I had made a purchase of rs.600, from Reliance fresh store, Sec-11 Koparkhairne. My card was swiped thrice and only once the bill was generated.And amount was debited from my account all 3 times.On enquiring the employees said that the amount will get credited soon. Its been over a week and no response from the reliance fresh end. Its highly disappointing for regular customers like us.I request to take it seriously and please refund Rs.1200 ASAP back to my account.Transaction id:[protected]/[protected].

    I have been a customer of reliance fresh since last few years and buying frequently from reliance fresh, vazhakkala kochi. Recently i had experienced more than once impolite behavior from the sales staffs and the cashiers multiple times. These are especially new young female recruits i believe. The way they talk to the customers is highly unacceptable and the attitude is arrogant. For any query we ask them the answer will be an abrupt "i dont know". I can site multiple instances on this and i am sure that lot more people have faced the same which i personally have seen. People do not have time to spent sending in complaints to you or they just let go. I have already told many of my friends and family not to buy from here anymore. I have raised my complaint to the store manager also today. I would like to know what action is taken in this regard.

    Staff are not responding well who are in the cash counters. They are not providing swiping machines and change for 2000rs as well. This is not first time for me it happens two times consequetivley .I won't go next time

      In my case my axis bank debit card is debited twice for an amount of rs. 432.09 at first swap at 12:49:09 hrs dtd[protected] seq no 003449., the transaction was not through but my account was debited. At 12:50:41 hrs dtd[protected] in the second swap seq no 449472 the amount rs 432.09 got through. I am yet to receive my refund back to my bank account, made a complaint with axis bank vv mohalla br mysore.

      It seems the service at these f&v centers going hopeless, there is no application of mind to work. The card swapping machines are out dated r the band with they operate is bad/fluctuating.

        I went to reliance fresh outlet in sultanpalya, rt nagar, bangalore on saturday 3rd december'2016. I bought grocery items worth rs.286. I wanted to pay using my debit card. The person in the outlet cash counter swiped my card but he told they have not received the money. Then he swiped again and still he said, they have not received the money. When i checked the sms on my mobile and bank statements, money was debited twice from my account. I reported the same and they asked me to leave my mobile number and card number and the money will be refunded within 24-48 hours. However, there was no correspondence from reliance fresh for the entire week and no money was refunded. I again went to their outlet on 10th dec'2016 however, i was told that they have not received the money. The behaviour of the outlet manager was a disgrace. He was utterly unprofessional and rude towards me. I am not sure how the brand "reliance" can even recruit such undeserving people. Atlast after some heated conversation he gave me cash of rs.280. I left the reliance fresh outlet promising myself not to visit here again. After 4 days, on 14th dec'2016, i was called by the same person, the so-called manager in reliance fresh outlet and was asked for the money back very rudely. I denied to speak to him and asked for his manager. He transferred the call and someone named govind spoke to me and he was no different. He continuously interrupted me and kept on saying that i will have to speak to my bank to get my money back. I told them it was a fault on either their side or at bank's end, but they denied and literally threatened me to speak to my bank. When i denied they asked me for my bank statement. Really annoyed and disappointed with such an ugly service and repeated harassment. I want to lodge an official complaint against them for this issue. Please help.

          Wrong information provided by the employee. Afterwards threatening as what I can do?I asked other employees for assistance and the person came forward saying there is no discount for the item I purchased. After billing he asked for money which was not sufficient. I asked why he is charging low then he said offer was there. Bad behaviour and theat was given as we local boy.

              I have purchased few items costing Rs.549.82 vide cash Memo no. C9074 dated 09/12/2016 from Reliancefresh, Reliance Retail Limited, 477 Barasat Road, H B Town, Sodepur, Kolkata-700110 having CIN No. U01100MH1999PLC120563. I have paid the amount Rs.549.82 with my Axis Bank Debit Card No.XXXX XXXX XXXX 1529 Chip. Above amount of Rs.549.82 was deducted twice from my Bank Account because Reliance Sales man put the Debit Card twice in the swipe machine.
              I shall request you to return above amount Rs.549.82 in my Bank Account as soon as possible.
              On the same day on 09/12/06 I have logged complaint in Customer Care centre vide Complaint Id.1596922 dated 09/12/2016 but till date I have not received my money in my Bank Account.
              I shall request you to solve the case on urgent basis.

                There was a declined transaction of rs 526.82 on 11/12/2016, with my ICICI debit card and the amount is not yet refunded. I ended up paying twice for same purchase as i was told by reliance executive that amount will be reverted withing hours.

                I have all documents with me, let me know if you need anything. I am adding bank statements for your reference.
                Please revert my money soon.

                  I buyed rice, salt, egg for 274rs @ reliance fresh and made atm payment on[protected] .. but its declined.. but I got message of 274 which is debited from my sbi account for tnx#[protected]..
                  I asked to retailer.. he told. Network problem.. it will refund automatically within 1 hr.. and I purchased through cash..

