Reliance fresh in Nerul has a horrible customer care service. They refused to sell me the products saying that they wont give me the change because my purchase wasnt of Rs. 500 (They do not have any such policy). Is the selling and service of your store that bad that you can't provide your customer with the change of Rsa. 2000? Not only this the staff members named Mahesh and Rakesh and the manager named Hitesh Ouja (not really sure how it is spelled) were awfully rude and disrespectful to me and my friend. This is not the first time this has happened in that store. All of my friends have this complaint from this particular store. Also most of the products on the shelves are expired and mostly the staff dosent really know where the products are shelfed.
I hope that these problems will be resolved soon and strict action would be taken

We needed some groceries very urgently and we went to shop before the shop closing time I.e before 10pm but the shop guys denained us to enter inside. I want to know why they have kept that big board outside the shop regarding the shop timings.

    To day on 07/01/2017 i went to purchase some vegetable items and stationery to reliance fresh, jp nagar, 1st phase, near sarakki, bangalore.in cash counter when i given my sbi debit card for settlement of bill and he swiped my card and returned it me back but again he asked me the card and swiped again. He replied me that first transaction he made cancelled. But after some time mobile allred came that two time amount debited from my account.
    So, i request you to credit rs. 510 in my account within immediate effect. This is for favour of your information and necessary action.

      It's been a 1 month, I have bought some grossaries from Reliance Fresh, pashan sus road, Pune . While payment they had transact money from my Food card twice .

      When I asked them that 2 transaction are made for single purchase, they were saying ke it's a mistake . You will get your money refund by 7 working days .

      But till now no refund credited in my card

      Transaction date - 3-dec-2016.

      Please do this needful and help me to get my refund as soon as possible .

      Reliance Fresh customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      It's been a 2 month, I have bought some grossaries from Reliance Fresh, Virar (E), Mumbai. While payment they had transact money from my Debit card.

      When I asked them about 2 transaction for single purchase, they said it's done by mistake . You will get your money refund by 7 working days .

      But till now no refund credited in my card

      Please do the needful and help me to get my refund as soon as possible .

        I had visited your Reliance Fresh outlet located at East Ave, Palace View Society, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411006, India store on 04.12.2016 where a invoice entry of Rs. 65.32 was made. On swiping my debit card, some error message appeared. The person at the counter tried 6 times to get the payment, but due to some network issue, it did not went through and the invoice was not generated. Later I found that the amount (65.32) has been debited to my debit card.
        The amount is debited from my account on the day itself but the billing did not happen and the store promptly refused to allow purchase.

        I again visited your store on 05.12.2016 to raise a complain but...

          Dear Sir,

          I am deeply disappointed not to find solution after 15 days of transaction through my ICICI debit card losing 1886.64 ( 943.32 x 2)swiping twice at Reliance retail at medavakkam koot road - store No:2733.
          The amount is debited from my account on the day itself but the billing did not happen and the store promptly refused to allow purchase.

          The date of transaction is on 11.12.16 at about 7.00 PM hence the message as debit on 12, 12, 16

          The store manager is courteous to send a mail to his credit manager office mentioning the details in a format but with wrong date 12.12.16 instead of 11.12.16 and the card no. also confusing and got a reply as no transaction of that kind on that day.

          The Banker says it is already credited to Reliance

          On pointing out the mistake on date, the manager sends the same case mail mentioning on the cover letter /history about the wrong date instead of making a fresh reference of the issue in the proper format. he gets the same reply of no such transaction on the date with out mentioning about rechecking. I still doubt a fresh mail with fresh issue statement can sort out the problem instead doubting the bank. The banker is blunt to say it is the stores.

          Please inform me whom to contact for getting a solution. I appreciate if some one take the ownership to solve the issue and establish our credibility of cashless transaction.

            On 26/12/2016 @ your Reliance fresh outlet, Near Cosmopolitan Club, Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore-560011my debitcard has been swiped for an amount of Rs.295.54 thrice while the actual bill amount was already paid for same amount ...Kindly reverse the transactions amounting to Rs.591.08 to my bank...no one responds properly including the so called manager...

              Please find the attached image.

              In image there are 2 bills 1st of amount 1013.12 & 2nd 997.92, i purchased home goods/rasan and found bill differences on same products
              In same store at same time.

              Story is :
              I went to reliance store to purchase home goods/rasan on 03-dec-2016 and purchased home goods bill was rupees 1013.12 but
              Transaction got failed and amount was deducted from my account.
              Within 10 mins same day i asked to bill at different counter this time same products bill amount was 997.92, i asked executive why
              Difference on same products. But no answer and executve ask me to submit the cancelled transaction billed 1013.12 but i denied as
              I have to check on what products reliance is making wrong bill.

              I found some products are selling at 20% profit. Pls check attached image you can find the differences.

              Dear reliance:
              I have below concerns.

              1) amount was not refund till now to my account why so much as it was committed to refund within 3 days. I visited store 4-5
              Time but till now no update when amount will be refund to account.

              2) pls check why amount differences for same products and 20% difference is huge diff, i think you are making fool
              Of customers as customers also not know how much you are making profit on each products.

              Please answer me which bill is correct and why the differences are.

              Complaint already registered with id: sd4916164 but last 15days no status update.

                I have done a shopping of 1985.88 from one of your outlet and i was asked to pay through jio money as 10% cashback offer was there. But when i did my transaction i got failed and money got deducted from my jio account. Still the manager of the store asked me to do the payment again through debit card and i did so. I have paid the money twice to the store and the manager of the store told me that the 1st transaction will be refunded as my jio money cash within the next 24 hours. But itz been more than 20 days i have not received the money.

