I went to Reliance Fresh BTM LAYOUT CODE:- 2656 on 24 Oct 2013 with my Friend we purchased some goods there and when we were coming from first floor to ground floor the Floor Manager stopped us and told us that we have stolen the EVERYUTH FACE Wash MRP- 80 INR as we were going for billing and he Throw us both and put us in warehouse with security guards and 6 or 7 more person and they took my ATM CARD and swiped that and asked me for PIN code i refused to Enter as i had cash in my Pocket then they started slapping me and abusing my Family then in last they check my phone contact there was MY ATM PIN saved there they use that pin and Deduct 800 INR From my account and gave me the bill of 80 INR. The Deduction Detail of my 800 is as Follow:- TID:[protected] BATCH NUM:- 000294 INVOICE NUM:- 006593 PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT SHOULD I DO & HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK??

    Today i purchased Besan Laddu at from Reliance fresh, Hopes college Coimbatore. When i opened the packet i was fully shocked, that laddus are fully non consumable. We have faith on Reliance name, but their retail shops are providing the worst things. I have some snaps of that laddus. I opened other packets of different company and result was same, whats are their policy what to sell or not, which company you have to accept or reject. they have to check before accepting the things for sell. If same laddus i will gift on Deepawali to my relatives, colleagues, friends then what they will think after open the packet. Its Horrible.

      Wow! Reliance. Plz for Christ sake, teach your people some English and communication skills! They are ill mannered and often treat foreigners like ! They often mock us for our different accent and hair. And yea, regarding the English, plz teach them English! I can tolerate the hardcore accent but at least bloody improve the English This store is located in Hessaraghatta Main Road, Bangalore Rural And yea, u guys have just lost a couple of customers! Your people leave us no choice

        Dear, At Reliance Fresh outlet in Bhuj (Kutch), Bhanushali Nagar, today, I had very bad experience. They had displayed huge discount on Pegion Brand Three Burner Cook top. When I fetched one piece & got the bill prepared, to my surprise, no discount was seen on the billing terminal. Inquiring about this with the staff, they said this happens so many times & said that we will remove the discount offer board. This is rediculas. At least, at reputed outlet like RELIANCE, one can not accept such negligence or casual attitude. Hope to see some improvement in such matters.

          on 2nd October 2013 I Purchased Ambi pur 8ml vanilla from your store Capital mall.plot no 812 CP IV RIICO BHIWADI Dist Alwar ( RAJ) 301019 with receipt details C1260 # 0051 18:04:18 2OCT2013 S06717 R010 when i opened the packet at my home the vial supposed to contain purfume found empty.I being the frequent visitor of the store found my self cheated In fact i did not check the packet thoroughly neither at the counter nor at my home because the packet was sealed. At home when i opened the packet i found the vial empty.It is not possible to check each and every item thoroughly any how we have to trust you. Pl. advise

            Hi Sir, Today i had a very bad experience in the RELIANCE FRESH STORE at BULL TEMPLE ROAD, Bangalore. I am a regular customer at the reliance store. today after purchasing the goods and paying the bill at the counter, the security at the door checked for the products in the bill. Then one product was missing from the bill. so he asked the staff who billed whether the product was given to her for billing. To my surprise she told that we haven't given the product for billing and was arguing that we had committed theft. Then manager of the store started to take her side and began arguing about the same. But after we insisted him to check the camera and find out the truth, the mistake was on their side which was clearly visible from the security camera video. I am very much disappointed, humiliated with the service of the RELIANCE staff. Hence I request you to take necessary action against the staff. I would NEVER in the future intend to visit the RELIANCE FRESH STORE AGAIN.

              I have a complain about reliance fresh store "ajmer branch near St. Anselm School Kesar Ganj".
              Sir your store doesn't have any change to return to its customers. they don't have even rs 5 change. We have to buy something if we are not bringing change with us. If we complain about this your sales representatives doesn't talk properly. I was told by a sales girl there that "I must bring change with myself why all the time store give the change." Sir this not a good behaviour. If store is not capable of having change why don't they post a notice that customer must bring the exact amount of money of which he is going to shop the store will not return any amount of money. Sir instead of apologize sales representatives talk rude and nonsense.
              I hope you will consider my complaint. my transaction details are as follows :--

