My Name is Gopakumar Panicker. On Thursday 8th july 2010, at 10.00pm, I made a purchase from Reliance Fresh Mahatma Nagar, Nashik, Maharashtra. The bill amount was Rs.179.20. I made the payment through my Axis Bank Debit card. The staff at the counter swipped my card 3 times, saying there was some problem with thier system. Then I made the payment by cash. Now my bank statement shows that one out of the three swipe was hit and an amount of Rs.179.20 was debited from my bank account. I went to the store next day with the bank slip and reliance bill. I explained the case to the staff and he took the slip and bill and assured the amount will be debited back to my account with 24 hours. I again visited the store on Monday12th and took a follow up on the matter with the same staff. He took my name and contact number and convinced me that it will be credited and that he would call me. Till today, the amount has not been credited.

    I Got my two wheeler Insured from Reliance Fresh Outlet. At that time their Printer was not working properly so the printout was not clear. They said they will issue a duplicate copy when their printer gets right. I took it Lightly and never bothered about it. after 3-4 months i got caught in Police Checking where they refused to accept the Insurance due to print quality and made me pay the fine.
    I then went to the same outlet for getting a copy of that policy. The lady at he counter said our system is down and i will need to check back next week. I did the same when i went next week she said the ICICI is not installed and took my number to call me back. She never called me back. I keep on going their twice a month and she kept on giving Excuses. after four months she said that i will have to go to ICICI's office to get a duplicate copy of my insurance Policy.

    My question is why should i go to ICICI for my policy if i bought it through Reliance Fresh And i[censored]ltimately i have to go tho ICICI why dint she told me this when i asked for it 4 months back.
    Would suggest Consumer not to buy insurance policies through Relliance Fresh.

      It is very sorry to inform that I faced a very bad situation in billing counter on today. Out of 10 billing counters only one counter was open at 14.45hrs. The opened counter person also was standing idle by expecting somebody's items to purchase. I asked him to cancel the items which he had entered instead of waiting and continue with others billing part. He disagree and we were waited for 25 minutes to overcome the same. I meet the floor supervisor to make some other arrangement. But he was also helpless by saying his people were on lunch brake and I have to wait until the billing person clear off. And at the end i was very much frustrated and left the material over there and went off. This is the first time it is happening like this from such a big enterprises.

        I had a very bad experience today at Reliance Fresh store, Madan Mahal
        jabalpur.There was a 80 % discount offer on bed sheet which i came to know from a lady standing before me. There was no written specifications about the offer in the store and when enquired the SUPERVISOR named MR SANDEEP GUPTA was all the more misguiding me.On futher enquiring from the other staff, one among them told that it is a daily routine with MR SANDEEP GUPTA he give no infomatin about the offers to the customers and give all the benifits to his foreset bulk buyers.
        The offer promised to give bed sheet worth 499/. on 80% discount according to which the bed sheet costed 100/. but MR SANDEEP GUPTA insisted me to pay 120/. for the same. Next he gave excuse of keys not getting installed in the computer and that i will have to wait for another 1 hour and was not ready to give the offer at any cost without letting me wait. On having words with the manager ,MR SUBRATTO BANERJEE i came to know that installing keys was not a problem ,he wished to talk to mr SANDEEP GUPTA to which MR GUPTA refused by giving vague excuse that he is busy with the customer on his counter.

        THE OFFERS FORWARDED FOR THE CUSTOMERS ARE ENCASHED BY THE STAFF MEMBERS ONLY THROUGH IMPROPER CHANNELS......................

