I went to reliance fresh at bmg mall rewari (Haryana) at 1 pm. Due to covid 19 pandemic they were allowing only 5 people at a time to enter the store.
I stood patiently in the que at 8th place (Last one)
They allowed all the 7 people ahead of me to enter the store all along and stopped me to enter. When i asked about it they started misbehaving and did not talk properly.
On asking the reason they said that it was sanitizing time (2 pm to 2:30 pm) and after sanitizing is completed, i could enter the store.
On talking to their other employee, he asked me to wait for 5 minutes and after that i could enter but i waited for about 15 more minutes and they did not let me enter.
I even requested them to enter the store since i had to shop few items in just some minutes but they did not allow.
Also on asking for their complaint book, they did not provide me that. It was really bad experience with reliance fresh.

My concern is not that they did not let me enter the store but the concern is that they themselves broke the rules of the store by letting enter more than 5 persons at a time.

Relince fresh in rajapark is giving very bad service to rajapark coustmer they don’t know how to behave with coustmer, manager of rajapark relince fresh is very unmannerd person he don’t know how to talk to coustmer

I ordered three time from your store
On 1st order (Order id[protected]m) few grocery items and vegetables and got partial delivery and balance amount didn't got refund.
On 2nd order (Order id[protected]m) in this order the amount was paid but due insufficient of stock from store side order got cancelled. And again didn't got refund.
And in third order (Order id[protected]m)
In this order didn't get delivery yet. Nither got any update.
Please kindly give a response and take action against this issue.

I purchased on 9th eggs from ramanthpur reliance fresh sticker mfg date 07.05.2020 best before 15 days ...Today i opened one box ...Its spoiled not good... Please take care visit weekly u r counters ...Not maintain items properly earlier also i given compliant..Not get any response

I kiran prakash bhabal had placed an order for few products on your website for the first time on 4th may 2020, as nearby reliance store was closed due to lockdown. I placed an order & processed payment of rs. 908.33 successfully however later i got a notification that order is not successful.
I waited for couple of days to receive an update from your end however since there is no update i tried to call your customer service number but couldn't speak to any associate due to long wait (1hour approx). Finally i have decided to contact you through email.
I have attached the payment transaction screenshot from my mobile app. For the reference. You can find bank account number in the same screenshot. Please revert for any more information.

Hi, we r a regular visitor of this store since it opened. We went today to buy some lentils, sugar e. T. C. Regular house hold stuff but suddenly the store manager - bharat bhushan came and told us to. Leave the store in a very loud and harsh tone. Upon asking why, we were told that we r here for more than 10 minutes hence we need to leave. I informed him that we were not made aware about this that we only have 10 minutes. The reply was ' i am the store manager - bhutan bhushan and leave the store now.
We got billing done and left the store but we felt insulted and are not comfortable going back there because of this store manager - mr bharat bhushan. Thank god we r not short of options but as a well wisher u need to train ur people to treat customers better.

Company doesn’t cooperate they do not respect customers. There market is open for themselve. It should be no or elsewhere

In lockedown company will promise to guard for 200rs per day spacial payout for service. But no one guard received this payment.
Senior will taken amount from company. But they will not given to guard.

Today 11.30 am i went reliance fresh 18th main road anna nagar west chennai to purchase vegetables and grocery. The vegetable weight staff not performed her duty well with the customers. She asked customers to keep the vegetables in weigh machine and she will only put the sticker. She fallen down vegetables chatting with other staff and mocking me also whether she works in government ration shop? The manager /compliant book also not available there. Give your staff good training in behavioral approach.

Today i hv went to reliance fresh br maharani farm durgapura for purchasing essential item and i have purchased near about 1522 rs item and i hv paid this amount by credit card, at the end of collecting item i hv noticed the billing peroson counted 2 item of bikaji bhujia 1 kg but i have purchased 1 item. When i trying to return one bikaji bhujia packets then the billing person denied to accept this and refuse me telling that it can't possible to reverse in the bill then thier manager has informed to take similar item with same amount so they can adjust this but why i should accept this so i told them i want one and u have made the mistake and given 2 item and now u are trying to sell this product by forcing me. After all discussion i told manager i will not accept this whether you give me refunds of 1 bikaji bhujia packets or you take both the packets which i already paid and finally the manager is not listening me and denied to talk further so i have left these two bikaji 1kg bhujiya packets to their billing counter and same has to be checked in the cctv cameras of the outlet.

The manager is inform me that in covid situations if any item sold out and paid by borrower then no need to refund the amount so here i would like to inform you that u are using covid situation as best marketing and selling practices in ur retail outlets which is totally disagreeable.

