I am a resident o[censored]ppal area, very near to your Reliance fresh(SOI) store. I do visit your fresh store for shopping. But I never get any vegetable product 'fresh' enough either in quality or in price. It is always at a higher side than the local market in price. Whereas your advertisement was 'there is no middle man, so the price is much lower than the open market'. The customer care in your shop, Uppal(SOI) in particular is very poor! If enquired about the prices of vegetables, the sales persons say that, they have not gone through the prices at the local market. It is really surprising. But all these things were not at the "beginning". The quality has depreciated in a very short period of time! I complained a lot many time, but all in vain! Customers are not given any importance/priority in any case, especially in Uppal(SOI) Fresh store.

Mockery of lottery - purchase for Rs.100 and get a free house! but they never display the result. They just ignore the customer on enquiry. The price on groceries are much more higher than the prices in the adjacent shops and supermarkets, for example, Ashirvad atta of 10Kg packets you are selling for Rs260, where as the same one is available for Rs.225 in any other shop. Do you have any explanation.

The worst conditioned vegetables we r residing in visakhapatnam. the reliance outlet in shantipuram, beside Ing Vysya bank, is very worst. They r not keeping the fresh vegetables. U cannot imagine d condition of the vegetables. not only in this outlet, all ur shops in visakhapatnam is in the same condition. I didn't understand why? Is this is lake of interst? or the worst management? or they r taking the commissions from the seller and keeping the worst quality of vegetables? Why u r not showing any interst on this? When we heard the reliance fresh outlets r coming in our areas we felt very happy. but all our happiness gone when we entered in to the shop.

    For the last 6 months and in spite of my several reminders no action has been taken by this company HR and I have not got any results about my PF Amount from the company side. Hence please I Request ed you to collect and send to my PF amount to my Bank Account. Please get the needful done without any further loss time. I have every hope that you will take prompt action & oblige. I feel confident of receiving a favorable and helpful replay

      hi i m from mohali.i want to complaint against the security gaurd and supervisior of reliance fresh phase 5,sco 8 ,mohali punjab.they miss behave with us they dont know how to talk with customers.they bahave as they appear to be "GUNDAS".I THINK ITS A GOOD COMPANY AND I HOPE THAT U WILL DEFINATLY TAKE ACTION.ANOTHER PROBLEM IS THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE SCANNER TO SCAN THE BAR CODE OF VEGITABLES ON ONE COUNTER SO AFTER WAITING FOR OUR TURN THEY TOLD US THAT GO TO ANOTHER COUNTER.ITS VERY ANNOYING.U PROVIDE THESE KIND OF SERVICIES TO NRI,S.THIS IS REDICULUS.I WILL NEVER GO TO RELIANCE FRESH AGAIN.THIS IS A VERY BAD EXPEREINCE FOR ME.WORST CUSUMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE O[censored]R EMPLOYEES.THAT'S ALL .BIG PEOPLE BIG GAME AND THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER.GOOD BYE AND HAVE A NICE DAY.

        Dear sir,
        I was issued a temporary card bearing no: [protected] and I have been repeatedly trying to place a reminder on the toll free number printed on the temprory card but was not successful. My address is Dr. Jaya J.B, Jayasree, EVRA 240, Krishnavilasam Road, Cotton Hill, Trivandrum and I got the temprory card from the reliance outlet at Edapzhanji, Trivandrum.

        Kindly do the needful for the release of the permanent card.

