I recently bought a cell phone from the reliance digital store in mysore. Based on the suggestions given by your executives i got my insurance also done for the phone i bought. Unfortunately i damaged my phone accidentally and had to claim the insurance amount. I had been to store and your executives helped me with the procedure of availing the claim, but, the oriental insurance people have still not responded to the request i made. If this is the service you are trying to provide, my question is why? It is not required to provide such # insurance when you cannot respond even to t he queries posted. If no steps are taken in 48 hours i will be forced to step on to the courts for further action.

                                        Request you to take serious steps to improve what brand name you have and to stop partnering with such stupid insurance partners who cant keep your name in the market atleast.
