The Reliance Fresh Store in Shashi Garden /Acharya Niketan( Mayur Vihar phase - 1) is swiping the Consumer's credit Card in their own computer system which they use for billing of the product along with the credit card swipe machine .I have this complaint that why are they using both the system and the swipe machine for taking the bill payment. Whereas, as per guidelines of the credit card no body is allowed to swipe the credit card anywhere else then credit card swipe machine. So I would request you to please keep a check on that store so as to not use the consumer's credit card that way in future because this is an illegal activity as the personal details could be leaked out easily.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Today we have gone to Reliance Fresh Store - Opp. Mansarover Park, Delhi Road, Rohtak. The time was 09.16 pm and the store timing are up to 9.30 pm.But the security person at Store is having no manners and tell us that outlet is close. And when we insist to talk with manager, He refused. But We and another person enter with the intervention one of the Reliance Fresh staff member. We don't think that the Reliance Fresh can hire such arrogant security staff for their store. We have given a written complaint in the complaint register also.
    Hope, Reliance can re-think about their Valuable customers.
    Who are regularly tortured by the misbehave of such security peoples.

    Dear sir/Madam,
    on 13.12.2012 at about8PM I collected certain items and went to bill counter for bill and payment of items in hand. I produced the reliance one card No.[protected] for entry of its points earned. Ialso requested the bill clerk/counter employee to tell me the points earned and its value for deduction from the current bill. The counter employee misbehaved rudely and shouted. Upon intervening other employee of your shop a fresh card no. [protected] was given valid for lifetime.And prepared the bill in my absence while I was writing the form. The bill wasin excess as I was not availabe at counter and I reqested for details. The bill clerk again shouted. Therewere only one or two customers in the shop and upon his bad behaviour I retutned without purchase of domestic articles of rupees 736/ after wastage of an hour at your shop. The couter employee is not haing any identity except routine dress of yor shop.
    I am senior citizen as well as a retired central services Group A Officer and request you to investigate the matter as I did not feel appropriate loge FIR against your employee My mobile No. Is [protected]

      Reliance Fresh Store of Mohali Phase Phase 7 is cheating the customers since last so many months. I have lodged complaint to them several times for mismatch in displayed price of many products and actual amount charged from me/other customers, but of no use.

      Today 23.02.2012, it was the height, when I did my purchase at 02:00 p.m. at the Phase 7, Mohali Reliance Fresh Store and was discussing with another customer about the overcharge, outside the Store's premises. The guard standing outside used foul language against both o[censored]s and indulged in open quarrel. He asked us "There are so many other shops, go there, dont come to us again" and even challenged that nothing can be done against him. When the manager was called outside, he could not handle the guard. The guard thought himself no less than Montek Singh Ahluwalia, but he was so rude and arrogant that I have decided not to visit any Reliance Fresh Store in future. Such incidents and incorrect charging at your stores without any subsequent remedy will eventually result in loss of many existing and potential customers. If you will be happy with this, please carry on, if not do take care to take appropriate action in this regard.

          I had been regular customer of Reliance Fresh FLAMES Gurdev nagar Ludhiana .I Had been harrased by the ladies staff .I went their to purchase some groccery items .I picked some pack of breads which were on discount .The lady staff snatch the pack of bread and said me i want this bread and she took the bread from my hand . after this misbehaviour I never visited Reliance Fresh but I had a lot of good words for the very co-operative staff of Easy Day SILVER ARC.[protected][protected]NEW PREM NAGAR ) Near G.G.N.             is out of order for the last more than one month. THEY ARE ACCEPTING PAYMENT ONLY IN CASH AND IT IS CAUSING A LOT OF PROBLEM TO CUSTOMERS. kINDLY RECTIFY THIS URGENTLY.

              I made a purchase of Rs 412.61 on 8the Feb 2012 at 18.46 hours (Transaction ref no[protected],I had given my DEBIT card for payment at one counter. I was told theat theis not working, theen thee bill was at anotheer counter. To my horror , I saw today morning theat I have charged twice, withe anotheer amount of Rs 413.30 (Transaction Ref No[protected] as weight of apples may be few grammes more at anotheer counter). I tried to make telephonic complaint as store is 12 kms from my residence, but no response is given on his alone communication given by STORE ( no mobile, no Customer Care, no email address for complaint- really a big surprise ).
              Please look into it.
              This amount must be returned to me asap. Provision of Customer Care number, email address should be mandatory for all sellers. V K Arora

