Today 5/12/19 at 5.30 pm i went to reliance fresh at sanjay nagar, the bill showed kissan tomato ketchup which was not bought, instead del monte ketchup was purchased. When i asked the lady she started checking item s one by one and was suspecting as if it's in my hand bag, she was not ready to accept her fault. She returned the amount but it was insulting and humiliating in front of other customers. This is the second time i have faced this situation. Instead of they being alert, and doing their duty they look at customers in suspicion. I have the bill as proof. Kindly look into the matter

I went to reliance at 28th nov 2019. I paid the payment by googlepay, your agent told me the payment is failed so i did the payment by card... Actually the payment by googlepay was successful and i have a proof... I called googlepay cc, they told me that the payment is succesfull, you tell reliance fresh about your money... Now i want my money back...

नम्र निवेदन है कि मैं आपके मंडोर रोड स्थित स्टोर में नियमित खरीददारी करने गया जहाँ पर एक भ्रामक प्रचार का शिकार हो गया। प्रचार में mrp 100 onwords लिखा पाया जिसका अर्थ मैं तत्काल समय समझ नही पाया जहा स्पष्ट रूप से 100rs को काट कर 70rs लिखा मिला save 30rs भी लिखा था
जिसका मैने 70rs भुकतान भी कर दिया।
चुकी इसका वास्तविक मूल्य 80 रुपये हुए जो मैंने चुकाए।
इस प्रचार से अधिकतक रुपये का कही ज़िक्र नही किया गया।
इसके अतिरिक्त राजस्थान की राजभाषा हिंदी है
हिंदी भाषी क्षेत्र में हिंदी को प्रथमिकता दी जाए।
प्रचार स्पष्ट व हिंदी भाषा मे हो जिससे आम नागरिक समझ सके।
इसका न्यायोचित समाधान दे।

जिसका उपहार / हर महीने बोनस के नाम पर बड़ी मात्रा में भ्रामक प्रचार किये जा रहे है जिन पर तत्काल प्रभाव से रोक लगनी चाहिए।
मुझे जल्द ही न्यायोचित जवाब दे।
मुझे उम्मीद है कि न्याय जल्द करेंगे अन्यथा मैं जल्द ही राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता मंच पर ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज करवाऊंगा जिसके आप जवाबदार होंगे।

I have given money of 920 rupees
From google pay in purchasing grocery items but it didn't show in their computer so that take money from us again by cash. So they had taken from us twice time but after 24hr the money is not refunded in our account. So plz help us so that the will be refunded as soon as possible. That money matters a loot in our life.

I visited reliance fresh on whitefield main road, bangalore on sunday 17th nov, 2019. After shopping my bill amount was around 1000 which i paid through gpay. But, due to technical glitch at reliance end, my balance was deducted but payment was unsuccessful. I raised concern over this on which staff became aggressive and started abusing. They initiated a reversal but i had to pay again. And, they told that amount will be credited back to my account. If the amount is not credited today, i will have to file a consumer complaint in right forum. This company doesn’t know how to treat a customer leave alone customer friendly. Just wanted to convey that you have lost a 15 year regular customer today because of this behaviour. Be ready to face consequences.

Sir, I am regular buyer what I have notice many time in morning imported fruits Apple Pear Kiwi and vegetable are carried as waste IF ONLY SUPERVISOR CHECK REGULARLY AND SHORT OUT NEARLY GETTING ROTTEN ALL AND PUT 50 OR 60 PERCENTAGE SALE YES CAN TRUST PEOPLE BUT CAN COME An idea to save loss
Also supervisors looks less bothered my experience says need little trained staff and polite too

I did shopping at reliance fresh, phase 5, mohali on 17 july 2019 at 8:24 pm of rs - 549.17. While checkout, i made payment through google pay and the amount 549.17 got debited from my account but was not got credited to reliance fresh (As per the information delivered by reliance guy). So i did cash payment of 549.17.

After waiting 7 working days, i noticed that the amount which got debited has not been credited to my account, so i contacted google pay as well as my bank provider and as per there information/record the amount got into reliance fresh account on 19th july, which means that you guys have been paid twice.

I really don't know, how i should react as a customer because it been more than 3 months and i'm still waiting for someone to tell me that, where my money is and when i can expect a refund of the same.

Moreover, whenever i write an email, in return i get a call from a person works at the reliance store and they all use to ask me the same question again and again. Still, i always preferred to answer the same thing very patiently, by keeping in my mind that this person will resolve my issue. But, all do the same thing just after disconnecting the call and that is - they just copy and paste the email with a different complaint number and after that no one call or revert back me on the same email.

