Dear sir,

West Mambalam reliance fresh opposite to ayodhya Mandapam in which the air conditioner besides residential flat was giving intolareble sound due to poor maintenance. Two years back it has the history of fire accident too in that place, so kindly do the needful by periodical maintenence so that such a big disturbing sound for public will be avoided.

Workers in reliance fresh at k.k.nagar branch are extermly rude to coustemers all the racks are empty and all the little hearts biscuit are thrown on the floor we have to sit down and select it from the floor if we want to buy it, promo packs are kept for sale, no one stands at the billing counter, works who do not know billing leave the cash counter and the coustmer waits for 15 to 20 mins for someone to come and continue billing.The ice creams are damaged and leaking and flies are sitting over it how do u expect people to buy it...All the hand wash and oil pouch are leaking there are just 2 workers at billing counter even at rush hours other workers are not really helpful they gang up and block the pathway nothing is arranged on rack masala and hand wash is kept together in a carriage and the handwash and sanitizers are leaking nobody bothers to keep it away its just left on the pathway the expiered bread is not removed from the shelf and the new bread is just piled up on a carriage neither manager nor the workers nobody is responsible... When asked why is it taking so long for billing and asked why the manager is?? They arrongantly say " there is no manager"...had a very bad experience hope a quick action will be taken on the irresponsible staff... Pls appoint a new manager its his irresponsibility that the workers are slacking off... Pls change staffs who do not know billing

I had worst experience with reliance fresh at choolaimedu (chennai), last month Nov-7th i purchased some items and paid through my card but they said card payment failed then i made cash payment, after that i came to know that card payment debited from my account, past one month i am following with concern store but no improvement.
i am really cheated by them and very bad consumer service.

I Am a customer of your shop .when we are doing business customer is the king .for the existence of business customer is important. in this pandemic situation we are suffering so many issues .people they are losing there jobs, life, their bellowed. i just informing that your staff they don, t care all these things, so please take care

During covid situation. Security guy sprays some crappy liquid and call it hand sanitizer. There is notice outside stating customers to wear mask but when you go inside lot of people are wearing mask but not covering their nose with mask. I don't see what's the point in wearing mask. It's such a basic protocol to follow and this terrifies me. Hope management takes some action otherwise I don't think il step inside that shop.

My home.is in Kollam district in Kerala state. The reliance shop bear to me is vendarmukku. I am a regular customer from the beginning of shop. But now the attitude of staff in that shop is worse. They have no logic and customer friendly. Moreover they are irregular and most of the time they spend time by their own chats.
I ordered goods in jio app and they took money for the goods which have not been delivered. Then I took back by money by going directly to the shop. There after I visit shops directly and they don't even bother about purchasing of our products.
For eg. I purchased unda mulak for 30 rs kg but they price it with 59. I have the bill with me. What a irresponsible people are there. If you didn't take carr of your shop in vendarmukku branch in kollam district in kerala, surely it will collapse and shut down soon.
This is only due to the attitude of the staff including the security thinking that they are prime Minister.

I purchased dry coconut on 24th November from reliance fresh. Opened the pack on 29th and seen full of fungus inside the coconut 🥥.

The store manager not ready to replace the item due to non available of bill. J requested for duplicate bill, even not providing.

Please look into the matter.

We purchased dry coconut in reliance fresh on 24th November. We opened the 200g pack on 29th and found fully fungus in dry coconut, request to replace the item. but they akng the bill.
Even i asked to provide the duplicate bill, but they denied to replace the item.

I don't know the reason why they deny to replace the item.

I am regular customer of Reliance fresh moodalpalya pin 560072 bangalore store. I usually use debit/credit cards for my transactions or UPI transactions for my purchases. But now a days I am facing frequent issues with POS machines and executives are refusing to accept UPI payment also.

I don't use cash for buying things. Today 29/11/2020 again I faced the same issue.

I saw many customers running back because of this.

I am unhappy with the service.

In bhopal, reliance fresh ashima mall store use to close store at 7 :00 pmbut online it shows closing time 8:00pm. Today i.e., 28.10.2020 i visited store at 7:10 pm they told store store closed at 7:00 pm, but online at google it shows at 8:00 pm. Same 3 days back I visited store at 7:28 pm at that day they also told store has been closed at 7:30 pm, but that was actually 7:28 pm, the manager still not bother to listen about customer. What is this?? Is it right way to behave from such a big brand.??
In present scenario, i decided not to visit reliance store again.. due to this lathergic and bad service .And one more thing why all reliance store are showing different time online, while administration has instructed til 8:00 pm . But some store managers specilly ashima mall manager is behaving like he has wish to make customer loss and willing to close the store.

Takes long time to weigh vegitables... shop has 2 machines but they use one machine... long wait.

Takes for ever at payment counter... has only one credid card machine... billing to be done in one line and then stand in another line for card payment... not well organized as overall.

In this store, it feels like i am not the customer and feels like i amgetting a favor from store.

I like to shop at reliance, but i get frustrated in the store.

Sorry to complain but i want to express for improvement

I purchased on 18.11.2020 six half litre cartons of OMFED milk from Bhubabaneswar Lewis Rad RelianceFresh outlet and all of them turned sour and became curdled on boiling. Your salespeople are careless perhaps they did not store it properly, as otherwise all six cartons could not have turned sour.
For this small amount I would not ask for refund. But please caution your staff to store things properly

It is not a complain. Only a suggestion. We are small grocery shop in a small town and my shop is only income source for our family. You give offers in every items. People only going to your mart. Now i m unable to feed my family.
So please try to understand local shop problems. Thank you

I was billed with ₹59 per unit of Nandini Goodlife Toned Milk 1 Ltr Pack while the offer was for ₹57.

I have evidences of the price tags on the offer as well as bill.

While I requested to make it ₹57 by checking the offer I was told that 2 things:
1) The offer has changed
2) An offer changes anytime

I further requested to confront with the Supervisor, but he didn't turn up. Instead, he started shouting at the executive.

However, the issue remained unattended and unresolved.

Staffs behaviour worst, lethargic and not at all considering customers playing internally.Skipping Thier jobs and playing with each others.

When we reached your newly opened outlet at Thanikkal juction, Ernakulam at 8.50pm on 13/10/20 the security told me they are closed. And his behavior to me is not customer friendly. In a notice received with newspaper two days before clearly mention the timing is 7 to 10pm. If you are closing before 9pm, what is the piont to circulating such a notice. If such a security is standing in front of the door no customer will come second time.

When i entered the reliance fresh situated in kirti nagar, sector 15, main jharsa road, Gurgaon, Haryana I enquired about the products that were available under various scheme with your manager than and the scheme that were provided for the customer were not given but after sometime after saying that I will complain this issue with your officials that automatically that scheme was available for me. I also want to add that the fraud is going on in ur francise by the manager that the schemes which are only for customers were given to the shopkeepers in whole hence not provided to the customers and are sold to them in low rates so that the manager and his biased staff so that they can earn from it. Sir,
I have received my American Express Credit card stmt dt 23.10.2020 for my card no.[protected] in which an amount of Rs.7, 493/- charged on 01.10.2020 towards " BD Reliance Fresh-PG Mumbai " . But I have not used my card for this neither online or offline as Iam not staying in Mumbai.

Request you to kindly check your outlet records on that day and rectify the error at the earliest as American Express says it is an online transaction and OTP has been used for this and my card status is Active with them and not lost or stolen reported to them and was asked to approach the merchant.