                I purchased vegetables and groceries from Reliance Fresh outlet situated at Shastri Park, Chander Nagar, Delhi (Phone[protected]/44) for Rs.2,366/- in cash on 03.02.2012 vide reward card no. [protected]. I had carried four shopping bags from my home to carry the goods as no carry bag is provided by the store. I kept the carry bags with the security guard at the entry point but no token was given. After shopping when I asked for my shopping bags, the security guard returned only one bag and replied this was the only bag kept by you. When I argued that I am aware how much goods I am going to purchase, I brought four shopping bags with me but he replied no this is the only bag you had kept. It was very painful moment for me and I worried how will I carry all the goods I purchased upto my residence at third floor. Since I had already made payment I had to carry the same anyhow. They just provided two cartons and it was very horrible experience to carry heavy cartons to my third floor residence.

                For this I just want the reliance fresh store to return my three shopping bags.

                  i am sanjeev tiwari complaining about the reliance fresh store located at shekher planet near bombay hospital indore m.p.
                  sir today 4/2/2012 reliance fresh published ad. about some items and offer valid from 4feb 2012 to 7feb 2012 but on4feb 2012
                  at 3pm i demanded the items like pepsodent toothpaste and ponds body lotion but i dont get these products.then i complained
                  store incharge mr prathvi dandekar but he also given me same reply that these products are out of stock since 12pm today.
                  so please inquire that these stores are opened for commen mam or they are for the small shopkeepers because some of the
                  emplyees have a nexus with some shopkeepers ,if any offer comes they just call them and giving them all the benifits of the
                  offer and the store incharge plays big role in such type of dealings.

                    I went to a Reliance Fresh store located at C-1, Janakpuri, New Delhi to buy Butter Milk by the name of Dairy Life. I saw the MRP in Delhi was printed as Rs. 8.00 for 500 ml. I took 4 packets and went to the cash counter to make the payment of Rs. 32 for the 4 packets. To my surprise the cashier asked for Rs. 40 instead of Rs. 32. When I asked him why it is Rs. 40 he showed me a very very faint stamp (which was not visible to the eye) which read MRP Rs. 10/-. I told him very very categorically that this is cheating and fraud and he also agreed with me.

                    My whole point in bringing up this complaint is that if this product is sold in millions of packets every day on an all India basis and on each packet the company cheats the consumer by Rs.2 then the company makes millions of rupees per day just by taking the consumers for a ride.

                    This is not acceptable. It is the public money which is driving the growth of these companies and if they start cheating their customers like this then we middle class Indians will have no other option but to raise our voices in open forums like this. If anyone else who has faced a similar problem should also bring up this issue on this forum.

                      Misbehavior of the Manager of the store of Kamla Nagar, New Delhi


                      Dear Sir/ Madam

                      I had a very bad experience today at Reliance Fresh, Kamla Nagar Store, New Delhi. The Manager (Amit Pal Singh) of the stored misbehaved me like a hell.
                      The instance is that I had to buy a Garnier Men Deo Spray Woody Fresh-150ML (L’Oreal).
                      so I request the staff of the reliance to check me fragrance of the deo. So one of the staff agree do the same for (as I didn’t now that is thing is not allowed in stored).
                      there after checking the fragrance I took new pieces do in my shopping chart & stand in the que for billing, at the same time the manger jut come to me in a very rude behavior asked that you cant take those pieces which is being tested by the staff member . so I argued with the same that why should I take those things which you people test for the fragrance, I told him in a very calm manner that why should I take these as there is no fault by me, as your staff member tested these to me.
                      Than he said no this is not your fault your fault so u have to take those open & used deo’s .
                      Otherwise I m not selling any deo to you, & you can do any thing but I will not send the another deo .
                      when I said I will complaint about these to the higher authority than ( I a very rude behavior) he said that u can do it , I have no fear & problem.
                      And send me to the help desk & asked his staff to give them the email id & 1stly I said no to that email id. (As I think that I will not complaint for the as I have a regular visit to the store) but after I just asked the email id for the future reference that the Manger came their & I a very rude behavior told me that now why are asking us for the email id , you can search by our own,
                      & told me that we people are not here for listing any thing like this form u people.
                      there after I argued & asked him that while giving him a example that I am not any theft or I am not asking any money form you, than I this return comment he said I a very harsh manner that I will never ever thing to give me the money, So who is he who say to me like this that I will think for money , I ever asked him to pay for me than why he is giving lecturing to me.
                      he was smiling after a such incident & asked me that don’t be loud.
                      If you want to do any thing you can do any thing. & when after this incident when I am going from the store he asked me that HE (Manager) EXPECT ME THAT I WILL NOT SHOW YOUR FACE TO IN THE STORE. I want to say that who he to say all this to me is; he is not the owner of the Reliance Fresh, who ordered me like this. This shows totally the rudeness & aggressiveness of the Manager of the store.
                      It is not just me & it is each & every consumer who is going to the store & purchasing the goods form the store, some will suffer the incident like this & other activity like this & some will actively complaint against the manager, due to activity like this by the manger, his staff member are doing the same activity like this with the other customer. While observing them too.
                      I want to ask that this type of store is their personnel or from super Indian brand RELIANCE Industries Ltd. so how they have to apply their own rules. When customer wants to purchase a limited quantity according to requirement then who gives rights to these employees to force on customers. Success of every business is depends on employees behavior with customers. Even I think it is proven by the sales statistics.
                      So I request you to look into this matter & take a proper action so that this type of incident will not happen in near future with any of the consumer of the store as this type of activity also decrease the good will of the company.

