श्री मान मैं मण्डोर रिलायंस फ्रेश गया था जहाँ पर अनेक अनियमितताए पाई गई।

जिनमे से कई ऐसे प्रोडक्ट है जिन पर सही रूप से प्राइस टेग नही लगा है।
व जब हम प्राइस टेग और प्रोडक्ट में रिलायंस प्राइस में भारी अंतर पाया तो साक्ष्य के तौर पर मोबाइल से पिक्चर लेने का प्रयासः किया जिससे अतिरिक्त प्रबंधक श्री लक्ष्मण सिंह जी ने मना कर दिया अतः वह पिक्चर भी आपको भेजी जा रही है।
कृपया रिलायंस फ्रेश में व्याप्त अनियमितताएं व अव्यवस्था पर यथासंभव शीघ्रातिशीघ्र उचित कार्यवाही कर समयोचित मूल्यांकन कर प्रबंधन व्यवस्था सुचारु रूप से चलाए ।

जब श्री लक्ष्मण जी (अतिरिक्त प्रबंधक और केशियर) जी ने उक्त प्रकरण का निस्तारण ये कह कर किया कि समस्त भारत मे रिलायंस में भी एसी ही प्रकार की अनियमितताए है जिनका निस्तारण होने पर यहा भी कर दिया जाएगा।
ऐसे तो अनियमितताए निरन्तर बढ़ती जाएगी जिसका विकराल रूप जल्दी ही आपके सामने आएगा।

अतः श्री मां से निवेदन है कि जल्द से जल्द उचित कार्यवाही करवाये। व आमजन को हो रही समस्याये से निजात दिलाये

Today (3/7/19) around 5:30 pm at reliance fresh branch bangalore mathikere, i was man handle, threatened and abused wit foul language for questioning unsatisfactory service of staff which happened repeatedly and no response for complaint given to store manager following which 8 staff member attacked me for complaining and replied arrogantly that "no one will take action, we dont care who ever you are or whom ever you go and complaint, we will take care of you outstand only" i will file complaint on this issue but i also want public to know what happen in this branch to customer.

I bought some products from reliance fresh, murlipura, jaipur on Sunday, 30.06.19. In my list I purchase a product Name Mahakosh Soyabean Refined Oil 1 ltr. Pack and price on its rack on label is 82.00, but when i paid my bill then they deduct 86.00 for above product. So please kindly help me about this and give me claim for this mistake.

I visited the new thippasandra reliance fresh store in bangalore on jun 27 2019. I was charged 372.74 on a contactless card reader and was debited for the same.
I just checked my account activity today to find again 372.74 rupeed deducted on jun 29 2019. Meaning this was a double transaction, and the 2nd one i didn't effect.
I got confused and called my bank and confirmed it wasn't me but i was still debited. Now i have to raise a dispute and recover this amount back.
Why reliance? Why? I am definitely not dropping this. Also there is no staff there to assist you with anything they are just running away or redirecting you to their colleague instead of actually helping. I have the bill and my banking statement to prove this. Kindly look into it.

I am a male 37 yrs old doctor in bhilwara. I had gone to the store for purchase of some household items. Not able to understand something i called my mother on mobile for details... Meanwhile the store manager came and started shouting that i can't talk on cell phone. Does your reliance fresh have policy of no cell phone talk in your store?? Have reliance fresh in any form of display have informed customer about not talking on phone in reliance fresh. Extremely rude and unwarranted behavior by store manager

I purchased many things from Reliance Fresh, Borivali (West) located on Shimpoli Road, Borivali(w), Mumbai - 400092. But while I came to home, I realised that Govardhan milk which I purcahsed was bad and was generating bad smell. Pineapple slices also were smelling bad. I think those were not fresh but may be 2-3 day old. When I contacted, reliance fresh, person told me that you come with packages of those products, they will exchange or refund. But when I went to the store, they told me that food items cannot be returned or exchanged. But with this terms and conditions, they are selling bad quality (gutter quality) products in their mall and cheating people openly. I request some stern action against this biggest cheater of India (Mukesh Ambani)

Today, store state code 20 jh, bill no.75, store : 2602, hsn code :110100, p. Gold atta, reflected the rate @ 170/ 5 kg but it has charged @175/ 5 kg. Service is bad. One cashier is doing dealing. There is no arrangements of bag stand with token system. You are charging for bags extra money @ rs. 4/- to @ rs. 16/-. Photo enclosed. Kindly look into the matter.

I suresh babu gopi i purchased and paid through google pay.. My amount debited but due to irresponsible services of reliance. I again pay the amount. If there any issue in these service then why online payment service given...
So kindly action on it and as quickly as refund my debited amount. And i registered a complain so many times and i reported to executives but no response still i am waiting for response last 20 days.

Therefore i shall be grateful to you..

When i went to reliance fresh, i asked about the apples to employess but no body was listening to me. I told 3-4 times but they was ignoring me.
I shouted to employee and they listening to me. I saw the apples price 139/pack. I asked to employee where is that pack. He said that i do not know.