          . Offers advertised by Reliance Fresh in news paper, mails and SMS are not honoured. On the 10th of July 2010 it was advertised in a big advertisement in Dainik Bhaskar that Reliance fresh is giving an offer of FREE 1kg Potato and 1 kg onion with Vegetables purchase worth RS 100. I purchased vegetables worth 300. But at the counter (Store at Bhawani Singh Road , Jaipur) they said sorry this offer is not for that store. My time ,and effort was wasted going to the store in my car in difficult traffic. Reliance once spoiled their name when they gave faulty mobile connections and people hung the Reliance Mobile phones on the neck of dogs in desperation. Now Relaince fresh is doing the same. Thats why no one buys Petrol from Relaince outlets. RELIANCEhas spoiled its good name and become a very UNDEPENDABLE and SUSPICIOUS Organisation.

              I purchased Snickers Small chocolate from Reliance Vidyaranyapura.
              I have been seeing the advertisements of snicker price all over Bangalore including bus shelters that they have reduced the price and the price is Rs 15 from the original Rs 20. Thinking that it is Rs 15 I purchased. But while billing it was told that it is Rs 20 only and they are helpless.
              A reputed outlet like Reliance Fresh instead of helping the consumer, are extracting more money than what is prescribed by the manufacturer and marketeer of the chocolate. Pl note that all over in Bangalore including a small shop keeper in Indira nagar selling the chocolate at the revised price of Rs 15 only.
              If they have previous stock, it is their job to get the refund from the company and not to collect more money from the customer. This is grossly against the norms and ethics. I cancelled my 5pcs purchase on account of their charging more and purchased one pc as a proof for their charging more. I have also made suitable entry in the register provided at their store.

                  I am using the old card for all purchase from Reliance Fresh showroom vidyarenyapura Bangalore for the last two years and still my plastic card purported to be send in due course has not been sent still till date for the last three years so Request the same be sent immedately to my address as the card is very bad conditon and it is diffucult to handle and keep always in the wallet.

                    On second day they Stick bill " No Schime is Available "
                    But i found 90% discount scheme on some things on date 27/06 also,
                    and its internal staff is buying it, but they dont show to customer even after asking about the scheme.

                    In short they are cheater

                        Iam your regular customer and I bought good worth Rs.247 on 11.11.11 vide your Bill No.0014. Against this, I have issued my HDFC card, they swiped it twice and payment advice has not come out. But the payment was made against those two swipes. And also issued my ICICI card. Though advice has not come out from the machine, the payments were debited to my respective credit cards. Since the advice has not come out, I had to pay the cash.

                        Kindly check up and reimburse these three payments.

                          Hi,
                          My name is Kaveetha I'm from chennai madiapkkam. Today the most shocking thing I witnessed was that, the worker who cleans the floor cooly came up the rack where the floor cleanser are for sale, she opened one of the bottle of 'DETTOL' floor cleaners pored some onto her hand & started moppin the floor. And if nothing happened she closed the bottle as before for sale I was shocked to see this, not only that she brought her supervisor & showed her that she pored out the liqiud from the bottle, the supervisor was cool she said it was fine, which was more shocking. I couldn't tolerate from anger when I confronted them the supervisor did not have any answer in return she quietly took the bottle away from the rack. I'm sure that it will come back to the rack once I left the shop. I was just imaginign that what if we pay less for a product would they accept it, NO, then why do have to pay money for the products which are already used.......?????????

                            I am an advocate practicing at Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. Some time back I happen to visit my Parent’s house at Hisar. Since some kitchen provision was required, I was asked by my mother to get it from the market. I had heard a lot about RELAINCE FRESH, so I happened to visit Reliance Fresh located at Jindal Mor, model town, hisar. I bought 500 grams of Rawa Suji, made a payment at the counter. Here a horrifying and disgusting experience starts, which I faced at the hands of staff of the store. The price of suji was Rs. 12/- and I paid Rs. 15/- to the dealing hand at the counter. Memo was prepared and instead of Rs. 3, I was handed three nestle éclairs, to which I protested for three reasons. First I could see the change in the cash counter, second the nestle éclair wrapped in red and golden colour is available in market for 50 paise each and is now being offered in exchange of Re.1, third in the memo it is showing the return of rs.3/- and not toffees. I opposed the action of the man at the counter. The person instead of accepting my request, showed his adamancy and compulsion for me to accept the said toffees. I politely requested the man to give me the change lying in the box instead of toffees, but of no use, rather his attitude became arrogant. I asked his name, he refused to disclose the same. I said I don’t want the product, kindly return my money. At this he said, since the invoice has been issued, so there cannot be any going back in the deal. On my further resistance and insistence, the man misbehaved with me and snatched the suji and said toffees from me. I came out of the store and really felt astonished and humiliated that how these people are bringing bad name to Dhirubhai Ambani. The man who is known for his principles and ethics in the business and is a synonym for trust. What a bad experience I had it at the hands of the staff. The invoice is attached. Kindly look into the matter on immediate basis, so that the staff may not misbehave with any other customer.