          I have purchased items worth Rs.817.73 on 01.11.09 from Reliance fresh Chembur outlet.Initially I have given my SBI debit card - entered my PIN then it was not moving to its next step -hence the counterboy said he was cancelling the same and requested me to have other option of payment. I paid with my Axis bank debit card. After returning home I received SMS from SBI that Rs.817.73 has been paid to Reliance fresh. Immediately I checked bank statement through net and found Rs.817.73 has been charged twice- once payment has been reversed but secondtime it was charged. I checked AXIS bank statement there also the same amount i.e.Rs.817.73 has been charged. I called reliance fresh and infromed them- they advise me to visit their outlet with capies of ATM statement. I visited next day showed them all details but they told that details are being sent to their bank for necessary reversal of second payment. Till date i.e. 06.11.09 nothing has been done. I had very bad experience with Reliance energy.They had charged some ficticious meter reading and inspite of several correspondences ultimately I had to pay the whole amount.Both of the company have same ethics(!!) "Cheat and gain".and "once money in, it never goes out". BEWARE OF RELIANCE!!

            I am a resident of Delhi, I visited today at Reliance Fresh, Chander Lok outlet in Pitampura, sugar loose was listed at Rs 36.50 , when the billing was done it was Rs 37.50. Everytime I have to argue with the staff for the same thing. For Rice[Kohinoor] they have put up Buy 1 Get 1 free, ,at the time of billing counter salesman is telling that the scheme is over or it is not coming in their system.
            This is basically a fraud what reliance is doing.
            If by mistake I do not ask whether the item is under scheme or not, they will bill the same and at the time of payment if I tell them I dont need it now, then they are not even ready to help, they would say it cannot be cancelled as they become answerable , why the bill was cancelled.

            It is a pure case of cheating

            Is there anyone who has a reply to my problem or should I approach Consumer Court

              1. I wish to draw the attention of the management towards rude behaviour of the staff at the Reliance Fresh store in Panchkula Haryana, including the Store Manager.

              2. Firstly the store refused to accept my MAESTERO card, and when asked that the store should mention it next to the billing counter....the store manager as well as the regional manager Mr Munish refused to accept the suggestion saying "that every thing cannot be mentioned, and the card payment facility is also a courtesy towards customers and they are not dutybound to extend this facility"

              3.This kind of behaviour is not expected from a so called MNC.

              4. This kind of behaviour will alianate the customers and bring DISREPUTE to the company.

              5. Hope the management is listening.

                i am a regular visitor of reliance fresh nerul(E),navimumbai.
                I had to recieve the gift from thier monthly paradise promotion in this the gift of august was pending the person over ther the store manager ganesh pawar told me that sir your amou nt is completed but we have fall short of the gifts so u can collect it later now after 2months in the month of october he is telling me that u have not made the tranactions of 3000 i told him that you should have told me this in the month of august at that time i was having the bills too to prove u,then he is responding in such a rude manner stating that it must be your fault that you may not have punched the card, is it the responsibility of a customer to scan the card during billig or the cashier has to do this.when i told him that i would like to cancel my membership this guy a manager at the with any shame tells me that it is you who is benifited from the card and not me so if you wnt to cancel i will cancel it right now.I asked him is there any form for complain he says go and complain to any one I am not scared of anyone then there was a poster he told me this is the mail id go and mail them nothing is going to happen.there were sales exectutives behaving in a very rude manner before but i thought they are at a lower post misundestandings take place,but if manager is of the same category the staff he been trained in the same manner and one more to add the store maager is never found in the stotre whenever asked says he has gone out or on a leave or shift completed.