                I had experienced a very bad behavior of guard at Reliance Fresh, east park road store. This guard named vipin is sick minded and don’t know how to behave with lady customers. He misbehaved with me and my two little kids and when argued he was acting like a goonda. Initially I was thinking that he is doing his duty but later I realized that he is doing so to come close to the lady customer. It is very sad to mention here that he behaved similarly three times when I visited that store. When I pointed his ill behavior he said that he has rights to do so. IT WAS REALLY A HORRIFYING AND VERY VERY DISTASTEFUL EXPERIENCE. HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL with ladies and kids. I,m a regular customer of this store and it is the only reliance store nearby my home. So I have no other choice to go. Please change such an ill-mannered guard immediately b’coz people like him are able to spoil the image and efforts of other hardworking employees OR DO SOME NEEDFUL ACTION AGAINST HIM.OTHERWISE LET ME INFORM YOU THAT IF HE AGAIN TRIED TO HARASS ME OR BEHAVED OFFENSIVE LY. I WILL CALL THE POLICE.
                CAN SOMEONE FROM RELIANCE FRESH WILL HAVE CURTSEY TO CALL ME AND SAY SORRY FOR THE ROWDY BEHAVIOR OF THEIR GUARD?

                  This is my third bad quality experience with Reliance Fresh. Today i bought apples and Pomegranates from Reliance Mart located at Aundh, Pune. After reaching home i cut the Pomegranates but it was completely spoiled, and i cut the remaining fruits to my surprise all the fruits are spoiled ones. By mistake there can be chance of one fruit spoiling but how could all the fruits are in spoiled condition. This means the reliance is not maintaining the quality here. Even the road side shops sells good quality fruits but the branded reliance is selling worst quality foods. It is a cheating store which concentrates only on money not on good items. Even i[censored] watch carefully you can find rats roaming around in the vegetable trays. Guys the rats piss and are very infectious ones and lead to death in certain situations. So please be very careful while shopping in reliance mart/fresh. From today i decided not to buy any food items in reliance.

                    Please provide as Respected Sir, I would like to draw your attention towards an issue at your branch located at: Sangath Mall, Opp. Engineering College, Motera, Ahmedabad. On 1st September 2013,15:19, I bought certain products which included Nutrela's Sandwich Spread. The product's manufacturing was in the month of February. And so it expired on August 31st,2013. Despite knowing that the product was expired the handlers of the store didn't remove the product from the rack. On opening it emitted a very foul smell, which showed that the temperature at which it was stored was also improper. On complaining, they forwarded an excuse of place shifting. They gave an apology letter as if it did not matter to them at all. It was a matter of health, if a child or an illiterate person would consume it and suffer from food poisoning who would be responsible for it? If we need to check every product that we buy from a brand such as Reliance Fresh, there is no branch we can trust. At 20:45, again we bought a bread to cross check but that product was expired too. Staffs are very harsh at all levels, especially at cash bill counters, we feel as if we have entered at an govt. counter. 2. Very very poor maintenance. 3. Very poor house keeping. 4. Even web cobs are also not cleaned. 5. Ceiling are not maintained, ups & downs observed. 6. Room air conditions are not maintained. 7. Always unpleasant odour noticed in inside premises

                        i accompanied with my wife visited reliance fresh kakrola mor, delhi store on 25th august 2013 at around 7 pm. my wife keep her handbag in luggage reck. when we came after shopping, we saw that there is no handbag in that place. when we informed store manager (some pandey), he said that store is not responsible for missing article and consumer keeps their article at their own risk. when i insisted for seeing CCTV camera footage, he said some superviser would come and check the footage, only then we saw you the footage. since then i visited that store four times, but he did not see the footage and rudely misbehaved that he will not seen that footage. Now i am much confident that that handbag was stolen by reliance fresh staff, so that they don not provide me camera footage, because that footage reveal the fact story. so i requested you to provide me the camera footage. thanking you

                          Hi I have been facing problems with the reliance fresh store in my city warangal andhra pradesh First thing now a days a small pan shop has a cctv camera.installed every where. My two uncles lost there mobile phone worth 40000 while in store and when asking for help from supervisor and staff no response and they said no cctv camera installed. 2. We buyed some steel glasses set which was on sale one was 42 and other was 32 I dnt remember correctly but of different rates. They charged me all.at same rate 42. When asked they told that the person who is incharge at that time will return me my money of 100rs.. But they didnt return till a.month and I left anf forgot it. Today I purchased bread which was by mistakd wheat bread after 5 min when I want to exchange it with normal bread he doesnt want to take it back nor refund my amount and using harsh words on me.please help me out .....

