I am, phaneendra. I am middle class man. I went to reliance fresh store in nagole at evening 7.30 pm on 3rd sep 2020. I brought items.. Went to billpoint, there they shown me paytm qr code. I scanned and asked bill amount. He said 400, i paid success fully. The billing man said.."without otp u cant paid.. How u paid".. I shown screen shots also. But lady manager came and she also said.. I wont paid.. And they took items from me asked me to pay again.
I seen that.. Qr code belongs to tarachandar sankla. I asked manager about qr code associated mobile and bank account holder name. They simply said they dont know.

Then i complain to paytm.. They asked me to.. Put reversal in bank. I asked sbi they said that it belongs to third party... Paytm.
I tried customer care in sbi... They wont respond.. And they suggested its mistake of paytm.

I searched on net and found that... Upi id belongs to sri balaji sumeeth mitai bhandar (Upi id - [protected]@ybl)

Reliance is a big foundation... How can they use false qr codes and illiterate pupil as employees.

Reliance using false qr codes. I lost 400.. If any other pay 4000 through scanning code? They lost.

Stores sales girls hide best items till their relatives, friends come and take. They do not display discounted items in their places. THEY ARE RUDE AND ABUSING SENIOR CITIZENS. THEY ADD ITEMS WHICH WE HAVE NOT PURCHASED.IN LOCK DOWN PERIOD THEY SELL MILK TO TEA SHOP OWNERS.STORES IN CHARGE IS THE CULPRIT. THEY LOOT MONEY AND THEY DO NOT GIVE CHANGE COINS BACK. wE HAVE VISITED OTHER RELIANCE FRESH STORES IN CHENNAI. ALL ARE GENUINE STORES. THE SALES GIRLS ARE RUNNING CHEATING BUSINESS TO LOT OF SENIOR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE ENQUIRE AND CHANGE THE ENTIRE SET OF STAFF OF THIS STORE TO IMPROVE BUSINESS AT THIS CENTRE.

Hello, my name is arvind dandotiya ([protected]). I have been a regular customer of reliance fresh grocery stores for more than two year. Today i have purchased groceries as usual, i have checked my bill first time and noticed that the rate of the item is not matching as they text in the store. in the evening myself went there (Reliance fresh store) and the manager is taking responsibility for this mistake. Can anyone tell me the responsibility of the store manager.

On a heavy rainy evening today I had gone to RF for shopping but they cheated me as mentioned in subject. Could not back as it was heavily raining. The display or ad price in store for Garlic and mustard oil were different than billing. It was 160 per kg and 125 per lt in display but they have billed higher. Pfa.

Ordered the items from JioMart and was supposed to be delivered on 22nd. Later it was delivered on 24th partially and in damaged condition.

2. Modern 100 Whole Wheat 400 g PP - 1 No. (Received in damaged condition and packet torn...Perishable item)

Still the above items are not delivered as promised by Reliance Mart Alwal. JioMart Customer care number and email ids are not working to complain.

I have ordered groceries from kharvel nagar reliance fresh, Bhubaneswar on 17th August 2020. I cancelled the order on 18 August 2020. It has been 7 days from that day but still I have not got the refund amount of 773 rupees yet.

I had paid for the order through paytm which is linked to the number [protected].

Please do the needful for refund of 773 rupees in paytm account linked to the number [protected].

Today I have purchased vide payment Ref No.[protected] from store No. 2546 with bill No. 10 for an amount Rs. 953.08. I purchased banana cost Rs. 28/- per Kg, but bill was for Nentram Raw cost Rs. 55/-. I failed to check at the counter and it is difficult to do so at present scenario.
The mistake was find out at my house and immediately reported at the counter. They cancelled the item and cash Rs. 92/- refunded.

By the time the store manager involved in the matter and shouted, arguing the law. I feel ashamed in the incident. I request you kindly give necessary instruction to give respect to the customers

Yesterday i we to buy some thing from kochi jawaharnagar reliance fresh. But the security and asm's behavior was very bad and taking like they have no responsibility on costumes.

So i came back from there and buy the things from easyday and took a membership too.

Usually i buy more than rs.7000/- in a month from ril.

Now on i will never go to reliance stores.

My order[protected]A dates 15 aug 2020 not yet delivered and everyday the delivery date keeps getting postponed to next day.
I can see the invoice number in app and the order is in under process stage but not delivered.