STATION AT ABOUT 9 PM OR QUARTER TO NINE ON 17TH. (?) AND ON THE NEXT DAY AT ABOUT 12 NOON I APPROACHED TO UR FRESH SHOP FOR EXCHANGE OF THE SAME. I WAS ASKED TO COLLECT THE CHANGED ITEM BUT AS SOON AS I CAME THE PERSON DEALING WITH ME ASKED ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SYSTEM TO EXCHANGE SUCH ITEMS LIKE COSMETICS. WHEN I PERSUADED HIM THAT THE SAME HAD DONE AT UR SODPUR OUT, HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE PERMISSION OF THE LOCAL HEAD AND AFTER RETURNING FROM HIM HE DENIED TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE THE REASON OF WHCIH WAS BEST KNOWN TO HIM. SIR, I BOUGHT THE SAME USING MY HDFC CARD. TO MY UTTER SURPRISE, I USED TO BUY ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT OUTLETS LIKE UR RELIANCE FRESH ALL OVER THE WORLD.                   Dear Sir,
                  Reliance Fresh stores run a scheme in which points earned on the purchases are redeemed in cash voucher. This cash voucher is then used by the customer for purchasing any items.
                  For the last 4-5 months I am denied cash voucher for points credited in my account on one pertext or the other. Sometimes they say that printer is not working or internet connection is off or staff is on leave or they as me to accumulate more points or they insist to come at some particular time which is not convenient for me.
                  Every time they avoid giving me the cash voucher on one pertext or the other.
                  I have stopped making purchases from Reliance Fresh Store for the last 3 months. I have visited the store few times to redeem the points for cash voucher but in vain . Threat of complaint does not deter them.

                    I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh, Dayanand Colony, Lajpat Nagar. They had a Scheme for the month of September 2009 called 'Celebrate Navratri' and as per their advertisement, ' on your monthly purchase of Rs. 2500 and above (during 1-30 Sept. 2009) you will get Crystal Flat Tawa worth Rs. 640 for only Rs. 99 and Crystal Taper Frying pan of Rs. 650 for Rs. 99 only and Kadhai (with lid) worth Rs. 820 for Rs. 149 only and this discounted rewards are available fro between 5-12th october 2009. After the purchase of about Rs. 3000 and lot of enquiry about the said discount, I did not received any of the above mentioned item till date (24th October 2009). They keep me saying that the items are out of stock and their immediate superiors are not sending the items to the shop. Its ridiculous and these people are making the customers fool. We can not accept these type of cheating from a company like Reliance.

                    I too had a similar problem today. In today's news paper[protected] it was given that a combo pack of Atta 5Kg, Sugar 2Kg, and Coconut oil 3Ltr for Rs 369...
                    but when i went to the reliance shop at Kumarapuram, (Trivandrum, Kerala), there is no stock...

                    If there is no stock, then why they put such an advertisement...?
                    This is a perfect CHEATING...!!!.na????

                      I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh Store situated on Gopalpura Byepass Jaipur and was provided Reliance One Membership Card Number [protected] in year 2008. Recently, on 11 October 2009, when I went for claiming my accrued Gift Item, I was told to provide photo copy of any valid Identity document. When I asked for spot verification, I was told that photocopy is to be sent to some Head Office.
                      I fail to understand the logic of all this exercise, for an item based on Amounts already spent on purchases already made.
                      Will some responsible AUTHORITY of RELIANCE look into the matter and take necessary remedial action?

                        I ALSO BOUGHT GOODS WORTH RS 2500/ ON THIS KASHAI SCHEME AT SHANTI PATH TILAK NAGAR JAIPUR RAJASTHAN AND NOW THEY ARE GIVING EXTENDED DATES SINCE LAST 15-20 DAYS AS THEY SAY THERE IS NO KADHAI AVAILABLE AND SALEMEN ARE NOT INTERESTED AND BLAME THE CO FOR NO GIFTS IN STOCKS.
                        ITS REALLY SHAMEFUL ON PART OF SUCH BIG CO TO LAUNCH SCHEMES WITH OUR ANY IDEA OF THE RESPONSE AND AVAILABILITY OF ITSEM/GIFTS AND AS A RESULT THEY LOSE CUSTOMERS.

                          i am a regular customer of reliance fresh mart in kandivali - east {centrium mall}

                          there is no proper service, only one cash counter is open out of three, as there r special offers on wednesdays on vegetables people have to stand in que for a very long time min half an hour.

                          There is no good response of the staff over there.