                            It is a matter of 30 Aug 2013 at about 8 pm at Reliance Fresh outlet on Paota C Road, Jodhpur. I and my wife went to a billing counter for billing of items we had to purchase, where the billing staff had just attended a customer and was idle. He told me to go to another counter. I asked as why he is telling so. He replied me that he has to go to somewhere. I went to another counter and got billing done. I saw that the counter staff, who had refused to attend me, did not go anywhere. He started attending other customers. While leaving the shop, I asked him that he has not gone anywhere but why he did not attend me. He told me that he will go at his own will. I asked the gate security man about name of that counter staff. Before the security man could reply the billing staff told rudely - "Mera naam Ganpat Das hai. Jisko bolna ho batao." The security man asked me as what had happened. I narrated the matter. He told me that he would report it to the Manager. I request the managing authorities of Reliance to please teach some etiquette to their staff.

                              Dear sir/madam, Today in the morning i went for shopping at the reliance fresh store located in Sector - 21, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. There was not a single trolley or a basket available. I asked one of the staff member named Urvashi, first she didn't payed heed to my question, then my mother asked her, she started talking very rudely and loudly. It had happened in the past also. Also, i have heard that they are keeping a duplicate complaint book outside and the original one is not kept outside. I request you to take action against her and also we are no more interested in visiting Reliance Fresh store again. Thank you.

                                Hi, Myself Roshni Hari have brought Gathiya (Brand-balaji) from Reliance fresh (Reliance retail limited,477,Barasat Rd,HB Town,Sodepur,Kolkata-700110) , but the food item on opening resulted into foul smell and bitter taste. When I tried to return the item to Reliance fresh they told me that return date of max 14 days from purchase date have been crossed and we can't do anything. My question is what should the consumer do in such situation.the item is still within expiry period and we can't taste all food within 14 days period. Why should they not taking responsibility of selling bad quality producrts. I need proper justification for the same and exchange of my bad quality food product.

