Dear sir,

I visited reliance fresh store today morning and made purchase. Bill receipt number is [protected]. I noticed store in unhygienic condition and found cockroaches are crawling in fruits/vegetable section and other areas as well. I was looking for spring onion and yogurt to purchase and these items are not available. There was no sufficient staff to support customers.in short the store is not providing adequate support for customers. My suggestion is store must be upgraded to higher standard with efficient and qualified staff.

    I had an awful experience on the[protected] during covid-19 pandemic. I and my neighbor were at the reliance fresh at 7:30 am morning, before entering the shop i asked the security is the shop open or not? The security name : rama chadda told me, yes it is open — me and my neighbor entered and started shopping, with-in 5 minutes me and my neighbor saw at least more than 20 people entered and as per the govt. Rules for pandemic people needs to maintain 'social distancing' in this small super market the security personnel shouldn't allow more than 5 people... But they already did and at the entrance there was 3 security man was there... It was really surprising that as per the govt. Law how they let people enter and after that they came inside with the mic and announcing people to maintain the 'social distance' suddenly the security rama chadda was rude to to me & said that, i'm roaming in the store i must get out then there... It was a shock for me though my neighbor were doing shopping — i replied that i'm still doing shopping and i'll be finishing soon, the security started misbehaving with me and rudely telling get out from the store — then replied back to him why he allowed these many person which is more than 20 people and asking to spend time for 10 min to finish the shopping — this is really un-imaginable and rudeness, it seems they don't follow the specified rules and mis-behaving with the people to finish their shopping in 10 min, who can do shopping like this??? Well i asked the security to call the floor supervisor o store manager, he said, he don't know — then anyway me and my neighbor finished shopping and at the exit that security 'rama chadda' started again mis-behaving and telling me that i've spent more than 20 min inside — then i replied him that this is too much & be your limits and i'm going to call the police, that security 'rama chadda' very cheerfully telling me that call the police and even he is going to do the same — i called to the s. R. Nagar police station and from the station the police officer told me to visit the station — while i'm getting down from the stairs other 2 police officers came to the reliance fresh in which that security 'rama chadda' called them — well another awful thing is one of the police officer was very very rude and didn't give me chance to explain about the matter — it was unexpected the behavior of the police even more worst, who are serving public safety — well i told no worries i'm going to visit s. R. Nagar police station and lodge complain... I request to the people should not visit such kind of store in where there is no proper management, no presence of a manager or any senior person, and off-course people don't know behavior... Even the store is not hygiene — floors are dirty, foodstuff is not maintained, very poor quality products, no-air conditioning, mostly vegetables are rotten — i'll never ever visit this particular reliance fresh supermarket and neither recommend anyone in my family and acquaintances... I'm going to lodge to the consumer forum and all other legal steps.

    But unfortunately, this is really serious now and I was humiliated completely.today with the store manager and that particular security person.
    I am raising my complaint again, because of the inappropriate misbehavior of the Store Manager and the same security person again.
    Today,[protected] around 7:30 am I was in the queue and waiting to get inside the store, but what happened today was unbelievable...while I was in the queue, that security person informed the store manager and pointed out towards me that I was the person, who complained previously,
    Suddenly, the store manager, he came to me started talking with me in a rude way, the store manager was talking with me in the local language (Telegu), I told him in a polite way, listen I don't understand Telegu, I understand Hindi or English, then from the queue, another customer told me that the store manager was asking you that I made any complaint and what's my problem, while when I said to the manager is he can speak in Hindi or English, then he said 'yes' he can speak in Hindi, then he simply started arguing with me what's my problem, I asked him that on[protected] when the misbehaving incident happened, when I asked about the supervisor or Store manager to the staff, they told none of them are available at the moment, then the Store manager he said, he was there in the store, I asked him, then why you didn't come at the spot when this incident occured, he said he was busy and no one informed him, then I told the store manager, that if you are a manager then you must know how to handle a customer quiery and the satisfaction of the customer, he replied what you want to do, do it, nothing will happen to me neither to the store. then I replied to him, he doesn't deserve to be a store manager, he even can't speak English and the behavior like slum area people. I told him, the experience I had from the store and being a customer I made a complaint to Reliance Company and I told him to stop conversation with me, I don't want to argue with him further, then with the security, he went inside the store and when I entered both of them were watching me like a criminal, I spent only 5 min in the store and while coming out again they called the police and the police asked us to go to the police station and to meet the inspector who is in charge, well in the police station they made a false complaint and allegation against me that I'm harassing them and after[protected] incident, I visited 3 more times to the store, I believe in the store there is camera surveillance and which is in operation until shops get closed.

