I HAVE DEPOSITED RS. 300/- ON 14.03.2008 FOR PURCHASING THROUGH CARD nO. 2266 FROM THEIR GOVIND MARG STORE FROM THAT DATE THEY HAVE ALLOWED ME TO PURCHASE ONLY 36.49 AND FOR THE BALANCE AMOUNT WHEN EVER I HAVE VISITED TO THEIR STORE AT GOVIND MARG ON 5.4.2008 AND 20.4.2008 AND ALSO AT THEIR STORE AT MANSAROVER THEY HAVE NOT ALLOWED TO PURCHASE THROUGH THE ABOVE CARD. I HAVE LODGED ALL THE COMPLAINTS IN THEIR REGISTER BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. IN THIS WAY WHEN I HAVE ASKED TO THEM TO REFUND THE AMOUNT. THEY SIMPLY PUT THE COMPLAINT REGISTER PUT IN THEIR STORE. IT SHOWS THAT THESE STORES ARE WORKING FOR CHEATING TO CUSTOMERS AND TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PREPAID CARD. MY PHONE NO. IS [protected]

    Sub:- Improper Billing system at Reliance Fresh

    Dear Sirs,
    The chain of Reliance Fresh outlets has come up in different cities of India lately. At Panchkula too a Reliance Fresh outlet has opened about 5-6 months back.
    Vide my below mentioned complaint I would like to draw your attention about the quality of the software employed by the company for billing which leads to over-charging, wrong calculation of the prices and mismanagement of inventory/stock.

    On 6th April 2008 evening, I purchased items worth about Rs 1800. I paid through credit card an amount of Rs 1041 and Rs 750 through Sodexho Meal Pass. After returning back from the shop, when we tallied the physical items with those listed in the bill, we came to know that we had been over-charged for two items. The price charged was more than the MRP listed on these items (for one item the price charged was 40 against MRP as 35 and for the other charged Rs 130 against MRP as 115). On the same day (around 9PM) we went back to the shop and informed the Manager there. On scrutinizing the bill further we came to know, that we were not only over-charged by Rs 20 for these two items but also a balance of Rs 61 should have been given back to us in order to tally the total amount paid (through credit card plus Sodexho passes) and the biiled amount. The manager has however agreed to the mistake in the billing and he offered that I should buy any items worth the difference i.e.Rs 81. As the shop was getting closed, I told that I would settle it tomorrow.

    On the next day I was made to surrender my original bill (I could not note down the bill number) along with the two items for which I was over-charged. I insisted on refunding the money (Rs 81) back, but instead I was made to shop for the amount to be refunded back. Thus, I shopped again vide cash memo nuber C1005 / #0016 dated 7th April 2008 which mentions the return back of these two items and purchase of one item.

    Apart from this, it has also been noticed that items which are not for sale (as told by the billing person) are also kept on stands (without any indication that it is not for sale). The mismatch in the prices displayed for the items on the stand with its MRP is a regular feature and a lot of customers could be seen complaining about the same. The customer needs to be extra cautious in order to claim any schemes on the purchasing of any products or for billing of the same.

    I have decided not to shop again with Reliance in future to avoid the mental torture and wastage of time on account of billing, etc.

    Hope that the concerned people in Reliance would look into it and take corrective action on the same.

    Reliance Industries — Billing Details

    Dear Sir

    I have purchase electronic items through my HDFC credit card on dated 28/12/2007 , but i have not received

    and billing statement, and also talk to help centre , they told me , within 2-3 days you will receive your bill details.

    please send the billing information as soon as possible , to avoid any type of delay payment .

    Reliance Fresh — Incorrect Amount Charged

    I have been charged Rs.3339 for a shopping of Rs.339 by a store assistant who did not even bother for appologising for the error and blamed it on the rush in the stores. The store manager came into action when I was furious, he was polite though and made the transaction "void" and promised me a refund direct in my account in 24 hours and gave me the same in writing. It has been more than 3 days and 5 visits to the store now but I get a new excuse everytime.

    Food items — two times wrong billing by credit card

    I HAD MADE A PURCHASE BY CREDIT CARD OF RS 529.00 ON 4 MARCH 2010 AT BIG BAZAR, AMBIENCE MALL, GURGAON. INVOICE NUM IS[protected]
    HOWEVER THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SHOWS TWO TIMES MORE THE SUM OF RS 529.00.
    THE PAYMENT COUNTER HAD SWIPED THE CARD 2 MORE TIMES AS THE MACHINE WAS NOT RESPONDING, WHEN I OBJECTED ABOUT THE SAME FOR SWIPING IT MORE THAN ONCE I WAS TOLD THAT I WIIL BE BILLED ONLY ONCE. HOWEVER WHEN I GOT THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT IT WAS WRONGLY BILLED TWO TIMES ie 529.00 each THAT AMOUNTS TO 1058.00 RS.IN EXCESS.
    I REQUEST YOU TO CHECK THE SAME N REVERT THE AMOUNT 1058.00 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ME OR CREDIT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT

    Reliance Fresh — Over Billing

    I am a very regular purchaser from Reliance Fresh with avg billing of around[protected] fortnightly. I purchased items worth 1200 (as per routine) and never bothered on billing details as I assumed there would be no error due to computerisation. But to my surprise, there was over billing with wrong capturing of details. The same was highlighted to the supervisor of the store (Tripuri-Patiala) but he was busy on his phone for 30 mins. I left thereafter leaving my number where I received the call from him. He agreed to overbilling and promised to get back to me which never happened. Its been a month passed now.

    I would appreciate if the company comes back to me giving clarifications.

    Reliance Fresh — overcharging

    I had purchased tata tea 500 gm pack from reliance fresh outlet at dugri ludhiana. The printed MRP on pack is 152, but reliance fresh charged me Rs 158.5 for the same. If this is what reliance company is, then shame on it & I am in future never going to the store again & will advise the same to all my friends.I tried on the phone number of the store printed on the bill but no one picked the phone even after 4 times. Mine is hard earned money & I am not going to let it go waste for the riches of others. this is pure loot.
    Hi, i was charged Rs.2 for the carry bag provided by Reliance Fresh at Uttarahalli Main Road, Bangalore. I totally agree to the fact that charging money for the carry bags helps discourage customers from using them and get environment friendly. However if Rs.2 is being charged, then a proper thick quality carry bag should be sold and not the same old thin plastic bags. Today, the bag was torn after a few minutes of me carrying it on the way and had to face lot of inconvenience. Hence, as a regular customer of Reliance Fresh, i request the concerned individuals to take proper actions on this and either provide better quality carry bags to their customers or not charge them at all.
    i have been purchased 3 items. reliance select rajma chitra, shakti bog daliya 400gms & special wheat atta 30kgs . In that items related to shakti bog daliya its MRP is 20RS but he charge 22RS in our"s bill . so i would complaint against your RELAINCE FRESH MALL, MAHESH NAGAR, AMBALA CANT HARYANA .for this mistake of your staff i would talk to his ASM of this mall.He is saying that u will do anything aganist company . he is saying wht i m do .

