Respected Sir I am one of the daily customer of reliance fresh dealing with grocery & household items. It is very sad to say that some of your employs does not give due respect to your customers. My complaint is regarding MR. VISHAL VERMA, manager of RELIANCE FRESH STORE, HAIBOWAL KALAN, LUDHIANA, PUNJAB. He is really annoying and rude whenever one asks about the schemes going and even the query about the placement of different products. his behaviour is really indifferent. Whenever the company give offers on products he prefer to sell them to karyana merchants thus making his commision. I and my colleuges are really disappointed on his part and expect some help from your side. Hope to get a quick and strict action from the higher authorities.     Please refer to cash memo # 0133, time 19:48:20, date 27 Jan2014. Billing figures were found different from actual displayed and they never return change up to 5 rupees. Today when it was brought in to billing desk's notice, they first returned 10 rupees. When further mistakes shown to them in billing, they returned another 10 rupees by throwing it on customer shrewdly. But they didn't made any corrections in the bill. Coriander leaves are 2 rupees each and they charged 5 rupees; Spring onion was Rs 2 and they charged at rate of Rs 10; methi was Rs 2 and they charged 3.90. This is regular affaire of their business.       Dated 25th ur advertisement published in gujarat samachar (Vadodara)news paper.In this paper u gave "lowest price guarantee" and wrote :if you find anything cheaper, we will pay and give doubled the differences.
      When i read this then i went to nearest reliance fresh store at ajwa road branch(Vadodara).And i ask detailed about ur advertisement to store manager mr:rajput.I asked the maneger for explain ur advertisement.

      After 15 min of time waste he told me that in this ads. I[censored] buy any item showing in the advertisement, purchase from any mall in vadodara except reliance fresh . If price is lowest than reliance fresh store than i pay u a doubled differnce ruppes between other bill item price and our stores price.
      I m not satisfied with his answered than i told that in manjalpur area "more " super mall gave me surf excel 1.5 kg washing powder in just rs 129 and ur store price is 167 so what can u do . He told me that pls give me 129/rupees bill of "more mega store" and i will give u doubled difference means i pay u 74-/ruppes.Then i asked i have 10 bills then u paid me he answering "yes"
      After discussed with ur store maneger in ajwa road i went to makarpura reliance fresh store .
      In ur ads u published discount in "whisper ultra clean"mrp 290 onward and ur price is 249.Then i go to d-mart i buy same product at 215/- ruppees.Then i given this bill to "makarpura" reliance fresh store manager for giving doubled difference.But ur store manager was not answering well.Then i told pls cotact me with ur manager.After one hour of time waste i get out from ur store with taking number of area manager mayank raj (M:[protected])
      After rached home i calling to mr mayank raj.But after long discussion i m not satisfy with ur guy.No any one o[censored]r manager taking resposibility of my complain.

        I am a regular customer at your p.B.Road dharwad branch, karnataka. It is observed that the benefit of offers given in add or displayed is not passed on to common customer. Most of the items(90%) having offer are not available on the day of starting the offer.It seems bulk of the items are lifted by the whole sellers at the center with the help of local managers at the shop. I had a worse experience of the same two days ago. I saw the offer for some chocklates and picked about 50 pieces of chocklates for birthday of my kid. After picking, when i came for billing manager at the shop intervened and taken away the same, and said these have already been booked by some body who has already purchased goods worth rs.1.20 lacs. Hence it seems these offers are meant for only big shots and not for common men. Please see in to this matter

          This is to bring to your attention that we purchased a pack of Sabudana (Sago) from your outlet of Reliance Fresh, Sector-20, Panchkula of the Brand Reliance Select. The packaging was done in 5R Value Creations, DRS 17th Milestone, Gurgaon Pataudi Road, Gurgaon- 123503 Haryana. The product contains very pungent and acidic smell which curdled the milk upon use. We shall be testing it soon and it seems its highly toxic and should be immediately checked.