                            Dear Sir,

                            Few days back I had been to one of the reliance shop stores of Bhubaneswar located at Unit IV. I just browsed through the toiletries item and just remembered to get a talcum powder. I just picked a Park Avenue Deo Talc of 100gm costing Rs45. But to my hand it felt emptied . So I squeezed a bit of the bottle to ensure whether there is any thing inside or not. Just them the Manager of the store Sri Ray rushed to me and stared scolding that it is not the way to handle a talc and very arrogantly and roughly informed me that such palpation are not made with talc bottles and made such a scene that I had to purchase the pdt. I could have rebuffed. But decided to complain. But to my misfortune he is the manager. Whom to complain??

                            If any body knows a phone number of customer complain pl let me know.

                            Dear Sir,
                            Yesterday on dated 20.04.2011 i went Reliance fresh (non-veg delight centre) Nayapally I.D Market store to buy chiken.The salesman Mahindra Digal was dealing with the customer.In my presence one customer buy two leg pieces which weight comes around 450 gram but when i asked for two leg pieces he refuse to give me.When i asked why to him ? why not to me ?
                            His reply was very casual by saying that it is meant for our special customer.Pls let me know how did u recocnise the special special customer.Are u providing any code to them then why not to me because i am also a regular buyer o[censored]rs or is there any chafs in the face of the customer for which u treat them very well.

                            After some time the store superviser Mr Gitaranjan Rout came to whom i narrate the things but he unable to agree on this.After lots of arguement he force to call the salesman Mr Digal to my front and asked him.Digal answered me like challanging that yes i have given because he is very special to us.

                            I asked again to Mr Gita Ranjan to provide me two pieces of leg piece but he refuse to give saying that it is not our system.Such things i have written in your complaint register.But dint know how u r taking the action on the issue.

                            But finally it is very reduculus & unfortunate things to be expected from Reliance Fresh.

                            I am realy very hopeless & decide not to visit any more to any o[censored]r centres & will advise my relatives & dear ones to follow me.

                              I am a regular visitor of reliance fresh located at new thippasandra Bangalore branch. To my horror there is one employee who thinks she is a 'CBI' officer and so does behaves very rude with customers trying to find fault with we consumers. I had observed this lady picking up a fight with customers for no reason and framing them with theft or other reasons.
                              I had encountered twice with this witch and finally decided to lodge a police complaint against her and the store manager for such rude behavior and action not taken. Once she frames me for picking up two different varities of carrots for which no one except the store guys would know the difference. There are two baskets filled with carrots and I was picking them from these two. From no where this lady pops up and argues I was mixing the quality one with a lower priced one. God only knows the difference as there is no difference in the basket. This so called CBI OFFICER argues with me until I lost my temper to complaint to store manager Mr. Bagavan Singh. Today again I saw this lady fighting with an old man how was buying rice bags. I was telling to myself this CBI started her tricks again to gain cheap publicity. This over hear and started fighting with me. I had to exchange tough words and have controlled in raising my hand. Have given complaints to 2 supervisors and now filing a consumer complaint. Tomorrow I will be filing a case too. As someone said reliance fresh is hell and if anyone from reliance is reading this be prepared to receive a legal notice from my attorney.

                              Service, Behaviour and Quality — Behaviour of Reliance Fresh Employees

                              I am Rajesh Aggarwal, resident of Mohali (Near Chandigarh). I am regular customer of Reliance Fresh and I normally visit Reliance Fresh store at Phase 5, Mohali. But the behaviour of Reliance Fresh employess is too bad. Not only the behaviour, the service is too bad out there. Many a times they will not accept the loyality coupons, saying that they need permission from manager and some times don't issue the coupons as well, stating that they don't have the priviledge to do the same.