      complaint on 7th july I purchased sweet corn at about 5pm on hot offer of rs 13/kg and it was billed @19rs/kg bill noc4039. when I contacted on t4054036 security guard sunil dubey attended and replyed on any staff is available, after some time rachita attended and she replied we don't have the contact number of supervisor .If you want to solve your problem you should contact and come to reliance fresh in second shift . the way of dealing with customer was very rude and shameful on the part of reliance fresh.         i purchased a pack of 500 gm Suji from Reliance Fresh near ESI chowk Faridabad on 16.09.2011 vide receipt no.#o244 C-1011 at time 18.29.23 My card no. [protected].
        At home we made Halwa from it on 17.09.2011.Whan we served it to our guests and they donot found it worth eating as there were so many pieces of
        sand and stones and even we realised small pieces of glass. Then we taste it one by one but no one could eat even a small quantity of it due to concreat mixing.
        Thereafter we check the suji purchased from your store.it is found that the mixing was in the suji . I was shocked that aso called reputed
        company can sell such eatable item mixed with stone dust or concreat.We have to through comlete karahi of halwa in the dust bin loosing other
        ingredients such as desi ghee and dry fruits put there in and feel appologise from the guests.i also discussed the matter with my neighbours
        and friends.It is further intimated that the Suji was of Rajdhani Brand vide B.No.0908 pkd on 30.07.2011.and some quintity of it is still remaing with us.
        I want a satisfactry response on my grievance if you want to become trusted among us. .
        I suggest you not to buy any food related items in reliance, they sell all unhygienic food and low quality ones, there is no one who is responsible to this.

          I have perchased Allout liquid mosquito destroyer along with plug for it. When I checked at home, the Liquid contaner was missing, only the plug was there. I went to Reliance Fresh store-Marthalli-Sarjapur ringroad, where i took this. The Store manager does not have manners to talk to customer and he is complaining the customer itself to check the goods before taking and asking me to do what ever I can.

          Is there solution for these gaint company cheating.

          i had puchase 2 egg carets ( 6 each ) but at the time of billing he scan twice due to that two iems becomes three . next i complaint about this but relince refuse to commite mistake

          These are day to day problems. No monitoring from Reliance fresh top management except the big promise in front of public.
          Is there any one who can comments or suggest whether there can be a PIL in court?
          Time has come to attend the issue since it is now reached to the over saturation limit.
          Many problems for reliance fresh are :
          1. Rude behavior
          2. No proper grievance cell
          3. Wrong product delivery.
          4. Pilferage or damage product in the store.
          5. Wrong billing.
          6. Extra billing.
          7. Billing made but item missing.
          8. Promotional product have double billing etc. etc.. many are there.

          Hope like me, many are about to come out with other observations in spite of their busy and hectic schedule.
          I purchased for 3000 bugs in madurai recently and gave my debit card for swiping . They have swiped it thrice and finally said its not working . So I paid Cash .Finally, I found that i have lost 9000 and am checking with reliance . They are too slow and they say it would take more than 10 days .I am in need to money urgently and suffering badly due to this . Could someone help me if there are any reasons for claiming extra money .
          Recently I received an sms from reliance fresh stating that if you purchase goods worth Rs360 you shall get a reward worth Rs 200.i did a shopping of Rs 360and what i got was a cheap looking glass set which was allegedly worth Rs 200 and what shocked me was the fact that i was asked to pay 50rupees for it.How can a company make false promotions like this and fool the customers.this is quite an unprofessional behaviour and i want to make a complaint against it.

          Reliance Fresh — Problem of redeeming

          From Reliance Fresh Shop I was purches good from last 2 years and earned some points . During redeeme it , the Manager of the shop said that your card was locked and within 2 days all was again restore in your card . But after 15 days still it was not clear .

          Today i purchased 2 Litres of Milk from Reliance fresh(24.10.09), Uttarahalli bangalore when i checked the date of expiry it showed the date of 24.10.09.
          I was unable to boil the Milk, as the milk destroyed during initial boiling itself.

          and i brought a Tea powder from the same when i checked the expiry date it is already crossed 3 Months from the date of expiry.

          Oh God!!! Stop purchasing from Reliance fresh...Its waste of money and time to Visit Reliance fresh outlets...My comment on Reliance fresh is "It is a store house of Expired f ood items"

          Reliance Fresh — Not paying proper balance

          I had a bad experience from Reliance Fresh, C1/22, Janakpuri, New Delhi. I have noticed that they are not paying full balance to the customers. many times it happened to me. Today they are supposed to pay back Rs. 186. Instead of paying Rs. 6, salesmen told me that he dosnt enough change. When i argue with manager, Amit Kaushik, he says at present 'no changes' available in market and they are runnig short of 'changes' . Later, he offered me some toffins, and finally after lots of argument he was ready to pay back full balance. but i denied and didnt take back his 'donation' as he behaved like that. i feel , as a consumer, i am cheated. is there any law to prevent these kind of cheating. once we buy vegetables, later we are forced to fight to get the actual balance.

          Reliance Mart — extra billing

          i have purchased some foos item from this mart today. when i returned home i saw that billl contains two extra real juice item which i have not purchased. i have taken two guava real juice and one litchi real juice but the bill amount contains five litchi real juice and no guava juice.
          the bill contains following numbers C3054 #0079 130CT2010 S06048 R001
          the time of billing is 19:05:18
          the bill total amount is 1357.48, it should be 1227.48
          Correct. Reliance fresh charges extra for Carry bag made of plastic which they claim is 40 micron.
          Lot of customer in Gachibowli, Hyderabad reliance fresh asked for Jute/Cotton bags which can be paid bags but they refused to provide any re-usable bags.Instead, they have started charging Rs 3/bag which is cheating and unfortunately nobody cares here. It should be police complaint so that Reliance manager can be held responsible for encouraging Plastic bags.

