Reliance Digital — Windows AC O-General - Remote Not Given | |||||
We have been contacting support and the shop just for a remote for the newly purchased O General window A/C from Phoenix market city Chennai. For the sake of giving they first gave a remote which did not suit the A/C specifications. Then after 7 day we got another remote which we were able to switch off the A/C but could not on it. An service engineer visited last sunday and has taken picture of the remote which is there in the instruction manual. Till now no one has got back. Whenever we call they say that they are searching for the remote or a person has gone to purchase the remote. Really frustrated with the service.We have only wasted the time and money by calling the service person and the shop for the details. Product Purchased on 19th September 2015. Very worst support. At last we got the remote on 6th of October after various levels of escalation.Thanks for the support