              In your Branch at Vikram Square. Indore (M.P.) so many items has markdown daily. but your store manager. computer operator and all other staff employees are not offering that items to customers they are distributing that items for his own benefits. also some customer ask to purchase for that items even is your store manager and all other employees are refusing to give them and keeping that for his own that means all employees and seniour most vigilence team are corrept this i think because on 7th jan 2014 i have a complent to your toll free no but till today they have not given any response to me and not taken any possetive response for that so i am writting this letter to you please show this letter to your boss mr Anil or Mukesh Ambani Hope for fair result.                 Hi I have been a customer of reliance fresh from last 7 years i have seen could of time in the past store have charged more then the MRP and At that time Store Manager appolized. Now today on 12/01/2014 i made a purchase at reliance fresh in pedda waltair store . I was charged more then the MRP writtre on few products. when i have asked the SM there he simply said sorry sir our system are not updated. I dont accept all this from reliance and now i feel that i have been cheated by the company from last 7 years. i would like to let the management know that my plans are to put the bill and my bank statement in the news paper so that other people are not cheated .

                  We have got a newspaper at morning we have seen offer of Lohri special [ reliance fresh / reliance super / reliance mart ] was given and near our house is reliance fresh . i have gone to by Pepsi if we by 2 bottles in newspaper the price was given 110 rs and we have buy 4 bottles l but they have charged 240 rs but if we follow newspaper it should be 220 rs . So sir, i think my views are clear to you do their best to curve it.

                    Dear concern, I want to inform/instruct for your staff as I am regular customer in your store as usual yesterday dated: 08.01.2014 at 09:10 pm bill no: C8636 #0160 I purchased some vegetables by the time I seen the 50% off offer in your store which is located near karthik nagar so called ‘Reliance fresh’ in that I seen the pepsodent tooth paste MRP Rs. 62/- offered Rs. 31/- around 4 to 5 Boxes available in the basket. Since in one box inside space available for two paste but I seen in all the box only one tube but the only one box contain two tubes so, I picked that box and went to billing counter the cashier Mr. GURUPRASAD (Supervisor) was started billing and at the end he took tooth paste, he himself confused then went to basket place to check after he came back and started billing by removing one tube from the box, I asked the reason for removing the tube from the box ‘It shows my ignorance about product’, finally I rejected the product due to felt Rs. 31 for 1 tooth paste feel same price as other product nothing as I got discount. Out off toothpaste the bill amount came Rs. 95 but the cashier objected to bill by mode of payment by card less than Rs.100 after argument he said I am supposed put penalty of Rs. 10, 000/- on you due to misusing of product. In front of all customers he insulted me without my mistake. After go through the above details please provide below details: 1. Please provide which banks or RBI stating the rules of minimum Rs. 100 suppose to shop for any retail as said by your cashier. 2. Explain the reason for the cashier said to me for panelize in front of the entire customer. 3. Why the duty manager Mr. KEMPA RAJU was not there at the time of issue created by the cashier. 4. Need explanation for speaking with hi temper with hi volume. 5. The product which I picked 50% off is not duly packed its problem in packing by the store staff. 6. Quantity not mentioned while re-stickering of product from store end? 7. Why the cashier didn’t display the Employee ID Card. 8. Why When I asked that cashier name he refused to tell his name? 9. When I ask to check the CCTV footage the person given answer ‘we can’t put cctv to bathroom and all’, it means did he kept the product display in the bathroom? 10. Offering damaged & loosed articles in discount basis. 11. Re-stickering on the above best before date on ketchup. Note: the mistake of staff never shows the maturity of the staff, but it will spoil the name of organization and the store in charge name, being a human ask your staffs to behave in a proper manner with the customers, this will says the customer service about the strategy. Kindly reply with the feedback.