                              The quality of its products and service level has dropped significantly and now a days they mis-treat with customers as well (using absurd language and all)

                                My Reliance One Card No. is [protected]. In this month, as on date I have made purchases worth more than Rs. 1700/-(approx) from Reliance Fresh store at Digwadih, at Mahabir Talkies complex. Dhanbad District, Jharkhand state. In one of your advertisement displayed in the walls of your stores it shows that there is special discount offer on certain specific items will be given to those customers whose total purchase during this month will cross Rs. 1000/-. But regret to state that when I approached the Manager at the counter for encashing/exercising the said offer he was totally reluctant and refused to accept my request saying that this is not applicable against certtain purchases like edible oil, atta etc, which was not at all displayed in your offer ad. Neither the Manager can show me any writen guideline in this respect. Thus it means that your ads. are not transparent OR your Managers and staffs at your stores are misguiding the customers and cheating them
                                Now from my above given Reliance One card no. you can well ascertain my this month purchase and therefore I want to know from your end whether I am entitle to get the benefit of your monthly offer or not. Please send your reply through my Email address or through my Mobile No. [protected]. I hope you will surely respond to my complaint.
                                Yesterday I visited to Reliance fresh at Makarpura teen Rasta.The following are the observations.

                                1. Air cooling plant is not working.
                                2. No any provision for air circulation.
                                3. There is no FRESH Vegitables.
                                4. rates of the Vegitables are very high compare to market fresh vegitables.
                                5. Quality of Fruits are worths. Not eatable.
                                6. Rates of the other items are more than printed MRP.
                                7. There is no provision for change for ACCOR food coupans.

                                  I used to be a regular customer of Reliance fresh, valsarvakkam branch, Chennai but a recent episode left me disappointed and I decided to stop making any purchases from reliance fresh. I visit the shop and buy groceries/veg for Rs.[protected] once in two weeks. One such time I bought 25kg Raw ponni rice bag for Rs.925 and I used it for like 2 days and found that rice quality was very bad and infested with lot of bugs. So I called up the shop and said I wanted to exchange it, but when I went there with the rice, they refused to exchange the same citing that I should have returned the rice within 7 days or so. I am really disappointed with their attitude and we could not use that rice anymore. Also the customer service ppl was bad and impolite.

                                  From now on, I have started to purchase the groceries from Nilgiris, though it is costly but the quality is really good.

                                    I am local resident in Belgaum and Reliance Fresh is at basement of my sideby apartment. We purchased 3-4 times our monthly grocery from reliance fresh but we found that almost all the product line has very poor quality or test comparing to result of same product from other local shop keepers.                                       Visited Reliance Outlet at Kalyan ( Khadakpada ) on 23rd Sep 09 , my experience was as follows :

                                      1) Bad Odor in the Store.
                                      2) Saw and Pointed out to the employee Rat running in the store.
                                      3) Saw and Pointed out to the employee dead flies on the door of Ice Cream chamber.
                                      4) Saw and Pointed out to the employee dead frozen flies on Ice Cream Tubs.
                                      5) Wanted to register complain with Store Manager but Store Manager was absent from the Store.
                                      6) Registered my complaint in the Complain Book. Noted that all previous complaints were un attended to by the store Manager as the actions taken by store manager for the customers complaint is not filled up.
                                      I wish i would haven taken some photos and send it to some news channel around.
                                      I really don’t think I will be visiting the store again , unless I get a feed back for my complaint from the customer care.

                                        Reliance Fresh Peroorkada, Trivandrum started charging Rs. 1 for plastic carry bags. I would like to say that this is not fair with such a reputed firm to charge fee for carry bags. In my opinion ,the management should consider the expense for carry bags as their advertisement charges as the customer is carrying their logo printed carry bags.
                                        result : we stopped purchasing from reliance fresh as I am not ready to pay for a carry bag after purchasing goods worth Rs. 1000 /- or more

                                        Global warming, pollution...blah, blah and more blah...we know all about it!!!but when it comes to parting with a meagre ONE rupee...we have issues...we blow up a storm. Hey! we should applaud corporates when they display socially responsible behaviour and not discourage them. I think all retail outlets and shops should replicate what reliance has done...!
                                        If the charging of plastic carry bags is to reduce the plastic usage it is to be welcomed