          Reliance Fresh at Faridabad Sector - 22, ALL DEALS & ECONOMY PRICING ON ANY COMMODITY is taken away by other small retaillers...maybe passing on some commission to the operators..but a Notmal retail buyer dosen't get any good & Advertised or Published deals...which create an OK cry otherwise coz Reliance Fresh is Actually Good with rates...Maybe A Big / Bulk Buyer...but it always helps if these guys are Smart.even for small beings.
          Reliance Fresh at chandigarh sector-22, I got my temporary card a year back and I was issued a permanent card without the voucher made for the temporary card on the pretext that today there is rush the next time you can redeem. On my next visit i was told that the card is blocked and i should get in touch with customer care, which i did, they confirmed to me that i have a balance of 162.4 or near about...two days later i went back to redeem the points only to be told that they have been redeemed by me to 153 points or so. I asked for the register where i have signed with no cooperation they rang up their office who informed that my balance would be back in three days or so . Till date three months have passed but nothing has been done.
          On 18/8/2012, at about 3.00p.m., I purchased articles worth Rs. 1121/- from Reliance Fresh shop located at Gurbax colony Patiala and made payment through my debit card of State Bank of Patiala . Two attempts were made to transfer the money through the teller machine by the salesman but the salesman told me that the card has not accepted for transaction.
          Thereafter, the payment was made in cash and the purchase deal was over.
          Later, I observed that a debit of Rs. 1121/- was made for the above said transaction from my bank account as well.
          In spite of many complaints & reminders, there is no reply from Reliance
          Scheme not given and label rate is differ then billing rate

          Today i purchased Scheme pack (5kg Dawat devayya Basmati rise+2kg R value Sugar+5kg. Fortune Sunlite oile) worth Rs 787 as per scheme and label at your Reliance Fresh Harvi Complex, Nr Subhash Chowk, Nr A One School, Gurukul, Ahmedabad - 380052 |
          But in bill they charged 837 Rs. Also there are So difference in same tide soap rate. they give me 4 in one pack @65 but at label it is written @57.
          Please do needful and give me my money back. Here i am attaching same bill.
          Also no one is attending phone at your store while calling on given no.

          This company is really cheating in terms of non complacent and purely cheating behavior, I purchased goods of Rs/- 500 at ghoddod Road, Surat, Gujarat Reliance fresh outlet they debit my card twice and debited Rs/- 1000 now not doing anything to credit my access amount in to my account, Really fraudulent company no one should trust in any of their product

          I had visited Reliance frsg outlet, west mambalam, chennai yesterday and bought yippee noodles for rs 25 but the MRP was 40, I realised this offer is there as noodles were broken inside and it was wrapped by plastic cover which was fixed by a tape. today My son wanted to eat that so I opened the plastic cover & saw actually some rat has eaten the original cover and noodles inside & these people at store has nicely covered it. I felt very disgusted...I actually want to go to consumer court

          Reliance Fresh should be avoided even in case of emergency. Their employees are not only rude but they try to manhandle the consumer. Not only this they overcharge on the printed price of the goods. I had this experience in Sector 23 outlet of Reliance fresh in Gurgaon.

          It i sad to see that at Reliance fresh Vasai (E) whenever on Wednesday or Saturday the Reliance Vehicle comes to the stores, You will find the local shopkeepers queuing, to my surprise i noted that 60%-80% of the products which had offers were already sold to the Local shopkeeper. When i called the Manager to ask him why the products were not sold in the reliance fresh shop they informed that these products are already sold to the local shopkeepers even before the vehicles arrive & this has been instructed from the head office.

          From that time onward i and few of my neighbors have shifted our loyalty & are presently going to D'Mart stores where hey have limits for product to be taken as a result everyone gets equally.

          Dear Sir

          Today (8.7.13, time 2120Hrs) I purchased some grocery items from Reliance Fresh(UTSA Centre, Rajarhat, Kolkata 700101). The billing person Sh Sukhdev Ghorai attended one customer who was not in queue. Some senior citizens were also standing in the queue and waiting for their turn but the person making bills had no regard for them. When I told him that this is not right, he started giving explanations rudely. His behaviour was arrogant and he was seeing as if he wants to hit me.

          I am purchasing grocery from this store for last one year but have not seen such rude behaviour from employee. I wanted to talk to Store Manager on duty but he was not available. His assistant came but could not instruct him.

          This type of service is not expected from Reliance Fresh. Please investigate the matter and take suitable action before such people affect the performance in highly competitive market.

            I purchsed a packet of ground nut oil (Safal)on 29.03.2008. The MRP printed on the packet is Rs.83/. Reliance Fresh, Vidyaranyapura branch, Banalore 560097 has chrged Rs. 86/. I have got the relevant bill also. Are the retailers allowed to charge above MRP ?

            Reliance Fresh — Charging above MRP

            I had been to buy some food stuffs from Reliance fresh vasant vihar outlet along with my friend and was surprised to know that the labels on the racks were indicating prices higer than MRP.we wanted to buy Dhara Kacchi Ghani oil from there and the price indicated on the tetra pack was 102 as MRP.However the price on rack was 105 and also when we had gone to get billed the figure was 105.

            Surprised with such a approach by Reliance.I have taken all photographs to support my complaint.

              I purchased 5Kg Reliance Atta and on the shelf it was written (if you buy 5kg Reliance attaa 1 kg reliance atta is free) while billing I did not notice and paid the amount and went, on reaching home I notice that they have charged for 1kg atta also which should have been free. I went back to store and informed the supervisor. He told he is sorry they forgot to remove the promo offer board. On asking to refund he refused aslo on asking to give his manager's no he told he does not know. For their mistake customer is unnecessarly paying.If this happens in US or UK for eg WalMart of ASDA or TESCO they would have refunded the full amount and given the item free for their mistake.
              I never expected this kind of response form such a branded superstore.
              I do not know how to complaint..

                I am very much disappointed with the services proided by both the reliance stores in chandigarh. The approach of dealing with customers is totally unprofessional not only this there are less countres and most of them are not working and their is a big queue t the working counter. The staff is not at all provided the basic treaining of dealing with the customers. The card issued at one is refused at the other store and no proper reasons for that. The staff is not at all helpful and even the products are of old date.
                Necessary action in these issues will be highly appreciated.

                  I am Kailash Mohta, age 58, resident of Indore (MP). I had bought 2 kg @ Rs 240/kg of Jeera from Reliance Fresh on 14th March, 2008. But on 20th March, 2008 I found that at other retail stores the same product is available @ Rs 140/- only. Then I contacted the concerned person Mr. Vijay Bharti and the store Manager (who refused to tell his name) via telephone and requested him to interchange the above item to some other item but he refused there itself than I went to come to the stores. I have even presented a letter to the manager and requesting him to change the items but he refused to change the goods, accept the letter and even used his power to force-fully push me back. The other customers who were purchasing at that time said me that "Reliance fresh officer’s doesn’t know how to behave with customers". Few of them gave their contact numbers and said that if I need their help when I fire a legal complaint against them.

                  Their staff did not even considered my age and started taking very rudely and said "whatever you can do, do it and go away from here"

                  At this point I would like to share my other good experience with Pantaloons. Last year I have bought a shirt from Pantaloons, Hyderabad for gifting. After 2 months, at Indore I found that the shirt was of size 40'' and that person was using 42''. I went to their Indore showroom and explained them the entire matter. They said by looking at the code that this shirt is not from Indore but it’s of Pantaloon and they changed it without a single word. Today, I salute to their company after this incident.

