Sir, yesterday, 16th June 2009, i had visited reliance fresh at mahalakshmi layout in Bangalore with my family. first of all there are no price displayed for most of the products on the racks. many places the price tags has just been staked together some where, so customer has go thru and find out the prices. then at the counter i noticed a customer have been shouting about the price of mosumbi, the price was showing too high in the billing screen. since i was also carrying mosumbi i rushed back to the rack and checked the tag. i found it is Rs.29.90. when my turn came the boy in counter told me before he was cheking the weight of mosumbi 'sir it is Rs. 80.00 per kg.' then i asked him to check it in the screen, he refused to do. then after again i had asked, when he enterd the price of mosumbi is Rs. 29.90. but he was not entering that price, insteed he was enering the orange price it was Rs.80.00. he refused to click on mosumbi. he argued with me it is not mosumbi, it is orange. then i asked him call the store manager. then somebody came and he was also arguing with me it 'orange' not mosumbi. then asked him to ckeck the rack and he was trying convince me it is orange. since there was no orange availble in the rack and its mention there mosumbi finaly he agreed to make bill on mosumbi rate. it was fine!!!
But how many customers may be got cheeted like this whole day, days, weeks...on many of the products. since they dont display any price tags on the rack, they can put any price at the billing time. mostly nobody checks, they just pay and leaves the place. i think it is really a offence. over that the AC was not working peaople been sweating badly...too hot...may be they had displayed "hot offer" every where in the shop...
i would request you, please look in to this...it may be happenning to many customer at many palces.

Reliance Fresh — Worst Customer experience
Hi,I & my family were regular customer of Reliance Fresh for our daily usage products. I am saying "WERE" because after today we will not buy any products in Reliance.
On 22 May 2011 I bought Ear Bud box from Reliance Fresh, then when I went out and checked outside in a Medical store I got the same ear bud box for much cheaper, so I bought it from Medical store and went immediately hardly 5 minutes later then the Manger said it is closing time and asked me to come next day. When I went next day he started saying that it was late and I asked you to come next day to give clarification. What kind of A***** manager he is, he asked Customer to come back tomorrow to give clarification that we are not taking the item return.
This is worst customer experience I ever had, there are small retail shops near my home who take the products return when we ask and being such a huge company which is wide spread across all over India. It is real shame to Reliance company.
I'm planning to buy all my family products from either Total or Big Bazaar moving forward.
