I am a regular customer at reliance fresh.but today when i was Purchasing some vegetable then one of the employ Named Krishna misbehaved with me and also did not generate the bill list of my purchased items. I find it so rude.
Please make sure it wont happen again. I am extremely upset with this unprofesstional behaviour of Your employ.

    Yesterday I visited sector 38, Chandigarh Reliance Fresh Retail Store. I had to buy P Mark Mustard Oil. As per display counter, it was mentioned that MRP Rs. 140, Our Price Rs. 104. I choose one 1 ltr. bottle and was surprised to find MRP printed on it of Rs. 130 only. Then I checked nearly 10 more bottles of various batches. All had same price of rs. 130 only. I thought may be prices were revised down by manufacturer and appropriate discount would be offered on this new price. When I got billing done of my P brand Mustard oil 1 ltr. bottle, I was shocked as I was charged Rs. 106 for it. So, instead of informed discount of Rs.[protected] I was given discount of just Rs.[protected]. The printed MRP was less and offered rate was also increased, thus cheating me both ways. I plan to take appropriate legal action against this fraudulent practice. I am attaching scanned copy of my invoice with this complaint.

        The staff at reliance fresh retail store at shanti path, jaipur cheat customer in very innovative way. During billing the staff will say bar code on product is not read properly . He will replace it with different piece. Here is the catch . The second replaced piece has very near early expiry though original piece on shelf had long expiry

          Bad Quality flour which is purchased from reliance fresh store which is in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi the quality of flour is very low and when contacted the store they completely said that we are not responsible. They gave a silly reason for no change that the flour is unpacked how will the consumer will get to know about the flour quality without consuming it. I need complete detail of this.

            i purchased cardbury RSTALMD 154 gm of 125/- at reliance retail limited, plot no 3, mandlik pride, new gangapur naka, nashik - 422003, phno:[protected]. on 14 Feb 2014 cash memo 6695085. on the memo it says i am eligible for cadbury block buster dhamaka, when asked for the scratch card of the movie ticket offer the counter person says they do not have the cards yet at the store. once recived they will inform. i have still not recieved any info from them on my mobile [protected]. please help

            I purchased dairy milk silk and got the block buster dhamaka card and i scratched and got the voucher no and i also register my no by the invoice no [protected] but when I called the number[protected] its going to voice mail and the inbox is full, its been 1 week i am not able to reach, is it a fraud you guy are doing with people. can you let me know the right number to book the movie ticket.

            My reliance card [protected] has been lost .I have contacted 4-5 reliance fresh store but unable to get a new card as there no card at stores. I have some bonous points but i am unable to reimburse the same .

              sir, my wife had visited reliance fresh and while going through the final billing procedure, my wife opened her bag to give money to the counter boy namely mr. shakeel but on return the fellows eyes was constantly watching my wife bag and it was found a used sensitizer in the bag. now question arrise the person is blaming my wife for stealing the used sanitizer. Its very pity to say that there is no control of your boys placed in such a reputed store. If anybody visits the store you can get a negative approach from this guys. My opinion is that give a surprise visit to the store, you could get a difference.                 sir, I am a regular customer o[censored]r store with card bearing No.[protected] it is submit that after taking sample rice i have purchased 400 Kgs of Ratna Gold Rice from ur store and the first bag of rice is of the same of which i took sample, but the second rice bag which was opened the rice is of inferior quality after coking the rice is not good. regarding this i personally went to the store on Dt.[protected] and informed the manager Mr.Ramesh regarding the difficulty facing by me he has promised that he will exchange the rice on the next day by 12.00 noon but unfortunately he didn't turned up i called him at 8.00 PM on[protected] and enquired about my issue he said he has spoken to the manager of Ratna Gold regarding the issue and he said that the manager of ratna gold will call me on[protected] at 10.00 AM and he will solve the problem. believing his words i have waited till 12.30 at my residence but no body turned up and from 12.30 to 8.00PM i tried to speak to Mr.Ramesh, NO. [protected] i called him nearly 35 times till 8.00 P.M he has not responded to my calls and switch off his moblie at 8.05 PM in this regard i once again went to the reliance store to know the status of my request but my effort gone vain no responsible person was available. i feel very sorry to bring such negligence towards the costumer from such a big establishment with a great anticipation this things will not repeat in future RK Murthy.                   This is complaint is regarding mismanagement on the part of company as well as on the staff at santacruz-khiranagar
                  While standing in queue for minutes and when i asked to redeem the points as i am holder of the card the attendant at the counter is asking me to leave the counter and asking me to go and check at csd for the points.After returning back and asking him for the bill, attendant is asking me to stand in the queue again.
                  Was it my mistake that your system is outdated at your one outlet. I never felt the same issue at any other outlet like infinity mall or borivali(W).The attendant at the cash counter only checks the point but here the system is so old that we need to move out and check at the csd.
                  In such big csd there was only one attendant to check for that also we need to stand in queue. Atleast there should be minimum 2person standing out there in such a big mall.
                  After returning back to csd and asking for customer greivances book the attendant is ignoring me and looking out for other customers at the counter.
                  This was an insult from the comapny staff.
                  This is how you train your staff when any customer has any greviance.
                  Form next time onwards before visiting any outlet of your brand i need to think and even inform others regarding such attitude of the employees.