I disappointed from the staff. Its duty of every employee to know about the products

Please consider my complaint on priorty so that in future any customer nitvface this type of problem

Inter alia 03 Tropicana lychee juice tetrapacks with maximum retail price of Rs. 99.00 each have been purchased by me on 19/06/2019 vide bill No. 120 through pos No.R103 from your shop/store with its code 21 OR with offer on purchase of two Tropicana lychee juice tetrapacks one Tropicana lychee juice tetrapack shall be taken free of cost. Thereby, I had to pay Rs. 198.oo for the same. However, your bill has been made of Rs 198.01 for the same and such amount has been debited from my credit card, which is unfair trade practice. In view of above, you are hereby informed to return Rs. 0.01 to my credit card within 7 days of this notice; otherwise, I will redress above grievance before competent forum.

I have a complaint to raise against Reliance Fresh outlet in Bengaluru. Below mentioned is the store address.

Issue - The counters at the store is pathetic. Most of the time the card payment does not work and the store people are always demanding cash. The is also not even an option for payment through UPI. Atleast a QR code could be used for seamless transaction. Hope the management takes action and changes the way of work management here.

I paid thorough Google pay.. My account debited but due to irresponsible services of reliance. I again pay the amount. If there any issue in these service then why online payment service given...
So kindly action on it and as quickly as refund my debited amount.and I registered a complain I that reliance fresh also

i went to reliance fresh, yelahanka new town branch, bangalore for shopping on 14/06/2019. I asked for 2 bottles of flavoured milk to be kept in the fridge for drinking at the end of shopping.
Ms. Megna patgar kept the milk bottles on the floor in spite of our request.
They spoke only in kannada and refused to talk in hindi or english. They were making fun o[censored]s and refused to give complaint book. Only after the arrival of the manager i lodged the complaint in the book.Keeping the milk bottles on the floor, making fun of senior citizens, refusal to give complaint book are all highly insulting, causing tension and waste of time to customers.
Other problems -
1 absence of cooperation and guidance by the staff in locating the products
2 prices given on the shelves and the computer prices are different
3 double counting and incorrect billing
4 reward points and discounts should be given by the computer at the cash counters.
5 provide proper training to staff
kindly take necessary action in this regard

Dear Sir,
I had done a shopping of Rs. 705.33 on 5/06/19. I meant to pay by using Google pay (transaction ID[protected]. But somehow the amount got deducted from my account and did not reflect in bill payment. So I was asked to make alternative payment which I did using Paytm (transaction ID - [protected]). Since then I have followed up personally with the branch 3 times for the refund of first payment but have been asked to follow up later. Either they are not willing or capable of doing it is my understanding, kindly help.

Today I bought near about 7000 RS items from reliance market, kharar.there was item code PDS chocli 400 gm in which if we will buy 3 items then amount will be RS 462/item .So I bought 3 on today ie 13 June, 8-45 pm evening, surprisingly when I check bill at home they have charged RS 462 extra in bill.they have charged 462*4 where as I have bought 462*3 as per scheme .my mob no is [protected] .this is the biggest fraud by reliance market to customers .I humbly requesting to check in cctv where it can be checked that only 3 items were purchased .I am available to come at any time but this is really a shame for reliance group . kindly check who is the defaulter in all this scnerio.my name is Pardeep, mob [protected].

I found this unprofessional and highly dissatisfied with the experience shopping at reliance fresh for the first time. More than the quality of shopping one must always makes sure that the customer is reassured with the best customer service for him/her to be a loyal customer.
At the store today (12/06/2019 12:45 pm) i was asked by the SECURITY to shop carrying my helmet in hand, I tried explaining his that it would not be possible to do so and ended up calling the STORE MANAGER to resolve the issue but the manager had no ethics to continue asking the customer to carry the helmet in hand or a carry bag itself along with the other purchase.
i feel this has to be given attention and the employers at reliance fresh has to be taught how to treat their customers. am not sure how many did shopping carrying their helmet around and haven't given a thought to report about the same but am sure this need a change.

Please transfer Gulab & Manoj from your Kalyaninagar, Pune store immediately as they are misbehaving with female customers on a day to day basis. They are deliberately harassing female customers in particular. They are displaying in appropriate behavior towards female employees. They should be taught a lesson for the same. And should be transferred to other stores in order to prevent them to continue the same behavior in future.

I have had a very bad experience at reliance fresh as they are misguiding the customers and charging extra than the maximum retail price.

I have taken the photo copy of the bill for your reference.

This is the most horrible experience at reliance fresh as they are misguiding the customers with wrong price display and charging extra than M.R.P.

The price of rice and wheat on display was 603 but I have been charged extra on the same also the MRP of milk was 23 where as I have been charged 24 rs per packet.

When asked the concerned biller all she could do was nothing also the security guard didn't bother about this... This is not the way customers like to be treated. I have already forwarded the details to consumer forum on the same.

Hi,

I have been a regular customer of reliance fresh store on Sus Road, Pune for last 11 years. Lately, I have observed the behavior of the employee on the store has been particularly rude and that of causing much inconvenience to the customer. So much so that the employees inside the store as well have complains about this employee.
I did mentioned to him that such behavior will not be good with attracting customers to the store. But he seems to be not bothered.
I had such an experiences on couple of occasion now.

As I have purchased a some item from reliance fresh on 28 th of may 2019 time between 8:00-900 pm. After 3 or 4 days I came to know that cheese is full of fungus, then I went to store and asked to change my product the store person asked me a bill unfortunately I have missed the bill. I tell them my visit timing and date and asked them for a duplicate bill but the staff were saying on that day no bill was there which I have told them . Then I asked them to show a cam recording for a particular time but they didn’t respond me yet as I am attaching the pic of complaint which I have raised .