                        We used to buy daily need stuff regularly from reliance fresh new town store kolkata. But from past few months there is inadequate staff and few which are present therevare inefficient and doesnt bother what customer is complaining. Out of 6 counters only 1 or 2 works mostly and upon saying something they reply no one is available we cant do anything. The quality of frozen non- veg is pathetic. Reliance being such a reputed organization renders these kind of services which is really disgusting. We hope our small complaint will make some difference and some necessary action will be taken for particularly new town kolkara store.

                          I was visiting Ahmedabad on 29 th of nov 2013 and for a long journey of bus I wanted to buy few things as i was avoiding heavy food on journey.I saw Reliance fresh and happy that i will get some quality stuff to fill my stomach.It was your Paldi branch near 4 rasta bus stand.While coming with my shopping a lady cashier was so rude to talk and asking for 3 rs change, when i said i do not have, she said you cancel your shopping.When i said it is the duty of shopkeepars to have a change she said no, i do not have change you cancel.I just kept everything there and was hurt as i wanted something to eat and was getting late to catch the bus.Apart from this the items displayed was so bad, the poor management was clearly indicated...please see to this matter...

                            Today ( 01/ 12/1203 ) we have been to reliance fresh to take grocery where we saw that for the normal cucumber which cost is 8.50 for 1 KG. Biller has made the bill of 35rs for 1 KG and more over in reliance where there was an offer on ( 5 KG Floor + 5 Lt Oil + 2 KG sugar) he has not given the offer and made the bill of all the things separately where it costs 11rs more than the offer. And adding more to the above, the weighting machine in the store was not correct as we have checked by keeping the 2 KG sugar which was weighed and kept in reliance, in 1 machine it showed 1.950 KG and on the 2nd machine it was weighing exactly 2 KG. cheating with the customer of 50 grams on each weight. This happened in the same bill. when we raised the query, the manager was not available on the floor @ 11 AM IST. and more over the store keepers told if we have any problem then they have to go to police, inserted of resolving the complaint. and misbehaviour of the staff that we cant even think to visit that store again.

                              HI, I have been facing a issue that i have lost the old Reliance one card and i got the new one by filling up the form and i also mentioned to transfer the points from that card to the present card but no response from your service team. My old card No. is - [protected] and the New card No. is - [protected]. I have filled the form stating to change the points to this card as there was an amount of Rs. 157 and your team has not done that and when i checked out in the store they replied saying there is no reward points. I filled the form because that no other person should use my reward persons and it is already 3 months up and i dont know what about my reward points if the other person has used it then its the fault of your team so i request you to credit the points to my new card as the amount was Rs. 157.                                 This complaint is against Reliance Fresh Outlet, situated at DM Tower, UG 09-12, 21/1, Race Cource Road, INDORE- (MP). The details are as follows: Regardless of your purchase having last decimal points as Rs. .10, or .20 or .30 or .40 or .60 or .70 or .80 or .90 or even .99, the Bill is rounded off to :--> 0.50. {YES believe me or not, but IT IS FACT ! and you can ask to any customer of this outlet.} And upon that, he is not paying you remaining Rs. 0.50. And that is a BIG CATCH HERE! From every transaction, they are snatching Rs. 0.50 and rendering it in THIER POCKETS. It means, suppose if there are 600 customers arrived at a particular day; They will earn DRY PROFIT of Rs. 300/- Strainght Way. This is simply cheating and fraud with customers. And this has to be stopped at once!