    I am requesting to the HR department and the Customer care department must take necessary action immediately because, in the Police station, they wrote in their complaint about the false allegation about me and how is it possible that Police in charge receiving what's app messages while I was the Police station regarding me that I'm harassing them  ...this really funny while I'm in the Police station and they are sending what's app messages, but not least, I spent the whole day and my day was wasted because of these mess from the Reliance Fresh 'Store Manager and Security Person'I am dissatisfied with the misbehavior as well as for the false allegations against me.I cannot imagine what kind of people are working in such a multi-millionaire fortune company.
    I am really sorry to say this, that I'm going to write and forward all the e-mail conversation till date to Mr. Mukesh Ambani.

      I feel very ashamed to report a complaint about such a big brand. I have purchased maggi and some biscuits from reliance fresh narela and i did check all the expiry dates but i think this company just change expiry date and again stack it in counters. After opening the packets of both i realized it is smelling awful and taste even worse. I have saved some quantity to show it and make it check in labs regarding its quality and expiry so that i can be assured whether it is a mistake on my behalf or otherwise.
      Its a request to have quality control on all branches so that it will not defame its brand value, as well as its health consequences, can be worse. It is a customer-oriented market so consideration of their health should be its first motive.

        Iam an avid buyer in your reliance fresh from many years and i an buying my groceries, vegetables etc., from your reliance fresh outlet located in bangalore jp nagar 1st phase.
        For the past 1 week this particular outlet is not entertaining credit card payment and accept only cash transactions.in this testing times after coona outbreak this makes me and other customers very much irritating.
        I urge you to solve this inconvenience asap.

          I pay 412.51 rupees in phone pay its successful and amount also deducted in my account but biller told transaction is failed your amount refund after 3 days but amount not refund till now please do the needfull.

                I have done double payment through debit card as well as cash on 29/03/2020 and store manager told me that the payment whatever is made through debit card will be returned back within a week and now two weeks are over.

                I do not find any evidence of the complaint as well as any customer support front end neither has spoken to me.

                Is it not a cheating with the customer to earn interest on the short term.

                    I had been to the retail outlet at 7.30 am today. The lady sweeper curtly asked me to come at 8.30 am. I informed her during this troubled period where lockdown is announced, why are you making the customers to come again and again. Polce are hounding the people for coming out of the houses. I asked them to display timing board, so that we will not take the risk of coming early and turned back. During normal times the outlet opens at 7.00am. Your other outlet half a km away reliance smart opens at 6.30 am as per govt orders. But this outlet, customers are made to dance at the whims and fancy of the staff. Please give some instructions to them under advice to me or else i will be forced to write to mr mukesh ambani. Please ensure that the staff are given some training to meet customers.