                              I purchased 2 multi packs of Dove soap from Reliance Fresh, Chirabazar, Mumbai. They have a lebel on the top that lakme sun screen will be given as a free gift.

                              The store has exhausted all the free giftsand are now selling the soaps minus the free gifts. when i complained, they said that it will come, 2 weeks have passed but the store is still selling Dove miltpacks minus the gifts.

                              The store people say that the gifts are over. How can the gifts be over, if the soap is till being sold? It means that the gifts have been stolen. The manager Sabrina is of no help. She is rude and arrogant. The staff are unable to answer how the free gifts have vanished.

                              Is the store paying their employees so poorly that free gifts are being stolen?

                              Reliance Fresh — Non receipt of the offer with the product which was offer in the store

                              today on 9th july 2010, i had purchased a 2kg of surf excel quick wash along with some other product from reliance fresh, Nanganallur, Chennai. I had purchaswed this 2kg just because of an ( one 400 g surf excel bar free with 2 kg) offer. During the billing time I had asked the billing clerk weather the surf excel bar is inside the packet of suf or not. She assured me that the same is with the quick wash 2kg packing. But after unpacking the material, it has found that this said bar was not with the packet. I again gone the store to enquire about this and they told me that these surf excel bar is currently not available in the store and will be gven once it has come.

                              i had these kinds of experience earllier also. Whenever there is an offer or freebies these people will not be given the same.

                              When i ask for a complaint register, the girl give a note book to write the complaint and there not customer feed back for and complaint register maintained by them. These no customer care number displayed even in the store. I try to register a complaint in the ril website, but there also no option for the same.

FRESH STORE, I BOUGHT HALDIRAM PRODUCT AND LABEL ON COUNTER WAS RS. 71 WHEN I GIVE FOR BILL THEY CHARGED PRINT RATE THEN I ASK FOR LABEL PRICE THEY SAID NOW MONEY CAN NOT BE GIVEN BACK AND SAID WORDINGS ALSO " AISA HI HAI AGAR ACHA LAGE TO AOO WARNA HUM KAB KEHTE HAI KI YHA SE PURCHASE KARO" THIS WORDING EXPERIENCE HAS ALSO DONE 2-3 TIMES, SO I M NOT SATISFY BY THEIR WORDINGS & bILLING SYSTEM

                                Monthly requirements of household things are bought from reliance outlet of kolar road, every month from the last two years and every month i buy things something around[protected] Rs. This month also I bought things on 6th June 2010 at 22:16:36. But when I reached home and checked the packet somethings worth Rs. 289.50 was missing, within 10 minutes we informed the outlet about it and they asked us to come the next day but till date nothing has been done. Neither got the things nor the money. My card no is [protected]. Hope you will do the needful at the earliest and revert back at this no [protected].