                    Missing Many items during home delivery

                    We purchased Monthly groceries from Reliance Fresh and opted for home delivery. and after the delivery they took signature from us for delivering the items and 3 days after delivery when we started unpacking the items we found many items were missing worth 500 Rs.                     We are living in ram nagar, shahadra, delhi 110032 . At rel fresh they are not giving attractive offers to actual consumer of goods, rather they sold the scheme related goods to nearby shop keepers. Mostly time they are saying this scheme or that scheme is not available at this store, whereas in national newspapers ad is saying that schemes are available at all stores.
                    Reliance Fresh customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                      I was having my reliance card of soft paper as given by you. When i received a hard card the bonus points not transferred to it from the soft one. When I received messages on my mobile about my bonus points equivalent to Rs. 160.00 I went to the store manager for the same ( Reliance fresh at Scheme 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore ) on 08.02.2014.
                      I was first told to contact over the toll free number, when i try to dial the same from my mobile, i was told that it can only be dialled from land line.
                      As you know now a days how many persons are having land line as you are one of the player in this field.
                      As loosing interest i handed over both of my cards to the store manager and vowed not to visit your any type of shop ever. I am also working with multinational and we serve our customer with a different attitude. Hope you will also initiate the same and will some behavioural training for your staff.

                      I only told your manager that just like one satisfied customer bring 1000 customer one unsatisfied customer can take away same amount of customer.

                        Hell, Last week i had buy few product from Reliance Fresh bhayander (west) near Maxu Mall So after i reached home i checked the bill and found that 1 of the product (FARRELL POLIV 250ml) the MRP was 165rs but printed on the bill was 249rs difference of 84 rs, i gone back to find the answer for this and in reply i got that it is system error SUPREB ...A difference of 84 rs almost 40%more then the MRP I am sending this compliant hoping the some solution & this had hapeen second time with me.

But they are giving me free gift of 1kg amira rice only one packet instead of two packets.They also refuse to give free one taj green pack worth mrp60/- which is free with taj mahal tea (500 grams) pack.My card no.                           Sir, In reliance fresh outlets "SODEXO MEAL COUPONS" are not accepted under agreement with LIC, for daily food items like raw vegetables, oil, rice etc. They are now accepting only for biscuits.