                      Amidst the covid-19 outbreak, where people are trying to avoid physical touch or coming in close contact with the others, there are some who are acting rudely and treating unjustly. Recently, i had a delivery from a reliance fresh store, where we told the delivery boy that one of the ashirvaad atta packet is torn and is pouring out of it, so we refused to collect it. The delivery boy said that atta is for eating only, why care whether the packet is torn or not, and was hesitant against us not taking it. Also, at the time of payment, when people in the corona outbreak are trying to avoid physical hand-in-hand payment to mitigate safety against any kind of health issue, this delivery man refuses to take the money that is being kept at a place distant from us from where he can pick it up. And claims that we are trying to be unjust towards him by not giving him money in his hand directly. He didn't understand the situation that we all are in and finally states that he won't take deliveries at our place, even when he is the one in-charge of delivering the products in our area. This is the most disrespectful and rude behavior we have seen so far from the delivery boys and we are unhappy with this kind of service.

                        Social distancing is being treated as a joke by your management, there were almost 20 people waiting in for billing and probably another 30 inside the stores. And the management doesn't care about it at all when asked why this is the case i replied with a disgusted stare and was told what can we do, when i tried to reply to that, was literally ignored by the staff. Please these are scary times, the management is supposed to take care of such things please at least show some care for your customers, also your staff to your poor security guard didn't have a mask on also whatever happened to the gloves your cashiers are supposed to wear, has reliance become so cheap as to treat its own people and customers like this. I am talking about reliance fresh in tc palya bangalore. Please take action also try leaning something from your competitors like the more stores.

                          I, ruby garg (+91-[protected]) have been a regular customer of reliance fresh at sector 16 market, panchkula for the past two years. The same can be confirmed by my past purchases. Even during the lockdown period we are buying everything a household need from reliance fresh even though there is a waiting period of 40 50min. But today we went to shop there as usual and after purchasing everything when i came to buy tomatoes i saw they were rotten had worms and mosquitoes all over them. I asked mr ravi who was on duty near that shelf and he rudely said that this is all we have if you want to buy take these or else leave the store. I was completely shocked by such behaviour from a staff of company with such repute and prestige. I saw some fresh tomatoes outside the store but he asked me to either buy the rotten ones or leave the store. I called the manager and requested a complaint book but was denied. I know these are testing times for all but to speak rudely to a women who has been shopping at your store for the past two is completely and utterly disgusting. Even though there is an easy day outlet just few stores ahead we shopped here at reliance fresh. I guess tough times really show true colors.

                              The product was purchased on 8April.. the product was stale and was smelling badly. The productwas still on sale. The food was frozen however they had kept it outside due to which the entire food was spoilt and was smelling badly when we opened the pack..

                                    It's for your kind consideration that no proper arrangements are made by your company for maintaining social distance in your outlet as new direction of government only five customer are allowed to intered in outlet at a one time and balance should be wait for their turn but it sorry to pointed out that they are compelled to wait in sun light and these days are summer day there atleast tempererly tents should be irrected by company to providing shadow to the customers
                                    Second if the family members more than one should be allowed together because most of the senior citizens ie husband and wife are used to purchase for their families

                                      I have going to buy some items from reliance fresh nua bazaar cuttack. When i am asking to pay through scan becoz i have not enough cash 1202 rupees. There for i scan through my sbi yono app to the qr code in the swap machine which at the payment counter. Then money debited from my account to reliance account bt the person who at the counter says he did not get the money through upi. There for i arranged money buy the same thing by cash which i choose.

                                        Respected sir / madame,

                                        I am the regular customer of reliance fresh which is in barrackpore, gaja goli, kolkata 700120. Last month i have buyed 2 packets of emami healthy & tasty mustard oil.

                                        Every month i have buyed this oil from your store and the price is around 107 rupees each packet. But last month my billing amount is 126 rupees each packet. After reaching home i called in your store & asked for the price of emami healthy & tasty mustard oil they told me the price is hiked. But in market it is sold around 105 rupees.

                                        Second issue is whenever i buyed milk packets from your store after boiling, it will make cheese curds.
                                        In barrackpore reliance fresh they sell old packaging milk that's why this things happened. Even today also same things happened again.

                                        Stop this kind of nonsense things othwerwise i will escalate this issue with your higher authority of reliance groups.
