    i prasad frm jamnagar gujarat have got a kenstar 25 ltr geyser frm reliance fresh jamnagar on 24 nov 2012, wen i asked the store people regarding warranty card at the time of purchase thy replied sayng t cums inside the package, bt wen i looked for t at home, cudnt find t, wen i got bck to thm thy never looked in to the matter, i have gone many times on ths matter bt no use, evn called kenstar people, thy said thy cnt help. cn sum1 solve the matter plz

      I would like to inform you that on dated 3 march 2013 i have purchased some goods from Reliance Fresh, Sec-13, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Since 20:01:55 (Time) and for the same i have given my Debit Card for Payment with IDBI Bank master card/Debit card, card No: [protected] but after detected the payment counter person is saying that this card have no balance give your another card then on his request i have provided my ICICI bank debit card for payment. After leave the Reliance fresh i got 2 sms, 1st from IDBI bank and 2nd from ICICI bank that amount has Debited from :Reliance fresh as they have debited same billed amount from my both debit Card (IDBI & ICICI Bank) Then i have called to store manager Mr. Sanjay Pandey to logged the complain but he is saying that within 24 H your problem will solved..after 24 when i got no response then visited to Reliance fresh to logged the complain and any how after a lots of discussion he logged the complain as he was saying it's not possible. I have Reliance Fresh Cash Invoice Copy and my Both Banks Statement, please find.

      So, request to you please do the needful to refund my amount and take a necessary action against Reliance Fresh.

      I bought a reliance recharg coupon from reliance fresh but that could not work then i went to them and asked them regarding that coupon then they put that amount for the refund and i kept going there but nobody could pay attention then i decided to take an action against them kindly help me out details are given below.

      Prepaid Card — mobile recharging wrongly

      i have recharged with Rs 332...on [protected] wrongly... actually my number is [protected]... please make the correction... thanking you

      Sir,
      On 17 Aug 09 I asked the store Baba Bazar in Visakhapatnam to recharge my Account with Rs.500/- in my Mobile No. [protected] but by mistake the recharge was done to the wrong no.[protected] with request no. 332350 and immediately called the customer case and informed that same they informed that within 24 Hrs the correct mobile no will be credited with Rs.500/-. Later on 19 Aug 09 the lady from the shop called up to inform that as I had again recharged with Rs.500/-on the same day the recharge cannot be done to the same no and asked for another mobile no. Where in i gave the no. [protected] they promised to recharge the new no within 24 hrs but till date the recharge has not happened.

      I request u to do the needful and debit my accout on Mobile No. [protected]with Rs.500/- .

        This is complain against Reliance Fresh branch at Marathahalli, Bangalore (near Innovative multiplex). At this store, most of the fresh vegetables is sold to some other vegetable shop owners/ whole sales person from back door/store room by taking some commission from them. In this activity almost all staffs (manager, security guard and other sales persons) are involved. We have tried to complain many times to manager of that store but no benefit as he himslf is involved in this. For normal customers mostly old, unfresh vegetables are kept outside for normal sale. I will give one example. Cauliflower is available at Reliance fresh at RS 11-12 but outside its price is just double i.e. RS 24-25. So this store sales all fresh Cauliflower to other whole sale persons by taking some commissions from them. Please do the needful so that we can get rid of this problem.

          Yesterday I saw an offer on Real's Juice as I passed this Reliance Fresh store and decided to purchase two of them because of the offer. I dint check how much they billed me till I reached home. They charged me Rs 85 despite the offer Rs 70 that was displayed infront of the store.

          Today I went back again and the offer was still on. So I decided to see if it was an error and decided to purchase the Juice again. Again they billed me Rs 85. I asked them why they've billed me Rs 85 despite the Rs 70 offer infront your store.
          She apologized and said the offer got over yesterday.
          Then I asked them if I would have got this offer, had I bought this yesterday. They said "certainly".
          I showed them my bill of yesterday's purchase and asked them to refund my money.
          They refused and said the offer was for Litchie Juice, I pointed to the bill where I had bought both litchie and an other one that was displayed under the offer.
          They simply refused and said the offer had got over the day before yesterday.

          Reliance store in Elamakkara, Kerala is staffed by the most irresponsible, arrogant and the most customer unfriendly people.

          Me and others in my family have had similar experiences in this store where they put on misleading offers and vegetables whichare ironically to their store name NOT fresh.