                  I am a responsible citizen of my city and here from more than 40 years and have not seen this kind of behaviour in my entire life. It’s not the matter of money but it’s about the respect of customer. I can’t understand Mr Mukesh Ambani's retail chain had recruited literate people at these stores or he has gone for cheap officers.

                  I am an Industrialist and running my company named "Mohta Cables" from last 26 years and my experience says that "Today, customer is GOD". I have mentioned on my company’s' website www.mohtacables.com that "any of my customers who have purchased from us in last 26 years and have any kind of dis-satisfaction (so I know what’s marketing) than kindly contact us even if they have last their bill then to they will be considered" and till date I have not received any single complaint. From next time I will never go these kinds of big stores who do not know how to behave with customers.

                  So request all customers who buy from Reliance fresh that only few items at there stores are very cheap and they cover more than that in other products, kindly check the prices from other stores before purchasing from here.

                  If any of you have Reliance customer care email id, mail id than kindly inform me so that I can convey my voice to the top management does not know how there company's goodwill is effected by few of their irresponsible employees.

                  I am completely agreed with your point. I would like to tell everybody out there, that Reliance Fresh is the most worst shopping place i have ever been in my life. I had a very bad experience with it. The staff is so misbehaving, that one must think before going there each time. I would like to draw this to everybody's attention that dont expect good service, good product or most importantly good servicing staff, they r going to abuse you for every thing u do there. They r just ridiculous, misbehaving, and Non-sense employees (sp the billing staff). They just dnt knw hw to give respect their customer. I think they must learn that the customer is the king and should not be annoyed at any cost.. But i was so shocked to see the behaviour of the staff of the store at New Delhi (C block Janak Puri). I think some strict action should be taken against these misbehaving staff otherwise, it could lead to a very drastic situation for the retail customers.
                  I went reliance fresh store at G T Karnal Road, Near Shakti nagar telephone exchange, In front of True value Maruti show room. I have selected items of Rs. 1000/- approx. and asked for billing through my credit card. They have refused to accept my payment option due to non availability of paper roll in credit card machine. They have wasted my time. Kindly take necessary action against the concern persons.

                    I am regularly shopping in Reliance Fresh, A. A. Road, Gnanaolivupuram, Madurai. After the billing, when the payment is given, if any change to be given to the customer it is not given. On 7th March 2008 Time 21.26.26, ( CO109 #0287 SO2577 - Card No. [protected]). I purchased items for Rs.59.50 (after rounding). When I gave Rs.60/- the balance 50p was not given back. For me this type of cheating is happening 6th time in the same REliance Fresh Shop. Many customers are facing the same problem and scolding the persons in the counter. Some time the staff who is in the cash counter talk like a Town bus conductor with the customer for the same balance 50 paise, I do not know who is enjoying the money.

                    I am regularly shopping in Reliance Fresh, Bibikulam, Madurai.Most of the time debt card machine can't working regularly, .! Many customers facing the same problem again and again, .!
                    I wanted to share with you the bad experience that I had in Reliance Fresh which is in Thirunagar, Madurai.

                    I am the regular customer for reliance fresh. Every week ends I will go there and purchase.

                    When I was there on 8th March, 2009, all sales person are running to one area to take hot packs.

                    They are giving rush in the pay counter and taking each person has taken 4 or 5 hot packs them self.

                    After that I came to know that suddenly one offer has come it seems…. So they wanted to avail that offer.

                    Its ok.. but, somebody actually came there and asked for that hot pack, they told everything has been sold and

                    They didn’t bother about customers.

                    Most of them felt sad and left from that place.

                    Some times their response was not good.
                    I purchase all branches in madurai.Every branch got 3 or 4 cash counters.But cash received many more time only one counter. Customers waiting for several minutes.Staffs can"t response customers.In munichalai branch dvd & tv play back volume is very high level like puplic political meeting.a/c not working for 2pm to 6pm.
                    I am a customer of Reliance Fresh Annanagar, Madurai. For the past 4 days i am trying to buy coconut oil (either Parachute or V V D) but it is not available, also i have informed to the staffs to indent the same. No one is ready to listen. For the 4 days i am visiting the counter twice in a day to buy the same, i have confirmed with the staffs about the non availabilty. They have replied me, to come everyday to the supermarket just to visit like a EXHIBITION and not to buy anything.
                    yesterday i went reliance super here in madurai chokkikullambranch to buy material around 2500rups
                    they told me they will send the material by home delivery but more than 24 hours they did not send
                    that material morning i ask they not give any responsble answer and there is no any manager always manager not avialble . i did not seen any super market like reliance no good organiciation no manager no any superior to listion problem of customers .
                    reliance is the very big concern but the staff of supermarket and other petrolbunk they do not no how to satisfying the customers because this for time pass job.
                    because ambani group have lot of money they not consider the small money
                    i m living at present in londoon and if i have to give aoder from here to delivery to my parents in madurai how i have to order the product and pay is that posible .if so then please send me all the details how i can apply to my request.

                      Myself Sandeep Kansal, a resident of Mahipur...... I generally used to purchase all consumable items from Big stores like Big Applie , Mega martetc and as in month of Jan,2008 ..a retail outlet start worknig in mahipalpur from Reliance and i had a very good impression of Name and fame of relaince and blindly i visited that store on 26th february 2008 and purchase some goods from there that include 10 Kg pack of Wheat flour packed with name "Ram Bhog ATTA" and whn next day we tried ...itstaste was so bad and even it started creating Throat problem but i thought that it may be due to some other reason butnext day also same problem was there and ecen my cook also realised that some mixing is there in the Flour and it is not upto standard quality .....
                      When we took over that flour back to relaince store .... first response we got was that it is not due to Flour qualitty as it is a standard quality product...but when we asked to keep that as sample ansd to make a Lab testing of that and even we dont want refund or replacement in regard of that .... then person who was there on the counter guided me to carry it back as they cannt keep it with them and can not do anything.

                      When me and my friend asked bout the Complaint form then scenarion was somewht like this:-

                      1) No customer complaint Form was available at the store.
                      2) In name of customer Feedback register,they have a simple register having no book number, no serial number etc mean if somebody want to remove that page no one can track that there was any page also. I am sure that no one reads that feedback form.more over it has to handed back over to the same supervisor with no assurance that same would be reported.
                      On insisting a lot when that person manage a telephony conversation with Mr. Manish Jain(F.D.M.)... and i told whole scenarion to him then Mr. Jain – (FDM/Area Manger) for the store was shameless and rude and guided to me register the complaint on reliance portal with help of desk boy but no registration number they can provide for that. He agreed that it is common with all Reliance Fresh stores across and is part of company Policy and he is helpless in this.