All are essentials and need badly

Either deliver ASAP or cancel my order

I have made one transaction for an amount of rs. 1709.93/- with gpay during my visit to reliance smart in tadepalligudem, west godavari (District), andhra pradesh, india (Pin code: 534101) on 14th june, 2019. When it comes to payment issue amount was deducted from my cbi bank account (Sb a/c no.: [protected] & cif no.: [protected]) and the transaction was declined after two days. And hence i made the payment by cash at that time. Later when i approached reliance smart about the transaction made through gpay by me, reliance smart official asked me to contact the bank customer service center to raise the charge back request due to nor receipt of this amount by reliance smart. Afterwards i have raised chargeback request twice for the declined transaction amount of rs. 1709.93/- and didn't get any positive reply from the tadepalligudem bank authorities.in view of this i request you to kindly look into it and see that the amount is credited to my sb account immediately, failing which i will be forced to proceed legally...

All the related proofs about the above said, attachments may please be considered...

Just want to say i was visited just there a hour back and I saw there was a BRITANIA GOOD DAY biscuits in markdown so i decided to purchase it and i selected 1 pack of it so one of the staff came to me and he take it back and start shouting on me that it is not for sale and he hides all of it inside counters so i just want to convey that everything that is in markdown was not purchased by your costumer at all

And this is very bad

HDFC Bank and Reliance have been running promos offering cashback on certain amount of shopping. they are not crediting this. The Bank says it is bcoz the merchant has not provided the info.

In reliance fresh provided sprouts beans quality is not good, they are smelling badly, even though the contained box tells it will be good till 18th aug 2020. (Purchased on 15th aug)

Yesterday i bought a shalimar coconut oil 500ml bottle from cuttack reliance fresh shop. The printed price of it 215 rupees. A 35/- off is also printed on the bottol. But they charged 204 rupees for this product.
So i would like to know, what kind of discounts you provided for shalimar coconut oil product. Give me a valid reason for this please.

I want to inform that i have been charged extra for item that we did not bought from reliance fresh store near hotel westin, madhapur, hyderabad.

I purchased some product from reliance fresh kolar road bhopal amount 259.59 rs I paid from my paytm UPI but amount deduct from my acoubt but bill not generate executive said u have to pay cash so I gave cash but my debited amount when will returned I complaint to reliance executive he received complaint but not given complaint number

My complaint is regarding timings. Now a days relience fresh store timings are 10:00 to 19:30.in relience fresh store timings are mentioned 10:00 to 22:00. Twice i have been visited the store after 7:30pm. Store is 9 km away from my house. I was in impression that timings are till 10:00pm.
Today i requested to guard for mentioning the timings. He replied me very rudely and shouted on me. Guard was talking very roughly
Request you to mention the timings on every store and on website also in lockdown.

While billing of my purchased items on[protected] at your reliance fresh stores at kurmannapalem in visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh, the sales girl at counter had billed for 7 nos. Of whisper ultra choice sanitary napkin pads (6 pcs), while i had purchased/taken only 4 nos.
So, she had billed for extra 3 packets, amounting to rs. 114.00. This type of mistake should not be acceptable.
Why i have to pay rs.114.00 extra only because of fault/carelessness of your staff? The item is marked in the attached image.
Pl. Do the needful for refund of the amount to me.

Ur security guard of reliance fresh missed behaved with my mother nd used abused language because she is muslim

Sir, i am a regular customer of yours ever since your branch was opened in ambattur o. T. Due to the present covid-19 regulations we stand in queue outside the shop for atleast half hour and enter your shop for our needs. We have no complaints about that. On 04-august-2020 i entered your retail outlet for my purchase around 0730 hours in the morning. As i had an urge to relieve my self i used the toilet available in your outlet. When i came out of the toilet your sm (No name plate on self) confronted me and in most rude manner told me that i should not have used the toilet. He collected a few female staff with him and chose to insult me in their presence. He could have have handled this matter in a personal way or simply by fixing a sticker on the toilet door "for staff only" but he simply went on abusing, that it is a daily matter with customers and he need not be advised about that. A shop is not a private place and is visited by many people. Providing a toilet for the customers is part of the service. At least your sm should have the decency not to shout at the customer and precipitate a complaint. He also challenged to make complaint to whosoever i mind. I cannot understand this attitude from him and he could have simply avoided the whole matter by putting a "staff only" sticker. If it is the policy of your organisation of not allowing a customer the use of toilets for a minute kindly instruct the sm to display the point. Also he may be given lessons on gentle handling of customers.
