yesterday i.e[protected] at reliance fresh in uppal, I made a purchase of Rs.55/-, previously they use to accept the cards below Rs.100/- now they have kept a new policy that they will not accept debit cards below Rs.100/- when i asked why he showed me a print out on the wall which reads credit cards are not accepted below Rs.100/- denomination. My complaint is its written as credit cards and they are not accepting debit cards... please...

RELIANCE FRESH OUTLET IN WHITEFIELD (ITPL MAIN ROAD, BANGALORE) IS ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE AND MISMANAGED RETAIL STORES I HAVE VISITED ANYWHERE IN THIS WORLD. MOST OF THE TIME THERE IS ONLY ONE/TWO CASH COUNTERS THAT ARE OPERATIONAL EVEN IF THERE IS A HUGE QUEUE OF CUSTOMERS. Sir, I wish to state that not once or twice but time and again I have been upset bt the service and behaviour of the reliance fresh outlets' staff and managers in Orissa. While the service was appreciable in Visakhapatnam (Kirlampudi Layout branch), It is absolutely disastrous at many branches at Bhubaneswar.

Be careful of your belongings at Reliance Fresh outlet in Monsoon. I lost my umbrella in June only. The security did not allow me to carry the umbrella inside the store. Further he did not retain it with him against a Token. He asked me to put it in a bucket kept near him. When I came out after shopping the umbrella was not there. I have purchased two bottles of Minute maid pulpy orange drink from one of the Reliance fresh store of Bhubaneswar on 23rd May 2008 & they deleivered the products at my door step. But next day when my wife drink that Minute maid pulpy orange, she immediatly starts feeling pain in her stomac & starts vomating & immediatley I verify the manufacturing & Exp. date of the same & I found that product has already being expired...

I just want to complain about my recent experience with Reliance Fresh, J.P.Nagara, Bangalore. On 22nd May 08 (Yesterday) we purchased vegetables and food items worth Rs.1029/- One of the item "Eveready Torch" was found defective after we reached home. Today I went to the shop again to get the replacement as well as shop few more items. The shop Manager Mr.Vishu Kumar wanted me to submit the original bill...

i am recedent of manovikas nagar, old bowenpally, secunderabad-500009.
we have a reliance fresh in our colony and i have complaint that the store costumer care is hopless.
we have to wait at the cash counter for almost half an hour to 1hr to get a small item.
where are 4 cash counters but only 1 or 2 are working even during peak hours.And the store is not at all clean.And some times the packed food products are not fresh...

I have made purchases from reliance fresh Mahipalpur, New Delhi on 6th May 2008 for a total amount of Rs. 2596/-. After billing it was informed by the concerned manager in the store that the scheme of dinner set announced has been scraped w.e.f.
6th May, 2008. As such I was deprived of the scheme. Surpirisngly I received another message on my mobile stating
that buy worth Rs. 999/- and get some three bowls and rice plate...

I HAVE DEPOSITED RS. 300/- ON 14.03.2008 FOR PURCHASING THROUGH CARD nO. 2266 FROM THEIR GOVIND MARG STORE FROM THAT DATE THEY HAVE ALLOWED ME TO PURCHASE ONLY 36.49 AND FOR THE BALANCE AMOUNT WHEN EVER I HAVE VISITED TO THEIR STORE AT GOVIND MARG ON 5.4.2008 AND 20.4.2008 AND ALSO AT THEIR STORE AT MANSAROVER THEY HAVE NOT ALLOWED TO PURCHASE THROUGH THE ABOVE CARD. I HAVE LODGED ALL THE COMPLAINTS IN THEIR REGISTER BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING....