                      When i asked that some confirmation of the complaint must have to be there.....he replied very rude that its a big company like reliance that can never deal in paper work .....

                      I WANT TO ASK ..THAT IN INDIA MOST OF THE CUSTOMERS IN RELIANCE FRESH STORES WILL BE FROM NON IT FIELD AND IT MAY BE POSSIBLE THAT HE/SHE MAY BE ILLITRATE PERSON ...i.e. THEY HAVE NO WAY TO REGISTER THEIR COMPLAINTS.

                      Then Mr. Jain asked me to fill feedback form and to upload it on poratal...next funny thing was waiting for the customer that the person who is there on customer help desk..does not know from where and how to operate the portal. He was unable to register that complaint.
                      More over that person was unable to give customer care number or any other helpline number at first step but after insisting a lot and after almost waiting for half an hour he provided me the customer care number.

                      I just want to awake the customers that before purchasing any thing from Reliance think at least 10 times as if the quality will not be upto the mark you have to loose money as well as you have to listen a lot from their manager side as i think its a prt of their training.

                      So its my duty to inform all Indians and next is their own wish............

                      myself pushpendra resident o[censored]daipur(sector 3) yestarday on 07/05/08 visited reliance fresh sector 3 to buy some fruits.
                      there in order to get the bill of 1 kg of graps firstly i was made to wait for 30-35 min and when it reached my turn then also the cashier there denied to attend me as he saw his known ones next to me and upon argue he replied so rudely and misbehaved in front of other customers.his exact words were ''kya aadmi hai ' 'sedhee tarikee se khadaa rehna nahi aataa kya'
                      i want to bring the matter in knowledge of senior authorities of reliance fresh because of
                      1.misbehave n misconduct with customers:the type of language used by the cashier 'KAMLESH ' his attitude as if he is CEO in reliance fresh no MAY I HELP U SIR, SORRY, WELCOME, nothing doin instead rebuke wd rude reply.
                      2 no one to stand for customers : on going to senior staff members Mr.PANERI (supervisor) and COMMERCIAL HEAD there
                      they attend me but with only to do formility & when i asked to call the cashier they replied that they had scolded him and avoid his appearence their otherwise i would have made the matter more clear, more or less they were not bother about my complaint.
                      3 lack of warm welcome:the doorkeeper used to sit on stool partly awake rather than stand for receiving customer to open and close the door
                      staff standing with arms folded and chewinggum or pan masala in mouth
                      4 sense of irresponsibility in senior staff :
                      commercial head inspite of calling the cashier on the spot in front of me was rather teaching me that they expect the customers to come sincerely and silentely, purchase items, get the bill and go.but didnt even once took my complaint as sincere feedback of mine which are invisible assests for any organisation
                      hope the senior authirities will look upon as it will not only help the reliance fresh sector 3 to attain the standard compatible to what set or laid by FRESH authorities but will setisfy me a regular customer of being heard .
                      These are my complaints about Reliance fresh vasant vihar, thane Maharashtra
                      1Stale products are not replaced by fresh ones before opening the store. So twice the milk i bought was spoiled, the cut vegetabls were rotten apples were not good when i had bought them at11am
                      2 Not every time it is possible to revisit the store the same day.to exchange those.
                      3 All the eggs once were of beyond the expiry date After bringing it to their notice the reply was "Sorry"
                      4Change (coins of 1, 2or even 10)is not available most of the time so customers are forced to buy unwanted products.
                      5Nobody is available at the counter most of the time or only one counter is open so waste of time
                      5No use giving complaints in the drop box.

                      I have also very bad experiance with Reliance Fresh. They are cheating to customers in curse of quality & Price also. last week i visited one of delhi R- fresh outlet and i purchased some household & grossery items when checked bill price with printed MRP of pack i was surprised that the Bill was more than MRP. after pointing out by me then counter person changed rate of some items. it means they thought Indian are blinds will pay whatever we charges. Reliance is one of the most group which contributing India's economy and such type of groups handling the way of cheating to customers then what we should say about smaller retailers.
                      according to me the licence of that Outlet should be cancelled i have already send letter to MRP Act office and customer court in the interest of the Public.
                      I think they build such big business empire using the money from our pocket. Its shameless for them. not at all after objecting me the supervisor was there he was not ready to accepet my complain and not agree that they are making money with chetaing by customers

                      Management should take hard step to mention image of Sh Dhirubahi Ambani.

                      Eggs — quality and irresponsible behaivour of supervisours

                      This is Aditya Sharma (software Engn) your reliance fresh customer kholar BHOPAL.I have a great disappointment from ur customer service at reliance fresh. As for today i bought two boxs of eggs from ur outlet and they turned out to be rottened second time as before i bought the same eggs 3 days back and for my surprise when i went to complaint about this to your supervisour turned out as an irresponsible person by saying that he can't break each egg and see them before selling them. As on my request that next time can he check eggs that they are up to the mark, he said he cant help much on that. As Reliance fresh is India's one of the best goods selling outlet this type on quality and service is not expected from your esteemed company.I have great setback on this type of quality and irresponsiblity at your end which may result me in not using your outlets anymore.                       I am a regular consumer of reliance fresh, prashanth nagar, Uppal since it was inaugurated. For the past 3, 4 months the regular vegetables are not at all available on saturdays and sundays.
                      I was told by the consumer executive there that they are available at 8 a.m. sharp and 11.00 a.m. sharp. But when ever I have visited the fresh the items are not at all available at those times.
                      Most of the consumers who are employees prefer to buy vegetables on saturdays and sundays and store it . If it is repeated we are forced to go to the local market and purchase it. Your executives should watch the quantities and fill it up regularly which they are failing to do.
                      I am visiting regularly newly opened Reliance Fresh at Sion Circle, Mumbai. Many times I have seen rotted cut vegetables in the shelves. No one is bothered about customers. Poor customer service. Regarding vegetables, most of the racks are empty. No fresh stock of vegetables. Regarding price, I regularly buy crispy apples at Rs. 70/- per Kg from local fruit vendor and in Reliance it is Rs. 100/- per Kg.

                      I just want to know, whether introductory cheaper rates are marketing gimmicks to grab customers from buying vegetable cart vendors? I am absolutely satisfied with the service provided by my nearby vegetable vendor.

                      But, I appreciate the variety of vegetables with nominal price offered by Sahakari Bhandar, Kings Circle, Matunga which is taken over by Reliance.

                      Reliance Fresh need to work on over prce, quality & customer service.
                      I agree with almost all the complaints and not satisfied regarding products quality. Another thing is Rel Fresh Shops are very poorly administered in general. Im a resident of Kilpauk area at Chennai and trying to redeem the points accumulated on my membership card since last 1 month and every time I get the replies like printer not working, vouchers stock is over etc. The shop Manager is quite unfriendly and ignorant about the complaints. Even on website there in no customer care support to lodge the complaints. Very irresponsible and insincere attitude from the brand RELIANCE towards customer.