My humble request you to please look into this matter if this is ur manager practice to increase the sell under covid situation and harassing borrower to purchase item at any cost then this is not good because i am going to write this story in public media and increase my voice against such outlays manager.

The total amount of 2 packets bikaji bhujia is rs 344.

The amount is not a big but the way the manager talked and pressurizing me to purchase and pay the amount is not good at any level.

I have never faced such problems with any other out let of reliance and i am very old frequent visitor of reliance fresh but this incident taught me lot and i will make sure this will not repeat with me or else other customers also in your future.

Home delivery services not provided against the message sent for groceries at House no.1635, sector 70, Mohali, Punjab. This has been happening regularly.

The manager o[censored]dupi branch Relience smart has spoke rash as well as nonsense to me.Please take this action so tht other customers wont get trouble into this

This is really frustrating to see that reliance fresh located at rajathat road, gopalpur, 700136, insist customer to take the orders over phone and whats app and upon confirmation on orders they are failed to deliver that within 1 min of walking distance.in this situation they insist people to out from from and infected with covid. This is really frustrating. If you cant deliver that why are u insisting your customers to do so. I need proper answer for this chaos and reluctance.

Says there is a lockdown going on over here i would like to submit a complaint that reliance fresh sector 23 gurgaon branch is allowing someone else who was last in the line going inside the store first. Alright we took that no problem but why in the world he’s not being scanned before entering the store. People here gather 1-1.5 hrs earlier to buy daily essentials as 5 people are allowed to enter the store at once. The manager is not cooperative at all his wordings “aapko jo karna hai karlo jo ukhadna hai ukhaad lo” is something disgraceful even after that he’s being very very impolite towards senior citizens. These store guys allow local vegetable vendors to enter first and guess what just after a few hours of opening, only pale leftovers are left. Please help. I’m attaching pictures of the amount of groceries he gathered and those are some he bought loads and loads of veggies and fruits. This has happened before but these guys are always like we’re sorry.

On 22nd march 2020 i had successfully paid the amount of Rs. 2695.95 through the google pay but the transaction is failed by the reliance system. After that they used to told me that the refund will given to you wait for it. now its more than 8 days still i am not getting any refund or any assured answer from them. please help me out

Today, me and my sister went to reliance fresh store, hiran magari sector 3, udaipur, rajasthan at 4:40 pm. There was a big line and we were waiting for our turn to come. As the line goes on the security guard told us that time is over... The store is getting closed... Yesterday i asked at costumer service center about the opening and closing of the store they said that "store will close at 10:00 pm, but when i went today guard told us that at 5 pm store will close... We were the last people to enter there... As me and my sister were purchasing necessary groceries the staff told us that" you have only 5 minutes to purchase your groceries". When we went for the bill i was standing at 1 meter distance from my sister but then also the security guard came and shouted out loudly... He said the following words:-"o madam kya? Door khade raho na"his expression and the way of speaking was very bad... He shouted out so loudly that i felt very embarrassed. It's not over here when i asked one of the staff's member that" yesterday i made a call at your service center they told me tht store will close at 10:00 pm and now your staff members are telling to purchase within 5 min" then that biller started laughing and didn't gave me any reply... This is the most worst thing happend to me... They are giving us wrong information... And the staff doesn't have manners... Even that guard is so careless that someone stole my bag 1month ago that day the security guard is gossiping with someone else nd when i asked about my bag he started laughing and ignoring me. Doesn't this makes any sense that someone stole your bag and the security is smiling nd still gossiping... The reliance staff isn't working with a great job they are giving us wrong information and even shouting at us... Must need to change the security guard and now because of this incident i'll never come to this store... And if this attitude continues then no one will come to your store.

I am adv. Sriyakanta pattanaik, from bhubaneswar, odisha, a regular customer of reliance fresh. Now some days i suffering a big issue from the carry bag which were provided by tour counter. We are paying rs.14.00 for the carry bag, but as compare to the price the bag is very worst condition and it can't be taking the weight of 3 kg to more. Only the matter is the quality what we are paying. Last time in the middle way that bag teared from the handle strap, easily detached the handle strap from the bag. When ever we are visiting to reliance fresh if there was planed then we were carring bags from home but when without planed sudden plan arise then if we are purchasing more then it was needed to buy a bag. But the quality of your bag making a another unexpected problem in shopping. Before your bag quality was very good and strong, but now its gone very worst and its also hampering your goodwill. Each and every customer unsatisfied and you know all customers have no such time to complaints also, at that situation they change the place of shopping.

So kindly take it as urgent and take the necessary action to the negative issues asap.