          Reliance Fresh — cheated to me

          sir, i was purchased real active fruit juice of 2 packets from thakur complex kandivali east mumbai 400601.on 25 oct 2009 .on this two pack of active orange packet one sipper of reebok co is free of 300 rs cost. but sales man not given this & assured that i will give this within two days.when i mde telephonic call on[protected] as per printed on cash memo, this was dissconnected. re visited in this store than salesman deny to give reebok siiper & says active co did not given this so we will give you an ordinary sipper, sir areputed reliance co staff c just like cheated to me i think, naresh jain, [protected], [protected]@hotmail.com
          AT RELIANCE FRESH STORE OF NELLORE, TODAY (28.03.2013) I HAVE PURCHASED "REAL" FRUIT JUICE IN APPLE, ORANGE AND MIXED FRUIT FLAVORS BY SEEING A CHART DISPLAYED AT RACKS SHOWING DISCOUNT OF 15/- ON MRP OF 85/-.BUT AT THE BILLING COUNTER IT IS BIILED AT MRP.WHEN ASKED ABOUT THIS THEIR ANSWER WAS OFFER WAS VALID TILL 28.03.2013 ONLY.THEN WHY TO DISPLAY SUCH CHARTS AND MISLEAD CUSTOMERS. AND ONE MORE LADY WAS SEEN ARGUING WITH THE STAFF REGARDING HOME APPLIANCE PURCHASED AT RELIANCE WAS DEFECTIVE AND THERE WAS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THEM WHEN COMPLAINED ABOUT IT. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AND I EXPERIENCED IT SEVERAL TIMES AND NOW I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO GO TO THAT STORE IN FUTURE.WITH THESE KIND OF ACTS THE REPUTATION OF RELIANCE WILL BE AT STAKE AND IF THIS CONTINUES ONE DAY THEY HAVE TO CLOSE DOWN THEIR STORES JUST AS THEY CLOSED THEIR RELIANCE PETROL PUMPS.

            Regularly i am purchasing goods from reliance fresh. Offers which is given by the company is not regulating in action by the staff members of reliance fresh and they are keeping among them shelves and their community, this is followed in all outlets of reliance and especially in anna nagar.
            If a product comes in discount for half a rate by the company, is sold out by the staff members of Anna Nagar reliance fresh for commission bases. Commission is got the discounted product and they are giving to particular persons in person on community and money bases. So, do we have to pay commission for the product we buy?

            Are they neglecting and ignoring other customer and even regular customer. If we ask about the discount they are responding very badly and in a harsh manner. We complaint it to the supervisor, he just says " I cant do anything and i[censored] want u buy or go" is this the way u treat ur customer?. Very very bad customer care.

            I request the complaint board to take action on this matter. And, please you people also dont do the same what the reliance fresh people do. Take immediate action.

              Its unfortunate that in a departmental store like Relaince fresh no one to help the customer if needs the help due to certain reason , the Staffs of relaince fresh are walking talking their own but nobody is there to support and i have asked to help me out about some products but they simply deny and told very badly that get your own else go away. its really unexpectable. I have called the store manager mr. Shrivastava twice in his mobile number [protected] but he was unable provide any solution .

                I am really frustrated with the incident what happened today. After buying the vegetables, I went to the billing counter after billing i got to know they dont accept Sudexo coupons, then the lady in the billing counter said they accept only CRDC card n cash. I asked does CRDC mean credit card then she told yes and when i went to take the bag in front of me only she is telling to the other customer that how foolish is that guy to ask what is CRDC card. Really very bad customer service. Insulting customers will make them lose customers. This was from Reliance Fresh Uttarahalli.

                  I’ve purchased few items and amount is Rs.181/- from reliance fresh at cut tack road, bhubaneswar, odisha. Auth code is 165163 on 31.12.2012 at 20.10.39 video bill no- C1142. #0184 / 31.12.2012. So I give my debit card the sales man swipe it told that not work and give another debit card,swipe it will be done. But unfortunate debit also in my two cards, so very next day complaint and so my statements they have told me that within four days credit with your account, but after one week again their manager and give again statement, he also same words but not credit in my account so last meet again but their manager misguide to me and told me not credit in my account.

                  So I told that is it customer service of reliance group, this is not matter of Rs.181/- .

                  This is my request to you kindly not again other peoples.

                    We bought the item(Reconnect mixer grinder 500W) on 29th Jan,2013 around 9 pm. And when we tried to use it by morning it was not working and even the burning smell was coming out of it. When in the eve, i went to tell about it to the store's manager but he was not there, when i asked the employees about his manager's contact no. they refused to give and when we insisted they gave other employees phone no. When i found that the number was fake, i asked them for the correct no. they replied go talk to Mukesh Ambani, he is the owner. They even started doing inspection by themselves and in between dropped it from the table.

                      On 13th Nov'2012 i have purchased items at Saheednagar, Bhubaneswar Reliance Fresh outlet of Worth Rs653/=. During transaction with my debit card, amount had been deducted but bill not obtained. Your manager asked me again you have to pay the same even though i have shown my SMS receipt from the ICICI bank in my cell phone.

                      Your manager told me that payment will be returned your account with in 7 working days, hence requested me to do the payment again.

                      I did the same, instead of again using my debit card, i have given the money for the same and items had been billed.

                      I have lodged compliant in the compliant ledger by stating the same. I have given assurance of the above by your outlet manager.

                      Till date i am not in-receipt of the money in my account.

                      Now i have attached the bank statement taken and duly submitted to your retail outlet for the same on 6th Jan'2013, which was requested me on same day after several calls and meeting with your personnel.

                      I hope you will consider my request at earliest and guide me if any thing or any document will be needed from my side.


                      Please do the needful to keep our faith remain on Relinace.