Using my HDFC debit card last month (4th Aug) i purchased some groceries for Rs 1016 at Reliance Fresh Madurai -Tamilnadu.Unfortunately reliance staff put twice a card in the machine and debit 2 times. (My A/c was 2 times debited). The branch manager told within 1 week your A/C will be credited. But 50 days gone upto now my A/C not credited.
                      I contact Branch manager many times regarding this issues, but he is not responding well.

                      I agree with almost all the complaints registered till now and I am not satisfied with most of the un known brands products quality. In general Rel Fresh Shops are very poorly administered. The shop Manager is quite unfriendly and ignore if any complaints are made about their products / services.

                      I agree with all the complaints above. Myself I am Chaitra from Banglore. I regularly used to visit a reliance fresh mart in KHB colony banglore. In the same way I visited it yesterday also. I brought 6 packets of American Sweet corn each of 200 gms. When I reached home and opened it it was completely rotten. There was no good response from them they took one complaint in a ledger and they dint even refund my money or not even gave exchange for it. I really from today will never visit a reliance mart from today.
                      In the name of a company established with lot of hard work and honesty by late Dhirubhai jee, some people are now selling name for making profit. Reliance fresh outlet is a bright example of that. It is where a customer can have a altogether different experience that he will no more rely on branded names.

                      I have been a observing really bad customer service and rude staff at the billing counter in reliance fresh, Sion.
                      Though they have 3 billing counter only one of them is function and Mr Nilesh Pawar the person at the counter has been utterly rude and unhelpful on 3 ocassions.
                      I have given a written complaint to the supervisor but no action has been taken.

There was an offer OFF Rs. 51 at purchasing of Rs. 1100/- but they did not give me that offer. I went back to store and informed the supervisor. He told he is sorry they forgot to give the offer.                       i stay in cuttack and i did my sip under Reliance Fresh for 3 month and i saw that R.F service is absolutely good. Their CSA are good
                      I fully agree to what has happened with the you, along with that its a general phenomena in all the reliance fresh store that, only oneor two CASH COUNTER ( point of sale) would be working and rest all the counter will be shut, cos of that we need wait in queues for a long time, some times even more than 30 mins.
                      I dont understand what sort of service thy are providing, if it takes 2 mintues to pick a product and 30 minutes to bill that.

                      When I asked to whom can I contact for this, again they routed me to the same crap complain register, which I reckon is of no use.

                      I am a constant purchaser of home utilities from retail outlets. But today I became the subject of a consumer harassment from the supervisor of a megastore namely 'Reliance Fresh'. I had bought a Vim bar (quantity: 1) taken from the shelves of the so-called consumer friendly outlet. When billed it was billed as a quantity of 3 as Rs.43. It was because the bar to be sold as a three pack was sold loose. And I mentioned to the cashier that a Vim bar never costs more than 15 rupees and compared it with a Vim bar of same weight. They never returned the cash though it was not our mistake they said I have get goods worth Rs. 43 in exchange for THEIR mistake. I told them this not how they should treat customers but the supervisor told me that I can do whatever I want outside the retail outlet and he too knew how to tackle me(by the means of roughening me up). I was never given MY money back rather was sent out of the shop having paid for three bars of Vim.. So much for talking polite to the supervisor and pointing out their mistake is this how they cheat on us regular buyers??? They were harassing me saying numerous reasons.. Are we people to get harassed like this with no value for the hard-earned money we paid??

                      I have purchased 3 packets of relience milk at the relience fresh outlet which was dated 12.08.09. and boileld on the same day but the milk turned waste as the bad quality milk beeing sold.

                      When I asked the person who is responsible, he said that he is not resposible and the milk quality was ok.
                      Me, Satya, from Kaggadasapura/DRDO, Bangalore, a regular visitor of Reliance Fresh in this locality (located at Kaggadasapura Main Road near DRDO next to Pizza Hut), agree with all the complaints till now. The basic summary is

                      1) Poor Administration: (Might vary for individual outlet)
                      a) Help desk people, billing people - need training on ENGLISH, basic manners and card swapping.
                      b) Refilling mechanism need improvement for the shelves where item is over.
                      c) Less Number of Staff/counter to handle the rush leading avg 30 mins wait time on wkend
                      d) Free/Charged Home Delivery service which is quite cocmmon in Bangalore is REALLY BAD

                      2) Poor Company Policy: (Seems aplicable for all outlets)
                      a) Promoting reliance branded items by not keeping wide range of other known popular brands.
                      b) Replacement policy is not customer friendly
                      c) Poor Cusotmer Care (phone) and no Customer Care(Web)-on spot help desk is miserable
                      d) Freshness/Quality of Fruits and Vegetables are debatable (compared to road side small vendors)
                      e) No grievence addressing mechanism (or even present but not affective)

                      3) Good side: (That is why there is rush in spite of all above bad features)

                      a) Availability of all kind of products under one roof (provided you compromise your preferred brand, provided you compromise quality of vegetable and fruits and provided you are OK to wait in long queue on wkends and last but not least, if you are OK with the replacement policy[check this first beucase you invariable might need it today or tomorrow as I said quality is debatable])

                      b) You have the choice to pick up any quantity (even 1 tomato or 1 green mirch -:) )

                      c) No need to burgain as all are fixed price

                      d) Credit cards accepted

                      e) Reward points available which are reedemable

                      I have been a regular conumer of anik ghee since the past number of years and have always been satisfied about the quality. I purchased a pack of anik ghee (1 kg pack) recently in the first week of september 2009 from Reliance Fresh, Shastri Nagar, Delhi - 110052. After purchasing the product I did not care to retain the bill since the products are generally used by consumers as and when required. Yesterday (i.e. on 14.9.2009) when the pack was opened for consumption we noticed that a foul sour smell was cominmg out of it. The Batch No. of the product is E03B336, manufactured in June 2009. I took the pack as it is to the Reliance Fresh outlet from where it was purchased by me on the next date itself i.e. on 15.9.2009. However, Mr. Ajay (Customer Care Representative) refused to take back the product since I did not retain the bill. I though asked him to verify the computer records so that it can be easily assertained through the Bar Code on the pack that the same was purchased from the saidf outlet of reliance, but he refused to do so on one pretext or the other. I was dissapointed, hence this mail. In today's senario of India consumer satisfaction is the most important for the business groups like reliance & anik, (specially when it comes to products of consumption like Desi Ghee). I therefore restrain myself from any further complaints and invovlement of media etc. in the matter for the time being so that necessary action may be takenb on your behalf at the earliest.                       today on 22nd nov.2009, i purchased two packs of heritage curd(200 gram each). when i opened these packets at home smell and curd was bad smelled and very bad. although the expiry date was 24th nov. 2009. so i took the bad material to the shop and showed to them. at first they told me that this cant happen. then they called the manager and manager told me that this is heritage product and we r not responsible to this. i have doubt that the place where they r keeping these milk products is not cool sufficient bcoz it has happened not once with me but thrice . and this time only i brought this thing in their notice and they shown irresponsible.