Gupta Road, Paharganj, New Delhi-55 on 1st February 2014 vide C2588 #0275 Timing 17:15:59 S02067 R003. I would like to draw your kind attention that there was an offer Buy-one Get-one Free, which was published in Nav Bharat Times on 1st February 2014 and the offer was valid upto 4th Feb. 2014. Sir, I am sorry to inform you that the Executive of Reliance Fresh has given only 10% discount in stead of Free Item. When I enquired from the Executive of Reliance Fresh in this regard, he told that he is not aware about such type of any offer. We request you to kindly before publishing any ad, you have to up-date your reliance fresh store and their executive staff regarding any offer so that customer should not suffer.                               I occasionally go for shopping at your store at sec-31 Gurgaon. The condition of service at the store is getting from bad to worse. I would like to highlight today's experience.
                              1. The carry baskets were not available.
                              2. Net bags for vegetables etc were out of stock.
                              3. Cotton carry bags ( priced ) were out of stock.
                              4. Only one out of 4 payment counters was operative. There were about 6 customers waiting in the queue for payment. No salesman was seen in the entire store. When I went to the office chamber in the basement, I was surprised to find about ten employees donning Reliance Fresh approns along with the store manager. When I objected to such assembly, the manager deputed a salesman to man the cash register. It was about 1.45 pm, normally a rush hour.
                              I feel the store is over-staffed & employees lack training. The management is very poor & customer care is lacking.

I am regularly purchasing my day to day requirements from the launch of this outlet (2009). Pls consider this feedback against your Store Manager Mr Lokesh . His behavior towards to me as customer was so rude and indifferent. Even such services and misbehavior is not at all expected from International Brands like Reliance. Further I had decided to stop purchasing anything from that outlet as an individual I have my own respect. I hope your team will get my message as a customer and will take necessary action against rude behavior of Store Manager.                                   Respected Sir I am one of the daily customer of reliance fresh dealing with grocery & household items. It is very sad to say that some of your employs does not give due respect to your customers. My complaint is regarding MR. VISHAL VERMA, manager of RELIANCE FRESH STORE, HAIBOWAL KALAN, LUDHIANA, PUNJAB. He is really annoying and rude whenever one asks about the schemes going and even the query about the placement of different products. his behaviour is really indifferent. Whenever the company give offers on products he prefer to sell them to karyana merchants thus making his commision. I and my colleuges are really disappointed on his part and expect some help from your side. Hope to get a quick and strict action from the higher authorities.                                     Please refer to cash memo # 0133, time 19:48:20, date 27 Jan2014. Billing figures were found different from actual displayed and they never return change up to 5 rupees. Today when it was brought in to billing desk's notice, they first returned 10 rupees. When further mistakes shown to them in billing, they returned another 10 rupees by throwing it on customer shrewdly. But they didn't made any corrections in the bill. Coriander leaves are 2 rupees each and they charged 5 rupees; Spring onion was Rs 2 and they charged at rate of Rs 10; methi was Rs 2 and they charged 3.90. This is regular affaire of their business.                                       Dated 25th ur advertisement published in gujarat samachar (Vadodara)news paper.In this paper u gave "lowest price guarantee" and wrote :if you find anything cheaper, we will pay and give doubled the differences.
                                      When i read this then i went to nearest reliance fresh store at ajwa road branch(Vadodara).And i ask detailed about ur advertisement to store manager mr:rajput.I asked the maneger for explain ur advertisement.

                                      After 15 min of time waste he told me that in this ads. I[censored] buy any item showing in the advertisement, purchase from any mall in vadodara except reliance fresh . If price is lowest than reliance fresh store than i pay u a doubled differnce ruppes between other bill item price and our stores price.
                                      I m not satisfied with his answered than i told that in manjalpur area "more " super mall gave me surf excel 1.5 kg washing powder in just rs 129 and ur store price is 167 so what can u do . He told me that pls give me 129/rupees bill of "more mega store" and i will give u doubled difference means i pay u 74-/ruppes.Then i asked i have 10 bills then u paid me he answering "yes"
                                      After discussed with ur store maneger in ajwa road i went to makarpura reliance fresh store .
                                      In ur ads u published discount in "whisper ultra clean"mrp 290 onward and ur price is 249.Then i go to d-mart i buy same product at 215/- ruppees.Then i given this bill to "makarpura" reliance fresh store manager for giving doubled difference.But ur store manager was not answering well.Then i told pls cotact me with ur manager.After one hour of time waste i get out from ur store with taking number of area manager mayank raj (M:[protected])
                                      After rached home i calling to mr mayank raj.But after long discussion i m not satisfy with ur guy.No any one o[censored]r manager taking resposibility of my complain.