                                  this is regarding the Reliance Fresh store Gail No. 16 Guru Nanak Nagar Tafazalpura Gurbax Colony Patiala - 147001
                                  i have noticed multiple discrepancy but i am goonna highlight some that need immediate attentions.
                                  1. most of the Produces displayed with price never match with the price on the bill.
                                  2. Few products on the counter will never appear in the billing and have to be dropped at the billing counter
                                  the repeated complaints with the local manager never resolve the issue.
                                  help the customer............!!!!!!!!
                                  hi, i went to reliance fresh naranpura, Shalvik Avenue, since there was no display of the price, i asked the staff there 4 times, finally they gave me a wrong answer. After choosing the fruits and putting then into the bag, at the billing counter the price was 40 rs more than what the staff told me..;;;i went and questioned the staff in question and guess what ? he is laughing at me!!!

                                    i have a temporary reliance money one card since dec 2008.
                                    reliance authorities told me that i will get a new permenant card within 1 month while issuing this temporary card. but yet now i not received one. i had called to the customer care number and had complained about the same twice . i'm very sorry to say that i have not received a good response.

                                    reliance fresh issued reliance one card. the card which they issued since past 5 years back so many points earned are not paying back to customer. cards are only showing every transaction points but when i want to convert it to payment its not happening.they have changed 5 cards simply these cards only useful for showing the points whenever i call customer they do and tell they transfered the points but when i went and ask at the counter they simply telling ur card is not working contact customer care center.
                                    customer care center people simply telling transfered but no use.nobody resolving the issue only giving new cards everytime when points are not transfering.


                                    kindly take the case serious and give my points back and so i can use for purchase.

                                      This is complaint on Relince Fresh outlet at Rajarajeshwarinagar Bangalore. Every morning when fresh vegetables arrive, private vendors and hoteliers flock the outlet and carry away choice vegetables in bulk. Within minutes retail consumers like me are left with rejected and old items. The traders carry away the items in gunny bags. It is observed that some of the bags are not even billed. The store staff have a dealing with the traders.

                                      We have complained to the store manager (Mr. K.P.Satish) several times but this is still being continued. Reliance retail, as the name goes, should serve only small consumers for their daily needs. But giving away most of the quantity of items to unscrpulous vedors defeats the very purpose of this venture.

                                        i want to complaint about the bad dealing of your employe.that is here-you launched the 50% scheme on some products today.i was very happy when i heard about it.but i feel very bad when i took some items from your store and your store's ASM MR.VIKRAM said to me that you can not take any discounted item because 1st preference is for our employes.after that if there will any thing left then you can take.also i selected many items like food or non food item which were discounted from your store but mr vikram(asm),mr gurpreet singh(sales manager) did not make my bill.
                                        also i want to tell you that they purchased all the discounted items and sold at higher prices to other shopkepers.
                                        please take the strict actions against them.these type of schemes are for people.not for only employe.

                                        very bad behaviour of your employes manager Vishal verma is a corrupt man.
                                        Respected Sir/Madam
                                        I am a regular customer of your Reliance Fresh and with extreme exasperation I submit my complaint regarding perished milk sold by Reliance Fresh at Haibbowal Ludhiana.
                                        Ironically, this was the second instance which has now propelled me to file a complaint.
                                        Yesterday at 8:30 p.m approximately, I purchased Verka Milk Packets containing milk of 5.5 Kg.The product had date of yesterday only.
                                        When I came to home and boiled the same, entire milk curdled .The quality was so damn inferior that even cottage cheese (paneer) could not be made out of that because of foul and obnoxious smell it had.
                                        Concern was not only money but wastage Of milk which millions of people across the globe actually starve to get.
                                        Furthermore, ruthless behaviour of employees at Reliance Fresh also shoves me to complaint.As the same thing happened a few days back also and when same was told to the staff there, they were rude and reluctant to accept their fault of sending perished food products.
                                        Where, Ministry Of Health and Family welfare and Food Corporation Of India are trying their level best to ensure that atleast minimum standards of quality are complied with to ensure healthy India, such a negligence cannot be tolerated at any cost.
                                        I am submitting this complaint to FCI also .
                                        Your good self is requested to look personally into the matter at the earliest and take stringent actions to ensure that perished food products and beverages are not sold at all.