                                  THIS IS MY REPEATED COMPLAINT TO THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES REGARDING THE SERVICES AT THE RELIANCE FRESH OUTLET NEAR MALHAR CINEMA, THANE WEST. THE MISBEHAVIOUR N RUDENESS OF THE STAFF IS INTOLERABLE. WE R CUSTOMERS N NOT BEGGERS, IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS NO AUTHORITIES ABV THE STAFF OUT THERE WHO CAN CARRY OUT EVERYTHING TO THEIR WHIMS N FANCIES. WHENEVER THERE IS AN OFFER IT GOES EITHER TO THE SHOPKEEPERS OR THE STAFF ITSELF, STAFF CAN BE UNDERSTOOD THEY TOO NEED TO GET SOMETHING OUT OF THE PLACE THEY R WORKING FOR BUT SELLING IT ENTIRELY TO SOME SHOPKEEPERS AND ITS QUITE OBVIOUS THAT NOTHING COMES FOR FREE, N THESE FAVOURITSM IS ALSO IN RETURN FOR SOME MONETARY GAINS, BOTH THE STAFF N SHOPKEEPERS ARE HAND IN GLOVES, WHICH GOES WITHOUT SAYING. THE PRICES OF GOODS THAT R ON OFFER R EXPECTED TO BE MARKED DOWN WITHIN FEW HOURS OF THE DAY'S OPENING IN THE MORNING WHICH CAN BE TAKEN AS LATEST BY 10 AM, BUT EACH DAY THE MARKDOWN IS NOT DONE EVEN TILL 10 IN THE NIGHT. ON SEVERAL OCASSIONS, IN CASE OF SEVERAL ITEMS THEY SAY THE MARKDOWN IS NOT YET DONE, BCOZ THEY DONT HV TIME FOR THAT, N SPECIALLY BREADS THAT COME IN OFFER, THEY HV ASKED ME TO COME BACK IN HALF HOUR IN TWO HOURS OR THREE HRS OR EVENING N EACH TIME I HV BEEN THERE AS PER THEIR INSTRUCTIONS BUT NEVER HV GOT THE OPPORTUNITY OF GETTING ANYTHING AT THE MARKED DOWN PRICE. EITHER THEY HV BEEN ALL TAKEN BY THE STAFF OR THEY HV FLATLY REFUSED TO GIV IT BY MARKING IT DOWN. THIS HAS HAPPENED EVEN TODAY. SPOKE TO MR MORE, WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE STORE MANAGER OF THIS PARTICULAR STORE, WHO THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO MR PATIL, WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND SAID THAT THERE IS NO ONE A BV WHOM HWE HAS TO GET ORDERS FROM OR HAS TO BE OBEYED TO AND NOBODY CAN DO ANYTHING TO HIM. HE HAS ASKED ME TO LODGE A COMPLAINT ANYWHERE POSSBILE N NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN. SUCH SURETY HE HAS ON HIS AUTHORITY OF THE STORE, WHICH SEEMS THAT HE EITHER OWNS THE PLACE OR HAS NO ONE TO FEAR. THEY ALSO GIV EXCUSES THAT THEY HV NO STICKERS ( FOR OVER 6 MONTHS NOW THIS REASON IS OFTEN QUOTED), NO TIME OR NOT WILLING TO DO SO. THIS IS AN OUTLET WHERE U EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO COME N GET THEIR DAILY PURCHASES DONE WITHOUT ANY HASSELS, BUT TO MY SURPRISE ITS MORE STRESSFUL AND ANNOYING TO MAKE PURCHASES, ESPECIALLY AT THIS OUTLET. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND GET SOMEONE TO ACT ON IT IMMDTLY OR ELSE I WILL HV TO APPROACH SOME NEWS CHANNEL OR MEDIA WHICH WILL HV TO SHOWCASE THE CUSTOMERS GRIVENCES,( THRU PRINT MEDIA OR ANY CHANNEL) WHICH I AM SURE WILL NOT BE SO PLESEANT TO NEITHER O[censored]S.                                     Reliance Fresh runs one of its store at C1/122, Janak Puri, New Delhi 110058, which is next to my ground floor house C1/121 Janak Puri, New Delhi 110058. The management of this store has installed a water tank, in the shaft of its building, which is very close to the bed room wall of my house. The water tank overflows and there is seepage of water in my bed room wall. I have requested the management to install a float in the tank to control the water overflow but no action from the management from the management. I am a senior citizen and need help!

                                      My Reliance membership number is [protected]. I received you offer pamphlet along with my newspaper. The offer was valid till 18.08.2013. Dawat Brown Basmati rice was on offer ' Buy one take one free' for Rs 135/-. Today (16.08.2013) the store clerk at your Keshwapur store in Hubli refused to give me the same as the store computer did not display the offer. I had to come back disappointed. I am a loyal customer of Reliance Fresh since its inception and hence I am disheartened by this incident. I request you to kindly desist from giving such misleading advertisements in future as it is not good for your business in the long run. It will also save avoidable embarrassment to you billing staff and frustration to your customers at the time of check out. I hope to seem some improvement in your services after this letter.                                         I and my daughter are a regular visitor of Reliance Fresh at Shivalik, Naranpura, A'bad during weekend for grocery items and snacks. It has been observed during my each visit that, staff ( I would like to state specially billing and vegetables section handling staff) is misbehaving specially with ladies customer.

                                        Store is small in size and when there is a rush during public holiday/weekend, their approach is just to drive away customer. Billing staff always facing with coins - change crunch. Whenever, my daughter has visited the store, she always been kept hold for 10-15 minutes minimum for change giving of Rs. 1 or 2 ( though being lying in cash counter)mainly with intention to forego change. Billing staff always hurl the groceries purchased by customers, without any help to keep it in basket or my own shopping bag and just to pay the bill and get out the store. Many times, due to rush, exchange of goods purchased with other customers happens. (once I purchased Amul Paneer - which went into other customer bag and one customer tray had entered into mine). ( on my 2 -3 visits to your Reliance Fresh store at off C G Road, Navrangpura, I found total reverse staff behaviours, keeping all items purchased politely in our shopping bag and in order and then ask for money whereas, this staff always hurl the purchase items, pay first then put ourselves in bag and they don't mind how we are handling our purchased items particularly if heavy in weight - they are taking your baskets even back. We feel that, once payment made, staff has no liability whether its spilled, broken or dropped.