                      Hi myself Fahad working in Dubai as Sales Manager with Debenhams. These days i m in india for my vacation. today i faced an issue with the Relinace Fresh which was a sign o[censored]ntrainned staff and poor mgmt.
                      My wife visted and suffered alot for all the following reasons.

                      a) Help desk staff, till point staff - need training on ENGLISH, basic manners and card swapping.

                      The Rule is simple and clear that Customer is always right.

                      Our Co. do work and invest on these matters where it comes to customer becoz its a matter of word of mouth.

                      Reliance is new to the sector of retail and need professional pple to run the org.

                      I have done a major mistake by buying clothes worth Rs 1500/- for my fiance as a valentines gify from Reliance.
                      Since it was a gift it was a surprise for my fiance. Unfortunately the shirt and the T shirt that i gave him diodnt fit him . I bought these items on the the 7th Feb 2010. I went to exchange the stuff yesterday but it was the worst and the miserable experience i have evr had in my life. The customer relation team had such a casual attitutude. they were also very rude along with the customer realton manager to my surprise Mr. Rahul Gaikwad. My invoice is lost and i wanted to exchange i requested time and again to please generate a duplicate invoice of that date as i had the labels and the bar codes of all the three garments.

                      But not even for once did they attempt instead they started arguing me as to you should have confirmed the size before buying. how can a L size T shirt not fit you are lying and dont waste our time please leave the store we cannot do anything.
                      I am also from the service industry i dont speak to my customers like this.
                      I am a customer relation Manager for Mercedes Benz passenger cars, but have never taken such humilation in my life I would have preserved the bill if i had intensions of exchanging, but now that it dose not fit i feel my entire decision of buying was wrong.

                      The team was entirely united and refused to even listen to my say they say that even if the garment is 3 month old we will exchange it if you have the bill.

                      I mean y dose one need the bill to prove that the product is from their store these people agree that the product is from their store then what is the damn problem in exchanging.
                      I canntot take such humilation from these people and Reliance fresh customer team is purely there to harass customers rather than satisfying them.

                      Hi I totally agree with the comments given. I had a very bad experience yesterday at one of the stores of reliance fresh at Dilshad Colony, East Delhi..The staff does not have the antiquates to speak to customers. I had asked the cashier a very simple question of why does not he ask for Reliance card before he generates the bill as I had always lost my points whenever I shop because by the time you take your card out the bill is already generated. When I questioned them they he responded back so rudely as if he is a gunda governing the company & there is no manager available when you ask them.
                      This has not been the first instance the way the store has been managed is very hopeless. It is very untidy inside & most of the time I have seen rotten vegetables & fruits inside the fresh ones. This shows how reliance fresh is been managed. Its totally a mismanagement issue & needs to be taken by reliance on a very serious note.Hope to hear from reliance.

                      RelianceOne Fresh Store at Charmwood Village Surajkund Haryana is a disgrace to
                      the Reliance name. Poor quality/exrired/wilted/rotting food products are sold, including expired eggs. No heed paid to complaints. Some routine/regular products
                      (which are available from the mom & pop stores) are also not stocked, making a mockery of the big format store(forget Walmart).
                      Teller machines don't work, AC, nothing works most of the time. Offering products(poor quality) at the cheapest(!) price has never worked for anyone. emails sent to RIL and reliance one have bounced back. Obviously they don't care for the customer.
                      RIL moto appears to be only to make money-which won't work if they do not pay attention to quality.

                      THIS RELIANCE FRESH STORE IS LOCATED IN THE EDAPALLY TOLL BUS STOP JUST IN FRONT OF THAAL RESTAURANT….
                      I along with my friend spent around 20 minutes and shopped our requirements, and when our turn for billing came, the employee there rejected to bill our items instead he behaved very rudely and started billing the other customer, without even informing us about the reason why he had done so…..we even asked him to bill ours, but he never bothered to respond us…..
                      Is this the value that a organization like reliance retail chain is providing to its customer??? we even talked with the store manager, but it wasn’t satisfied…..he told that the employee is just a boy and the billing machines are not working properly…..is these the problem of customer or the store…..
                      It’s not a good job done by the reliance fresh to decline the billing of the customer who waited in the queue for 20 minutes to get the turn…..utterly disappointed with this behavior and hope some action is taken…..

                      Last night, we visited Relience Fresh on Arcot Road, Chennai.They are miss leading people on the discount on product price.They have mentioned the discounted rates on the shelves on which they have kept their products,but while billing they are charging exactly the same amount as MRP.

                      We purchased commodity at Reliance fresh ( Vidyaranyapura , Bangalore ) on 6.2.12.The actual purchase bill was Rs.5081.37 but the deduction on credit card has happened 3times all related to the same outlet within a span of 12minutes. Your vegetables are not of the highest quality on the whole, except for tomatoes, bananas and sometimes other veggies and fruits. your quality control department is badly slipping up and needs to drastically improve. in your Delight section, the prices of fish are high compared to elsewhere and the quality average. kindly upgrade your services to ensure better customer satisfaction and automically boost company business.
                      you definately need a lot more space in your seawoods store. your checkout tills are undermanned. a lot of time is wasted for people who have a few things to buy.
                      Very poor & horrible attitude towards customer service
                      I'm Sanjay Sharma resident at Shahdara Delhi. On 06/06/2012 at 2000 hrs paid visit (first time) to reliance fresh outlet located on Babarpur road Shahdarai (Delhi). I found the services at said outlet were far far away from the expectations of customer. Out of two cash counters only one was functional, the operator of second counter was leisurely chatting with the outlet's guard owing to which customers standing in a long queue were getting irritated. Even on repeated request he did not pay any heed to the request of customers. Situation became worst when the staff namely Pawan Kumar was attending out of turn to the personnel known to him. Again the customers who were in the queue objected the same but he did not alter his behaviour. Ultimately I asked for the complaint register in order to endorse the complaint against the staff. Staff on duty took ample of time to produce the register. I made a written complaint in the stated register but I'm having my doubt that any senior official of Reliance Fresh would see the complaint lodged by me. Why am I having this apprehension? - because no action had been initiated against the delinquent on earlier complaints available in the stated register. this time also I'm not having much of hope for any action but being an aware customer posting this comment with the hope that the concerned officials of Reliance Fresh would wake up and initiate some remedial measures to avoid re-occurance of such incidents in the outlets of Reliance Fresh.                       i have worst experience with reliance fresh ..., the branch of reliance fresh near subhash chowk besides A-one school ahmedabad Gujarat ... they have very bad customer service, , today i purchased apples 1 kg apples and i weight it near the product weight measuring machine, , it shows the weight1.018kg and per kg its prize was 165rs and they according to these 169rs i have to pay ... but they charged me 212.52 ... its prize for 1.283kg ...
                      so they cheated by adding some additional weight on payment counter weight machine ... as i pay attention on it and make them realized there mistake they are trying to making me full by saying that's what my computer shows ... as i ask them for recheck the wight is shows the 1.026kg on two different counter... but they are still refusing to give refund . and sending me one counter to another and not giving me attention . at last as i was Angry they give me refund memo ... and they was forcing us take take any other thing instead n waste my time . so please don't go to reliance fresh and waste your time .
                      Reliance fresh thrives just because there is no other competitor to dominate and in our area MKB Nagar there is very bad customer service and the employees treat customers very badly…I wish there is someone as powerful as Reliance open up a shop with proper customer service!
                      hi my name is Rohit and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com few days back i visited a store of reliance fresh in milap nagar near uttam nagar east metro station and i found the store in a pathetic condition and the as reliance is such a big brand and the conditions were directly giving open invitation to food safety issues
                      a) Help desk people, billing people - need training on ENGLISH, basic manners and card swapping.overall the billing procedure was to slow.