                        just now i visited reliance fresh in sahakaranagar blore to buy some products. i saw one board which was saying huggies diapers were selling @149 instead of 29 with a discount of rs150. i bought 2. when i got the billing it was showing Rs174 instead of Rs149. when i enquired with them reliance fresh people were telling the offer was for yesterday. my question is if it was for yesterday then why they were displaying 149 today

Sir I purchased some Kiwi fruit which priced displayed on board is Rs.199/- and when its billed it was 210/- per kg, I asked for the manager but he was not present then I asked about the varriation of this to a staff he gives me a funny answer that we forget to change the board, I strongly saying this is not fair for a big co. like you. any way this time I dont want to make any problems but in future please care for this. My bill no of today is C1234 # 0030 time 11:06:11 dated 12 aug 2010 ..

                          I purchased two 1litre of Fortune Soya Oil on[protected] from the reliance fresh sakchi, jamshedpur. The offer price shown was Rs.159.80 but billing caculated for rs. 161.00
                          If you have no change of rs. 1(one) then you have to pay rs. 2 extra for unnecssary chocolate with the language that "Agar sabhi change aapko hi de deta hu to aur sabhi ko kya dunga"
                          The behaviour of the cashier was so rude against the customer.
                          Plz take necessary action if you need to take care of customers indeed.

                            Dear Mr. Manager ( Customer Service ),

                            Good Morning & Greetings to You !!!

                            I have been interacting with Reliance Customer Care and other people in Reliance Customer
                            Service earlier also, regarding their standards of Retailing business in India. I resist
                            my urge to complain, but many a times, i also feel it is my duty and right to not succumb to
                            unethical business practices at one of the most prestigious business organizations in the
                            country.

                            I being an NRI and having worked with very renowned retail chains in Dubai, know
                            What is "RETAILING" and What is Customer Service. I will jot down a few malpractices
                            very common at Reliance Fresh stores...

                            I had visited Reliance Fresh( Krishna Nagar) today morning to buy some Fresh Vegetables. My Reliance
                            Fresh card no. is [protected] and i bought vide invoice no :(C[protected] dated
                            14.01.12 at 9:58:28 am. You can please check your records . The usual malpractices
                            frequently noticed are:

                            1. I (cash till operator) do not have change, please take a toffee. ( This happened
                            with me today morning). Then reluctantly i had to pick Methi, instead. In Dubai,
                            when in the morning, when stores open, cash tills are open with sufficient change.
                            This is mandatory and followed as a ritual.

                            2. Many a times the money returned is not in full. But majority of customers do
                            not argue for paltry 50 paise or 75 paise, but this has become a practice now. Which
                            shows poor training & subsequent checking procedures.

                            3. Many a times, i have to strongly say, that, why one cash till is operational
                            when there is too much morning rush and when there are two other cash tills
                            installed......No one to check....Since, i am from retailing background, i couldn't
                            resist seeing such negligence and customer feeling uneasiness. When, i complain
                            this, then hurriedly, a person comes and opens the second cash till,
                            otherwise...there is a good queue of the customers in front of one cash till only.

                            4. At any given time, Reliance Fresh must have Fresh Vegetable stock ....or you
                            have no right to brand yourself as " Reliance Fresh"...... Invariably every time, i
                            have to direct and sometimes scold them....for very poor display of stale vegetables
                            .....Either "Perform or Perish".....In this era of Retailing...you cannot afford to
                            be so insensitive... You guys have to LIVE your NAME " RELIANCE FRESH".....