                                        Though we have 10kgs. sugar or any other heavy grain bag in our hand, we have to show our bill to security for just stamping - no checking being done by security and security stands just near to billing counter. Then why such stamping needed with marking 'paid'.

                                        Yesterday, on 15th Aug. independence day, I had visited this store alongwith my daughter for misc. shopping. My daughter had applied color gel on her head so, it was wrapped with aluminium foil by professional beauty saloon and covered with dupatta. We made all shopping within 10-15 minutes. After processing for billing and on due payment, we just move to get out of the store and to hand over the bill to security ( my daughter preceded me), all of sudden one of the staff member from outside entered and pulled dupatta of my daughter saying, she had hided something on her head (ridiculous) and to check her - check purse on her hand and our shopping bag. On being miffed by his attitude, I refused initially and objected for pulling dupatta in this way of lady person and if to check only lady staff can do. So manager called lady staff and get checked vigorously my purse and shopping bag in front of many customers as being public holiday and found nothing. So manager - weird person on seeing silver color foil on head of my daughter, said that she had hided chocolate - lady staff checked that also. - what a mockery and insult of your regular customer?????? by brain less manger (I had not checked his name but he is wearing specs). Such a person head the store as a manger in a company like Reliance? ( at one of time I had asked to see your footage whether I or my daughter has taken anything illegally rather to create this drama but that staff member who had entered into from out said to snatch purse from daughter's hand and to check vigorously and nearly 80% staff get in herd at us as we were terrorist or a robbeer)

                                        Never I have found that any staff is replying properly, nor saying where the items are located - whether in stock or not? they are behaving as if we are committing crime by asking them. Many times I had thought to complain but, skipped thinking - its hardly 10-15 minutes buying time and many elder customers are shouting so during vigilance inspection it must come to knowledge of management. This episode took place during around 3.30 to 4.00 p.m. You may check CCTV camera footage.

                                        Manager on asking refused to apologize or any courteous behaviour after whole episode get over. On being my asking to take all purchased material back and refund my money - he simply showed me the condition written on the back of bill that, no cash refund in any case.

                                        Thus, we celebrated Independence Day at Reliance Store with brainless manger and staff member.

                                        Is this a policy of reliance to behave with all its customer weather corporate - client industries or customer? Is this training given to your staff for Fortune 500 Company?

                                        We have taken oath never to move to any of your store. ( I am also a corporate manager and dealing with Reliance Industries, Naroda)

                                        Kindly look into the matter. I would also like to address at Reliance Industries, Naroda viz. Shri Pinakin Dixit to take the matter suitably. If need be copy of cash memo may be produced.

                                        Reliance Fresh — Intolerable behaviour of security person

                                        Dear all,

                                        I am from Pune, India. I am a regular purchaser of reliance fresh from Geetai shopping center, Paud road, Kothrud Pune. I faced following problem on 23.11.2009 at 11.30am.

                                        On 4th November 09, I purchased wheat bag from the stores. Due to some reasons, I have not opened it for next 15 days. When I opened the bag, I found that the wheat was not in proper condition. They were not cleaned. I visited to the stores to return it with receipt, but the security person refused to enter in the shop.

                                        He talk with rude and untolarable manner. I really feel insulted in front of the customers. I repeatedly request him to call stores manager but he refused saying that, what he is saying is final. I told him that the issue is with stores not with him. He refused to call manager.

                                        After some time supervisor came and discuss issue and talk with his manager. Manager refused to take back the goods.

                                        My question is
                                        1) Is security person is authorized to talk with customers when there was a issue?
                                        2) Why reliance refused to take the stuff, which was purchased before 15 days?
                                        If the client purchased goods for future use and after some time he found bad quality in the goods. Who is responsible for the loss.

                                        If reliance really bothered about the customers, they will send reply to this compliant.

                                        Reliance Fresh — billing staff behaviour

                                        Date of complaint : 7 november 2011.
                                        The billing staff at the Relience fresh store at Kondhwa-wanawadi branch, Pune was very uncoorperative and closed the counter at 1:00 PM for "Lunch" without any consideration for the costumers who were waiting in line. only one counter was left functional and the staff's behaviour was very rude.

                                        Selling expired items

                                        Please find attached image of Reliance Fresh bill. They are selling expired items. Please take strict action against them.