                          We have been buying Reliance fresh full cream milk since a month as we normaly use the milk cream for making Desi ghee at home. Today when we were heating the cream for preparing desi ghee, the cream was full of acidic foam. Also later when we were filtering the ghee, the acid burnt the sieve which we normally use for filtering hot milk, soups etc. This is the kind of product that reliance sells in its retail stores. Please be careful from that acidic poisonous milk.

                            I am a regular customer of Relience fresh.
                            what compel me to come here is; i made a purchase in May 2012 and tried to pay from debit card but failed due to renovation cause. their swap machine was not working. so i paid in cash. after few days same amount was debited from my debit card.
                            when i complained about this, they checked and assured me that same amount will be returned to me within 20 days.
                            after so many followups they are making excuse that we are unable to receive any reply from upper side.
                            this is very strange that such a big brand lacks co-ordination between teams and making such excuse.

                            i dont know how can i get my money back.

                              I have been a customer of reliance fresh for past 8 years the retail shop in choolaimedu abdullah street opp to amma hospital has made me very much upset.now I hate to go to your shop.first of all i bought a kissan pine apple jam from the shop it is my mistake that i have not noticed the torn plastic wrapper when i opened the can i noticed that some one has already eaten it the person just inserted his finger inside the can and took some jam

                              next is the behavior of the billing womens they always take extra 1 or 50 paise with the excuse of not having change but they are never ready to give extra cover

                              Their behavior with the customers is also very rude and they speak like a slum people cursing the customers

                              please take action against this shop,please give a surprice check you will see this for your self

                                i have bought in excess of 400 rupees in item at your store on 11/10/2012 and was held up at the door and treated like a shoplifter upon exit because an item didn't not appear on my bill.
                                A 30 rupees item didn't appear on my 497rupees bill..does that make me a shoplifter, then y was i treated like one, clear there was an error made by the cashier, i was so offended and you wasted my time and ruined my evening.
                                I wonder if i will be compensated for this mental trauma, not even an apology.
                                i need clarification and compensation, this is reckless for such a huge firm.

                                  I bought Vegetables from Reliance Fresh, Phase-7, Mohali, out of which the rate of Cabbage was marked as Rs. 12.99 . I was charged Rs. 25.98 for 700 gms. When I objected, I was told, the rate is for per piece, and not for per kg.How can Vegitables be charged per piece. It was very costly as compared to the Market, and hence, I requested, to change the item & give me some other vegitable instead, but I was told vegitables can not be changed. How can they do this when I have not taken the delivery yet and was still standing at the counter. I was told that nothing can be done. It was just because, I had paid by that time.When I strongly requested the Manager, he misbehaved.I left the Cabbage there only at the counter, AND I SWORE, I WILL NEVER VISIT RELIANCE FRESH AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

                                    THE SECURITY STAFF IN THE RELIANCE FRESH OUTLET SITUATED AT 3rd AVENUE, INDRANAGAR BRANCH, CHENNAI-600020 BEHAVES IN A UGLY AND UNRULY MANNER WHENEVER THE CUSTOMERS GO FOR SHOPPING. TODAY AFTERNOON, I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OF THE SECURITY PERSONNEL POSTED AT THIS OUTLET.

                                    YOU MUST TRANSFER HIM TO SOMEOTHER OUTLET OR DISMISS HIM ALTOGETHER, ELSE, I WILL LODGE A COMPLAINT TO THE MINISTRY LEVEL AT NEW DELHI.

                                      I was a regular visitor of Reliance Fresh Store located in Sector 16, Panchkula. As usual today we went for daily shopping in the store. While shopping my son took one boomer which was not included in the final bill. When asked by one of the watchmen, I took the boomer from child and asked the counter cashier to bill it. Suddenly one guard took away the boomer from the cashier and took it inside denying any payment of the same. Thereafter we left the store. That guard (looking like a goonda) came crying outside near to our car shouting and created a huge scene. The in-charge of the store when told about the misbehavior of the guard justified it as if that guard has been kept to misbehave and shout at the customers. I feel so sad after visiting the store and not feel like going again.

                                        Purchased Frozen Potato 2 packets from reliance fresh dhab khatika amritsar branch on 16/09/2012, 17th evening, we fried but quality of food was not at all good and foul smell from potato pieces, 1 hal[censored]sed packet and 1 sealed packet I returned to reliance branch on 23/09/2012 .

                                        They asked for bill but I did not keep bill, as buying goods from reliance for the last 5 years and this was the first time, I experienced bad quality, I gave my contact number, debit card number through which purchase was made, reliance membership card number and date of purchase.

                                        I was assured by staff that I will be called upon but didnot receive any call for one week and again visited store on 30th Sept, Sunday to confim status but after waiting for 10 minutes Mr Deepak incharge came and told in absence of bill, replacement can be in terms of frozen foods only, Being old customer, at-least some courtesy must be there, even after giving card numbers, date of purchase, I didnot get response.

                                        I donot want to buy frozen foods in replacement and you must replace all such stock as can cause bad health to customers,

                                        Need solution on priority as in replacement, I donot want to buy frozen foods, will buy some other consumable.
