If girl said they forget to give that product payment that doesn't mean they are theif. Relancies people blame her that girl is theif. OK girl expect they are doing mistake. They are theif but the relancies manger ask plenty upto 25 time. Means girl ne 450 ka products theif kiya then they ask money 500×25=12500 rs. Approx 13000 n they doing same think with all member those who do that mistake. Ek members se they collect 17000 rs plenty. they ask money to girl as a plenty. Is its good think. BS yaar worst feeling n I told to every one don't go relancies fresh in all over the world..

    Reliance Fresh customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I bought 2kg onions yesterday, I.e. On 27th. Now a days they are put in packed condition and being sold. To my surprise when it is opened, at least 4 of them are rotten. I never expected company like Reliance do like this, similar to oranges being sold at Nagpur railway station, where people buy in a hurry and get cheated.

    Sir.. Today i purchased products worth 3200 from reliance fresh paid by jio money. Mobile no [protected]. But the Reliance fresh billing executive cheated me by extra excessive billing done on the products purchased. How to get the refund back.

      Being a regular customer of Reliance Fresh, I wanted to purchase stuff worth 350 rs and the cashier even though having cash box full of rs 100 notes refused to return the change unless I purchased goods worth rs 600 or more, Rs 2000 being a legal currency you cannot force someone to make a minimum purchase . It was highly disappointing from such a big retail mart. If you are incapable of providing change it is acceptable but being capable and to enforce customer to make a minimum purchase of Rs 600 is highly inappropriate.

        Transaction date20 nov '16transaction descriptionpos/rel retail ltd-fr/bangalore/201116/18:41 your excutive telling me that transaction was cancelled as server problem and again he swiped my card and debited the same amount, he tell me that with in 1hrs the amount ll be refunded but now 20hrs already over i havn't received the amount.

        2 weeks (13th Nov 2016) back we purchased in Reliance fresh Mugapair, and swiped our debit card twice, were they said that there is a server issue and the money will be refunded within 24 hours. Now it is 28th Nov 2016, still there is no proper response. Till yesterday, they did not even look into our issue, were they asked us for the card number, ect twice. Yesterday we yelled at them and again they asked for the detail which was really irritating, and we asked for the progress, but we found that there was no progress taken. They told that they will get back to us again tomorrow, but we almost lost our hope.

          Today morning being sunday, i visited the stores, they have displayed at the cash counters that the "severs are down and only cash is being accepted".
          On enquiry, they stated that only jio money and cash are accepted. Please let me know, whether the servers are working only for jio money? I had to dump back all grocery, vegetables and condiments at the billing desk and walked back home empty hand since there was no cash with me. Ask stores people to display in front of the stores that only cash is accepted. I wasted an hour and half for shopping and queing in all.

            I was purchasing groceries at trichy reliance fresh shop around rs.6300 on 17.11.2016. That day you are given price offer for sugar (Rs. 9 only for every 1000 rs purchase. And one kg free for horlicks). Without knowing i purchased 2 packs of horlicks and 2 kg of sugar and more items. At the time of billing the billing asst. Informing me one pack horlicks have a free of 1 kg sugar, so they are not billing for my 2 kg sugar. But she is not informing the offer is also available for 1 kg sugar is only rs.9 for every 1000 rs purchase.
            We are heard the offer from neighbors, we went back to shop at the same day evening, we are explain to the shop rep, we are eligible to get 6 kg of sugar in the offer price, we are showing the bill and all, but, she was denied to provide the offer.               The amount is deducted from our bank account the shopkeeper said they did not receive it and asked us to make cash payment.
              While checking with him he said it will return automatically but even after 5 days nothing has happened.

                After billing all the items, I have given my Andhra Bank card which I used for ordering some items online yesterday.
                But when I have entered the pin, they said my card is expired.
                If one's card works, others dont work.

                      Price difference between reliance and d'mart

                      I have bought 100gm of badam in reliance fresh and 200gm of badam in dmart on nov 4th and nov 13th respectively. The price difference between the two shocked me. There is not much difference in the quality of badam. I wish know why would there be so much of cost difference. Reliance should try to be fair on the customers!

                      This morning, I was at a Reliance Fresh store in Bhubaneswar. At the check out, I was told that card payments are discontinued for the past few days, and will continue to be so for the next three days. Apparently, this is due to network problem. It is difficult to believe that the company that markets JIO so aggressively has such a long network problem!! Could it be something to do with demonetisation ?

                        I have purchased a MAGNUM Icecream 75g from Reliance Fresh, West Mambalam, Chennai, but they have taken Rs. 90/- instead of MRP Rs. 75/-.

                        When I came back to may home, I have seen this in the Bill. They are also not picking up the phone. So, I have to visit the store again for rectification.