Please tell me where should i go and discuss this matter? At the beginning of all calls i get from reliance, you guys mention that the call will be recorded for quality purpose, then where is the quality gone now? Please let me know, why don't you guys go and listen to my call logs and resolve my matter.

I am really really pissed off now!! I can't wait for anyone or explain the same issue to different people from the same store.

I paid the amount of rs 97.10 through googlepay on 8th oct 2019. But the payment is unsuccessful due to technical server issue and the amount is debited from my account. Still the refund is not reflected into my account.

Charging of excess price for the purchase of rice from mrp mentioned in the bag.
I have visted the reliance fresh civil lines jabalpur m. P. On date 23.09.2019
I have purchase various item from store from them there is 25 kg rice bag
After purchasing item i have seen that the loose tiber rice 25 kg was 1612.50. The mrp mentioned on bag was 1500.
You have charges 112.50 more on rice bag
I am kindly requesting you please refund my money or i will complaint in consumer forum

Hello reliance fresh,

Today I was went to reliance fresh in chennai (Moulivakkam branch) bought some items along with puffed rice cost of 25 Rs. Just now opened its smells bad exactly rancid ador. I don't know its packing mistake or product mistake but date of expiry is not dead . How can we trust your brand 25 Rs its not an issue but your losing my trust.

Reliance fresh, 104area, visakhapatnam.
Today went to buy stuffs from reliance fresh.
Bought hershey's syrup. Which was expired
When told them about this they started arguing.
Also one of the staffs was drunk.
Previously bought mushrooms and eggs as well which were also rotten.
We told them to atleast exchange the products if can't refund.
Careless staff carelessness
Please take serious actions on removing and replacing the rotten expired items with good ones.

I am a very old and regular customer of yours, in last one month i purchased twice the tray of 30 pcs. Egg from your outlet opposite drive in cinema, ahemedabad.
Both the time i got at least two rotten eggs from the packet and last time it had 5 cracked with 2 rotten eggs, this is not desirable and acceptable as we are paying quite a high price. More over so nicely it is packed and marked as checked 'each egg in the packet' so no need or possibility to check by customers. Please help me and take steps from your side to avoid this type of short comings from hampering your reputation as well... Thanks, waiting for yourquick response

I bought apples from the reliance fresh store located at south ambazari road, gopalnagar, nagpur maharashtra. Preferring the store for purchasing apples made me feel regret. Despite paying a high price, the apples which seem to be of superior quality from outside were rotten from inside. This really puts a question on the product quality of reliance "fresh".
Kindly let me know how can i be compensated for this.

Sir kindly provide parking space at exist door of your reliance fresh nagole chowk bandlaguda hyderabad. There are no any parking space and no any ramp facility at exist door and none cooperative behave of exist door security man date 13.10.2019 timing 1240 pm. Day before yesterday i purchased from reliance fresh daitya magri udaipur rajasthan they handed things in my hand after billing when i asked them about carry bag they told me to purchase it in rs.14 which was against government rule as govt. Gave right to customers to have a free carry bag when i told them they said to file a complaint but i have to purchase it.

I purchased one litre MURALYA brand Tonned milk from your Reliance Fresh outlet at CHullickal Kochi 682005. Kerala.
(B.No 1 c 02 Use by date 04.10.19.) on 2nd Oct 2019. Today when I open the bottle for use it got spoiled. At once I contacted the customer care number of MURALYA milk no [protected], they told me to contact the reliance people because as they not properly stored the milk.
I tried to contact the no[protected] several times and no one is responding and also I contacted your customer number [protected], I didnt get any response.

I request you to arrange to reimburse the value of the milk Rs 58/-

This is to inform you regarding the complaint lodged by me on 27 sept 2019 regarding charging of excess price for the purchase of rice from mrp mentioned on the bag. Complaint id number 2465525.
In this regard it is to inform you that your customer executive called us and ensured us the refund of excess payment but since then there has been no response from your side. We were said to give our account number but your executive didn't tell us on which number we should submit it. Kindly resolve the issue asap.

Hi, i have visited to reliance fresh today and bought some items.in a hurry i forgot to take a carry bag. So i requested the counter officer to provide a carry bag. And she billed my ₹4.00 with tax for the carry bag. As per the court order by the hon'ble court in the case of bata showroom vrs one citizen the store can't ask money for the carry bag. It means these stores are looting money by showing excuses of "plastic ban". It not only ₹4.00 it's about a cores bill per month assuming daily 25000 transaction made.

I made a transaction amounting to rs. 241.75 on 9th aug 2019 via google pay, as the transaction is failed, again i repeated the transaction and the same is failed again and the amountis deducted twice, later i raised dispute with gpay, now the transaction shows
"purchase confirmation failed" reliance fresh couldnt confirm puurchase.