                      b) Refilling mechanism need improvement for the shelves where item is over.
                      c) Less Number of Staff/counter to handle the rush leading avg 30 mins wait time on wk end and the condition of the floor was not showcasing the standards of reliance as the floor was full of sand and items drooped by the customers were lying on the floor and no one one was there to clear up.

                      please look into the matter as i was not a regular customer of reliance but just because of the good deals we were being attracted towards the reliance outlet but if the conditions of the store will be so worst i will effect your customers loyalty.

                      I buy Loose Baskati Premium Rice from Reliance Fresh at Netaji Subhash Bose Road, Netaji Nagar, Kolkata. Today when I went to buy the rice I found it filled with bugs and worms, stale and yellow-coloured. The staffers there insisted the rice was ok. When I wanted quality rice for high price which always seems to be rising, the staffers behaved rudely with me and my wife which is becoming a common feature with them these days.
                      I want to share a horrible experience at Reliance Fresh Gokhale Road (Naupada, near Malhar Cinema) and Phoenix Market City Kurla. Both stores have terrible customer care executives and sales staffs, I guess they recruit who ever they get and keep them in their store without any training. I wanted to buy a gift voucher for a client of mine (worth 1000 rs) and went to Reliance Fresh Malhar Talkies Branch. The store is full of ITEMS WITH WRONG SPELLINGS LIKE "CARTAIN" (Curtains), SHART (Shirts)...I guessed what was coming, 5 people took their turns to get the GIFT VOUCHER but failed...they just couldnt do the billing...I was waiting for more than one hour along with other angry customers...but lastly they FAILED and told me to visit another reliance store...

                      After 5 days I visit the reliance store in Phoenix Market City Kurla...same thing again, they girl billed me a 1000 rs voucher and told me that IT WILL WORK...Now the best part...I gifted it to a client who uses it in a Reliance Mart and calls me to say that the VOUCHER IS NOT VALID...IT was a total face loss for me...I have no idea what to do now...I have asked the client for the voucher who is sweet enough to say he does not want another...Its a pathetic shop RELIANCE FRESH...THEY SIMPLY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE FOR THEIR MONEY...I AM CLUELESS NOW REGARDING WHAT TO DO FOR MY 1000 RS...

                      Today i have purchased grocery worth Rs 3488 from Reliance fresh shoppee of nirupan shopping mall bhopal. Billing counter person after asked us to give bags for goods . When we asked him d reason he said they dont hav any baga with them. Then we said we will not purchase the goods as how we will carry the goodds. Yh counter fellow and their manaher mr. Chouhan asked us to pay for goods and they will arrange for bags. When we paid the amount they simply showed their inability to prpvide bags and we have to arrange for caarying all grocerry. Its a very embaraasing and pathetic experience. Please before buying grocery chk gor availibility of carry bags. The manager and staff where least bothered abt our position. Will nrver ever visit reliance fresh again
                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am a permanent customer of esteemed Reliance fresh since last 2 yrs.
                      Since last 3 days I am finding the swipe machine of Reliance fresh, Saraidhela, Dhanbad, Jharkhand is not in working order resulting dissatisfaction amongst valuable customers. Many a times customers return back due to non availability of swipe machines.If we compare retail shop like BIG BAZZAR, every time, swipe machines are available in working order & there is no dissatisfaction amongst customers.
                      While asking with staff (Shri Modak) & Manager of your branch, their answer was lethargy & I am not convinced with the reply of Manager.
                      The talking behaviour is surprizingly in wrong direction affecting the relationship with valuable customers.
                      I request you to make a surprize visit to your shop for clarifying my suggestion/comment.

                      Hope suitable action will be taken at the earliest so that you will not loose valuable customers.

                      1.Milk pocket is not good.
                      2.Reliance customer card is not properly working.

                      Guys stop buying products from reliance. This is cheating the customers in the name of quality. No one is there to take action on them and no government officers visit this store for quality check. I stopped to buy the goods from reliance.

                      The worst strore to purchase your grocery from is Reliance Fresh. They are opposite to their name. We had 3 worst experiences post which we have decided never to vist it again. Want to undertsnad from someone if we can legally sue them.
                      The issue we faced today is that they adverstise saying they except Sodexo however after billing they say it is only for "ready to eat products" and definition of ready to eat is not clear. As per them Butter is ready to eat however biscuits or chocolates is not ready to eat stuff.
                      Can they be suied legally?

                      My name is Puneet Anand i live in New Delhi and i am the regular customer of reliance fresh but this time i am completely dissatisfied with the service provided by reliance fresh store. I purchased flour from the store and which is of very low quality when i informed reliance fresh store about this they completely show no response towards my issue if i will not get a feedback for my complaint then this would be my last visit to the store.

                      Being a big store in odisha, the bomikhal store has no respect and adequate service towards customer. They will provide service as per their convenience. Both manager and employees shows quite adament attiattitude. If you are going to buy be patience. ..they will serve you according to their priority. Just for sake of name but otherwise they don't know how to provide service. Only concern about how to take credit as a big store

                        I am a resident of Chennai and (used to) be a regular shopper at Relaince Fresh - Porur store besides in other areas. I would share my experience & would advise you to be cautious while shopping at this Stores
                        i) Overcharging –
                        a.Bill price higher than M.R.P
                        ii) Schemes by Manufacturer
                        a.Mentioned on product packaging are not offered at billing counters & communicated that scheme is not valid for...