                    I had visited your belapur store on 11.12.2016 where a invoice entry of rs. 2342.59 was made. On swiping my credit and debit card, some error message appeared. The person at the counter tried 4 times to get the payment, but due to some network issue, it did not went through and the invoice was not generated. Later i found that the amount (2342.59 x 4) has been debited to my credit / debit card.
                    I again visited your store on 15.12.2016 to raise a complain wherein i met mr dada patil. He logged a complain in the system with log no. 4966910. From that day i have been following up with him but with no result. Everyday a new problem is told to me but the matter is still not getting resolved and my amount is not being refunded.

                    I am writing this mail to understand the process of refund and the time it will take as almost rs. 10k is stuck at your company.

                    Waiting for a quick resolution.

                          I purchased home goods/Rasan for rs 3491.50.I don't what happened exactly amount debited from my account but trasaction got failed.As it was done by one of the representative of reliance fresh from dwarka mor new delhi uttam nagar.i consulted twice and thrice to the reliance shop for crediting my amount back to my account they assured they will send details to bank and will be done withing one week .i contacted bank bank replied they have not sent any details accordingly .It is already 15 days form date of purchse now .ie. on 11.12.2016 i have done my transction with reliance fresh.why reliance fresh e not cooperating .but it is not fair kindly look into the matter and do the needful.Merchent id is attached of failed transaction.

                            Please find the attached images.

                            As per the photo 1, jpg, there was an offer stating on the rack of Sunsilk Shampoo's. With Sunsilk Shampoo 340ml (Mrp 195) there is a free sunsilk shampoo of 80 ml.
                            I picked a Sunsilk shampoo 340 ml and verified its Mrp as 195. Please check the photo 2.jpg and 3, jpg.

                            Before putting into my shopping cart even I confirmed with a Reliance Fresh Executive lady, she called her supervisor and finally they confirmed me, that there is an offer with that shampoo pack.

                            However to my surprise during billing the cashier said there is no offer with this pack.

                            He argued with me. I asked him to call the executive who confirmed me earlier and the manager of the store.

                            The executive avoided and someone came claiming to be the store manager.

                            He was very rude in is behaviour without even listening to what I want to state. He said the offer is with the shampoo pack of Mrp 195 onwards.
                            Surprisingly according to him onwards include both above and below Rs 195. As per him Rs 180 also comes in onwards 195
                            I stop arguing with him after listening his senseless arguments.
                            I had almost wasted 30 mins in the counter so just got the shampoo pack without the offer and left the store.

                            However i want to make a point its not the first time i am facing this issue. Earlier too i had faced similar issues with the store. The free items or the offer items were not given and i had to argue with the store manager.

                            I want to escalate the issue this time and make sure i get the offer and strict action is taken against the store. So that they learn how to interact with the customers politely

                              We have purchase BOOST and got an offer for Rs.100 worth free vegetables, since our card not accepted for full bill amount we have returned the BOOST but they have billed for vegetables. We are not in need of vegetables and intimated them to take it back but they refused only because they have billed it.Kindly resolve the issue, we have paid Rs.500 and left all the grocery in shop itself since their response is very unkindly and arrogant.

                                I was try to to purchase some goods of worth rs.316.54, from Reliance fresh [protected]@ Indira Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. My card was swiped thrice unfortunately none of them got succeeded and amount was debited from my account all 3 times.The shop keeper ensured it will be reversed with in 4 working days. Its been over a week and no response from the reliance fresh end.
                                I request to take it seriously action on this Because I meet store manager many times on this issue. he is not providing proper response.

                                I also try to reach HDFC credit card team. they provided the transaction details.

                                  I had bought 3 packets of reliance milk unknowingly on 19th December which was of the previous day milk consignment. On boiling it on the same day, I found all packets spoilt. On returning the bill along with milk packet covers today to the store manager at mogapper west, chennai-37, he refused to replace the spoilt milk. As I am a regular customer, I have already replaced it earlie In such a instance. The behaviour of the present manager is unbecoming of a reputed company like reliance. Plz initiate necessary action against the concerned store manager and please do let me know.. my number is [protected]

                                    I had made a purchase of rs.600, from Reliance fresh store, Sec-11 Koparkhairne. My card was swiped thrice and only once the bill was generated.And amount was debited from my account all 3 times.On enquiring the employees said that the amount will get credited soon. Its been over a week and no response from the reliance fresh end. Its highly disappointing for regular customers like us.I request to take it seriously and please refund Rs.1200 ASAP back to my account.Transaction id:[protected]/[protected].

                                      I have been a customer of reliance fresh since last few years and buying frequently from reliance fresh, vazhakkala kochi. Recently i had experienced more than once impolite behavior from the sales staffs and the cashiers multiple times. These are especially new young female recruits i believe. The way they talk to the customers is highly unacceptable and the attitude is arrogant. For any query we ask them the answer will be an abrupt "i dont know". I can site multiple instances on this and i am sure that lot more people have faced the same which i personally have seen. People do not have time to spent sending in complaints to you or they just let go. I have already told many of my friends and family not to buy from here anymore. I have raised my complaint to the store manager also today. I would like to know what action is taken in this regard.

                                      Staff are not responding well who are in the cash counters. They are not providing swiping machines and change for 2000rs as well. This is not first time for me it happens two times consequetivley .I won't go next time

                                        In my case my axis bank debit card is debited twice for an amount of rs. 432.09 at first swap at 12:49:09 hrs dtd[protected] seq no 003449., the transaction was not through but my account was debited. At 12:50:41 hrs dtd[protected] in the second swap seq no 449472 the amount rs 432.09 got through. I am yet to receive my refund back to my bank account, made a complaint with axis bank vv mohalla br mysore.

                                        It seems the service at these f&v centers going hopeless, there is no application of mind to work. The card swapping machines are out dated r the band with they operate is bad/fluctuating.