                                  This complaint is regarding the bad and rude behaviour of d store guard posted at reliance fresh store, madhuban road, dayanand block, opposite nirman vihar jain mandir, delhi, india. His name is mr.sobhan singh rawat. I must add this man is so rude and arrogant and does not stand a chance to be even a store guard . He treats d customers as insignificant and questions them invariably. he even mistreats female customers calling out as if they r thiefs and uses foul language . Today at 8:30 am I was getting my groceries billed. I went there wid my husband who was not allowed to carry heavy bags due to medical reasons. After paying my bill I picked my bags and started to move towards my car while my husband was carrying d billing slip to be checked by d guard. But to my amazement he started calling out names and using foul languages at my back which is a shock to me. I shot back at him and questioned him about his behaviour. but again he was not at all ashamed and even indulged in a verbal spat with me n my husband threatening us for life. This kind of behaviour from an employee of RELIANCE FRESH is such a big disappointment. I was a regular customer at dis store but now i am scared of going to this store again only due to the goon who has been appointed at d door by d concerned authorities. This man has not been listening to d manager itself.when I asked for d complaint book...again no response. ..when I asked again n again then only they presented me d book in which I registered a complaint too. for me this incident is a huge black spot on the reputation of reliance industries. I am disgusted.i just want a fast n quick action in dis matter.

I have given my complaint and noted in your complaint book regarding the incident took place. I have explained the reasons for complaint. You may refer my complaint lodged with Maninagar Office, Ahmedabad-380 008. Mr.Rakesh (Store Manager) of your shop was not available while I lodged a complaint with your office Book. I have served my institution for 38 years and I have never seen such attitude of any employee during my service period. If you want to keep your institution respected in time of competition and fast growing development in the field, you should be prompt in Customer Service.In absent of good customer service, it is not possible to survive in the market. I can say that there is no future if such employees are exist in your institution. I have decided to lodge complaint with the Consumer Forum and all wish to share my experience with my friends, relatives and media as well.                                       I have purchased one source bottle from reliance fresh which shows mrp of rs.55, but when I check my bill at my home I found that they charged rs. 76 and give discount of rs. 20 on 76 rs. So it comes to 56rs. Whereas the bottle shows rs.55 as its offer price. My question is why this is happening they have to update their system timely and properly. And when I call him they don't pick up any phone. Kindly do the needful. Thanks Manish rathod, bhuj guj. [protected]

                                        I have a Reliance Retail card (Reliance One [protected]) for the last few years issued from your Kothamangalam outlet. I was told that points will accumulate and I will be able to get offers/ encashment etc, only because of which I bothered to fill up the form, get a paper card first and then a plastic card some time later. When I make some purchases, I get a message that some points have been added and there is an amount of Rs.xx which can be encashed. This does not happen always. I try to encash the card and everytime I am met with some silly excuses. 1. Your date of birth is not matching. Please get it corrected. 2. The magnetic strip is not working. No suggestion. 3. Point is your paper card has not been added to your plastic card. What am I supposed to do? All three are obviously your fault for which I am made to suffer and waste my precious time. So everytime I get no encashment and I continue buying from your outlet hoping that things will be corrected next time. Twice I complained to the salesman/woman and one of them at Kothamangalam called the call centre twice in front of me and I got an assurance that it will be rectified in two days. Never! I suspect this one of your ways of delaying payment. Not that the amount due which is about Rs. 125 which itself may not be much, but if this fraud is being done on 1, 000 or 10, 000 people it is a sizable figure can add to your company's profit margin. Today I called up the toll-free number and when asked to choose English or Hindi pressing 1 for English does not let you through. Try again, your time is up... Another ploy to delay or deny payment? Now after much try now I got connected to one Mangesh he gives me he same story. He also asks me to call the customer service when I make my next purchase. Again? Do a customer have to call up the number after every purchase to get encashment? Would the people who stand in the queue behing him/her like the conversation to enchash points? Do you want to embarass the customer seeking enscashment in from of others? Harass him so that he would not think of encashing his points? Some Customer Relation Managament this is! I am fed up. I would like to give you one more chance before I take up this issue with the consumer court and sue you for damages and false promises. Why issue a card which does not work? Why give false promises if you donot plan to keep it? Why take customers for granted and fool them? You owe me an satisfactory answer as a customer and if I don't get one within two weeks, I will file a complaint with the consumer court in Cochin for compensation and damages.