                  But still it's not refunded

                    I am a regular client at pathadipalam reliance, even though lulu hypercity is near i prefer going to reliance because of the customer service. Today morning i went to return a spoilt pack of mushrooms which i had bought the day before, one of the staff asked me to take another item of the same value, while billing maya came and said its not possible since i did not have the bill or card, i told her i am late for office, but i will give the number over phone after reaching home, she was utterly rude and literally insulted me. The other staffs knew me and told i can take the item and give the number on phone, but this lady did not allow, so i left without my item. I and my extended family do a shopping of around 6000 per month, but with staff like this we have to shift to another store.

                      I am requesting you to provide me the bowl free with Maggi atta noodle... Instead of giving me bowl they are making me foo... this is not a right way of managing a customer... They are saying that bowl is not with us that is why we have marked down the price but the same product was taken by me in the morning then they gave me the bowl...I request you to provide me the bowl...and improve the staff

                        For purchasing my daily need of groceries, i visited the nearby( East Ave, Palace View Society, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411006) Reliance fresh mart . After the billing my bill amounted to rs. 565, i gave a 2000 rupee bill which the store people did not have change of . They even advised me to cancel my order rather than apolozing and giving me change ... shameless, arrogant people . Since i really needed the grocery i had to run to nearby shops and beg them for the change .

                        But people running such big stores could not find me some change adding to my worst experience the lady at the counter spoke extremely rudely to me and after i came back with the change all frustrated she again billed my entire grocery ... such a crazy and stupid women.

                        I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDE, BOORISH AND ARROGANT PEOPLE . I SHALL ADVICE ALL MY COMMUNITY PEOPLE TO STOP VISITING THE STORE . IT IS ONE OF THE WORST STORE IN THE AREA IN TERMS OF BEHAVING WITH THE CUSTOMERS . NO HUMANITY .

                          I made a purchase in one of the reliance fresh outlets . However, just at the nick of time there was a server issue and the swipe transactions were getting cancelled. After 20 mins the server was up and the transaction went through. However, I was also charged for the swipe that was processed as soon as the server issues started. So I was charged 2 times instead which should have been once. I was told that the charge will be reversed back to the account which has not happened still.

                          Want to know how long does it take for the charges to get reversed.

                            There was a failed transaction of rs 427.50 on 3/12/2016, with my ICICI debit card and the amount is not yet refunded. Bank mentioned that the merchant has the money. The store manager raised a complaint number SD4888914 from the company's internal site, but I havent yet heard from the reliance fresh team yet. Please return back my amount or let me know if any other information is required. I have all the required documents w/ me.

                              Dear Mr. Ambani,
                              People of India has enormous trust and faith in Ambani Group after Tata Sons who have given n number of growth avenues to the country and people of the Country.
                              Actually, I heard lot of news on social media about how Reliance is going to mis-use their JIO consumer's ID and Aadhar details. I thought it is all rubbish but today when I visited Reliance fresh, I was shocked how the country's biggest industrialist has become rich by making fool of illiterate bhole bhale people of our country.
                              I purchased 200gm and 500gm each Nestle Dahi. When I came home aand was about to open the pack, I found that 400gm pack was manufactured 20.11.16 and best before date was 05..12.2016. This expired pack was sold deliberately knowing the fact the goods is expired and it should be removed from the shelf.
                              The Limit of selling Expired Product in the Reliance Fresh went to the stage that a sticker label was pasted on the manufacturing and Expiry date of 200gm pack to hide the fact and the expired 200gm pack of Nestle dahi was
                              sold.
                              In the name of Reliance Fresh, Expired Food Products are sold openly.

                                I would like to inform you that i visited RELIANCE FRESH outlet at jharsa road, gurgaon and purchased the material & through swap machine you have illegally debited Rs 4474 on dated 03/12/2016 arround 6 to 8 pm without any reason, as the transaction was declined and i swiped the another card & completed the transaction. I repeatedly through telephonic contact to your office for the above mention refund but you couldn't refund my illegal debited amount of Rs 4474 upto till date.
                                Then i requested my bank & they have put the dispute request with you but you have still not refunded that amount

                                  Is there a minimum threshold for card payment? Today I purchased an item worth ₹25 and having seen the previous customer with a problem to pay with new ₹2000, offered myself to pay by card (as I too had struggled in a bank only to get new ₹2000 note). The store manager was reluctant to take the card and said that Reliance fresh has a policy to take card payments for ₹100 and above. Is it true? Upon argument, he accepted the card warning me not to use card again!

                                      In reliance fresh Warangl, your billing boys never follow queue system.They take billing even if customers come in between while many ppl are waiting in queue.
                                      I have told them softly many times not to do that.Even if it is 1 product or 10 products i am purchasing, I want your ppl to bill them when customers come in queue.
                                      Pls stress this issue with them.

                                        I have made the transaction of Rs. 2587.26 on 20/11/2016 from Reliance Smart/Fresh (Mumbai Central).
                                        Due to Server down counter person did swipe of my credit card 2 times with 2 different machines then he told me that money will be refund after 2 days.
                                        As my money was deducted for both the times.
                                        Till Date I have not got any credit/refund back .
                                        Please do needful.