                            If my above complaints make any Retail Sense, then ask one of your representatives
                            to talk to me for first hand information. OR pass email ids of your Retail
                            Heads, i will talk to them.

                              Iam noticing that they are not accepting card as the payment this they are doing purposefully. At virar east reliance fresh. People over there are least bother to provide customer serice. After waiting in a long queue finally after reaching the counter they are telling that they are not accepting card.

                                I am ajay pandey. few days back ( 20/12/11 ) i was purchased some home merchants from reliance fresh Panvel shop. and the purchased amount is Rs 456.22. i was gave my debit card for swipe to billing this cash . they swiped and said amount was not transactioned so pay your bill with cash and i paid . but the amount was already debited in my account. i recieved the debiting msg on my mobile. and i argued the shop supervisor he says the amount is automatically recredit your account with in two days but yet i dont have the cash back. and they are not responding my complaint .so please take some immediate action to their concern. and review.

                                  I lost my baggage from the Reliance fresh outlet located at Nehru Nagar, Belgaum, Karnataka. The Reliance Fresh outlet maintain the practice of keeping baggage of customer outside. But they are not providing any security to those baggage. This particular outlet does not following token system as the other outlets do. Every customer use to keep their belonging outside the mall as per the instruction of security guard. Yesterday, on 11/01/2012 I did the same. I kept my belonging outside the mall as per the instruction of security guard. But when I came outside the mall after purchasing required items, my stuff was not there. Some one else has taken away my baggage. When I asked from the security guard, he denied to take any responsibility. I also complained this issue to the store manager, but he was very much interested in believing the false execuses of his security guard. At the end I got nothing, I spent my precious 2 hour in such argument but it proved unworthy exercise. I lost my baggage as well as wasted my 2 hours time. If any outlet is in practice of keeping stuffs of customer outside the outlet, then that outlet must take the responsibility of safe custody of stuffs of customer. If any loss is there, they must componsate that loss.

                                    This is a case of double swiping of debit card. On 7th Jan 2012, I had purchased groceries of amount Rs. 2572.42/- and offered my debit card to settle the invoice. Upon checking I realised that My debit card had been swiped twice and I have paid twice the amount of the invoice. upon revisiting the store, I met Merwin ph no . [protected], who is working in a store promised me that he will call back me and promised me that the extra amount will be reverted to my account within 24hrs.

                                    Today its 10th Jan 2012 and didnt receive his call and when I called him up has asked me wait for 7 more days as he has written to his office for the same.
                                    This is miserable situation as Its not my mistake and reliance is inefficient in returning back my money. I strongly object the way they are taking this matter and have a feeling that my money may not be returned. The attitude of the staff is ok but over committment and zero execution.

                                    Kindly treat this mail as a complaint against Reliance fresh srore. Details of the Reliance fresh outlet is as below:

                                      This relates to the Sarakki layout Reliance Fresh outlet near IG circle JP Nagar Bangalore. This store swiped my credit card twice and when we challenged the double debits, flatly refused to accept that double debit had happened inspite of showing the physical printout of the credit card statement. While we were checking out, there was another customer complaining about the exact same issue - that his credit cards had been debited twice. Do not use your credit card at this outlet, recurring occurrences of double debits cannot be anything other than fraud. I dont think Reliance particularly cares about what their franchisees are doing either.

                                        myself ayush kumar did a purchase of RS 429 from relianc fresh store in fateh nagar new delhi on 20 dec 2011.i gave my credit card but it was not accepted as told by the person doing billing.so i paid in cas n came home a few minutes later i recieved an sms regarding payment of same amount from my debit card.i went to the store n told the store manager on duty.i was asked to furnish the details n the amount ll be refunded in 7 days.no progress was till 29dec 2011.i met the manager mr darshan singh on 29 dec 2011 n reminded him abt my complaint he said that he has locked the complaint n i ll get the amount in next 7 days.but no progress till 8 jan 2012.i informed the manager on phone he assured me that he ll revert back to me soon but nothing is been done.i have the bill copy n the sms regarding the bill payment from my debit card.i want my money back.kindly look into the matter.
                                        I made thee purchase on 7the Feb, for Rs 412.67, I had given thee card at one counter, and it was told theat it is not working, theen thee bill was made at anotheer counter, Shocked to know theat Rs 413.30 had already been deducted at thee previous counter.(change is due to weight of few grammes from counter to counter). I am unable to make complaint as theey are not lifting thee only single phone [protected] (no otheer number or customer complaint address) and theere is no website/address available for Reliance Fresh Stores.
                                        This is simply cheating and shows least care for Customers!