                        Its very painful that such a big store is doing like this - like a CHOR Company.

                          I the undersigned visited Reliance Fresh Mart Galaxy Cinema Naroda Ahmedabad on 10/11/2016 and purchased some items of Rs.2915/-. At that time I had given Voucher of Reliance of Rs.1000/- and Rs.500/- each.

                          After the using of my ICICI Credit Card, an amount of Rs.1415/- payment declined by Reliance Fresh Mart, Naroda Ahmedabad on 10/11/2016. And I had given some items returned back to Reliance Fresh. Again one message received from ICICI Bank that
                          trnx of inr 1415.18 using credit card [protected] is made at Reliance Fresh on 10/11/2016. Avl balance 39963.09.

                          Kindly do the needful in the matter and arrange to return back an amount Rs.1415.18/- to my ICICI Credit Card at the earliest.

                            as you aware of the current changes in India about the Rupee note of 500/- and 1000/-, we are moved our payment through liquid cash to Credit/Debit Card.

                            But one of your outlet at Sulatnpuri Shani Bazar Road, they have only one Swiping Machine and credit cards are not accepted there due to this we have face trouble in our daily life.

                              This relates to the BTM 6th Stage layout Reliance Fresh outlet near Sai baba Temple, Bangalore. This store swiped my SBI Debit card twice for One shopping of groceries on 28/10/2016. When I checked my SBI SB a/c I found a sum of Rs.1133-50 was deducted twice from a/c. I reported the matter to Mr. Manooj (Tel:[protected]) on 29/10/2016 and he assured me that the problem will be checked and solved within 10minutes. Since then I called him several times with no answer. I have shown the Bank pass book evidence of double debits . Such occurrences of double debits cannot be anything other than fraud.

                              It is nearly 13 days without any response.

                              I request the concerned authorities to do the needful to re remit my money Rs.1133-50 forthwith.

When asked how much time it will take for rice to be poured in the bucket when it was empty he told me to wait for half an hour and the behaviour was very rude. He should talk in a good manner to customers in today's scenario. I am deciding not to visit your store because of your staffs behaviour.

                                    I am a regular customer of reliance fresh @ Maurya Atria, bodakdev, ahmedabad branch.
                                    Every time i go, some or other customer is shouting and a peculiar staff keeps on irritating customer and misbehave with them.. Irrespective of age/gender.. And humiliate the customer to the extent that, customer shouts n leave the store or walks in to manager chamber.. Then manager intervene( some time). Tonight, I was victim for the 2nd time, and so forced to write here.

                                    This Mr Parmar, abused me, irritated me. I complained Mr Shah, manager on duty, he didnt came out of his room, was counting cash, in rush to close the store, sent another guy, saying give preference to me and solve my problem. Mr Parmar, still refused to obey his manager's order, refused to make my bill, denied... That another staff started new counter and made my bill...
                                    Is this the way you treat your customers???
                                    Why such people are in store who behaves like a Don/bhai log, use bad language... For customers???
                                    And still store manager was busy in his chamber??

                                    Why u keep such boneless store manager ? Who cant control staff??

                                    Security staff and cctv cameras are there for proof.

                                    It isnt only about me, you can check cctv footage, and that Mr parmar's behaviour.. I saw him behaving like this daily with many customers.

                                    Incident- i stood for 10-15 mins in queue for billing(only 1 middle counter was on). Customer didnt had cash to pay, her card was rejected, she walked out to get cash from atm machine ??? (Far away). And after waiting for so long, i was forced to leave the counter and asked to go to another cash counter where Mr Parmar was working, 4-5 customers were in queue.
                                    He refused to make my bill and asked me to stand in queue??? Again...??? What a BS! I still requested him gently that i am having only 1 item, and informed him that i already waited for 15 mins to another counter! And he again rudely told me same... Saying, my previous counter isnt closed and customer bill is in process.. What rubbish was that??? Customer went to find atm machine n cash... Did he wanted me to wait till that customer is back, what if that customer doesnt come back???

                                    That guy who was making my bill, rushed out of the store without making my bill...

                                    Too pathetic service
                                    Too much humiliating for many customers

                                    They behave as if they are selling goods for free! !

                                      I have visited the reliance fresh store located on the kasavanahalli main road and picked the 750 ml pack of amul ice cream, as this ice cream has an offer of buy one get one free, i had picked up one mango flavor and another one in chocolate flavor as i usually do and pay the value of the higher mrp. To my surprise the billing guy advised me that it is compulsory on for me to pick both the flavor of the same taste. When i was not satisfied i asked for the manager of the store and he came forward and said that it is his decision. I have entered this in the complaint book but till date no response.
                                      Reliance Fresh customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
